I found this store to be fairly dirty and poorly kept. The floors of the dining room were in really rough shape and the young man who handed me my order was wearing gloves that were past due for a change. The food was middling at best.

My experience at this Whataburger was bad with the service, but with the food, it deserved a five stars no issues whatsoever with the food. Everything looks really good and it tastes good. However, there is one person at the front who was taken the orders whenever I finish ordering and I was paying and she has or he has the cup over the register and when I went to grab it, he just threw it on the ground and he didn’t even apologize. He just threw it and then looked at me and then just walked away. When I asked for another cup because I’m not gonna take the one that fault on the ground, she ignored me or he ignored me so my experience with Whataburger it’s good and it’s also bad just because of that person that was taking orders at the front.

This whataburger is trash! Ordered a large fry and they weren't even half full. Asked for spicy ketchup and regular ketchup and didn't even get the spicy. This whataburger has been a joke since they opened

Fairly new Whataburger. Clean and in good repair. Food was spot on Whataburger. No complaints. Service was good but with little to no personality. Recommend. Update. Been back a couple times. Food is great, but service is insanely slow. I ordered a dine in number 1 meal. They were not busy. Only a 1/3 if the seats inside were filled. It took 27 minutes to get my meal. Not counting standing in line to order. I could have went thru the McDonald's drive thru 5 times!!! Absolutely no excuse. When I showed them the time on my receipt when I finally got my food, they said sorry and walked off. Can not recommend.... Update 2 Service speed has improved slightly. But service personality is still completely lacking. Do these people get any training at all?

I placed an online order at 4:38 AM and was very disappointed with the food quality. I ordered a Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit Meal with an Orange Juice and an Apple Pie. > The biscuit was so hard it was impossible to bite into, and the hash browns were served cold, as if they had been sitting out for over an hour. As a customer, I expect a much higher standard of freshness. I hope the General Manager or Market Leader reviews the food preparation and holding standards for the overnight shift to ensure this doesn't happen to future guests.

Found hair on my food I called the store the guy working told me I was lying the second time because he hung up the first time. He was very rude and hung up many times while also being an ass. He didn't believe me so I took a picture my nature hair currently red so I know it's not me. I wanted to avoid all of this but I was extremely disappointed and disrespect that I give this place a 0 will not get my money again. The worst part is I spend more money getting other food after this experience. I was happy to come up there and get it remade and return the food but now I spend money on this food and my food I ate what a waste. I apologize I was irritated as typing.

I can't speak to the food because I never got it. It was a madhouse during their 75th anniversary celebration. Big mistake on my part to app order and try to pick up at the counter. I didn't see it on the shelf and the staff were crazy busy trying to care of at least a couple dozen other customers with orders large and small. 20 minutes after the app stated my order was to be ready I talked with a worker who was already harried and distracted to no avail, so I decided it was time to leave. I had refrigerator items in my car and they weren't going to do well in 100°F Texas geat. Corporate management: give more thought to your future anniversary promotions insight of what you put your staff and customers through today.

Service is terrible. They ignore curbside a lot of the time and just wait for you to come in and grab your cold food thats been sitting there. Consistency and Accuracy are major issues. You'll get the wrong burger, or even no burger patty at all and good luck getting the sauces that you order and pay extra for. The fries are usually cold and stale. The restaurant itself is clean and the atmosphere is the same as any other whataburger, thats about all that this location has going for it.

I don't know who the lil white kid was that just took my order but you need to be fired, you was very rude and did not get my order correct, and you did it on purpose, and I can tell you punched my burger. I just got off work and ordered a PATTY MELT ON A LARGE BUN WITH JALAPEÑOS. And you just made my food however you want. If you're getting off work late night and your eat here, and you see a lil white kid with blond hair. He's going to ruin your night

Last week, they failed to include fries in two meals. Today, they gave me dried up spicy chicken sandwich with a touch of attitude in the drive thru. The manager, Kyle, stated he would speak to the young man in drive thru about his attitude. Their service and food quality have gone downhill. I am thoroughly disappointed.

This is a second review: Please shut this location down or replace its management. Food quality is subpar, staff can't get an order right to save their life, and this location gives the Whataburger brand a bad name. I specifically requested 2 spicy ketchups, but I got 0. It's right there on the receipt. How do you get it wrong? Also, the cheese on the burger looks like plastic once again and is not even melted. Honestly, I hate myself for giving this location another chance. It's obvious they have no inventing of improving, but are simply taking advantage of their location to get the one-time-only customers whose opinions of Whataburger will be permanently tarnished by this experience. Previous review.: Honestly, Whataburger Corporate should shut this location down. It's a blemish on the Whataburger name. I've never had a good experience here and I generally go out of my way to visit the Murphy location, just to avoid this one. However, my friends wanted to stop in Saturday night, so I joined them... much to my dismay. We ordered dine-in... they brought the food out in bags instead of on trays. They didn't ask what condiments we wanted, so we had to ask for extras and left behind the stuff we didn't request. The poor girl seemed afraid of human interaction and didn't even speak when delivering the food, when I asked for ketchup, or when she brought it out. I ordered a Bacon cheeseburger combo and it came out with no bacon. The cheese wasn't even melted, and the burger tasted cold even though we dined in the restaurant. Maybe it wasn't cooked well or maybe the oversized chunk of ice-cold lettuce they put on it just made it seem that way. The buns weren't warm and didn't seem very fresh. I also gave it 2 stars for atmosphere because there were a bunch of loud, unsupervised teenagers in there, though they weren't really causing any trouble. I don't really blame the restaurant for that, but it still affects the perception & experience. Overall, another disappointing experience at this location.
