Paris baguette has been the place me and my neighbors go for the best of the best. Service, bread and environment. Michelle puts a smile on my face and was able to provide me with fresh out the oven baguettes. Delicious!

I have had many disappointing experiences at this Paris Baguette in the past. However, one of the cashiers, Ava, was very professional when taking my order. She was very kind, which made me feel comfortable as a customer. I will definitely be coming back here again in the future.

I come often to this location and can confidently say this is one of my favorite spots to get my morning coffee at. The service is nothing short of spectacular. There is one young man by the name of Jacob who has constantly provides great service to me. He is always attentive to his job and one can tell he always puts great effort into his craft. I don't usually leave reviews but I recently visited this coffee shop and had a wonderful experience. I didn't know what drink to choose and one of the workers, David, was not only very friendly, but also recommended a drink that exceeded my expectations. It was delicious, and it definitely became one of my favorites accompanied by a delicious croissant. Without a doubt, it is a place I will return to, not only for the quality drinks, but also for the excellent treatment received by its staff, highlighting David.

Honestly I come to this place often, their treats and drinks are delicious. May I say also, their customer service is fantastic. They’re very welcoming and attentive and always make everything soooo yummy. Jacob specifically is soo nice to me and it’s so nice seeing him when he’s working he makes my coffee the best!

David was truly a delight today. He helped by restocking the wax sheets when he noticed it had run out. Was very courteous at checkout and ensured my order was correct by asking if my beverage was hot or iced. ( I've been here before and was rushed not asked by another associate how I wanted my coffee or if I wanted anything else despite there being no line and although I never said iced which I felt implied hot got the wrong beverage.) I felt valued by David and even enjoyed our chat and that he called me by name since I'm a rewards member. I look forward to coming back and getting quality service from David! I live in the neighborhood and spend quite a bit of money here so it's nice to be treated like a valued customer.

Great location to work and study! I got a strawberry cream croissant and iced latte, and the place is quiet and quaint with a mixed of customers from groups of elderly casually lounging around to families looking to stock up on their pastries. My sister and I have been to this place and that bought two croissants and water from there. The food and service were wonderful. The atmosphere was that there were many people there eating, drinking, talking, and that the workers were busy making cakes or other things.

I ordered an iced vanilla latte and the flavor was really rich! Jacob was also very sweet and welcoming!

I’ve heard about this place a few times so I decided to stop by for something sweet before I hit the road. I’ve been to a couple of places like this so I wasn’t expecting much. The sugar donuts were pretty solid though. I was surprised. I also got one of those viral filled croissants, they’re very mess but they are okay. Nothing special. I also got this coffee donut, my mom liked it but I personally wasn’t a fan of the icing. It melted pretty quickly and it tasted odd.

I made a great choice with the stuffed strawberry croissant- normally $5.79- was free after downloading their app and signing up for the loyalty program. Had a great cappuccino to accompany the croissant. It is very hard to choose from so many wonderful pastries. The atmosphere isn’t great- but the food was wonderful.

Haven't been at this location is downtown Flushing in a long time. Can't beat the pastries which are delicious. The cakes are top notch and a great way to celebrate with family and friends. It's not overly sweet and the cake is soft for a perfect bit. Eat with a coffee for the perfect complement.

Stopped by during my short trip when the bakery just opened its doors in the AM. Grabbed one matcha croissant and a double espresso (took longer than average to prepare because the machine was not ready). The matcha croissant was excellent, and went back the counter to get two additional croissants.

On the more expensive side of bakeries. Their pastries are all very delicate and nice to look at. However, I just wish they would individually pack the pastries, or at least have a server take them out. It feels a little unsanitary to have bread laying in a tray that anyone can touch.

This is one of the first Paris Baguettes I've visited many years ago. When we stop by this location, there are always so many people hanging out at the cafe. It seems like a very busy location. My kids like the cheesecake.

