Here for a 3 day Volleyball tournament, visited this Whataburger three different times and all three visits they delivered hands down!!! Food was accurate and customer service was epic! Good job guys keep up the good work!!! See you next year!

I love this place. It was a busy Friday night (after a H.S. Soccer games) The Staff very friendly & helpful. We got our orders taken quickly. Food got to us fast & was nice & hot. Tasted fantastic.

I has been many years since we have been this far south. Still the same. Our drive thru went smoothly and everything was hot and tasty. The customer service was great. Most of the time you can't go wrong if you are in the mood for a Whataburger.

We sent a large order for our group through the Whataburger app. We got it with the right person's name on each bag in the order. It made the process quite easy even with customized burgers for everyone. The food is still great. We'll see how it goes when the new owners implement cost cutting changes over time.

The Whataburger in floresville personnel were very professional and courteous and the order was promptly given to me. The fries were hot and my spicy chicken sandwich was hot as well. Thank you so much. The staff was also very helpful in recommending helping out the food bank and I received a coupon in exchange for donating a dollar.

I have only had two unfavorable experiences (got onions when I shouldn't have and am allergic and one super dry burger). However, they were very nice and fixed the issue right away. Always great service here. Only thing I don't like is parking lot is very small and gets hard to get in and out with the HEB fuel parking traffic.

You can never go wrong with this Whataburger! The line is usually long but goes quickly. I appreciate consistency and always know exactly what to expect. We love the onion rings! Great job team, hot food and good fast service is hard to come by at other local eateries like Nana’s up the street. Five stars!

Food was par for course with whataburger locations, not perfect but a cut above most fast food. I wanted to shine a light on the crew here. Friendliness seems to come effortlessly to them. Crystal called me by name and remembered my name when checking on me later. Small things like that takes customer service to the next level. I also witnessed them giving emotional support and encouragement to a burnt out teammate. What an awesome person, they have a real talent with kindness and friendliness.

This Whataburger is going down hill fast. They used to have good hot food, now, not so much. The cashier, Samantha V. was rude. We waited about 15 minutes for french fries and onion rings, and they were cold and old. I requested fresh ones be remade, and I got attitude from the cashier, Samantha V. The second set came out, and they gave me burnt onion rings. I asked this girl to call a manager, and she completely ignored me. I had to call on the manager. I told her that I wanted fresh, not burned onion rings, and the cashier started complaining. I pointed out that she was complaining and that it was rare that anyone got treated the way the cashier was treating me. Look, folks, it comes down to this, you pay for the food you ordered. You worked hard for your money. You should get good and hot fresh food. Don't take it, you make them remake your food, and if it comes out bad again, then just ask for your money back.

Today we went to this Whataburger after about a year of not coming. The atmosphere is obviously different and the change is an absolute pleasure to experience. The manager was on it the entire time, talking to customers and encouraging his staff. This location now hires special needs individuals and it’s just wonderful to see how the entire team works together so well. The positive leadership here has really made it great to come back.

Everytime I go in, they take 30 minutes and I usually only get a single combo to go, it’s happened twice, im left waiting while everyone gets their food. My husband stopped in on his way to work in another town past floresville , and they took over 30 minutes to get his food out while he watched everyone else who ordered after him eat. They did mess up and give him a medium fry instead of a large but was nice enough to give him two burges. they need to work on time management , he asked a total of 4 times about his food and nobody could give him acuracy and he’s late to work. It’s straight negligence, not everyone who goes to get food, has time to sit there and waste.

I have been to alot of whataburgers and though I am not a local here it has always been a good experience, the staff was really helpful. One night the drive thru was closed after hours for cleaning which they do alot I was driving a large truck very hungry and they took my order in the parking lot which I was very appreciative for. Great place .

Wow , the manager working tonight was amazing. The place was SLAMMED and I figured it was Gonna take a little bit to get my curbside order , took about 15 minutes. When I received my food they forgot my drink which was no big deal , checked my order and was missing an extra chicken strip, no worries the manager came back ( he was helping us ) told him and he apologized again, came back with 3 extra strips and sweet treats, he went above and beyond and was so apologetic 10/10 would come back

Had the chicken tenders. They were delicious. With honey mustard and bbq. Only reason why I didn’t give 4 stars was it was drive thru but a little slow. Probably short staffed.

I've noticed that, lately, the hamburger patties seem to be a little too salty. Maybe a little less heavy-handed with the salt next time? Patrons can always add their own seasoning. Otherwise, the vegetables are always fresh and crisp and everything is served hot and with a smile! This is one of the best places still to get a good meal and friendly service in Floresville. I am glad it is here and hope it stays for a long time.

