My recent visit just give me a bad time when I get home and I need to go back because something was missing on the order I go back they give my missing part them same thing again I was purchasing another item I go back home and surpirse there is other missing item so I lost some money Cz I will not go back again call manager tell him and that’s all I think I will not go back not for the food. Cz food is good but for service and hard time I have to get my stuff

Food is always good there, a lot of flavor, good portions. My favorite cazuela de mariscos( a lot of seafood) from that soup can eat 2 people. A little high price in relation with other restaurants there. But other than that good.

The food was ok. I asked for chicharron and it was good. A friend has said before the empanadas were not so great. So he was right the empanadas at college point were better and fresh. Of course we asked for fast food. My niece loves the french frieds there.

Went here because it was conveniently located across from Flushing hospital. I ordered the fried rice with beef and chicken. Overall it was good but there was room for improvement. The sodium level was high for sure and so was the amount of onions they used. The service was good, everyone there was very friendly. I'll go back and try another dish if I happen to be there again.

Is in front of flushing hospital Si very convenient for employees and people who goes around. I love the empanadas, specially cheese one. The soup of the day is great, my favorite is Thursday one. Overall a lot of food for a great price. Cash only. Good Colombian coffee guaranteed

The rice, chicken and beans were good, except for the salad it had so much oil, and the sauce looked like it wasn’t edible. The service was good and the food was ready quickly.

Quality of empanadas have gone downhill. I used to take my friends here all the time. The soups are salty as well. Empanadas are not freshly prepared anymore. They are days old, and then fried again next day if not sold. You can tell by how dark the skin has become. The chicken empanada had pieces of bone in it. The green sauce recipe has changed as well to be more in favor of cheaper ingredients. Very disappointing.

The food quality was well below standard. The whole meal was not fresh, salad, beans cornish hen(didn't look like chicken)and rice was days old. Not worth the money, I brought lunch for someone, it was embarrassing. I should have returned it but I was far from the location. I fed it to their dog, who didn't even eat all of the two plates of food. Thank goodness there was a Caribbean on Liberty Avenue and 168 street with excellent freshly prepared food. I'll have to chuck the money spent at Rico as a wasteful charitable donation. I'm not sure they get Inspections but they absolutely need to.

I no longer recommend this place. I ordered small a chicken soup for pick up. When i got home i opened up the container and got two huge pieces of potato, a bunch of liquid and no meat. When i called to see if perhaps i had received the wrong order they told me that i would only get chicken with a size large; no where in the menu does it say that. The lady i spoke with over the phone was very snappy and had a nasty attitude. In another ocassion i ordered empanadas. Taking one bite and grease was pouring out. Not recommending this place anymore.

This place is not the same , I think it’s a different cook ! The food here I used to run for an empanada because they were so yummy . Last night I bought one I was running to the garbage instead it almost made me sick to my stomach !

Liked this place but they had the audacity to send me food with this quality, I would save face and not send this to a client and either replace the item or let them know they were out of stock

We ordered a big meal with chicken rice and a salad. My daughter bit into the salad and bit into a crunchy bug with a bitter taste. She spit the bug out and saw it looked like a stink bug or roach. We all couldn't eat another bite after that. We then called the store and the owner offered us another salad. Yeah no thanks!!!! not even a refund was offered. Glad I ordered on Uber to dispute the charge, not very friendly on the phone either. I won't disgust you with the photo.
