My wife and I have been to the Dairy Queen in Floresville about 10 times but had never ordered food here before, always ice cream. But today we decided to try the burgers. We won't be back for the burgers. They were terribly dry, as if they'd sat there all day. But the ice cream was still good!

Can not attest to the food because we did not get to eat but the staff that was working tonight (3/3/2026) is extremely unprofessional. We were ordering in the drive thru and were informed they were out of most things we tried to order a they were waiting for a truck. We completely understand that but what we are dissatisfied with the service. We tried to continue the order with the girl who later said she was the manger on duty and I guess she couldn’t here our questions we were asking so we told her never mind we decided to go somewhere else. We drove off and we saw her throw her hands up and roll her eyes. I went in to speak to someone and she is the one who came up. I told her that we tried to say to cancel the order and she just rolled her eyes. Then when I left the store the other employees at the counter pointed at me and my husband car and started laughing at us. I ordered the Oreo fudge brownie from the limited time menu. I get charged for an extra ingredient and I don't think they put the brownie.

Worst DQ I've ever been to. Had to keep repeating my order several times and still couldn't get it right. The female girl taking my order had to ask others about this or that. Would not recommend this DQ to anyone. Bunch of kids employed there not doing their job. If I could give 0 Stars I would.

Insanely long wait with an empty lobby. Over 50 minutes to get my takeout order. That was only 2 combos. Will not be coming back here.

I went this evening for a #1. I pull up and your team members were all sitting outside. My order was completely wrong, I got a dry burger with no veggies but tomatoes. I’m always very kind because I’m a GM in the restaurant industry but the kid working the window last night was rude. I asked to add a coke to my order and gave me a very annoyed look and got annoyed by it. His response was I guess. I will never be back, I visit at least 2-3 times a week and it’s always an issue with wait or service.

We waited 20 minutes for ice cream in the drive thru. At one point we noticed the drive through worker, a young man, using his cellphone instead of helping customers. Then when he was done, he just stood there looking at his nails 💅. We will never go again, and I hate to say this, but I don't recommend anyone too. That was just a blatant disrespect for the customers. Very disappointed.

We came in through the drive-thru to place our order the girl at the window told us to pull around and someone would bring it out. We did order several things. Finally after 30 minutes and watching them from outside, I pulled back around to see how much longer, the girl thought we had left. Umm excuse me, you told me to pull around, and yes I double checked with my passenger to see if i heard correctly. She looked lost and confused. So the food that sat on top of the counter was ours and it just sat there. No one ever came out. They thought I came through the window, ordered food paid and left. The girl tried to justify telling me she said just pull up not around. The manager came out with the food that sat on the counter for not more than 30 minutes saying he didn't hear what she said. He gave me cold food then gave me a receipt and my money back. When I looked at the receipt, it wasn't even for my order so they have no clue what's going on there. Either way, glad I don't have to come here again. And when I'm in town again, I won't ever feel the need to stop here. What was edible was disgusting anyway.

If there was a NO star rating I would. This location has gone down in service. Teenagers running the restaurant with rude customer service and poor hygiene! My last visit I witnessed an employee reach inside the back side of her pants and appeared to be scratching her butt followed by serving up an ice-cream. At that I left my order on the table and left. Absolutely disgusted. The owner needs to follow up with this!

Never going back. Nothing but teens working there with no work ethic. Take forever getting the food ready because they are on the phone or talking to each other. Only thing I can think of is poor management and ownership. Reflects on the whole operation.

Had a horrible experience!! Hamburger was saturated with mayonnaise to the point of wanting to throw up! Spoke with "Big Boss" who was quite rude; even closed the window on me when I told him I wanted my money back. Also, I had asked for some pepper and was given salt .. They don't care about their customers!!

I don’t ask for much in life but the one thing I do ask for is a patty in my turkey blt. In my expert opinion as a previous Dairy Queen employee I know it isn’t difficult to add a single patty. But my simple request was denied, I am truly unsatisfied with this service, I paid my dues to Dairy Queen 4 years ago. And now as I write this review they neglected the sour cream on the nachos. First the patty, now this, what has Dairy Queen come too, anarchy if you ask me and they couldn’t even locate the sour cream.
