I visit this coffee spot every Tuesday, and it’s consistently excellent! I lived in Portugal for about three years, where I often enjoyed coffee and pastel de nata. The coffee and pastel de nata here are also available and taste very similar! I highly recommend everyone give it a try!
Busy bakery yet clean. Nice coffee & choice of bread as well. Fresh baked bread every day. Yummy!
Been coming to this place ever since high school. Their bread and pastries are amazing. There's something for everyone, prices are fair and because of covid everything is individually wrapped which to me is a huge benifit over other places. I take a 20 detour just to get lunch here once a week and my coworkers constantly ask me to bring them stuff from here. Only drawback is that their hot chocolate is given to you steaming hot to which you just ask for a bit more milk.
A Korean and French bakery? YES thank you 😊 Everything was delicious!
They really improved the quality of their baked goods and customer service after renovations. The coffee is probably the cheapest in the area and tastes better than competitors like Starbucks and PB. It was less than $5 for a vanilla latte.
To be honest, I originally wrote a negative review about this place few years ago because of a lot of reason. I removed that review because of one employee. I just want to give a shout out to one employee.. I think his name is Burnham? He's tall funny and dark skin guy. He remembers my drink and I appreciate it. Overall each time I come in... He's very sweet. I really appreciated it when I dropped my drink Infront of the store because I am clumsy. I went back in to buy another drink and he made it on the house for me. I appreciate the high level of customer service. Thank you.
THE STRAWBERRY TIRAMISU IS SOOOOO FREAKING ADDICTIVE !!!!!!! I HAD NEVER HAD A STRAWBERRY TIRAMISU BEFORE. AND IT DIDNT DISAPPOINT !!! I RECEIVED ONE FOR MY BIRTHDAY AND I FELT SO BAD BECAUSE I ATE MOST OF IT MYSELF !!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY SPECIAL DAY A LOT MORE SPECIAL 🎂🎈🎁🎂🎈🎁
I have a really nice time coming to this store, the staff is busy and polite but i do notice that the customers are super rude to the staff. They scream and complain to the staff and there's no retaliation. They do need help it is a busy store I think some more hands may be helpful. I have zero complaints because I don't treat the staff badly... @the people posting PHOTOS of staff. I've never had a problem here and neither has anyone else I've seen come here, maybe they're out of stuff but that's kinda normal for a popular spot.
Some of the reviewers below seem to have confused this Union Street location with the one on Prince Street. This place probably has the best staff ever—they truly go above and beyond. That’s why it’s my favorite.
LOVE to drop in at Tous Les Jours bakery, as soon you walked in there’s a box of thin clear plastic gloves, a box of lining for your tray, it’s very comforting nowadays during pandemic! The pastries is French & Asian fusion inspired, are make fresh, yummy and uniquely different from many other bakery. Tous Les Jours café offer more then 300 different kinds of bake goods made fresh in store. Highly recommended!! 😋
I love this location, it’s convenient and they have a decent amount of seating. I visited early one morning so I was able to get everything while they were still warm and fresh! The staff are always nice and the restaurant is always clean and well-kept. This is my favorite location and I highly recommend!
Tous Les Jours has been a total lifesaver for me when it comes to last-minute cakes. Whether it’s a birthday, celebration, or just a sweet craving, they always have a great selection of beautiful and delicious cakes ready to go. The cakes are light, not overly sweet, and consistently fresh perfect for when you need something quick but still want it to feel special. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the shop itself is clean and inviting. I’ve come here multiple times in a pinch and have never been disappointed. Definitely a reliable go-to for quality cakes without the wait!
This is my favorite Korean bakery to visit! There is always a great selection of breads, pastries, and cakes that are made fresh every day. It always seems to have a consistent flow of people coming in and out. I really appreciate the quality and taste of their cakes. I prefer them 100% over the run-of-the-mill, store bought, overly sweet, heavy cakes. Yes, they cost more, but the taste and texture is so worth it!!! Most of the bakes goods are delicious as well. And the prices are reasonable. The inside is clean and warm like a typical cafe style.