This Paris Baguette is in a great spot, very close to Flushing’s bustling Main Street, with a large parking lot right next to it for convenience. Inside, there are plenty of seating areas where you can relax or have a chat with friends or business partners. If you walk further in, there’s even a food court. The only downside is that the background music can be a bit loud at times—turning it down slightly would make the atmosphere even better.

Pretty pricey and it kinda doesn’t meet expectations. The smoothies are okay could be better. I do like the blueberry muffin but heard they’re sweet.

The service quality is lower and lower this location. The quality of service worker getting very low right now. Also the environment. Can you either do more employee training or choose better quality emoyees? For example, they constantly make a ice coffee to an ice latte. It seems like they cannot tell the difference between ice latte and ice coffee.

All the food looks delicious. Quality is excellent. Price is great. New favorite spot!!

This is a great location, very well organized, clean, efficient. Quality is, as usual, consistent and way above average most pastry’s. Tables are great, being next to the food mall has its pros and cons but that’s life. You can tell people work hard and really do their best when there’s an endless stream of customers.

One of the favorite bakeries to go in Flushing. It has nice sitting area which you can sit and enjoy your meal. Yes, the price of their merchandises can be a bit high, but they do have nice quality and their food are tasty! It is also the Place that I would go buy cake for all kinds of occasions! Standard fare bakery, the almond croissant was dry and tasteless, their take on the cronut was actually ok.

Got a free pastry after downloading app but they made my friends stomach hurts. Everything looks delicious but the shop was not as clean as it should be.

I have been buying pastries here for quite some time. I decided to bring my mom to enjoy the dining area and for the first time i was disappointed. A drumming noise coming from what sounds like speakers along with music that can be slightly heard, very unpleasant, when I asked the counter person about the noise for a breaf second the noise quetted down then started back up. Had to leave was annoyed. I told my mom that they use a strategy called hostile architecture which discourages people from loitering. I hope I am wrong.

Paris Baguette is one of our go-to bakeries and the maintenance of this location might be the worst among all branches we have visited so far. The decor is bright & wide-spaced with plenty of indoor & outdoor seating, which is perfect for friends’ gathering. It's crowded most of the time, so we totally understand it's kind of difficult to keep it clean and organized. We had their Matcha Croissant & Almond Triangle and both pastries were delicious & fresh, especially the croissant, which has creamy fillings.

Came here at 8am and even though the place already opens at 7, less than one third of the shelves were filled. On the bright side, the breads available were fresh and tasty. The place is roomy with lots of seating which is a plus. Overall, come later during the day when the choices are better.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had! The cashier just took 5 minutes to check out one customer, and all other staffs are just really cold, no one taking care of the long line. It’s a rainy day, I was asking for a cup holder cause coffee is hot, and my hands are taken by umbrella and my lunch box, that cashier just pretended to check it in the kitchen, and came out saying no😂😂😂 I mean, how could it be? It is a coffee shop, you don’t have a cup holder🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲

I recently visited Paris Baguette and had a very disappointing experience. The air conditioning was broken, making the entire place uncomfortably hot. To make matters worse, the shop was dirty with trash everywhere. It’s a shame because the potential is there, but the lack of cleanliness and proper maintenance is unacceptable.

I have been purchasing Paris Baguette for several years, I love the croissant donut, strawberry cream cake, cream puffs, berry tarts, sandwiches, salads and also drinks. I just found that different locations provide different qualities of bakery and services. For example, the food in Korea town will be fresher than in flushing. I just purchased berry tart and strawberry cream cake from flushing couple days ago. Both of them are not in a fresh condition. Also they look great, but the cream and crust contains a strong flavor of the fridge. I was so disappointed not only the food but the service. The chaser was impatient and forgot my order in a second when I checked out. If I miss the cake, I definitely will choose other stores to purchase.

