Abbiamo mangiato a pranzo in un giorno festivo. Devo dire che abbiamo mangiato bene, cucina toscana a due passi dal Ponte Vecchio. Il personale gentile e i prezzi decenti. Lo consiglio vivamente per una sosta in centro città.

Cucina tradizionale. Bruschette e crostoni toscani buonissimi. Bistecca alla Fiorentina eccellente così come le patate al cartoccio. Tiramisù buono buono! Il servizio cordiale e assolutamente professionale dell’operatore di sala ha reso tutto molto più caratteristico! Una visita ne vale davvero la pena! Consigliato!

Siamo capitati per caso in questa trattoria tipica sia nell'arredamento sia nella cucina. La posizione è veramente centrale, a due passi dal Ponte Vecchio, nel cuore di Firenze. Il servizio è stato veloce e gentile. Il cibo ottimo, si percepiva la qualità delle materie prime e i piatti erano decisamente abbondanti. Una porzione di lampredotto fritto sarebbe stata sufficiente per 2/3 persone. Tutto ben cucinato e con buoni bilanciamenti nei sapori. Conto assolutamente adeguato. Noi oltretutto abbiamo usufruito del 30% di sconto con la app The Fork. Unico rammarico non essere riusciti ad assaggiare i dolci perché eravamo davvero troppo sazi.

Ristorante storico in centro a Firenze vicino a Ponte Vecchio. Ottima qualità dei prodotti, preparati da un sapiente chef che rispetta la tradizione fiorentina valorizzandola. Ricca scelta di Vini. Personale molto cordiale e preparato, nota di merito a Monica, che è stata la nostra cameriera personale per la cena. In foto Pasta al ragù di finocchiona (pasta mamma Gina), ossobuco alla fiorentina, tagliata rucola e grana, cantuccini e vin Santo. 5 stelle meritate per un’ottima cena in un ambiente accogliente, curato e anche ricco di dipinti d’autore.

Posizione incantevole tra Ponte Vecchio e Ponte Santa Trinita. Ambiente curato ed elegante sebbene mantenga l'anima rustica della trattoria tradizionale. La cucina è ottima, piatti fatti con cura e ottimi ingredienti. Le porzioni sono molto abbondanti e i prezzi onesti per la qualità e la quantità. Il gran tagliere è molto molto abbondante, ci si mangia in 3 come antipasto! Pollo fritto buono, come lo fanno a Firenze, poco speziato. Da accompagnare con le verdure fritte o le patate al forno in ece molto saporite. Il personale è discreto ma anche affabile e alla fine siamo usciti pie i, soddisfatti e felici dell'esperienza.

At first I thought it was going to be touristy flavored when I walked in as I saw quite a number of non locals, but it is not! Food is really, really good and the service is attentive. The recommendations were also good. Definitely worth many repeat visits. We had the beef filet with the beans and it was so good I finished it before realizing I had not taken a picture. And yes, I am impartial to the Panna Cotta.

Rustic, traditional and raw! Very fairly priced, delicious food. The steak was FANTASTIC ! We come here once a week and have never been disappointed. The service is always at it's peak, very kind and professional. I recommend the pappa al pomodor and the cheescake.

This place was so good my wife literally cried while eating it! Delicious truffle and pistachio pasta. The meat was quite rare/blue but but the taste was 10/10 The meatball appetizer was also phenomenal!

Best Florentine Steak bistecca in our week here! It was so good we had to have it twice. The seasoning at this place is lighter than others that we have tried, which leaves much more room for the natural taste of the beef steak to shine. The meat was so tender, not unnecessarily chewy, and the T-bone - wow - Absolute showstopper with the fragrance of fat and rare meat with a hint of marrow. It doesn’t leave you too greasy as well. Amazing and masterful Florentine steak. The roasted potatoes were cooked well but too heavily salted for our liking. House wine was good.

Would recommend this restaurant to anyone in Florence. You’ll notice this place is a little less busy than nearby restaurants, but not because it is less tasty. This is a huge place in a traditional Florence tavern with a cave-like stone ceiling. The food was so delicious — try the bean soup and flan from the appetizer menu!