Ordered a matcha cloud cake from their website. I was very skeptical about the taste because I thought "It looks too good to be good". I've had such experiences at different european bakeries, whether the pastry or cake is just way too sweet or it just didn't taste like what I was expecting. That's why I was so impressed by this place. The cake I ordered was DELICIOUS. The cake and cream light, fluffy and actually tasted like matcha. It had the right amount of sweetness. The macaron on it was the best I've ever had. I would definitely order more cakes in the future from TLJ. I wish they would make the cakes bigger so it wouldn't run out so fast!😋
AMAZING MACARONS! Although they're 2.50 a piece, i get it. My personal favorites are the earl gray, passionfruit, coffee and pistachio. They each go above and beyond in thier flavors. The earl grey one tastes true to its tea flavor however, it still tastes delicious somehow, like a dessert should. The passionfruit one reminds me of guava and the flavor is very strong but is in NO way overwhelming. Both the coffee and pistachio ones are light, accurate and delightful. Would definitely buy those flavors again! Didnt get to try the rose one like i wanted to though. I also had the salted caramel, green tea, cookies and cream, lemon, and raspberry. My least favorite was the cookies and creme one because it was pretty bland. The green tea tastes as expected as i dont find it a very special flavor so i believe lovers of green tea will be happy with this one. I had my highest expectations for the salted caramel one but it was just okay. It was more butter tasting than caramel but still tasted like salted caramel. The lemon one was a combination of too tart but yet too sweet at the same time which is an odd description but i dont think it was bad. Lastly, the raspberry one was a little underwhelming for being one of my favorite flavors in general. But all in all i think anyone would enjoy these macarons and i believe the price is fair. I rather pay the extra .50 and get flavors that i really loved rather than mediocre ones for 2.00
😋😋😋😊🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😋😋🤗🤗 This is a wonderful place for pastries cakes. They make stuff their fresh everyday!!! And it tastes so fresh. I tried when I make deliveries not to get involved in the food what those sweet pastries were just simply calling out to us. So we purchased a few. Okay 5. And they were all gone and demolished within 3 minutes. It made me wish I had a fresh cup of coffee right next to me so that I can Drink it.
Ever since I discovered this cake, I never bought another one again. Yogurt is so much healthier than all cream and best of all, they make this blueberry yogurt cream creamy but light and perfect sweet and sour enough to taste better than all other cream. It is usually lower in sugar and even lower in sugar for the one I go to in flushing union street. That means perfect fluff and more health friendly! By the way, blueberries? Like and sweet? Omg perfect choice! Don’t expect customer service to understand the products and its contents though, I like my blueberry cake with the caking white instead of the blue they have sometimes but the customer service never know what’s inside and don’t understand what I’m saying.
A cozy spot with amazing coffee and a welcoming vibe. The drinks are rich and well-crafted, the pastries are always fresh, and the staff make you feel right at home. A must go when you visiting New York City.
Tous Les Jours is a wonderful bakery with a clean, cozy atmosphere and beautifully displayed pastries. Everything is always fresh, soft, and flavorful. The bread has the perfect balance of sweetness and texture, and the cakes are light and not overly sweet, which I really appreciate. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always in a good mood, even during busy times. I also love that they toss whatever they don’t sell at the end of the day and bake fresh bread the next day—it really shows their commitment to quality. It’s a great place to grab dessert, coffee, or a treat for a special occasion. Highly recommend!
Andea Lizeth was phenomenally sweet and amazing at what she does. Especially with her personal testimony on which cake she favored more helped me with the decision on the cake I purchased for my boss birthday! Keep shining Ms. A Lizeth it truly shows and Thank you again for your outstanding customer service- Nina Č.
I always enjoy my visits to Tous Les Jours. Their beverages are consistently crafted with care, and my recent experience with the new Iced Butter Pecan Cloud Latte was exceptional—creamy, delicately sweet, and perfectly balanced in flavor. It had such a comforting richness that I’m already looking forward to trying the warm version next time. One suggestion I’d love to offer is to expand the cake slice selection. While the existing options are delightful, it would be wonderful to see a broader variety of classic vanilla and chocolate cakes, perhaps with creative twists that showcase Tous Les Jours’ signature style.
Very convenient. Right next to Q28 bus stop and block away from Main Street Flushing 7 train station. Munchies are fresh and tasty. On this trip, they didn't have my favorite mango smoothie so tried the peach which was good too. Also, tried their new olive pizza bread which was excellent. Busy day today and their cubby hole was full so I couldn't stop and eat in. It was fortunate as the bus was filling with passengers. Time to leave.
