Opinions de North Coast Brewing Company Taproom & Grill Fort Bragg
The calamari with the red pepper aioli is delicious. The GRILLED SHRIMP & JASMINE RICE is by far my favorite dish. I have tried other dishes and I was never disappoint. It is a very popular restaurant so I Highly recommend to go to Yelp and get on the waiting list before you show up. Servers are great even when it's crazy busy.
Located on the main street of Fort Bragg, it offers all of the beers of North Coast Brewing. The Scrimshaw is great, and so was their English ale. We shared the chicken nachos, and they were delicious and plenty for two. Quaint outdoor area to sit and enjoy the coastal weather. It's definitely worth adding to your list of things to do if you are in the area.
Great dog friendly place to go. They gave our dogs water and we were able to order them a hamburger patty. Excellent service and very good food. Got there right when it opened and had no problem getting a seat but it fills up fast! Dogs are even welcome in the gift shop across the street.
Great atmosphere, spent a good while here, had a flight and a few other drinks and everything was great. Bartender and staff was very welcoming from the start and all throughout the night. Definitely visiting when in Fort Bragg again.
We went there our second night at Fort Bragg hoping it would be better than the first night of food at a very expensive restaurant. We should have gone to the pub the night before as pubs always have the best food. We had incredible cups of clam chowder, fish and chips and calamari. Service was great everybody was friendly service was fast and the food tasted really good.
Large selection of beers, great hot food from the restaurant, and very friendly wait staff. We had the pulled pork and the brewhouse burger, both were excellent. The berliner wisse passion fruit peach beer was an unexpected, delightful surprise, prefect for super hot days in the Central Valley.
All I managed to get for photos was a pick of one of their barley wine ales that I took home with me. A very nice place to eat and have some interesting beers and ales that aren't always available where I live. They also have a nice little gift shop with a lot of options to buy along with bottled beverages for purchase. There is also outdoor (under a tent) seating. Definitely a must try place if you are driving through or staying for a bit.
This is an awesome coastal brewery bar with an amazing selection of award winning brews and very good food! The service and atmosphere were great as well! I always stop in when passing through the area.
Very cool bar. I had the Old Stock Ale. It was the best tasting beer that I've had in a very long time. Delicious! The waitress recommended it after I explained that I'm just an old drinking codger. Kathy had the sampler and enjoyed them as well. We ate the calamari. Delicious. They also have a dining room separate, expansive, from the bar. There is a gift shop across the street complete with singles and cases of beer for purchase. The brewery is also across the street.
We had a delicious dinner at the pub. Portions are huge and the food tastes very good. We liked the atmosphere and the expected wait time of 15-20 minutes was approximately 5 minutes. We had the choice where to sit. Staff was nice and friendly- Beer tasted good and we highly recommend it.
Needed a place for dinner that was dog-friendly, so we opted to visit North Coast. The service was excellent. Our waiter got our doggos some water and helped us to some great beer samplers and food. I had the pulled pork sandwich. While I wasn't a fan of the flavor (I'm pretty picky) it was a decent sandwich. The bottom bun was a little soggy from the sauce so be warned. My hubby had the BBQ burger. It's a huge burger and he seemed to enjoy it. We had chowder fries as an appetizer and they were delicious!!! The beer here is obviously the draw and it didn't disappoint either of us. Glad we came in for a visit.
Menu lost some of the best items over the years but still amazing food for a brewery. Staff are always pleasant and happy to talk to you. Been coming here for almost ten years and will continue for many more
This place is a must when in Fort Bragg. We got seated right away, the service was great, the food came pretty quick but was VERY impressed. Garlic Waffle fries are a MUST. Clam chowder was amazing. My 10 year old picky eater was LOVING it all. Dipping the fries in the chowder. 👌 110% recommend!!
Good beer (try a sampler, then order a pint of your favorite). Nice menu for lunch. Not extensive, but enough for everyone to find something to try. Friendly staff, easy parking (street or lot). If you're a fan of beer, worth a visit!
We arrived 30 mins before closing and were sat at a table and never rushed to finish up. The food was good. We all got burgers, with mine being a Vegan burger with grilled mushrooms and olives. And of course our beers were tasty. Pros: The heaters outdoors kept you warm despite the beach being a few hundred feet away. The lights in the outdoor patio added to the ambiance.
