Went for late night drink and although not eating we were treated so well - Melissa T is adorable and rest of staff were also all friendly whilst all still keeping busy and working

We were served by Anna today! She made our time really enjoyable and we will definitely be coming back! Food was great too!

I just celebrated my 60th with a party of 14 dearest friends. From the warm friendly greeting to the food and the staff that looked after us during our meal was fantastic. I know they are in the hospitality business but the Team played their part in us having a wonderful time.

We received excellent service from start to finish when we visited Bill’s in Farnham and we’ll definitely be returning. We were very impressed with the attentive customer service from both Anna and Angelo throughout our dining experience. The restaurant was clean, food was fantastic and offered really good value for money. We felt really well looked after from initial drinks ordering right through to our leaving. Angelo is a real character and entertained us with his humour and accents learnt from his various travels in the UK which were extremely impressive. I always thought of Bill’s as just a burger joint but it provides so much more than that. Thanks for a great evening team and we’ll definitely be back.

Went out for a quick bite to eat after a Night Shift. Although the restaurant was very busy, they were able to make space for two very quickly. The food (fish pie) was excellent as always, and all the staff were very charming, engaging and professional, especially Andrea. A pleasure as always to dine here!

Service absolutely outstanding. Went over beyond and then some. I have auto immune issues with garlic and onions and asked for kids menu and it was and absolutely no bother or gate-keeping or being forced to order adults meal size Extremely refreshing also given crayons and stickers. Which even at 41 I loved Every staff member was helpful and joyful. Easy to understand and chatty. ( I'm deaf) Service animal friendly Amazing eclectic artwork vibe. I took my Mum for lunch, she had the fish pie and I had the bass followed by the caramel crumble. It was glorious food and kind, friendly and considerate service from all the staff. I wa so pleased I went back two days later for my son’s 26th birthday lunch and they even came over with a birthday brownie singing happy birthday. What’s not to like!!!

There’s honestly not enough praise I can give for the staff at this restaurant. Yaz in particular. What an absolute gem. I’ve been coming here for a while now and she is so lovely and accommodating every single time. She never fails to make me feel welcome and put a smile on my face. Thank you Yaz!

My wife, friend, and I dined on a weekday afternoon with our miniature dachshund. The team could not have been more welcoming and the service was attentive. We all enjoyed our meals and atmosphere made for a relaxing leisurely lunch. The manager was happy to discuss our friend’s dietary requirements and he even mopped up after our dog knocked his water bowl over! We all really enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend Bill’s in Farnham.

We just left the restaurant, and as always bill's standards never let us down. The staff was very welcoming and professional, our waiter Zoya did a great job and the food we ordered was very tasty. Overall everything was great, the only minor issue was the chicken wings served as side with the blockbuster burger, they were a bit dry.

Andrea looked after us very well. We were a party of 10 plus highchair and he was great. Reservation process was painful and directs you to Christmas pre order menu and we had to speak directly to get sorted

A wonderful experience and lunch here. Our server Andrea was very attentive, helpful and friendly. He was extremely accommodating especially with our baby.

Can’t leave more than one review but Yaz handled my order again and is a star <3 a beautiful person to have on your team 🌠🌌💫✨🌚 Had the pleasure of speaking to Yaz on my birthday and she was an angel. Made my birthday all the more special and memorable. Many thanks and love to Yaz xox

Went in with low expectations during a business trip to Farnham but we had a super evening at Bill's... Food and drinks were great, came out in good time and everything was very nice. Gyozas on the starter sharing platter were my favourite dish. The atmosphere and staff (in particular - waiter from Brazil and waitress with piercings) were absolutely great and we received the best and most friendly service I've had in years... Sincere and genuine friendly/caring service which is hard to find these days. 100% recommended and we will come back for sure next time we're visiting Farnham...!

Alex the manager was courteous, attentive and made sure we enjoyed our meal. Celebrating my daughters 17th birthday with a couple of her friends, we had the best experience Bilks could offer. Highly recommend the King Prawn, avocado and mango cocktail, i may have had eggs royal to accompany it but in my defence I had had a long old day of window shopping 😜😜

We love Bills in Farnham. Tried the Third Monkey for our anniversary, not impressed for the money and there was a power cut so had to leave. Went to Bills who were super friendly and welcoming and we had a great evening with great food and it’s good value. What more can you ask for! We go here often for Sunday brunch too as it’s the best in Farnham.

Their burgers are pretty average would expect it from a nice take away outlet. However, their fries are nuts, top 3 I've ever tried and the innovation and creativity is amazing. Would buy them just for that and worth the price you pay.

