Domino's

I waited for my forth order to post a public review. Every one of those 4 experiences were great. Fast delivery even during peak hours and the food is always as ordered and fresh. It seems like they actually give a s*** at this store. I highly recommend.

This is one of the best Dominos in the area. Great management and staff. They consistently make great pizza, deliver speedy hot, and are polite/respectful. We use them one or twice a week to feed my ever hungry 3 teens. The fan favorites are the garlic rolls, and cheesy bread always perfectly baked, and the pan pizzas with extra cheese!

They both kind of curious friendly and the pizzas not all for Grease I like the pineapple and they called Canadian baby someplace but it's ham it's pineapple and ham Pizza the only thing need to do better for a little more pineapple on it and I haven't tasted anybody pineapple and ham pizza and he better than there

For the most part everything is great. Sometimes things are forgotten like sodas or dipping sauce, depending on your delivery driver and the manager on duty things will be brought back out. Several times they have refused to deliver what was forgotten and refused a refund. I call corporate for a credit on those orders. Foods ok, I mean its Domino's

Ordered delivery from this place and it arrived at my house way earlier than I thought it would be, which is nice. For the price, the food was great and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Very fast and efficient. Tad greasy. We got the Brooklyn pie which matched up to the smaller (non-chain) places in the area.

I love all drivers as I order daily. Except for their driver Mario. He smokes in the car and my food reeks of cigarettes like an ashtray. Every time he delivers I throw the entire order away. I called the store now twice to not allow it's drivers to smoke in the car or deliver in a car that is smoked in. It's disgusting . Other than that, everyone else is super friendly and AWESOME . But this guy needs to get a new car and stop smoking .

My pizza was cold First time I had a problem

The pizza arrived over a half hour after it was being checked (per tracker). The driver apparently had multiple delivieries to make, as I could see the movements online. The pizza arrived cold. Also, the driver didn't bring the 2 liter soda to my door. Luckily, I was able to catch her before she rode off. Humble suggestion: This nice delivery driver iwa too overworked to deliver timely, hot products.

Terrible value. Ordered Philly sandwich and there was virtually no meat on it. Worst $8.59 value I've seen in a long time. I'm exceptionally disappointed. When I called the store, they advised "that's standard".

I just called to this store to order to go and i said i will come to pick it up(carry out) and i said im driving now on the store and i will just pay when i get there and this guy keep on insisting to pay while on phone call and i keep saying im driving so cant pay but this guy keep on insisting to pay on the spot. Omg so inconsiderate how can i pay while driving on the phone. What a costumer service very poor!!!! This is the first time happen like this i usually pick up my order and pay when i get there. So disappointed.... Please teach your staffs to be considerate and more friendly wHile taking to the phone bec it can cause you loosing loyal costumers like me😒

Ordered pizza last night. Half Italian sausage for my boyfriend and have mushroom for me. I’m guessing the mushrooms were bad since I got food poisoning from it. I’ve had pizza from here many times and had no problems. But now I do not plan on ordering from them again.

First time I was very disappointed. Order said leave at door. When I got to the door he was walking away with the pizza. Box was not sealed. I did not get the garlic sauce.Pizza crust was not cooked and I did not order robusta sauce. The two for 5 would have been better.Worst $ 22.00 pizza I have ever had. Threw half of it out, Also delivery man did not wear a mask or gloves. So much for contactless delivery The unsealed box a disgrace in this time ofCovid.19.

So I had ordered a large pizza from there and asked for Ham and pineapple on the pizza, when I got home and ready to eat the pizza i see there is no ham. So I call and ask about their “carryout insurance” see if they will bring me a new one and take the one they messed up but they told me no i had to come get a new one or they will credit me for the large pizza that i paid $15 for. So i said fine just credit me the large pizza. Now I called and tried to get the large pizza i was credited and they told me I got credited for a medium 2 topping. Which is not a huge deal but how big of a deal is that to just change it to a large because thats what they messed up. I talked to multiple people on the phone and they refuse to give me the large because the manager on duty at the time accidentally put a medium and they cant change that. Its not that hard to a company that makes all this money to fix what they messed up and try to slide their way around things. This was terrible customer service and I do not recommend anyone to this location.

I ordered a pizza online and the wait time said 30-40 min. I checked the tracker that the website leaves you after you order and 20 minutes later my pizza was getting a "quality check". After waiting an additional 40 min I called this location to see where my pizza was. They told me that it was the next to go out. It came 30 min. after this call and when I received it the pizza wasn't even hot. I assume that Dominos left it sitting out rather than on a warming rack considering the luke warm temperature of the pie. I am so incredibly disappointed with the service and would not recommend anyone ordering from this establishment. Especially considering the health risks that coincide with consuming foods such as pizza if it has been sitting out for a certain amount of time.

I spoke with a very rude and disrespectful disoriented employee. I was forced to stop the conversation to inform him I will not tolerate being over spoken, disrespectful and sarcastic behavior from anyone especially a business establishment. I spoke with the manager who had much better customer service skills. However from the Horrible customer service, never will I ever order from this location again. I do business where my business is appreciated.

Bought 2 medium pizzas, cinnamon bread and cheese bites along with a 2 liter sprite. Well of course the sprite was good. I dont see how they could spoil that up.. As for my pizzas, i hated it, was very disappointed. Not even my dog wanted none. The flavour was nasty, the pizza looked like something you'll find in the kids toy section of walmart. The cinnamon bread was also under cooked. Very very disappointed! I wish pizza hut would deliver where i am. Smh.. Next time ill just do carry out at pizza hut.