Had a great time here. The food was perfect. The beer was great. Our server Paul was absolutely outstanding. It’s rare that a server can make the whole experience worth it. He was more than dedicated to making sure our experience was perfect and he showed that he truly cared. I feel like everyone in the restaurant industry could take a lesson from Paul.
This place is unusually big for the town in which it is located. The beers are fantastic, many of which have been around since the 1980's, which speaks to their success. They have an old school taste to them, so if you like Belgium and traditional lagers, this is your place. Food was good, service was great, but in the end, you come here for the beer. Come early as they tend be stay full!
Host was such a gentleman and service was nice. Got the fried half fish and half shrimp with colesaw. Shrimp was extra large and the coleslaw was more on the vinegary side. Wish I got more of the fried fish. Garlic waffle fries were excellent! Po boy was a little underwhelming, only 2 pieces of shrimp (one on each half). Great beer selection. I’d gladly come back again.. when I’m not pregnant so I can enjoy a flight!
Usually seating is smooth. We added our name, but somehow it wasn't on the list. We were told 10-15 min, spent over $200 in the gift shop, asked about our table 20 minutes in and still had to wait. The thing is, there were empty tables too. I'll still go back. Dog friendly patio/tent seating.
We had a great dinner. Option to sit inside or out. Staff was masked and tables were spread out in a comfortable distance. Service was friendly and quick. Vegetarian options! We each got a beer and shared the north coast nachos. Perfect amount of food for two very hungry adults. We will for sure be returning to try out different beers and more food items!
Wounderful feel and decore. Sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly and suuuuper knollegable about North Coast beers and menu. She suggested several good bottels based on my love of stouts. I got the fried cod, slaw, and fries. All of it was delicious and worked perfectly we my beers. I have been a big fan of North Coast brewery for years and this was the perfect first time visit.
The service was a little slow on the day that I went but the food and beer was delicious. We have a party of 6 so we ordered a bunch of things for the table. My favorite was the fish taco. The seasonal fest Bier was excellent too.
We had a nice time here! A little stressful initially to get seated due to wait (arrived Saturday around 16:30). Waited about 30 minutes for a table. We had Skunk Train tickets for 18:30. Once we were seated we ordered right away & let the waiter know about our tickets. He was so accommodating & brought out the food as it was ready. Food & beer were solid. Definitely worth the dinner stop. Thank you North Coast Brewing Co.
This place knocked it out of the ballpark! I had the best beer battered fried shrimp of my life and that is NOT an exaggeration! My husband had the beer batter fried red snapper and it was good(shrimp was WAY BETTER). The food was a little pricey and worth every penny. We loved the Blue Star and Laguna Baja beers. The margarita however was not great. The place got swamped with people and all of the employees seamlessly worked where they were needed and everyone was well taken care of. During the shift in staff, Luke (that was the name on our receipt) took over as our waiter, and he was an absolute rock star. He was the most polite, attentive, and helpful waiter. Griselda was an absolute sweetheart in the Pub Store. This is a very well ran establishment and I would love to come back to this place, but we're a long ways from home!
Definitely the best brewery I’ve been to in a very long time! I’ve always been a huge fan of scrimshaw and I finally got to visit Northcoast brewing. It was really fun to taste all of their beer in one place. There really is some thing for everyone. When we went they just released a new lager and they asked us to do a survey. It was so no they hadn’t even named it yet. It’s very good and easy to drink on a hot day. The food is just as amazing as the beer. They advertise award-winning clam chowder and it is hands-down the best chowder I’ve had. We also got the fish shrimp and chips. Yum! The batter is phenomenal. I think it’s because they make the batter with scrimshaw beer. The staff he’s super friendly and I genuinely appear to be happy to work here. My only suggestion is that you get there early because it gets very crowded on the weekends.
We are big fans of Rasputin and Old Stock, but had never had them on tap. Just as delicious! It is always fun visiting a brewery whose beers you have been enjoying for years. Also got to try some of their other offerings, all solid too. We had the fish and chips and half shrimp plates. Also delicious. Fries were crispy. And all that fried food did not leave us feeling uncomfortable, thank goodness. Outside covered patio seating is pet friendly. Lot of heaters too, so the chill was kept at bay. Definitely recommend stopping for a pint and a meal too!