I went on a Saturday morning and the cafe was only half full. I didn’t have to wait too long on the line. The employee was knowledgeable and processed my order quite quickly. I took my items to go, but I’d probably eat here if I had the time. There was ample cafe seating and even a cute toast mirror. After arriving home I sampled a slice of a castella cake and green tea Swiss roll. The castella had a nice vanilla flavor to it and a slightly richer feel compared to a regular Chinese style cake. I did find it to be slightly dry right out of the package. I had a slice the next day and found it had picked up some moisture from being stored in the refrigerator, so this is a rare occurrence where it tasted better the next day. As for the Swiss roll it was excellent right out of the package and a couple of days later. The green tea flavor was at just the right level and the texture and moisture level of the cake was perfect. The cream was smooth and slightly salty which contrasted well with the cake. A small core of red bean was at the center of the roll which was a welcome addition.
A visual pleasure! Lovely display cases and nice interior layout and design. Thought I was in Paris ( in Flushing )! The offerings were fresh and colorful. Enjoyed a Strawberry cream cake slices and an apple- topped pastry. Ordered a $45 Blueberry Yogurt cake. Was delicious and ready on the morning we pre- ordered it. Can't wait to return. Associates very friendly and ultra helpful. Thank you!!!
I really love the place, the variety of bread and desserts that they have it’s amazing, everything looks so good that you’ll want to buy at least one piece of everything!, and the cakes?. Those cakes are amazing. I really love the creativity that they put into everything. And let’s not forget about the customer service, they are super nice and sweet; and the best? They are taking the best measures so that the client takes care of their health and that of others, they have a hand sanitizer when entering the business and gloves for the customers to use!
This was my first time visiting Tous les Jour. The store is spacious, brightly lit, with a variety of breads and pastries on display. They also have parking, which is super convenient if you're driving instead of taking the train. I loved the green tea roll cake. It was moist and just the right amount of sweet with the cream in the middle. The castella cake was nice and sweet.
It was pretty busy when we came here on a Saturday afternoon, but the line moved very quickly. There were many options to choose from, and the cakes looked especially delicious! We got a coffee and dessert for $6, which were well worth the price! There are tables inside for you to enjoy your baked goods at.
Large selection of bread, pastries, cakes, sweets, gifts, drinks, sandwiches, etc - one of the larger TLJ stores I’ve seen. Also has a small area for dining in. It’s always packed with people, and service may be a little slower at times. Some staff doesn’t seem to have great service attitude. Overall, would come here for the food, not service.
One of my favorite bakeries in Flushing which it has nice pastries and desserts with so many varieties! Their coffee is also nice to drink. It is really relax to sit there to enjoy a nice cup of coffee with a piece of cake. It is also one of the bakeries where I would buy birthday cake from. It also has nice promotions from times to times. The qualities of their merchandise are nice and tasty!
Piece of France in the heart of Korean neighborhood:) Of course couldn't just pass by and not to come inside. First step in and my lost in the varieties of bakery, desserts and sweets. You can take cute wooden tray right near the entrance and take as much vary buns, croissants, pastries, breads and so on as much as you can and want. And you definitely want them all. Those chocolate covered croissants looked amazing! And of course cakes cakes cakes! You can sit or take to go. My choice was chocolate ganache cake and chocolate cheesecake. First thing is that portions finally tiny (I mean for this oversized country:),that means you will not overeat. Both cakes can be called chocolate lovers dream:)Took pastry to go-a kind of eclaire with fluffy light cream and strawberries. Was good and fresh sweer surprise next morning. Place itself light, clean, serve fast. If you are around-come and try. I plan to focus on croissants and breads next visit, cause cakes are not something special. Respect for size;)And,please, add plates for cakes. At least plastic also,no problem, but those portion triangles are extremely uncomfortable to use. You make a mess on the table,or,worse, risk just drop it on it. Thank you!
It's been too long since I last bought a cake at TLJ. That my stasis was broken by the earl grey latte cloud cake can only be considered a stroke of luck. There's something so addicting about the taste. At the first bite, I wondered whether I could finish my slice because it just felt like a lot of cream. Then the strong flavor of the earl grey hit and I immediately am looking forward to eating a second slice. This is the perfect cake for tea lovers or for those looking to impress (those cake layers make for an impressive cross-section). I picked up a few pastries since I was here and got some old-time favorites: Jumbo Twist Donut - a classic. It is light, fluffy and covered in sugar. Kimchi Croquette - fried goodness. Think kimchi dumpling in a deep-fried ball form. Yuzu Pie - buttery but refreshing. Sweet yuzu jam encased in a flaky shell and topped with crystallized sugar. Yum.
