Try this restaurant the staff was very friendly. They had a margarita special for $.99 y’all the food was really good Hot and cheesy a good portion! The margaritas were really good too. I usually get a flavored one, but I got the one that was on sale and they were really good. Just a plain margarita. Only thing I need was some music to enjoy my meal loved it. I think they’re better than Christina’s.🥰

I came from out of state for break and had a great time. I came for vacation and this was a great way to start the vacay. Food was well seasoned, drinks were crisp 10/10. Love it !!! 🥰

First time visiting Rio Lerma Let me say by far the best Mexican food in Forney. Service was outstanding. I am a big on customer service and they are absolutely amazing! Highly recommend coming here. I wont be going to the other guys again. Also go to bring my grandpup with us on the patio. Huge plus Did I say how friendly they were... I'll say it again.

Came in for some drinks only heard this place had some good margaritas. Wasn't disappointed they have to be one of the few I've ever had that you can actually taste the liquor. I had the beerita and my wife the sangria margarita both were awesome. We did try the ceviche and was pretty good . We'll need to come back and try the food I'm sure it's just as great. Highly recommend this place . Update 1/5/24 we've been coming back since and really love the food here my to go plates are either the ceviche or the veggies enchiladas definitely recommend the place

This was my first time coming here and I have to say it was amazing. Let me give you a Bigg Robb breakdown as of why! Atmosphere 5/5: The place looks really cozy and makes you feel comfortable. Everything was clean, even the bathroom was really nice. There is plenty of space between tables so even when it's full, it doesnt feel so crowded. Service 5/5: When we went, we had a server by the name of Ana and she was absolutely amazing. She was fun to talked to and got along with everyone at the table. I would always ask for her when you come here. Food 5/5: The food was very good. I had a chicken fajita for one and it was a lot of food. The chicken was great and the queso was unique and spicy. The beans and rice were actually good compared to most Tex-Mex places. Overall rating 5/5: This place is all around great and I would really recommend that people try it if they haven't. I will definitely be coming back here!

Great place, wish they had options to add on, like side of avocado, cheese, maybe rice, beans and tortillas like other restaurants do. The food was pretty good.

Really love this spot, they have great margaritas! The brisket tacos are my favorite thing to order. The service is hit or miss but it is well worth a try. They do offer a spicy(er) salsa that you can request for the table but it is served warm (not unheard of) but it is overpowering of bullion flavor. That is probably the only item I have received I was disappointed in. Overall I still love this location!

We love the Shrimp Cocktail - the best we've EVER had & we're oldish. The service rating is not the wait staff, they are awesome❣️❣️ It's the Chef because every time we get the Shrimp Cocktail dinning in OR to go the ratio shrimp to sauce varies. 5 Out of 8 were perfect❣️ 2 Were heavy on the sauce & 1 short on the shrimp. I hope you understand, it was disappointing when we got home. I sincerely appreciate that sauce - the BEST❣️❣️✝️🙏🏼☮️

Came in to pick up an order I ordered a taco salad and enchiladas. My wife said her enchiladas were ok but something was off about them. As far as my taco salad it was separated which was fine I get it but it had mushrooms and I believe squash or something in the lettuce that was weird not to mention the lettuce was wet with some type of dressing it was very off putting To say the least. I still managed to eat it though, it was very underwhelming. As far as the service I had to smile first with very little interaction at first then had to deal with a tip screen right away! Once I pressed no tip I must have confirmed the cashier’s thoughts Because seemed like she didn’t like that. Any way I think it’s safe to say I won’t be back.
