Food was great. I got the double cheeseburger be aware that the burgers are smashed. It all depends on who you are. It may leave you wanting more. The atmosphere is cool. It's always clean ❕❗❗❕

Restaurant was very busy. It’s fast food but a diner like vibe. The steak burger had a good flavor. Shoestring fries were very skinny. Chocolates fudge brownie concrete was thick and rich. It was good but a little pricey.

The only food I get is the onion rings or the ice cream desserts. I don't go often because EVERY SINGLE TIME, it's It's been a long wait. Waiting for Portillos is opening next door for a real Chicago hotdog.

The 1st time I came here the food was great, so I returned. The 2nd time the food was over seasoned and I could feel my blood pressure rising. Omg they over salted the fries and hamburger 🍔. You can not enjoy the food this way. Please tell the night cooks to tone that down before they kill someone!!

The burgers are a bit pricey, but the taste is great. However, the place is not very clean — tables, bathrooms, and trays all looked unattended, suggesting a lack of supervision. The staff isn’t bad, but they’re not particularly friendly either; some additional training in customer service might help improve the overall experience.

This place is usually on point so they would normally get the 5 stars; but today was a little unacceptable and unsatisfactory. One hour before closing 05/20/2025, it looked like they’re completely closed, pitch black outside, all the outside lights were off. I brought it up to the girl up front and she suspiciously made it seem like it was intentional because they were so close to closing. Idk. I mainly went for ice cream and she said their machine was broken and that they were pulling a McDonald’s. So, I just ordered a medium tots for my son. I legitimately stood there for a solid 15 minutes. For tots.

I like to give positive reviews, or I don't do them at all. To the owner: I want you to know which staff were working during the shift, so hopefully you can speak to them to protect your business. We came through the drive-thru 2 times between 6:15p and 6:45p today. I warned my son not to go because I won't eat at restaurants under 4 stars bc that tells me that something will be off, but he wanted Freddy's bc we used to eat there in another state. If I had a franchise with 3.8 stars, I would not rest until I figured out why. We ordered burgers and my son listed out verbally all we wanted on the burgers bc we don't go to Freddy's enough to know the default toppings. My son specifically verbally said "everything" and also listed verbally "lettuce, tomato" etc. We pull off. Park to eat in the lot. No tomatoes or lettuce. Go back to the drive-thru and politely asked for tomatoes and lettuce because it was not put on the burgers. We were friendly. A young lady interrupted the guy we were speaking to bc she really needed to tell us the burgers don't come with those toppings. We told her we asked for them. We then sat in the drive-thru for a long time. I understand that mistakes happen. I also understand that sometimes, there are long waits for meals due to staffing shortages. That was ok. Humans make errors and can only do so much at a time. The part that bothered me was when it was handed to us. No "thank you" or "sorry" for the huge inconvenience. I threw my now ice cold burger away and went to buy another meal. And fries were so salty! Extremely salty. Threw them away too.

Went inside to place an order to go. Sundae and a concrete and food. Received food within 10 minutes but had to wait an additional 18 minutes for the ice cream and that was only because I spoke up. By the time I got home the food was cold and to top it off, the ice cream was wrong. There were nuts in my child's ice cream....thankfully she's not allergic! This is my second time receiving an order that was incorrect. Someone needs to step in and retrain the whole staff. They seem to be fully staffed but lack keeping up with orders. Very disappointed in this location.

Corporate seriously needs to get involved at this location. I used to love Freddy’s, but this location has been a disappointment since the day it opened. We have given it chance after chance, and every single visit has been a poor experience. I would not recommend this Freddy’s to anyone. They mess up our orders every single time. Tonight we ordered takeout, and my husband went to pick it up. When he got home, the order was wrong, even though the receipt on the bag was perfectly clear. We were missing three items, and both burgers had jalapeños when one was supposed to be a regular burger. On top of that, the employee did not hand over our drinks or ice cream with the bag. My husband had to ask for them. Yes, he should have checked the bag before leaving, but at this point, accuracy should not be this hard. It is not worth spending $40 on fast food that is consistently wrong. Honestly, you are better off going to McDonald’s, where it is cheaper, more accurate, and the employees are usually friendlier. The last time we ate inside this Freddy’s, an employee vacuumed the entire time we were eating at 6 PM, nowhere near closing. We could barely hear each other talk. At least then, when the order was wrong, we could walk up to the counter instead of driving back.

I came in the other day to get lunch for myself and my daughter. I was greeted upon entering and proceeded to stand at the counter for about 3 minutes waiting to order. I eventually walked around the corner where the employees could see me. I interrupted their conversation and asked if anyone could come and take my order. I thought maybe they had just forgotten that I had come in. One of the employees looked at me and said coldly, "If you go back and wait a minute longer someone will be up there with you shortly. After another minute of them finishing up their conversation, they came to the counter and took my order, but it was clear from there tone of voice and expression that I had bothered them to actually do their job. I love Freddy's but I'll skip visiting this location in the future.

I walked inside where there was no line and I stood at the counter to order. Two employees were helping one customer with a order correction at "food pick up" area. They looked at me and didn't say anything. Other employee from the back walk to the counter, saw me, talked to the other team members and went back to the back. Minutes go by. Another customer walked in, stood beside me and was greeted and served by the same staff that have been looking at me standing at the counter ready to order. At this point, I was standing at the front counter for about 5 or 6min. I then walked out since I seemed invisible. I won't return to this location.

We had an extremely disappointing experience at the Freddy’s Frisco location. Freddy’s fries are supposed to be thin, crispy, and delicious—part of what makes us loyal customers. However, today we were served thick, soggy, and unappetizing fries that did not resemble Freddy’s signature style at all. The staff didn’t inform us of any change before we paid, and we only noticed the issue after checking our order. When we asked about the fries, they said they had changed them. To make matters worse, we called the McKinney location we also go to sometimes, and they confirmed they still serve the original shoestring fries and are not changing them. The grilled chicken sandwich at this location is also consistently rubbery and unappetizing. I order this with only lettuce and tomato, and the workers at this location also consistently make this incorrect and put everything on the sandwich. I often have to go back inside just for them to correct my order I request every time I go there. The service is not up to standard considering the consistent mistakes and now this strange situation with their fries. This location does not reflect the quality Freddy’s is known for. We were so disappointed that we couldn’t eat the fries and are avoiding this location altogether in the future.

Honestly I don't understand the hype with this food chain, I finally came with my wife after long lines, and honestly I was expecting something wow! But the opposite lol, if you ask for a "regular" "shake" it's small! And vanilla Shake it tastes like watery ice cream... Custom Sundays are a joke, no wiped cream, no cherry, just ice cream, The burger is not big deal, and honestly there's better places and better atmosphere in other places, crowded and chaotic place.