Food was good, but I asked for no onions on my burger and it came with onions. I am not picky, but then I had to pick them out (so does that make me picky🤔). Well by the time I finished the surgical procedure of removing onions from the inners of my burger, which allowed the burgers heated soul to escape. I was left with a cold shamed burger, that could never be the same again (literally). In their despair of watching their fellow foodmate die on the operating table, the fries lost their will to live. Other then that the soda was nice & cold (hearted).

Online order wasn't quite ready when we arrived, but when they handed us the food, the drinks weren't there. They handed us the bag of food and I had to ask for the drinks, which they then handed us the 5 cups. While I was standing there waiting fot the food, they could have let us fill the cups. But the food was delicious!

My fiancé and I went through the drive through for my pickup order and the guy at the first window was super sweet but the lady at the 2nd window must have been having a bad day. She looked so unhappy and sad. We got the food and she pretty much almost dropped my drink and just shrugged her shoulders then we went to say thank you and tell her to have a wonderful night and to drive safe in this weather and she slammed the window locked it and walked away before we could even say a word to her. I work in food and let me tell you rudeness is never the answer, I truly do hope she has a better day tomorrow than she did tonight!

This is the FIRST time I've ever given Whataburger a less than stellar review, but I have to do it today because of their coffee cup lids. These lids have been a thorn in my side for ages because they just don't fit / stay on properly. Today took the cake. I stopped by the drive thru to get my daily cup of HOT coffee and as I was transferring it from the server to my cup holder, the lid popped off and the cup slid from my fingers and onto my lap. I now have burns on my stomach and hip from the scalding coffee. My clothes and car seat are soaked and stained. I was late to work. Not a fun time. Whataburger... get your coffee cup/lid issue FIXED. Everyone, be very careful when getting coffee from Whataburger.

Literally every time I come here the wait is so long. I usually don't mind too much but it's definitely a regional problem because this isn't a problem at many other locations I've been to. I don't know what this location has to do to fix their process but something really needs to be done. Today was probably the worst experience I've had here. The employee taking my drive thru order must have been having a bad day and I truly sympathize with him but there was absolutely no reason for the attitude I was given when I asked him to be aware of how many cars he was asking to pull over into the second lane to wait as I was almost hit by someone reversing from the lane I was in to get to the other. Instead of acknowledging the problem he said he was just doing what his boss said and it was going to be busy no matter where I go. When I got to the window I asked to speak to "his boss" and got the response I should have gotten from the employee in the first place. Acknowledge the issue and apologize if necessary, simple customer service. I don't hold it against him but I hate confrontation and this should definitely be a learning experience for him to do better even if his day is less than ideal.

It's Whataburger so the food is good. The credit card chip reader needs to be serviced so bring cash to pay for your order. The sandwich assembly was poor on my order and several others that I saw.

People working drive thru are always really nice and really fast, in store was awful though. Place was a mess, dead air, girl behind the counter barely said a word to me or looked at me when taking my order. I still smiled and said thank you as she practically threw my small change into my hand. All I ordered was a large drink. Sweetie needs an attitude adjustment.

Let me start this off by saying I love Whataburger. But this location is lacking, I understand Staffing problems but even then lines that always been ridiculously long I've been to quite a few Whataburger's in my time this is one of the worst. But I will say just like typical Whataburger if you have any problems you are taking care of 100%. And I've had problems and been taken care of which is a reason why this review isn't lower

I always use the mobile app to order due to having a disabled child so its not easy to order at the drive through or go inside. It did take a little longer to get our order out but we did order 2 sandwiches and extra sides. I put grilled onions on my chicken sandwich order and mayo instead of the whatasauce. I didn't get either. Then this is the lettuce that was put on my sandwich. The lady who ran our food out was nice and they did include all our condiments.

The AC does not seem to be working! Very warm in the store. The hamburger buns seem to be flat, but overall a decent burger for fast food. The large chocolate shake does not have much chocolate in it at all.

We usually like Whataburger, but today was just awful. Received a single, instead of a double WB, which had the wrong cheese on it and lettuce, which we didn't add. An apple juice and all four ketchups we're missing. The fries looked and tasted like they were a day old and the burgers didn't look fresh or taste right - sloppy and cold... The Dr Pepper was completely flat.

