For the last few months, this location has had terrible dine in service. You can tell the staff is focused on the drive thru mainly and no one wants to come to the counter. Most of the time I have had to force one of the staff to stop and ask about my order only to find out that it has been passed over and they have to reprint the receipt just to make the food. One time in particular we waited for over 30 minutes and when we got a 4 piece chicken nugget, it only had 2.

I had gone to pick up my food before a appointment which they had already messed my order up didn’t give me the deal I wanted spoke with a manager to get my food fixed which he did fix but when I left my burger looks like someone took a bite out of it this is disgusting I called to let the manager know and he did say he’ll fix my meal but would you even wanna eat at a place like that anymore mind you I’m pregnant so I was very grossed out knowing that so many things get spread through just saliva

Cold and half filled fries..... This is a consistent issue with franchise owners skirting corporate policy. I'm paying for a large and a medium fry and getting a medium and small. It might have been some small consolation if they were at least fresh but nope, soggy and cold. Thanks guys. Total miss. Update: I have now contacted corporate twice about this issue and still any time I go, I get a half full fry. I'm not going to eat here again. Update again: Whataburger fries hot, fresh, and they actually give me a medium fry instead of a small. McDonald's never responds or does anything about it. I think the franchise owner is saving money by skimping on fries. You can sell twice as many fries if you only fill them half way. Too bad corporate doesn't care.

I had a terrible experience at the McDonald’s in Floresville. I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup, and they lost my order twice. I ended up waiting over an hour, and by the time they attempted the third order, it still wasn’t ready. I finally had to request a refund. The manager seemed completely out of it, and the staff didn’t seem to know what to do. The whole situation was so disorganized it honestly made me feel like I should go inside and cook the food myself. This was one of the worst-managed McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. Hoping they seriously improve their management and curbside process.

I usually have a smooth experience at this McDonald’s, but this past week was the complete opposite. We placed our order through the mobile app like we always do, went through the drive-thru, gave our code, and then ended up waiting about 15 minutes just to reach the window. When we finally got there, the young lady handed us the wrong order and seemed unsure of what was going on. Once I told her what we actually ordered, she said they didn’t have fries ready and asked us to pull into a designated spot so they could bring the food out. We waited another 20 minutes with no update. I eventually got down and went inside. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When I asked to speak to a manager, a woman named Alma came over. She showed no empathy, looked frustrated, and offered no apology. When I asked why our order was taking so long, her response was, “It’s not my fault, I just got here.” What made it worse was seeing orders being delivered to other drive-thru and curbside customers while our order — which had been sitting on the counter the whole time — was never brought out. This was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The lack of communication and the unprofessional response from the manager made it even more frustrating. Customer service matters, and situations like this need to be handled with accountability and care.

No matter what time of day or how slow or busy they are. Expect a wait time of 30 mins to an hour from placing your order to receiving it. Even after receiving your order your fries will always come out lukewarm or cold. Only thing that made this McDonald's bearable was the two wonderful employees that work overnight. I dont know their names but ones a skinny manager guy and the other is a young lady with dyed hair.

The only reason service gets a 2 star from me is because the lady at the order speaker was really nice. The manager was the one serving us at the pick up window and he was moving slow as ifnhe didnt care about what he was doing. Handed my husband the food kinda aggressively and then didnt even hand us the drinks. No, it will be just a moment more on the frappe, no thank you for your patience or anything. Just handed us the rest of the stuff and closed the window without a thank you. For a manager thats pretty unprofessional. I know how difficult working food service is (did it myself and will never do so again) but just a little effort in trying to act nice goes a long way.

We decided to get breakfast and a coffee since the drive through is open 24hrs. We placed a mobile order for 2 sandwiches, 2 hash browns, and 2 coffees. When we arrived at the drive through, it took over 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us just to be told to hold on. We gave our mobile order number and pulled forward. There was one car waiting in front of us. We waited an additional 25 minutes to get our simple order. Once we got our order, one coffee was completely cold. We notified the person at the window and she took it back. When she came back less than a minute later, she handed us a coffee that was hot but only 3/4 full. When we brought it to her attention, she said that is as full as it gets. The cold coffee we received before they took it back was full to the top. She closed the window and walked away. I tried to get her attention but she ignored me. When she finally opened the window, I asked for the manager’s name and she would not tell me. I asked her name and she said she wasn’t going to tell me and tried to cover her name badge. I saw it before she covered it. Her name was Cheyenne. This young lady was very rude to us and did not seem to be concerned with giving us what we rightfully paid for and deserved. We will not be returning to this restaurant in the future because of this experience. It’s a shame as we prefer to buy local whenever possible.

We just got home and realized our order was completely wrong. I don’t expect high end food or service, but I do expect my order to be what I paid for. On top of the order being completely wrong, the food took awhile. Don’t make the mistake I did, make sure to check the bag before you pull off!

This location messes up 2 out of 4 'online' orders. This is McDonalds and I don't expect high end food. I DO expect what I order to be in the bag when I drive away. We live about 20 min away from town and order online, have it brought to the car, and drive home to eat. On average, every other order we get is missing something or something isn't completed the way it was ordered. E.g. no pickle... I have driven back once to let the manager on duty know that there has to be some kind of training process that's messed up for it to happen as often as it does. It hasn't gotten any better. Get a refund you say? Well to do that, we've been told, they have to refund the entire order and then recharge us for the stuff we got that was correct. We can give you an in-store 'tab', but you have to come in and sit down to eat. Well, that doesn't really work for us. We live too far out for us to 'have a treat dinner at McDonalds.' If I'm coming to town to go inside and eat, it will be someplace that will bring us our food and refill our drinks. I don't know how this location keeps in business. I've waited 20 min for a burger, nuggets, and fries pack. When I walked in to figure out where my order was, I was told 'It wasn't on the screen.' when I gave them the name, I was told that 'I'd have to wait for it to be remade. Because it must have been cleared off the board by mistake.' If you have 'great service every time you visit this location', I'm happy for you. We get the crap service ones you miss. EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I posted this to the company website to get zero response First of all understand that Mr Casanova is no longer over seeing this location. Hopefully he can send this on to the current area manager for Floresville Today’s experience was an experience that is rare but identifies opportunities that I feel that needs to be addressed. My wife and I along with our 6 year old granddaughter visited the location around 2:30 this afternoon. We had a very simple order of a Happy Meal with 6 nuggets, fries, apples and milk. I advised the young lady taking our order that we had a military discount. Once we got up to the first window the young lady did not review the order and just took my card and slammed the window closed. She processed the payment without saying anything. Once I got my receipt I noticed no discount on the order. I inquired about the discount and she replied that I should have told her when I presented my payment. My reply was I wasn’t given the chance. She left the window and came back stating that I’d have wait on a manager to give the discount. She further stated that she did not know where the manager was at the moment. I looked in my mirror to see several cars behind me, I then inquired about the wait and she stated the other customers would just have to wait
