Beautiful setting and welcoming people
I love this place specialty for caramel ice coffee and ice cream rum/raising.. Humm yummy.
My favorite Dunkin location. Clean and welcoming atmosphere without loud music or freezing temperature. Friendly and efficient staff that gets you in/out quickly. Appreciate this location and the staff working there.
The coffee was very good, they have very good service and the store was clean overall. I ordered a coffee with the breakfast sand which coupon. I told the worker I was using a coupon and that I also needed the free sandwhich and he agreed. When I got my order I only got my coffee and I was waiting for my sandwhich. He started telling me I never told him I needed the sandwhich when I clearly did. Other than that the experience was wonderful.
This is the 3rd Dunkin I've been to in the area. At the first they had only a few types of donuts they carried. The second one they just had very few donuts at all. I walked into this one and there was a long line but the staff is not only friendly they're quick too! Got every donut I was looking for and was out quickly!!!
While going to the city decided to stop by and get some coffee and ended up buying the below mentioned donut and some munchies. The place is pretty packed and busy but service was really good We were in and out of the place pretty fast. However the parking lot is pretty tight and the turn out of the lot is bit dicey. Overall a great transition.
The food and drink here are good, but the establishments is another story. One time I went to the store to make and order for milkshakes for me and some friends. One of those friends is lactose-intolerant, which without going into detail, means he cant drink normal milk, so I requested that his milkshake be made with almond milk. The employee taking my order said "you know its more expensive right?". I told the employee I knew that and I still wanted almond milk in the shake. The employee continued to explain to me as if I didn't understand the first time. Then more employee's came and treated me as if I didn't know English. After arguing for 10 minutes, the manager came out and told them to just make the shake. Turns out, they only had one-half empty carton of almond milk left and were trying to save it. Overall, this location is average, but the employees were rude to me, so that's why I'm giving it 3 stars.
INCOMPETENCY. On the Morning of September 14th, I walked in to place an order (as the ordering side of the app refused to work on both Data and WiFi) to redeem an offer for a Free Beverage. The priority was getting the free beverage and I specifically mentioned that I had a coupon for a free beverage, but the female associate ignored that and charged me for it despite my multiple mentions of the free beverage. She insisted that I had not mentioned the coupon first, when I had directly mentioned it before ordering. This is a level of Arrogant Incompetency I was NOT expecting from this location. I was initially tempted to give this one star, but upped it to three because the manager intervened and provided quick assistance. The location is ideal and the service is usually great, but this morning serves as a wake-up call that change is necessary.
This is one of my favorite Dunkin' Donuts in Queens. However, the staff is very rude and they don't want to serve the public in the proper way. I've complained to the manager but these people are what they are ,they will never change. When the manager turn his back they are doing the total opposite of treating customers inappropriately and nasty. So I made up my mind that I will not go to this Dunkin' Donuts anymore. They have the best donuts though! I gave them three stars because the donuts are really good but if I was to rate the customer service they will get zero hope you enjoy your next visit peace.
Employees just don’t really know what you’re saying. I ordered a caramel chocolate espresso and the lady repeated it back to me several times so I assumed they understood my order. She and another lady told the male barista to not put cold foam in my drink several times. By the time I got my drink it was a raspberry mocha latte that tasted horrible and I had to step in and tell the male barista to not put cold foam in my drink as he was about to. Also noticed they told the gentleman before me that he didn’t specify no ice in his drink when he did. So it wasn’t just me. I was running late so I didn’t have time to ask them to make my drink again. Still, don’t expect them to get your order right no matter how many times you say what you want.
worst coffee taste like water they brew the coffee and dont let it finish and give the strong coffee to a customer , and then the rest of us have to drink the watery coffee , even the owner do it why do you do that, use your brains 🧠
I made a purchase and they still did not want to let me 4 year old child use the bathroom. Apparently it was out of order but only after we started to walk out, they said okay. Disgusting people!! Why have a bathroom is CUSTOMERS cannot use it.
I am really disappointed usually I go this place everyday at morning but today I went there at 6:40 PM and the lady was very rude. I take Cappuccino blast oreo every day but today she wasn’t putting oreo crumbs on top so I told her to add and she rudely told me it charges more (it comes with the cappuccino she lied). Please improve the customer service
I guess the employees don’t know how to read directions, because everytime I order here they give me the opposite of what I asked for. Asked for oat milk, they never put it, I asked for a regular ice caramel latte, they make it so sweet that I’m gonna get diabetes. I never complain but enough is enough and they never want to admit it they are wrong , or make it again.
Every time I go they never listen to my order properly. I ask for my bagel to be scooped and toasted they never do it even when I repeatedly ask. They never cut the bagel even when requested. I'm disappointed everything even after speaking to managers.
The server name: APARNA (357692) was very rude and unprofessional employee I have ever seen!! I always go to this location for my coffee. I have never seen DD employees like her. She has lost her temper and professionalism in a moment. She started trying to fight with the customer. She started arguing with the customer. She should be shame for working for Dunking donuts!! Management should watch her regularly and give her some type of sales and customer service coaching!! I refused to take service from her and asked for another employee. The employee was helping me very sweet and helpful. She has listened the customer needs and gives her 100% towards to the customer.
Don’t bother coming to this location. New Bengali management sucks. The previous owner went above and beyond for customer satisfaction and the Bengali management is the total opposite. They do not wash their hands. Touch hair, scratch their body and continue their work. The place is never sanitized or cleaned properly. They also didn’t let me use my Dunkin’ Donuts app for points.
First I ordered a frozen coffee and I was giving a hot coffee. They were nice enough to admit their mistake and give me the right order but when I came home and took a sip, I immediately threw up. This smelled and tasted sour. I called them on the phone he wouldn’t believe it and hung up.
I just had one of the worst experiences in this dunking donuts . I ordered 2 large coffees and two cups were stacked with each other and he put his whole hand inside the cups to separate it. I asked to change the cups for me and he said he did and that he put those cups back basically for the next costumer .It did not seem to me like he changed it .He is a cashier and has the gloves on that he does not change between the costumers and his gloves looked very dirty and yellow. Not that it is ever ok to give something dirty to costumers but especially during this pandemic we should all be more careful . I just left and ended up paying $ 6 for nothing . Overall it is poorly maintained store . Will certainly not come back again .