The last two or three times I ordered at Floresville I specifically ordered mustard and mayonnaise on my burgers. Well I didn’t have either on them when I got home each time. That’s not acceptable. I order through the drive through all the time. And I’m there a lot. I expect better. Other than that the burgers are great. I’ll see what happens next time.

Customer service is a big deal to me, when someone says thank you, the correct response is your welcome, and vice-versa. Making people feel welcomed in a food establishment should be key, and when you don't have a welcoming attitude, why should we spend money at that establishment?? So for that reason I give 2 stars.

Ordered through the drive thru and the woman completely ignored my us when my husband asked for a receipt. He called out multiple times and she chose to ignore us. Had to get out of my vehicle to get her attention and she was rude about it saying she has to go inside to get it. Next time, please say that instead of ignoring your customer. Receipts are important when you are on a business trip.

Multiple complaints. Whataburger is usually great at every location I have been to. I have even worked at multiple locations and the quality of food has been great. However, this location does not care about Whataburger quality. The first time I came here I asked for a combo number 5. I asked if the order could be made fresh and for my fries to have no salt; as well as no tomatoes or onion in my burger. My burger was flat the bun had a slight toast to it and was not the slightest warm. The hamburger patty was not fresh. The patty was burned and dry on the outside and dry in the middle. The patty was not even warm enough to melt the cheese that was on the patty. The fries received were fresh however; they had salt on them. I contacted this location about the problem and the management staff here had the biggest attitude and acted like what I was telling them couldn’t be true. The lack of respect for myself as the customer was just unyielding. My second visit I ordered the chicken bites meal and I spoke to the manager named Bobby and asked him if he could make sure my order was fresh. He informed me that the food is always made fresh so I told him of my last visit and he said it wipes be fresh. Upon receiving my order I checked to make sure and it wasn’t fresh at all. I didn’t complain and just grabbed my order and left. I don’t understand how a manager can ensure a customer of food quality and then not ensure it. I spoke again with Bobby and I told him that I would be coming to the store and I wanted to ensure that he would make sure my food was fresh. I then told him about my past few visits and he said well I never told you that. I informed him that he had and he insisted in arguing with me that he had not spoken to me. This was the second time I had a poor quality order and the second time the management has shown how much of an attitude they can have and get away with.

Ordered curbside and food was delivered just a few minutes late which isn’t a big deal and the young man that brought out the food was polite and apologetic. The issue was the burgers were cold and the $4 onion rings were overcooked in old grease. We couldn’t even eat them so they went in the trash. We had ordered ketchup and the food was delivered without ketchup, napkins or plastic ware needed for the chicken. Just because you are one of a few restaurants in a small town doesn’t mean you can provide poor food quality and service. Not what we are used to from Whataburger.

One word...disgusting. All of the food was cold except the onion rings which were cooked in old grease. Clean your fryers please. Went here because there was only one car in the drive-thru but we would have waited for hot food.

Absolutely frustrating how me and my boyfriend ordered ahead on curbside to prevent long waits and just to have people that were in line at the long drive thru get their food before us. We waited 30 mins in curbside just for them to keep forgetting things on the order and then when we get home to see that the sandwich we ordered was wrong instead they gave us a chicken tender sandwich which was nowhere near what we asked for. We paid extra for double grilled chicken and didn’t even get the right one. Curbside wasn’t convenient and if you’re going to make paying customers wait at least get the order right. Such a rip off and upsetting.

Do not order the Chile cheese burger it’s Nasty it is SUPER salty. If you should order it, it will be a waste of your money, due it being so salty. But of course it will be up to you, if you want to waste your hard earn money!! I found out the hard way by actually buying it! But NO more.

We waited in the drive-thru for around 40 minutes. They forgot an item from our order. The food just didn't taste like it used to... I guess I would try ordering inside next time or something. I heard this location has been going downhill and the younger staff aren't so great. Didn't realize it was this bad... stinks.

Really gone downhill recently. My order has been wrong on multiple visits. Especially frustrating paying for something and not getting it like the sauces and cheese. Overall would not recommend until something changes. I will be going to JCs from now on.

Place an order on the app and waited at curbside 10 mins after the order was suppose to be ready. Finally went into the restaurant to find out food just sitting on the counter. One burger was cold and seemed like it had been for a while. The cheese looked like it does cold. None had melted at all! To make it worse, the fries seemed old. It was by far the worst Whataburger meal I’ve ever had.