Excellent food and Great Beer. North Coast has taken great steps to keep their patrons safe and socially distant. They have a nice big tent up to provide shade and they are diligent about cleaning tables and chairs between customers. I highly recommend a stop and make sure to get the Garlic Waffle Fries!!
My husband and I had lunch here twice over a long Labor Day weekend. The food and drinks were good. I had 1 of their signature drinks. I dont remember what it was called but it had grapefruit juice in it and it was very good. The outdoor seating area has a great atmosphere. The servers were friendly. Getting seated took some time.
I ate in the pub area and the bartender was very nice. He recommended garlic fries with my prawns, which I ordered. Totally not disappointed in any of the meal except the coke slaw was lacking flavor. Needs something added to it. The garlic fries were definitely worth it. The prawns were huge and very tasty as well. Definitely will be eating here again.
Just arrived into town on a Sunday late afternoon. Scoured Google looking for a simple dinner and something to drink. Landed here and have to say how amazing the 1/2 fish and 1/2 shrimp and chips dinner was. Prefect portions, amazing breading on the seafood and great crispy French fries. To make it even better, the mixed bourbon and beer cocktail was off the hook. Definitely highly recommend.
Our waitress was very pleasant, the food was exceptionally good. We shared garlic fries and the Baja fish tacos. Scrimshaw was very easy to drink. I highly recommend all three. Thank you for the experience. Edit: Came back the next day because the fish tacos were delicious. Also ordered the fish/shrimp & chips. Everything came out great, once again.
If you love beer and a great pub style environment, then put this on your list. North Coast makes some great beers and they've been around forever. I got the fish, shrimp and chips dinner plate and the shrimp were huge. The bartender was great and recommended a couple other bars in town to check out.
We ordered brussel sprouts as an appetizer. My wife ordered dinner salad and added grilled chicken. I ordered the fish and chips. As soon as we sat down our order was taken. They offer a full wet bar along with a nice beer selection. They also offer patio dinner and bar seating. In the bar of the offer a couple of TVs to watch the sports. Food was delicious and service was top-notch.
I've wanted to eat here for years but for various reasons was never able to until now. I had almost given up but the wait was worth it. I split the Shrimp and Fish and Chips plus the Rock Cod Sandwich with my wife and it was an amazing fried seafood sampler. Super tasty, and great beer to go with it. It's often busy but if you can get a table it's worth the wait.
Absolutely love this place. Highly recommend if you are in Fort Bragg. The brewery pub had a full bar and amazing food. We got to order samples of all their beers. Food was really good with reasonable prices and perfectly portioned plates. I was very impressed with this establishment. Definitely not fancy dinning establishment but a perfect fit for this beautiful little coastal fishing town. Couldn't be happier with my visit.
Visited here for lunch and ofcourse beer with friends. Located right on hwy 1, very easily accessible. They have several varieties of beer. Also there is seating available both inside and outside. We ordered a pitcher of beer with waffle fries, onion rings, nachos and black bean burger. Food was very tasty. Service was excellent. We had a good time here.
It’s hard to find a good lobster 🦞 roll on the west coast, but this was a standout. The plentiful meat was dressed lightly in a lemon and caper-based mayo, and stuffed into a bun soft as a warm hug. To drink, I had the Scrimshaw fancied up with Bulleit bourbon, lemon and honey and it was the perfect complement. I came in looking for a beer and a sandwich, left on cloud nine. The service was exceptional and the whole place was on point.
This is a great craft brewery restaurant, wonderful food, multiple craft beers, and a favorite flight special that serves your selection on a "map" of offerings so you know which one you are tasting. They have a heated outdoor tent dining area that was warm and cozy on a cool Pacific windy day, dog friendly if that is what you are looking for. My Wifey got the salad, unbelievably huge and filling. I had the fish and chips, very crunchy beer battered were awesome. Highly enjoyed and recommended!