I like coming here when I’m the mood for something sweet. The macarons are great and any other dessert I tried. Maybe the sandwiches need improvement and maybe the service a little. Also, there should be a rule on how long people can dine in for. I had to wait a very long time to get a table when some people were sitting without ordering anything or long after they finished their coffee.
Not bad of a place considering all the hype I heard regarding this franchise. They have more then 1 store and the other one I know is near queens center mall in the middle of the block this one kind of sits in the corner. You go inside and the ambiance is pretty good. There are a couple of workers in the back preparing the food or tending to the customers with 2 registers at a time but other than that it’s usually self service. Take what you want sort of thing. You browse around and find all different types of deserts and pastries. I tried a couple things I have never seen before and I was pretty amused by the experience of it all. Still depending on how you see spending $15 on a couple of 1 time snacks maybe a bit on the far end. They do have sandwich meals and other lunch time options but this is mostly for cakes, drinks, sweet items etc. The menu sometimes may not be so clear but other than that no other complaints about this place. Plenty of space to sit around, eat and have conversations on the intricacies of life.
Love the bakery itself but the customer service is not so good, so I’ll stop coming to this location for now. I always get a frappe, the first time I did the guy was very nice and gave me my full portion of frappe, then the next 2 visits I got less frappe, today the Asian guy that wears a mask and has glasses gave me my frappe with a latte lid, and didn’t fill my cup even tho he still had a lot in blender. Do you not know how to do your job properly or are you not trained enough?I’m pretty sure he drank the rest or just threw it out. New hires are needed.
Their bread/ goods are always fresh, guaranteed. Place is clean and well- maintained. But the staff need more professional training and customer relations training! some are not friendly. And never attempt to call this store, coz they never pick up! if you can just replace the staff this place would be 5 ⭐️
Review is primarily for the green tea chiffon birthday cake I purchased. It definitely tasted different than ones I had before. Their store is our go-to for birthday cake location, but now I need to reconsider it. The sponge cake is not airy nor moist. The cream is not beat well (a little watery/running) and bit sweeter than normal. Due to consistency of the cream, macaroon become extremely soggy.
Hectic. Great location. Too busy. Under staffed. Hire more people
I want to preface this review by stating that I will continue to come here as I think the coffee, cakes and pastries are all above average. The staff overall is fine but there is not enough staff at the checkout counters. There are only 2 cashiers and I've been in here hundreds of times and over 80% of the time there is a long line. I understand there may be a cost factor here but I've observed a lot of people leaving the line or people with very annoyed faces. I waited for 10 minutes this morning for a cup of coffee and I feel that if management added a cashier or perhaps came up with a system where the staff would be more efficient it would greatly help.
Great cafe for a quick coffee break or breakfast. A wide variety of Asian inspired and French influenced pastries. Although some buns and pastries need no additional sugar coatings as it is already filled with very sweet fillings. Service is acceptable but the ‘wait lines’ to the cash register are very disorganized. Benches and padded cushions on chairs are VERY STAINED AND DIRTY. Restrooms are always dirty. Bad sign of the maintenance and management skills. A clean bathroom tells a lot about the establishment and how their pastries and cakes are served.
The line is always confusing, no one knows which is the starting of the line. Cashier never care about greeting the customer except talking each other. The coffee tastes bad.
The baked goods are just okay. Love their croquettes, but a lot of the other stuff is too sweet or meh. Also, a lot of things would taste better warm, but unless you’re lucky to get something straight out of the oven, everything is cold. I usually get things to go, but I decided to have breakfast there with family this past Sunday and we ordered drinks for the first time. All the drinks were terrible. We got a hot chocolate, red velvet latte, and milk tea latte—each one was so watered down as to make them unpalatable. We threw them all out unfinished and got drinks elsewhere. There are so many great bakeries and drink places in Flushing that there’s no excuse for serving basically water with tons of ice. That’ll be the last time I get anything from this place.
The place looks like a decent bakery. However this is the first bakery that I know of that wanted to charge 5 cent a bag with a $20 purchase. The server didn't offer to warm up the croque monsieur. The black coffee was watered down. The lid did fit nicely on the cup here, though. I wouldn't come back. You would have a more satisfying experience at Paris Baguette even Tai Pan at least coffee isn't watered down.