Opted for curbside since the drive thru is historically busy and time consuming. Not sure what the point of curbside is though if the girl just comes out and gets your name. She asked my name 15 minutes after I checked in. When I told her I checked in 15 minutes ago she just stared at me. 10 minutes later I got my food- 5 minutes after that I got my iced coffee (from the same order). My sodas barely had any ice- I figured they just went light, but when I got home I realized they were just heavily watered down. I had ordered a caramel iced coffee with extra caramel (additional charge)- no caramel was in my coffee. Fries were cold, no cheese on one of the burgers- I mean goodness- it’s just ridiculous. Not sure if management changed or something but it didn’t use to be this way. I’ll just get whataburger in San Antonio.

I used to have a 5 star review on this place but recently the workers are starting to not care anymore. I went there today and they gave me an extra meal on accident and charged me 15 more dollars. I've never experienced a slower drive thru than this Whataburger. Twice now I've been in line for over 20 minutes to get my food. I will choose somewhere else from now on.

After arriving home, found that 2 of the 5 things we ordered were correct. When I called, I was put on hold for 18 minutes for them to tell me they reviewed video and said my order was correct, basically calling me a liar. Receipt was correct, order was dead wrong. Bobby would not do a damn thing to help. This site needs some looking into.

They can not get order correct. Ordered a bacon Berger combo and a number 1 combo. I asked for No cheese on bacon burger. Well they still put cheese and they did not put bacon on the bacon burger??? Really that’s what I paid for. When I called they did nothing for me but hung up. Really??

Just left the restaurant in the drive thru, I asked for my order to be made fresh. I waited 20mins for my order thinking it was being made fresh. I live 2 mins away, I got home and my two chicken strip meals were cold, no warmth to the food at all, I lied..only the gravy was watery and warm.

Never can get an order right. Food takes forever to come out and when it does you can bet it’s cold. Even found a piece of plastic glove in a burger. Do not go here it’s the worst whataburger in Texas!

What the hell happened to whataburger! Came back to Texas after being gone for a few years and it's not even close to what it used to be. The meat is half the thickness, the toppings looked old, the buns are very gummy and when I asked for extra crispy fries they told me it's on a timer and that's as crispy as it gets. So much for their slogan "just like you like it" well none of it was how I like it! Never ever going back.

Was sent to lane outside and forgot us like 9 cars left with food before us they finally came out and didn’t even know what we ordered food was ready this whole time like 13 minutes brings it out all cold and no drinks then bring drinks in bag and spilled in bag threw away food not happy with what was my burger place

Needs a management review and complete overhaul all management was rude I called to get an order replaced it was messed up on their part after waiting in line for 45 minutes and I live outside of town on the highway only to realize my food was messed up . And when I called they continued to give me attitude and pretend and act like I didn't have common sense. Commonly when someone says plain Burger that means toasted buns no veggies no condiments meat maybe cheese. and when I did call they acted like I had the meal replaced already Highly do not recommend visiting again for some time, they continue to condescend down to me saying I need to specify and ask for plane plane and dry. I own four McDonald's restaurants franchised under my name and I've never heard of this I've heard of stupid people saying this but never was it accepted in my restaurants

We ordered curbside, waited about 20 minutes, husband finally had to go into the restaurant to retrieve our order. I got the chicken strips. They forgot the gravy and by the time we got my order the fries were cold and hard. Zero stars.

The night shift refused to take a credit card payment from oilfield workers around 5am, they had a large order and told them they only except cash payment, I used my credit card 5 minutes before the oilfield workers came in and the drive thru was taking credit card payment when they were told they only take cash payment. Whataburger in floresville lost a big sale that morning due to negligent management and just pure laziness. It was sad to see. The oilfield workers only had a small amount of money and only ordered a small portion of there order. Order 217217 was mine that was paid by credit card 15 minutes prior. I hope this matter is addressed with disciplinary action. Totally uncalled for. Thank you, Respectively, Ken Painter.

I’m normally one not to complain. And I understand when someone has a bad day. But this happens more time than not and it’s ridiculous. We placed an order online. Walked in a little before 11am (ordered lunch food), got our drinks while we were waiting. Sat in the very front table. Waited until we started seeing people we knew were behind us starting to get their food to go ask. It was a half hour since we placed the order. Went up to the counter to ask the lady to please check on it. She went back and didn’t even look or ask a soul. Another lady asked us if she can help us. She went back and found it immediately in the warmer. The food was already cold. Not once did they bring it out for us to take. If there was another Whataburger closer. We’d go there 10 times out of 10. If you go. Block off a whole hour because you will never get in and out fast.