The food here was so delicious. The chili is really good. The garlic waffle fries are so amazing. A server suggested putting the chili on the garlic waffle fries and he was absolutely correct! Heaven. We didn't anticipate how big the nachos would be but with how tasty they were we didn't have any problem devouring them. Loved that they used hand made tortilla chips in the nachos it just added an extra later of flavor that was very appreciated. I haven't even mentioned the beer yet and, of course, it was all exquisite.

I've been here several times over the years and never been disappointed. Last time I had the Nachos, enough for at least 2 if not 3 people.
The ahi nachos were delicious! Great service and very friendly staff. The clam chowder was super flavorful too. Highly recommend!

Always good food; whether it’s the Fish and chips, burgers, or chili. Server Yaz R is ever friendly and efficient. Thank you!

The food was very good. I had a wedge salad with gargonzola dressing. It was really enough for two or three people. Others in my group had the clam chowder, nachos, and the fish and shrimp combo. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Our server was attentive and friendly. It took a while to receive our food, but I imagine that it was because they were very busy. All of the food was a bit overpriced. ($17 for nachos, $25 for the salad with chicken added)
Good food, good beer, service left a lot to be desired. They weren't busy at 1235 pm on a Sunday so got a table right away. We sat at a table in the bar area and after 15 min asked the bartender about service. She assured us a server would be along shortly. We were about to move to the bar or walk out when our server finally appeared. Server didn't seem interested in getting us refills or bringing the check either as we sat with empty glasses for a while.
Very good bar or casual dining food. Excellent black bean burger and fish tacos. Great selection of beer and they offer a flight of 4 samplers. I love that they have a 10 oz option (I'm a light weight)! My friend and I had a hard time hearing one another when trying to converse, but we were in the bar section, so to be expected.
Good beer and knowledgeable staff. The whole vibe was that of a restaurant not a brewery. Definitely recommend sitting at the bar to try some of their craft beers. Only thing I didn't understand was the bartenders would give you 3/4 beer and the rest head. One beer I got was half head so they have no consistency.
The beer is topnotch and with good selection on tap. We only had starters, pretzels and calamari. The pretzels were good, but way too small for the price. The calamari were chewy and didn't taste that great either.
My wife and I had lunch here. I had the burger with garlic fries. The fries were only OK. The garlic wasn't very good at all; just some crushed raw garlic or something like garlic powder. It was hard to tell, but not very good, which is what matters. I've had much better garlic fries many other places. The burger was quite good. It had lots flavor. The wait staff was excellent.
Beers of course were delicious. Amazing service and food arrived quick. The large caesar salad was amazing. Tasty, large, very tasty. The cod sandwich was pretty good, above average but just a tad. Huge side of fries. Kids had buttered noodles. Nice large portion - wish seasoning and parmesan was part of it. Decor was nice but can be updated to have more style. Nice patio area with heaters. Centrally located.
There are a ton of beers to choose from, and they do have sample flights at a reasonable rate. The flights are served on laminated papers with the labels of each beer listed to help you keep track. No one at the table was impressed by the food, it was a bit on the bland side, which is disappointing, but beer is what they are famous for.
Your run of the mill brewery with pub eats and lots of beer on tap. The pretzel appetizer was pretty good. I tried to order the pork schnitzel but they were out so I went with the Catch of the Day which was the ahi tuna (that should have been my first red flag) when it came I dutifully tried a bite of everything, the salad was wilted, the rice was uninspiringly bland and didn’t compliment the fish, that I can only describe as over marinate with watered down Bacchans sauce, with more on the side for dipping. Yuck. They were nice and took it off the tab. No I didn’t order anything else, just shared my husband’s onion rings. Those were good. From other folks orders it looked like the fish n chips would be a winner. The Bloody Mary was tasty enough, I had two of those.
Came in for a flight of beer and some lunch. Fish and Chips are some of the best we ever had. Not greasy, fish was very fresh and flaky. The schnitzel was just okay. The beer choices we just okay. Will go back for the Fish and Chips. The waiter was great. Atmosphere great. The have a bar section but we ate in the main dining room.
Delightful place for dinner on a Friday night. Their was live music--a singer who played the guitar and harmonica. We had been to an all-day psrty on the Skunk Train, so we weren't tempted with their well-known beers. We had a salad, fish, and shrimp (cooked perfectly). We also had some of their yummy clam chowder. I was so hungry that I started eating before I had a chance to take pictures.