Having just got into Firenze for our first time and staying nearby… We were hungry for lunch and happened upon this place. We got there right as they opened for the day and checked out the menu… it looked appealing and the venue looked great, so we gave it a try. They have a great menu here… loaded with some great, traditional Florence dishes, as well as all the Italian favs! The service was very nice and the venue is beautiful, slightly upscale. Our server helped us quite nicely and made very nice suggestions, as well as described the menu perfectly. We started with a complimentary bowl of their bread soup which was so very tasty! Next up was to split their meatballs, which were seasoned very nicely and perfectly tender! Out entrées were excellent as well and be sure to get a side of their beans in tomato sauce, they were outstanding! Overall – Great eats here!

The food was excellent and the service was incredibly friendly. As a Bengali, it was a lovely surprise to meet a fellow Bengali working there—he was warm and very accommodating. The restaurant also offers halal steak options, which I really appreciated, and it turned out to be one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a halal Florentine steak.

I found this place through Reddit and it was really good. We reserved in the morning of and then it was just me and my mom. You can sit and see into the street and watch people pass by. Lovely. There's two rooms available. We went to the one that is next to the main one which was really nice. The decoration, the ambiance, and it was all really cozy and it looked very authentic and the food was really good. That was one of the best steaks I've had in my life and we shared it with my mom. We had some appetizers as well and then for dessert we tried the tiramisu. It was good but it was not the best but it was really in my top 10 I would say. The ravioli with pistachios was truly amazing. So creamy and delicious. I would definitely reserve ahead and then make sure I go there again. I can still taste the meat. It was amazing and the staff is really nice and helpful. They speak English also.

Nice Tuscan Trattoria, in Santo Spirito. Excellent staff and really delicious dishes. We ordered the amazing meatballs and vegetable flan that were really great, the creamy Tuscan bean soup with pasta was amazing. Also ordered the fresh baked cannelloni, probably the best we ever had. It is really authentic. I would highly recommend it. Not touristy at all

The restaurant came recommended to us by a local and it was a great find! The pastas were amazing and the fried zucchini flowers were to die for. Service was excellent and although the restaurant was not the fanciest place in Florence, it had a warm feel. To top it off the Tiramisu was really good and I don’t enjoy coffee, but that’s how good it was (split it with my wife).

This was one of my favorite restaurants in all of Italy. The Bisteca alla Fiorentina was my favorite. The flavor was so rich and the meat was extremely good quality. The pasta was also very tasty. Even the desserts were very high quality. It's nice to find a good local restaurant that is not a tourist trap. The staff was friendly and ready to help. If you like wine, I think the house wine is a good choice, very good quality and not too expensive.

Our tour guide recommended this place for lunch and it was beyond perfect. To start, we had the meatballs (awesome) and vegetable flan (with the most wonderful pistachio crumble on top). They both exceeded all expectations. For mains we had the eggplant parmesan and truffle ravioli. Both dishes were beyond exceptional. What an absolutely perfect experience.

This restaurant was recommended by our Airbnb host and it was Christmas so we expected it to be closed while we were checking out the neighborhood. However it was open so we decided to get in. We are vegetarian and I wasn't pinning a lot of hopes but overall was blown away with the food. We got a traditional Tuscan vegetable soup, white bean pasta and mushroom / truffle ravioli. Each dish was better than the other one. My wife thought the mushroom flavor was a bit overpowering in the ravioli, but I thought it was amazing. The best Ravioli I have ever had. The mixed vegetable soup was also insanely good. There were other vegetarian options as well, highly recommended if you are visiting.

Melt in your mouth steak!! This place delivers , this is real Florentine steak compare to another resto near the main train station - just across the Arno river!

I have read some of the negative reviews. Exactly the opposite. Great food. Too much for me but you need a big appetite. Great service and friendly people in a lovely character restaurant.

Ho visitato questa trattoria vicino al Ponte Vecchio e sono rimasto colpito dalla loro pappardella al cinghiale. La pasta fatta in casa era perfettamente al dente, mentre il sugo di cinghiale, ricco e saporito, esaltava i sapori della carne tenera. L'atmosfera rustica e il personale cordiale hanno reso l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. Consiglio vivamente di provare questo piatto se siete in zona.

Trascorsa una bella serata in famiglia in questo locale piuttosto piccolo ma molto carino e curato nei dettagli. Le portate sono state tutte di buon livello a partire dal tagliere della casa proseguendo con i loro tortelli fatti in casa con tartufo fresco e burrata e concludendo con un filetto tenero come un burro. Il servizio è stato molto rapido e cordiale mentre i prezzi, trattandosi di un locale sito al centro di Firenze, sono di un livello medio-alto. Ci siamo trovati bene, torneremo sicuramente.