Living in a small town, there aren't many choices for food. You would think with a big name like Whataburger, the food and service would be good every time, at every store, right?!? Not so, unfortunately I have to put an X on another Floresville restaurant. Today, I ordered a single pattyWB in a bowl, onion rings, and a malt. ($18.??) It took the car attendant 3 trips, and 18 minutes past the time that the app said my order was ready. Oddly, he kept going to my passenger side and keeping the item right at the window. He went to the driver's side of all the other cars....🤔 When I finally got to my food, the onion rings were mushy, and the burger patty was so cold the cheese had never melted. So they use a cold pre-cooked patty in the salad bowls? 🤮 This is the second time recently it's been so bad that I had to complain. The first time I got an email with some extra points since I order through the app. This time I have yet to see a response. There are lots of new things going in around this area, I would think the oldies would step up their game a little? No? I guess we'll all be excited to see what goes in that spot when this location goes under 🤷‍♀️

Went around 11 pm lastnignt and the cashier named Luisana forgot to put the gravy in and she said “ it will take to long to make, do y’all want another sauce? “ I wouldn’t have mind the wait but apparently the customers don’t come first whatever the customer wants should get but oh well … She also forgot to add fries and assumed I was lying when on the receipt it said large fries and she handed me a medium. My food was also cold and gross

I don’t leave bad reviews often, but I’m annoyed enough to post this. I’ve been here four different times across different months, and it’s been consistently slow every time. You could walk into H-E-B, grab what you need, and make a burger faster than the wait here. Not trying to be dramatic—this location just needs to tighten things up.

Literally everything about my order was wrong. Avocado bacon burger had no avocado or bacon or veggies. Both of the other burgers were also wrong. Fries were the wrong size. Drink was the wrong drink. Literally the worst experience.

I’m a patient and lenient person and I don’t like to complain, but when you give me someone else’s order and remake it again only to mess it up once more, then that’s when I’m going to get irritated. Not only did they mess up the order but it’s visibly noticeable that the employee was high off something. Touching her face and eyes and then proceeding to touch my food was really off putting. She couldn’t even charge the card correctly on the machine. I hope this does not happen to anyone else in the future.

Today's service sucked, no one asked if we wanted a cup holder in the drive thru like every other day, my chicken sandwich was going to take a min, ok, get it. Don't bring it out to me sagging with literally half a cup of sauce leaving from the package to the bag I to other meals because your on a hurry to get it done. Because now with it so sopping wet my bread fell apart and my sauce was in every one else's meal. All of our fries were cold and soggy with grease. The worst order ever today. Oh, the girls gravy on the number 13 was water and no flavor. This is why I don't eat at the famous Whataburger.

I have eaten at this whataburger since it was built here. It has slowly but surely gone downhill. Im sure some of it has to do with the state of our workforce, but it is to the point where we won't be back. Walked in with kids excited to eat whataburger after their first day of school. Waited for what seemed like five minutes but im sure its was more like 2 or 3 minutes for the young man to finish "talking" to his fellow worker. She was trying to close out her cash drawer for the day. He finally decided to slowly make his way to his register where he stared at the ground and mumbled okay sir im ready for your order, oh I mean ma'am how can I take your order. At that point I walked out as I couldnt take it anymore. I went outside and sat down across the parking lot to take a deep breath. I gathered myself and walked in and my wife and kids WERE STILL ORDERING. He couldnt comprehend that my son wanted a #2 with mayo, ketchup, and onions. The previous few times we have tried to eat here the dining room is a mess which I can get by because I know alot of parents use it as a babysitter being so close to floresville isd but the lack of competence of the employees and wait times for the food have grown unbearable. I almost forgot, in the time we were waiting to order 2 different curbside folks walked in saying they had been sitting waiting for their orders checked in but nobody was bringing them out.

I ordered breakfast online at 10:45am. I put AM as the time to pick up the order. Not PM like they claimed I did, saying I'd have to wait 15 minutes. It was 30 minutes when I received my 1 honey butter chicken biscuit and barely any honey butter sauce. It was just thrown together and didn't even allow the cheese to melt. You have downright disappointed one of the best restaurant servers in floresville and I'll be sure to let everyone know. Thank you. You've earned this. Have a great morning. Oops I mean afternoon. When I received my order it came just like this ketchup all on the outside of the burger I don’t like ketchup on the burger I requested to add a side of ketchup for the fries the fries were stail cold and hard I do not recommend ordering door dash through this location this has been the 2nd time my order was trashed its to late at night for me to go 20 miles out late night to get a refund