It's been a couple of years since I've been to this location and I'm disappointed in the decline in service. My coffee order was incorrectly taken and the barista didn't make it right when correcting the order. I didn't realize the order was wrong again until I left to head to work. The baristas from a couple years ago were so wonderful.
The cakes were nice the line was pretty quick. Went in line mostly to buy some drinks, the guy at the counter seemed new as he was taking his time finding the items on his screen, he also messed up a few times when we said iced versus hot. But the drinks, same guy went to make my drinks, he was really staring down at recipes they had trying to find the drinks I ordered....ordering 2 iced honey lemon teas does not mean they should be warm, without any honey, and made together because the second cup literally has the paper from the teabag of the first cup. Even if they were asked to remake it, all they did was add ice, still no honey and still with the paper soaking at the bottom of the cup... Also, the more complicated drink that was ordered as made right. New hires should be monitored, not left alone.
Bread is good but the actitude of the cashiers is the worst I ever saw, extremely disrespectful and aggressive with the customers. Today around 2pm I saw two female cashier, looked latinas, speaking really bad to customers and with the worst actitude, they did not want to work at all, I will never come back here because my food taste bad when I think about this. So disappointed of the management that does not do anything about it.
My casher was chatting with a female cashier next to him in Spanish and spent 5 minutes to ring up my 3 pieces of bread. He does not care about the long lines behind me.
I visited this bakery hoping to enjoy a warm, welcoming experience along with some fresh treats, but unfortunately, the staff’s attitude ruined it. It felt very unwelcoming, which was disappointing since bakeries are usually known for their friendly and cozy atmosphere.
Food is fine. Staff needs more training or be fired. Rude and unprofessional, especially the spanish cashiers. The two girls were nice to white guys. But they show me attitudes, maybe they thought that I don’t know or speak English. They turned to normal face after I asked them questions in English. Better not to hire staff who is racist.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I preordered a birthday cake on May 28th for pickup on May 31st, only to have the order cancelled at the very last minute—9 PM on May 30th! If the cake was out of stock, it should have been marked as unavailable when I placed it in my cart. This was for a special occasion, and the lack of care and notice shows poor service. I'm just glad I happened to check the night before, or I wouldn’t have had time to find a replacement. It’s very disrespectful of customers’ time and plans. Would not trust to preorder another cake from here again!
Today I went in about 840ish to order strawberry latte. Upon arriving I didn't know what it was called so told cashier who was helping me ( one on the left ) strawberry milk tea. He was so helpful even showing me the picture of the latte and later telling me its called strawberry latte. However, the cashier next to me guess wanted to humiliate me? He had to yell out "we sell strawberry milktea here?" Yea, you guys don't sell that there, but it was really rude to yell out like that. It might be my fault that I didn't know the full name, but as a person working there you shouldn't have yelled out like that. On top of that you had another customer in front of you, I still don't get why you have to jump into this conversation. I few years ago gave five stars to this bakery, but had to edit today to one star. Please be more mindful and considerate of customers.
I ordered a cup of black coffee at this bakery, and it was incredibly disappointing—it tasted as light as plain water. When I politely asked if I could exchange it for a fresh cup from a new pot, I was told I’d have to pay again. That’s not how good service should work. I won’t be coming back.
Today I’m gonna give them one star bcs they don’t have Zero. My wife bought me a cake and there was mold in the fruit. Really bad, I had to remove all the fruit… so disappointed. Never buy a cake again at this place. My wife waisted $50… Also they put old strawberries inside the cake since you can’t see them
They gave me spoiled, rotten food. They baited me with their strawberry cream cake. I ordered a normal looking slice and when I got to the bottom layer with the hidden strawberry slices..... Have you ever smelt rotten eggs? That's exactly what those strawberries tasted like. I spit it out immediately once I had processed what atrocity had entered my mouth. Couldn't find it inside of myself to eat the surrounding area of the cake because it was all basically contaminated. Shame on Tous Les Jours for hiding rotten strawberries inside of a delectable looking cake slice. I will not be purchasing any cake related item here again.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this bakery today. I was simply trying to park while shopping at the store, and one of the staff members— a young man with a small mustache— rudely refused to let me park. To make matters worse, he took out his phone and started taking pictures of me, which made me feel extremely disrespected and uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope the management addresses this issue seriously to ensure a better experience for other customers in the future.
