Torigo is located 196 Jericho Turnpike, Floral Park, NY 11001, convenient parking spots and public transportation. My family loves to eat at Torigo for dinner, they start with complimentary glass noodle appetizers for everyone. The service was fantastic, everyone was very attentive. At Torigo, we definitely go for the sushi sashimi or Omakase. Their sushi here is super fresh, delicious, and served at the perfect temperature. This time, we went for beef tatati, spicy tuna/salmon/yellowtail rolls as appetizers, 2 orders of sushi sashimi combo for 2, chirashi, and grandpa loves the Eel don, (sometimes salmon or beef teriyaki bento box), everything cooked perfectly and delicious. Overall, one of the best sushi restaurants on LI!! Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed, food and service are always top notch.

Definitely go for the Omakase. The sushi here is super fresh, delicious, and served at the perfect temperature. Some of the best sushi outside of Manhattan. Never disappoints!

The best sushi around! Look no further. Seriously. The fish here melts in your mouth. We usually go to Roslyn or Great Neck for Sushi but after hearing about Torigo, we decided to give it a try. SO glad we did! The Crunch Roll from the special roll selection was our favorite. And the lunch special combos can’t be beat. Looking forward to coming here again and again. If you love sushi and you’re reading this, add it to your bucket list. Torigo is extraordinary.

This is one of the best sushi places I’ve been to in Long Island. The quality of the seafood is outstanding. I ordered mostly from the specials menu and everything was delicious and top quality. The staff and our waitress, Celine, were so nice! I can’t wait to come back.

Came here with a friend. My first visit. The wait staff was very pleasant and attentive. Sometimes a little to attentive taking your plates away as quickly as you finish them. The sushi was fantastic, rolls were great and flavorful. We tried a variety of rolls and all were good eats. Come in early before 6 pm to get a seat. Fill quickly after that.

I've been coming here for years and it's consistently been a great experience - both it's food and it's staff. It's slightly more expensive then otther sushi restaurants but well worth it - the sushi is fresh and delicious and they don't skimp out on packing the rolls. The dinner bento boxes have the right amount of food and a variety of items. Definitely a date night spot.

We ordered several dishes at our table: - Pork katsu curry: Our friend ordered this dish; she says the curry here tastes the closest to what you get in Japan. It was breaded well with the right amount of "crisp" and the curry was flavorful. - Teriyaki salmon bento box: Our other friend seemed to enjoy the meal. The salmon did not look overcooked. - Sushi and sashimi for two: Overall the fish tasted fresh; it would have been slightly better to have 2 of some of the nigiri pieces so each person could have 1 piece - Tempura ice cream: The portion was big, but the fried dough was on the soggy side

I’ve been coming to Torigo for over 12 years, took my wife on dates and bringing my kids since they were babies. The sushi has always been fresh and high quality, and that part hasn’t changed, even if prices have gone up a bit. We usually go early to avoid the evening rush and always enjoy the food. What has changed, unfortunately, is the service. It used to be excellent, but lately it feels like it’s gone downhill. On our last visit, our server forgot water completely, brought kids apple juice in a large glass with ice and then had to go back for a kids cup, and barely cleared plates and trash (chopstick papers, straw tops, empty bottles etc.) from the table. When we asked for takeout, it felt like an inconvenience. When we got home, the sushi was tossed into Styrofoam containers, falling apart and mixed together. I was hoping they'd be more careful. I don’t expect fine dining treatment, but after so many years as a loyal customer, I do expect a little care. There is one server who’s always good (she’s usually at the front), but overall the service just doesn’t match the quality of the food anymore. I'll still go because it's a good sushi place right near us, but it's disaapointing it's gone downhill in terms of service.

My family and I have loved this restaurant's food for the past 13 years. I've recommended it to many friends as a great place to eat. However, the taste, quality, and quantity have steadily declined, and today, when I visited with my husband, we were deeply disappointed. The price of sashimi had gone up by about 25%, and the taste and quantity were abysmal. The tuna, in particular, had a texture that was forced and lacked the charm of its aged flavor. This sushi is no different from what you'd find at the supermarket. I was shocked and disappointed by the drastic change! I lost my favorite shusi place today...

I’ve been feeling something was off lately. I come to this restaurant quite often, but recently I noticed the business has gotten much worse. And now I understand why. This is the second time this week I’ve seen cockroaches here. I won’t be coming back anymore.
