It was wee hours during midweek. Was coming back from Colgate U heading towards Syracuse. If you look up "late night" restaurants in town, results are slim. The street parking wasn't very well lit so it was hard to tell where parking was in the evening, but coming in at midnight, it was cozy, clean. We met Kevin, the owner/tender for the night. Perfect spot for a night cap

Nachos, Burger and shrimp were all delicious. The owner and the staff were all super friendly and asked how we enjoyed our meal and made sure we were well taken care off. Very glad to support a small local business.

Very welcoming and friendly local pub! Staff makes you feel at home and the food menu is incredible! Visited by chance as a halfway point between a friend's house and mine. Will definitely stop again! Very good margaritas too!

Great bartenders, never feel like you are bothering them. Bartenders actively engaged you in conversation, or leave you alone without judgment. Food is hot and freshly made to order. Kitchen staff gets it right every time! :)

Great Food and service. It's nice to have a local bar that knows your name or face. It can be a hit or miss if your looking for a crowded bar/pub. Prices are good and within walking distance from our home or for ordering and pickup for a quick dinner.

Best wings in the world!!! Been going here since I was 5 years old and you can't beat it. The bartenders aren't afraid to put you in your place but are super great guys. Love it, miss it!

We decided to go here for a few birthday drinks. The staff was friendly and funny. It wasn't super busy for a Friday night but we did go before 12am. I didn't eat any of the food but it smelled great.

The fish dinner was delicious. Sadly, there wasn't enough wait staff due to my 50th High School Reunion meeting there for a meet and greet, so it wasn't easy for some to get food. The staff that was there did their very best.

I didn't realize being from New Jersey was a crime but at Mulligan's it is. Kicked us out because the bartenders believed we were using fakes because a few of us were out of staters, and apparently walking into the back first to put your coats down is suspicious. They let their costumers heckle a group of 21+ year old kids just trying to have a drink and a good night, and I hope those 40 year olds have a great night narrowly avoiding their DUIs. By the way, hope you're happy my name on google review matches my "fake" ID!