Locale storico di Firenze che propone ottimi piatti tradizionali. L'ambiente è molto informale e trascurato ma offre un ampia selezione di piatti. Mentre per quanto riguarda il vino andrebbe ampliata la selezione poiché al calice è disponibile un solo tipo di vino.

Locale molto casereccio, atmosfera familiare, servizio veloce e staff gentile e disponibile. Ho preso delle polpette come antipasto che erano davvero buone. Le tagliatelle ai porcini però le ho trovate un poco “scariche” di sapore, porcini presentissimi nel piatto per carità, ma forse poco saporiti. I cantucci con il vino, per finire, erano davvero davvero molto buoni.

The place was nice, the ceiling was very tall and the overall atmosphere was quite good. We ordered lots of different types of pasta and a kilogram T-bone steak. The presentation for the stake was really nice, it looked very professional. The pasta was very hard, I felt like it was not cooked properly but it still tasted nice. The stake was quite raw, and not salted enough for my taste. Overall, the experience was ok and deserves a 4 star review from me.

Senza infamia e senza lode. Abbiamo cenato in questa trattoria, in settimana, ordinando una tagliata rucola e grana ed un filetto di scottona. La tagliata era sottilissima (sembrava più una fettina), tiepida ed alquanto insapore. Il filetto era gradevole ma mi aspettavo molto di più, la cottura era media ma la carne a tratti nervosa (strano per un filetto), ho chiesto di avere la carne scondita e soprattutto senza sale ( come dovrebbe sempre essere servita, con olio e sale a parte) e mi è arrivato il filetto condito con sale ed olio. La pietanza migliore sono state le patate al forno, gradevoli al palato ma eccessivamente salate infatti abbiamo bevuto due bottiglie di acqua al pasto e durante tutta la notte. Abbiamo prenotato con l'app "the fork" ed al momento del conto non è stato applicato alcuno sconto, dopo mia richiesta è stato effettuato il calcolo con lo sconto promesso sull'app. Non torneremo.

The steak may have been the low point due to the amount of gristle. Both of the pasta dishes were good. There was a chicken dish, which I did not try. We did a side of fries and a side of white beans with olive oil. The ravioli in cream sauce was delicious other than everyone who tried it, said it was unbearably salty. The fries had a really cool cut that gave them this nice crispy bite. Again, unbearably salty. For reference, I do salt my fries. The white beans may be authentic. However, they are pretty much bla. Could have used some of the spare salt from the fries. My large tortellini with a tomato cream sauce was pretty good. Mildly salty, and I kept thinking of a certain red can of tomato bisque. Big compliment the the soup people, I guess. Do yourself a favor look a little harder in florence.

Excellent service but gives you a sense that you need to order more food. Maybe just me but staff were nice when serving the food. Florentine steak was okay and cooked as I liked. It was served without any sauce as you were supposedly used the olive oil and table salt available. The one we ate had a lot of silver skin on it and made it hard to enjoy the meat. Ok siamo in centro storico o quasi, ok una città molto turistica, ma per tre primi due bottiglie di acqua da 75ml tre caffè e un calice di vino.....90€ . Preso pappardelle al cinghiale che non sapeva da cinghiale , pici con salsiccia e tagliolini ai porcini, piatti abbondanti ma non buonissimi, i sughi erano slegati e un po' acidi, a parte i tagliolini ai porcini che avevano un po' troppo aglio. Sinceramente dalle recensioni lette speravamo meglio.

Esperienza molto deludente e poco professionale. Siamo rimasti al tavolo meno di mezz’ora. La mia amica, che porta l’apparecchio ortodontico, mangiava semplicemente un po’ più lentamente e aveva ancora metà piatto davanti a sé. Dopo aver chiaramente detto che non avevamo ancora finito, il cameriere è tornato e, con evidente sarcasmo, ha commentato: “Allora tenetelo per la colazione di domani”, per poi portare via il piatto senza il nostro consenso. Nel locale c’erano ancora diversi tavoli liberi e nessuna attesa all’ingresso. Non c’era alcuna ragione per questa fretta né per un atteggiamento così irrispettoso. Vivo in Italia da quattro anni e raramente ho visto una tale mancanza di attenzione verso il cliente. Lavorando nel settore turistico, avevo anche consigliato questo ristorante in passato. Dopo questa esperienza, non mi sentirò più di farlo. Il rispetto dovrebbe essere la base di qualsiasi servizio.