For a town with less than 7,000 people, there can be a limited amount restaurant choices available, so if a restaurant wanted to just dial it in, they might get away with it. This is not the case here. There food is good, with sizable portions and surprisingly there prices are reasonable for what you get. Throw in their own great craft beer offerings, and you have found a gem of a place in a small coastal town. They offer beer flights, as well as individual single 4 once tasters of you own choosing beyond the more traditional 10 once glass of beer, and for certain styles of beer they offer pitchers too. In addition to that, their staff from food service to their retail shop were helpful and friendly. It's obvious people take pride on what they do here, which is a direct reflection on what the management is also doing.
It looked like a brewery that represents Fort Bragg, so I decided to visit, and it seemed to be a place loved by the local community. I also came here to watch a football game, and while the beer was above standard, the fish and chips were below it. The fish had a slight odor and was a bit over-fried. Still, this is a place worth recommending.
We were in Fort Bragg on our recent northern California vacation. We had lunch at The Pub at the North Coast Brewing Company. The pub is a fairly routine pub/brewery type of restaurant. My wife had the fish and chips, which she seemed to enjoy. I had a half Caesar salad with grilled cod, which was plenty for lunch. The fish was perfectly grilled and flavorful and complemented the salad well. Prices were reasonable and service was good. The location was easy to access, being right on CA 1 through downtown.
Great place for dinner! The first time I visited this brewery, I wasn’t able to grab a table since it was incredibly busy BUT now they have changed how people are seated. It’s more of a first come first serve and you pay for your food/drink at a cashier. This made it so much easy to go in and grab a table. Overall, my experience was fantastic. The only reason I gave it four star because I order three tacos and they come out on three different plates 😂🤣

Very friendly staff. Food was on par for a brewery. Nice outdoor space that is pet friendly. Fair prices, tasty beer and good selection.
The last few times we've been to Fort Bragg (3 night stays each time), we ate here 2 of the 3 nights! Shrimp and chips is always very, very good (bit pricey, however). We do like their hamburgers. …
My girlfriend and I visited last Saturday when it was relatively busy. We got a few beers, the nachos, and the chicken and artichoke pizza. The beer was fine. The nachos were pretty good but prepared somewhat inconsistenly - about a quarter were burnt, and the toppings were not evenly spread. The pico on top was some of the best I ever had, though. The pizza was way too gummy. I thought it was the sauce until we got to the last few slices, when I realized the pizza was VERY undercooked, which was surprising since the crust was very crisp. It was a pretty mediocre experience overall. This all being said, the prices weren't bad for everything we got, undercooked pizza and all. That being said, the barroom is very cramped, and I felt like my table was in the way of people trying to pass. I probably wouldn't go back if I were in the area.
This place used to be amazing. The staff is still great. The atmosphere is still great. The new manager changed the menu, and it is crap. All the old staples are gone. They dont use their beer for cooking. The mac and cheese (arguably the best dish in Fort Bragg) is no longer on the menu. Instead, it was replaced with Kraft style Mac and cheese for the kids. The food is mediocre at best. The worst part is that the prices have gone up and the menu and food quality have gone down. For the love of becon teach your cooks that pork belly is low and slow them fried to have a crispy skin. Soft, under cooked pork belly is gross. It's still a great beer, though!
Forgot to take pictures of the food sorry! They have a nice outdoor patio with heat lamps if you don’t want to eat inside. We had the coconut shrimp which was excellent crispy on the outside meaty plump shrimps on the inside. However the Thai sauce for the shrimp was a little sweet and lacking flavor. Maybe they could have used some citrus or something in the sauce? We also had delish onion rings which were cooked to perfection with a thin tasty batter. The ranch dip was unremarkable. The garlic waffle fries needed more garlic and more cheese and it would’ve been nice if the cheese had been melted a little, so not great. The Caesar salad was fresh with crisp greens but the dressing was a little bland, would have been better with more lemon, less vinegar and more garlic. Edited - removed a star due to the fact we ate here a second time and it was not as good.