To this guy, DO YOU HATE YOUR JOB? OR YOU’RE JUST PLAIN RUDE? I usually love coming to Tous les Jours, but there’s one cashier who consistently ruins the experience. Whenever I see him at the register, I honestly consider leaving. He’s rude and makes customers feel unwelcome. If he hates his job, he shouldn’t treat customers like his punching bag. It’s disappointing because I really enjoy the food here, but his attitude makes me not want to come back.
I come back this location this morning for coffee i order matcha expresso not good taste like gress, service all Spanish and Indian what if i dont speak English and the shop right at middle of asian town the girls are so meant this morning bad mood to customer ridiculous is owner Korean?
I ordered an assam milk tea that was sour when I tried it. So I immediately brought it back. One of the younger guys at the counter tried to gaslight me and say it was supposed to be sour and a couple of customers had told him the same thing before. Milk tea is NEVER supposed to be sour. Turns out the sugar syrup was rancid bc the Hispanic lady remade one without the syrup and it was fine. I don’t like posting negative reviews, but the sheer audacity of this guy was too much.
Not acknowledged for nearly 10 minutes while standing at the counter. No greeting, no eye contact, nothing. When I finally asked a question, I was brushed off like I was inconveniencing them. If you enjoy paying to be ignored, this is the place. Otherwise, don’t waste your time — there are better spots with actual service and basic manners.
How this place getting 4 star in average from public over here that I can't understand.I am coming here for only my friend that she like here because it is close her house but for me absolutely this place is worst coffee shop.no hot water for handwash,no enough warm air in sitting area,no napkins on table or somewhere that you can reach, you should ask to cashiers to get some napkins and they won't give you enough napkins because they trying reduce costs for place so they let you feel everything is limited in here like a you are in the poor 3th country.absolutely uncomfortable place to sit and having some coffee and relax time.thanks to people whoever living around this place that they came from other country and no understand from standards of modern Life because they keep this place everyday busy.I strongly believe if this place located in Europe that can be easily shut down shortly due no business because having low standards of service to public but over here in flushing no no this place is extremely busy as unbelievable because American Life that keep people working hard and cannot live modern Life in fact as not same on movies which shown America to world like a dream country as not really in fact.I guess foreign New Yorkers should enjoying have been here but I am not because I used to been in nice places alot.I think in Korea or China people should have similar standards on places like this otherwise this people cannot keep this place busy like this.everything pricey on this coffee shop but every other things have low and low quality.
It might be unfair to give this 5-star review but based on the sliced bread that I was bought by a friend yesterday, the quality was top-notch. I have to change this to 1-star because after interacting with those cashiers (non-Asians), they need serious training or just quit the job. Sorry.
They don't know how to treat customers. They should be educated. They were so rude and ignored what I've said. I was in the right line and I was first but manager ignored and did not apologized. Terrible!
Although I love these cakes and have been a loyal customer for years, the service has become incredibly unprofessional. After being sold an unfresh cake from the back, I began requesting cakes specifically from the display window, but this has led to hostile encounters and staff members yelling at me. Most recently, an employee named Alexandra intentionally misled me by switching a display cake for one from the back while boxing it up. The staff's dishonest behavior and dismissive attitude have made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It is disappointing that such a great product is paired with such poor treatment, and I hope management addresses these issues immediately.
Reply : We received two calls from the police, who instructed us to notify the Better Business Bureau. However, your establishment claimed we finished the food before requesting a refund or exchange. As evidenced by the attached picture, the food was barely touched when we returned it to your manager, who was rude and unprofessional. Furthermore, your establishment failed to declare food ingredients on the container, which is a violation of law. According to legal standards, if food quality is subpar, it should be recooked and provided correctly. Your actions appear to be a scam, and attempting to threaten us is unacceptable. Instead of threatening customers, you should focus on enhancing your service and food quality. We paid for our meal and did not request anything for free. Your business practices are questionable, serving undeclared food, which is both illegal and unethical. We expect professionalism and courtesy. ….. ….. Today we visited this store and encountered a rude manager, Yoon. Subsequently, we contacted 911 and the police arrived. This incident exemplifies their service standards. Customers are compelled to seek external assistance due to the subpar service. The entire experience was absolutely ridiculous and the store's service was the worst. Exercise caution when dealing with them. This incident occurred approximately at 3 pm. Don’t go.