I was a customer here when Queens Crossing was still freshly built and this ‘cafeteria style bakery’ opened up. The security in this building think this is One World Trade. They asked me while I was sitting down by the window drinking my coffee with a tray of $40 food “If you’re not a customer we need you to leave.” One word: HARASSMENT! I just spend $50 on food that is mediocre and a coffee that taste two points down from McCafe and ya’ll trying to throw me out???? Yo! NOPE. I said “I am customer here this is my receipt and if you harass me one more time with stupid questions I will call 9-1-1 which is up the block from here if you’re looking for someone to mess around with I am the right one. I have time for a lawsuit, denying service to a paying customer in a public place. I took myself to another bakery/cafeteria. RUDE? Bye!

Really the worst service, or rather no service at all. I was the only person waiting on line, made eye contact with the 4 people behind the counter, and they were just doing their own thing and talking to each other. I left. This place was convenient for me, but going to start getting coffee from Fay Da right across the street from now on.

I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I encountered during my visit to your store this morning. While waiting in line at the cashier, I noticed that one of your employees, a short, skinny young Indian girl, left her station to chat with coworkers and played on her phone, even though she saw me waiting. Fortunately, another employee, a busy gentleman, noticed the situation and stepped in to assist me with great patience and care. I really appreciated his effort and professionalism. I believe this situation could have been avoided with better attention to customer service. I hope that you will review the footage from this morning and address this behavior to ensure a better experience for your customers in the future. Caution: When she returned to her station, she didn’t wash her hands! This is a significant hygiene concern, especially in a food service environment.

While I would normally go out to order, I have been waiting for over TWO hours on the phone for someone to answer about a missing item from my order. Only for it to keep getting ignored. I suggest only buying in-person. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRUST THEIR CAFE TO EVER ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE. I will not be removing this review, as a warning to other customers so they know to only ever purchase in-person, not on their app or website ever!

Delicious desserts but very poor customer service. The lady at the cash register allowed other people to cut the line. I was standing on line with other people and she just allowed other people to cut us and we all yelled and she still take other people who cut us. Either the cashier is deaf or she just like to piss off the customers. There’s no control. Very poor customer services. The company needs to train their cashiers.

This is the second time I go and they don't have the supplies that the Macchiato dubai chocolate carries the first time was a week ago they did it for me but they made me wait a long time to tell me that there was no kataifi but they still gave me and today I go and ask if they can give me and they tell me that today they don't have it either. As the years go on the employees of this particular location are responsible for the declining reviews. This location closes at 10 PM and they always have last night. This photo was taken at 9:27 Friday January 6th. basically a group of teenagers who want to go home early can decide to close over a half hour before normal time. There was a line of people trying to open the door looking at employees, but they were all ignored.

Bought a cake with mold from PARIS BAGUETTE. We Bought a Mini sponge cake for my birthday, kept in fridge for a whole night. And it has mold on there, I winder how long they had this cake kept in their fridge. Never going back EVEN AGAIN.

The cakes are amazing but unfortunately the Queens Crossing location is horrible. I order my cakes in advance online but when I get there (hours later) to pick it up at the time I said I would pick it up, they tell me they don’t have my order. I show them my order confirmation and then they tell me that they’re sold out of that cake and to pick a different one. This has happened more than once or twice and it’s made the experience horrible! I really do love their cakes and it sucks that there is only one location in the heart of Flushing. But I feel I need to find a new and more reliable bakery to order my cakes.

There was these Spanish workers and they made my ice coffee so bad barely any ice it was watered down and no flavor at all for caramel iced coffee. It tasted like straight water mixed with milk I was so upset. I usually come here and see Asians workers they know how to make the coffee but this time it was different workers I assume they were new. The pastries was also not so great or fresh it depends on the time of day or which pastry you choose. It’s also very expensive even when I had a deal it was pricey.

Second chance I give to this store this summer, but I will definitely NEVER come back, they need to fix the air conditioning, the whole store smells bad and today in the donut I was going to buy it was literally with a dead mosquito on top, there are many mosquitoes and the atmosphere feels suffocating. I wonder how your employees accept such a thing? They could sue them, the quality of the desserts is low and the quality of the atmosphere is worse.