We had the most exceptional service here today from a lovely lady called Yaz, we were so happy that they allowed my mum‘s little Sausage Dog in so we were already really chuffed. The atmosphere was so cozy and warm. Yaz was just utter perfection with her service. She was so friendly and really helped us make a decision with our food cause we couldn’t chose. My son is fussy with his food and just wanted a plain halloumi burger and no rosemary seasoning on his chips and she was so accommodating and said that she could get everything taken out the one on the menu, and it could just be plain. I was also so impressed because she didn’t have a notepad like most waitresses… which made me think I really hope we get our order correct, she did! It was absolutely PERFECT. Yaz memorised literally every single detail which was super impressive. Nothing felt like too much trouble. Was such a pleasant experience we will definitely be back. Thank you yaz x

Best Service received from Dennis over the phone at Bills Farnham. I called up as I craved Bills Gluten free pancakes but via Deliveroo there was no option for GF as with most restaurants on certain take away items, I called ahead and Dennis was remarkably pleasant, friendly & patient whilst I placed the order via Deliveroo & he caught the order his end ensuring this would be GF, lovely convo and thoroughly recommend, thank you Dennis for making my evening :)

We had a lovely time for our daughter’s birthday. The manager couldn’t have been kinder and gave us a lovely welcome and the best service we could have hoped for. The food was delicious too! Can’t wait to go back

Had a lovely Friday evening enjoying the bottomless pancakes with a friend. The atmosphere was great, and it was so nice to be able to bring one of our dogs along. The servers were really friendly and upbeat, they even brought water over for my dog. We both agreed the service was excellent!

Such lovely staff and delicious food! The fish pie was delicious and packed with lots of fish and prawns. My friend had the shawarma and really enjoyed it. The warm mini doughnuts were perfect! Lovely restaurant with nice decor. The only complaint for me was the seasonal greens I ordered.. was a very small amount and spinach was a bit grey.

You can always expect a good all day brunch from Bill’s, huge portion size and everything other than the black pudding (a bit dry) is pretty perfect. Also ordered the summer special: BBQ tray which was quite decent, the highlight was the sausage which was very flavourful. Top notch service and super friendly staffs too

We recently took up the £5 pancake offer at Bill’s Farnham. The pancakes were absolutely delicious - fluffy, filling, and very generous in portion size. Although it was an unlimited offer, one plate each was more than enough for us! It was quite loud inside, which isn’t surprising for a busy Friday evening, but the lively atmosphere added to the experience. The staff were really attentive throughout, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a great spot for a casual and tasty treat - we’d happily return! 🥞

Visited with 2 colleagues after work on a Tuesday and were able to grab seats straight away. Service was very friendly and prompt. Food was good and consistent with other branches of Bills. One star knocked off as some of the food we ordered turned out to be not available. Would recommend coming here for a quick bite.

Our Waitres Bella was very proffesional , attentive, caring and considerate. She took in to note of our daughter’s allergies and she remained focused on all our needs throughout the evening.In our opinion, Possibly the BEST WAITRESS we have experienced of many years of eating out. Also, it was my birthday and they made me feel special on that evening whice was very nice. I would recommend this place if u want to have nice evening meal.

The restaurant had a nice vibe, was relaxed and the waiting staff was friendly. The service was a bit slow at times and we had different waiting staff come to the table. We got given a menu for dessert but then no one came back to see if we wanted dessert. The food was good. My partner said the burger was one of the best burgers he's had.

Came here with my daughter as a 13th birthday surprise. We got seated pretty quickly as the restaurant wasn't overly busy at the time of arrival and were advised that Bill's is cashless, which was fine for us but good for others to be aware of. Although we indicated at the time of seating that were going for the bottomless pancakes for us all, it took a good 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come and take our order. Ordered 1 speciality coffee (decaf oat milk latte) A normal latte and 2 hot chocolates with cream for both my children. I asked for the pancakes with fresh strawberries, cream, toasted hazelnuts and pancake syrup. Fresh strawberries, chocolate crumb and clotted cream icecream, as well as chocolate sauce for my wife and both children. The hot chocolates were brought over first, then the 2 coffees. Now, I can drink black coffee, to give you an idea, but the coffee was SO bitter, I really struggled to drink it, as did my wife with her decaf latte. So in the end we ordered hot chocolates all around. Which I must say, were very nice indeed. Neither my wife nor daughter eat nuts (not an allergy), and the staff were very accommodating when they ordered the pancakes without the toasted hazelnuts. Now we come to the interesting part, we had all finished the food, shortly after the plates were collected we advised at this point, that we no longer wished to order any more food or drinks. Over 30 minutes later - my wife visibly had a payment card in her hand during this time, we had to actively get the attention of a staff member so we could even get the bill brought to our table, which took a further 10 minutes in itself to arrive. On inspecting the bill, my wife noticed a service charge of 12.5% that we had not been made aware would be applied. On querying it we were told we did not have to pay it so just paid for our food and drinks before leaving. This did mean that our experience was tainted by the delays as we had other things planned and could be an issue with the amount of time people may have paid for parking in Farnham.