Called at 9pm and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. Decided to drive to the location while on hold. To my surprise, no customers in store and staff standing around talking. Turns out they close their doors at 9:30pm (watched as they turned off light to sign and locked the door). Perhaps it was a way to kill time til they lock the door. SMH.

I placed an order within business hours and they canceled it, without any justification, I called the store and spoke to someone they said they tried to contact me to confirm the order and they truly never did, so my guess is these lazy employees they have working there simply did not want to take my order because they just wanted to go home early!!! This is not acceptable and I hope something is done about it!!

This location has to have the worst customer service of any restaurant I have ever contacted. Do not waste your time calling this place, unless you want to be put on hold until you lose your patience and hang up. It happened on two separate occasions, but there will definitely not be a third!

i would really appreciate if you would read the order notes i ALWAYS say don’t knock and without fail your delivery drivers bang on my door. do better.

Ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza. Almost no meat there… disappointed

A DOMINOS THAT WON’T SELL YOU PIZZA. Called in… not taking phone orders. Drive in after a long day of work… won’t even take my order in person. INSANE. Literally YOU DON’T WANT BUSINESS. I’ll be sure to go to another location in the future as this will be my last resort. What absolutely poor customer service. How are you going to maintain business when you turn your cx away? Especially after they drove to your location TO PLACE AN ORDER. This must be a non for profit location. So, I go back in to speak to the manager who says, we can take it sure but it’ll be 40min… well if you took my phone order I wouldn’t have to drive here and sit at your cramped facility for 40 min waiting on pizza.

Thank God I didn't ordered from home to have him deliver my place. Delivery guy is dangerous and threatened people. 1:16pm, delivery man came to the store where I work and I was on the phone at the same time waiting for someone to answer. I thought I was being polite for delivery guy not to wait, I told him, "Hello, I need change $12.42 and do you have 3 large pizzas of veggies, sausage, and pepperoni?" No response from him. So I asked him if he speaks Spanish because I thought he doesn't speak English. He replied no. So I just explained to him I thought he didn't speak English because he didn't replied. He says, "No, I didn't want to be rude because you were on the phone." Which doesn't make since because my store doesn't sell pizza but furniture. He gave me change and I said, "thank you". He said to me, "thank you for what? I didn't do anything." I replied, "thank you for bringing the pizza." He kept arguing with me. He must have a bad day which I called Domino's twice to inform them the situation and not satisfied with service. I even gave him $4 for tips but my coworker that actually bought it, witnessed everything and told me to call manager and have delivery guy come back for her tip because she feel he doesn't deserve her tip. Pizza wasn't even mine and I went through this horrible worst delivery guy experience that he came back and leaned over my desk and gave me the $4 one a time with a threat look like if he wants to attack me over my desk! He told me, "Have a respectful weekend". I replied, "Thank you! You too." As he walked out, I can see from him eyeing at me as he walk to his bright blue car and I just smiled at him and waved. My desk is at the entrance of door and he parked up front. Witnesses came up to me asking me what happened why he treated you like that which its embarrassing at my job and in front of customers. Never again I will call there to avoid that man coming to our store.

I ordered a pizza for my children with a $50 bill and they could not deliver because they said they didn’t have enough change in my order was $25. They decided to push aside in order over five dollar bill. Disgusting service

Waited (with hazard lights on) almost 30 minutes in our car for them to bring the pizza out. Finally went in to ask about it, and our order was sitting there, cold. The pizza itself was terrible. We ordered extra mushrooms, but there were only about 4 on the whole pizza. And as far as cheese goes, there was almost none. 2nd bad experience at this store. The kids working there obviously need more supervision.

Both pizzas was this way. You sent me a pizza coupon for one free pizza. We tried to order it for delivery as we always do. We don't have a car. Your charging me a dollar plus 5. 00 delivery charge. At the it also said order is not eligible for delivery since it's under $14 dollars. I am like you have to be kidding! I am on disability I am an amputee with a prosthetic leg. I am a senior and should have had both pizzas free not 1 pizza 2. It's the end of the month and I don't have the 6.56. If this was my store I would be embarrassed. I have had some pretty bad pizzas in my life, but at least they have always rectified the situation with a refund or replacement, at this dominos however you are lucky to even get an apology.

When I asked to speak to the general manager, the “assistant manager” threatened me with a 15-minute wait. I was not on hold that long but I’m assuming the person I talked to after a thirty-second wait was either the same person putting on a different voice or another non-management employee. Do yourself a favor and go to literally anywhere else in the area for pizza. At least at 7-eleven you can get a fountain drink.

They rushed me while I was ordering and after 2 phone calls and going over my order 3 times they still couldn't get it right. 2 pizzas, bread and 2 garlic sauce. They forgot the sauce. It was first item I ordered, I dbl checked with him and called back to make sure and still they forgot it. They were rude and even the manager had no sense of urgency to rectify the situation. He tells me next delivery he will send sauce. Soooo. I ordered paid and waited my turn for my food to be delivered and they made a mistake and now I have to wait for another delivery to go out before I can get my garlic sauce? Seriously?! Unacceptable. This is the perfect example of a pathetic work ethic and poor management skills.

I ordered a 32-piece wings and they didn’t give me any sauce. They even tried to charge me extra for it. No place charges for the basic sauces that are supposed to come with the order — there are always some complimentary sauces included. I’m honestly very disappointed and upset. I’ve been a loyal customer for several years, and this is completely unprofessional. On top of that, it took 45 minutes for my order to be ready!!!!