Lovely little restaurant in the centre of Farnham offering a good range of food and some great deals (including bottomless pancakes!). The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is pretty good; I like that if you order the burger that you can choose how well it's cooked. The kids menu has a good choice of food and it's helpful that children eat free over the holidays.

My first visit to Bill's restaurant in Farnham was neither in 2015 nor 2018 I'm a fan of the hospitality and discount deals with students and their lunch deals while I attended my university in the area from 2015 - 2018 for my B. A. (Hons) illustration course. Also, I have enjoyed the level of professionalism in their food and the quality of their steak. Since then I have had the chance to visit them on 16/8/19 where I felt retreated care and a good communication impression when I detailed my description of the special bill order via my email to the female host of the Farnham Bill's Restaurant. At 11:00 or 12:00 something, I ordered their lunch deal on their Starters: Chicken and Season Dumplings with Bill's Spicy chutney which is my first time trying this and I extremely enjoyed the texture and the chunky Season dumpling. My main is Minute Steak, their Chips are Chucky and tasteful make felt more convincing and more accurate than some restaurants. Also, their steak is tasty and easy to eat and cut, which I have mentioned when offering their steak preference. Also, I have used Bill's restaurant deal with the code on their chocolate sphere to celebrate their newest healthier dishes, which served as a vegan alternative in the restaurant in 2019. Speaking of the Chocolate Sphere, when I first saw it, it gave me a happy and childlike with the decor and the name of bills on the biscuit and the chocolate feature. The taste is lovely, chunky, and creamy when broken the chocolate circle. Plus, the hot chocolate beverage is smooth, well a texture in the cream, and was lovely to drink, especially since it was raining when I stayed in the restaurant at the time. Also, I have noticed that Farnham Bill's restaurant has showcased other beverages, jams, and sweets inside the restaurant. Their Apple juice is £3.95, sweetshop from £1.95, All jams is £3.50, Truffles are £11:95 and Bill's Marmalades are £3.50 in August 2019. TheirTheir employees (unisex) are welcome, socialized, informal, and easy-going toward me and other paid customers. Plus, one of their male waiter who is serving the customer in front of my table is relatable, funny, and charismatic with his working life and customer service. I'm impressed by how the employees balance the level of customers on that with a positive environment in the restaurant. Especially since there are young children and small dogs. Thankfully, both of them are behaving with their owners and parents. Also, the building is lively and socializing sometimes from a different conversation. Unfortunately, the toilet room has three or four toilets, no air conditioning, and their sink is slightly small once your toilet rolling is finished you can find a metal basket with new rolling to replace the old one. Despite the lack of some needed features in their toilet room, the area is mostly empty and silent, so you can at least use the toilet in peace. Overall, I'm happy with my choice of restaurants Bill's Restaurant gave me a happy memory of when I first visited their restaurant for their breakfast and lunch deal with my student or debit card to pay for my order. Their price range is slightly cheap to expensive on their dishes. Some deals can be cut the price on lunch or dinner deals. Recommended this restaurant if you're visiting Farnham in the summer break or somewhere to eat.

Enjoyed a Sunday Brunch. Bustling, busy atmosphere. Accommodating staff. My choice, Eggs Royale, was not on the Brunch Menu, only Breakfast. Having said that the extras I ordered did not appear on the plate. The server who took the order did not serve the order. Plate was barely warm. Muffin cold. Didn't want to mention it as it was a busy service PLUS my companion had recommend the place. It was my way of saying 'Thank You' after his hospitality. So, would have been crass of me in my view. Coffee was good.

Above average although not stellar food (but enjoyable). Great service and nice space.

Very busy, had to wait, but good food and very good service. We weren't fussed on the red house wine.

have to say, for a chain, this restaurant in Farnham is quality Staff are ok, however service charge is not warranted because they simply deliver food to a table, nothing more. Food tastes good and affordable. Lovely building, lovely decoration and comfortable eating areas. We are not in the USA, service charge is not mandatory so do not press this onto a struggle society.

Very pleasant valentine's dinner set up, the staff were very good. However the food was not great, the beetroot rissoto was poor and the macaroni cheese was lacking flavour. Having said that, they looked great when they were served. If they renewed their vegetarian choices I would consider eating there again.

It's just not very good. £15 for their small breakfast and it was dried out and reheated. Staff are fine but it's not enough. Every time I go, I vow never to make the same mistake again.