It was an experience to say the least. Not impressive but not horrible. I wanted to check this place out last time I was in the area so when I came back we decided to give it a try. We waited about a half hour for a table, the weird back stage room we were seated in was almost entirely empty. I was a bit shocked there was a wait at all but was no problem. It was a little chilly but after a nice warm tea,it helped a bit. The waitstaff seemed a little disorganized. It reminded me of a game of SIMS. Just a lot of wandering, walking into a room then forgetting why they were there and walking off. We got 3 totally different sizes of water cups during our dinner which was a bit comical. I saw at least 2 staff (maybe the same person?) Check the corners of this strange room we were seated in,at least twice. (Maybe he could see something I couldnt ) The food wasnt exceptional but I did appreciate the waiter verifying if I wanted cheese on my waffle fries as I asked for none on my sandwich,it just showed a well appreciated consideration for any potential food intolerances someone may have. I left feeling a bit confused but certainly not hungry.
Different name on the sign that faces the street. Went as a family gathering and the majority of us got either a burger or the fish and chips. The burger and fries were good, even the black bean burger. The fish and chips were not good. The fish was heavily breaded and both the fish and the breading had no flavor. The fries were the best part of the meal. The coleslaw also had very little flavor. I usually love fish and chips, but I was not impressed with these fish and chips, and to me it's worse because they say it's locally caught. For the price, $20 for the fish and chips, I won't be going back, which is unfortunate because I really enjoyed the live music and the general atmosphere. The weight staff was courteous, but not attentive.
Casual Pub atmosphere with local beers & cocktails. The lemonade was terrible, tasted like powdered electrolytes. Food is ok. Service was friendly and the place clean. Covered outdoor seating and plenty of parking
We loved that we could bring our dogs with us to this restaurant. The pretzel with cheese sauce was good, but the fish and chips were just okay. I wouldn't really recommend them. The beer on the other hand was really good. The service was not good. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. At that point, they said that they had to find forks because they were out. The outdoor seating was nice. All in all, we would go back for the beer.
Came here on sunday evening for dinner on Memorial day weekend. We had a 45 min wait for 6 people which wasn't bad considering the holiday. We got seated and they were really busy. Most of the food was lacking flavor and taste, and we misinterpreted the pulled pork sandwich. We were expecting BBQ and it was more along the lines of a vinegar sandwich. Overpowering smell and taste of vinegar, so bad it numbed the tongue of one of the guests in our party just be aware it's a different experience. They were kind enough to take the sandwich off our bill so that was greatly appreciated. I'm sure everything is better on a non holiday visit.
No idea why, but I always think this place should be better than it is. \n\nFirst of all from the prices, they think very highly of themselves but the portions are "ok" at best (an overload of chea…

We opted to try out the patio tonight and it was a very pleasant atmosphere at first. We ordered the Chowder fries for a starter. For dinner we ordered “the never say die” burger, and the mac and cheese to split. Well 45 min later the appetizer and burger arrived and they were delicious. The Mac n Cheese did not show up and neither did any staff to tell us about it. After asking several times and much confusion among staff.. (like 4 of them) we decided that we did not need the mac after all the other food was gone.. very disappointed in the service as this was a special date and the service was sub par. We were not engaged with most of the time and the lack of care was unappreciated. Besides that the food tasted great..
Good food, bad everything else. TL;DR Poor service, long wait, blood in the waiting room, fly in my drink. Pizza tasted good. I went here for lunch in the middle of the week and had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated in a mostly empty restaurant. While I was waiting I noticed blood on the waiting room floor. I'm pretty sure it was human blood. After finally getting seated I had to wait another 10 minutes to get a server to come by my table and start the drinks. My drink arrived with a dead fly in it. No seriously. I had to flag down a waitress to get another one. I ordered the spanish pizza and it took a long time to arrive. Once it finally made it to my table it was very tasty. Good crust/bread good flavor, little on the pricey side. Server never returned to refresh my drink or ask for more. On the way out of the restaurant, I saw the blood spot again, now drier and someone had tracked it on their shoe. I won't be coming back here.
Wayyyy overpriced. It's a small menu and you'd think that they'd make everything very well. My "smash" burger was just regular burger that had been so overcooked and dry as the desert. The fries and fish had the burnt oil taste. My kid Mac and cheese and it was like 4day old Kraft that was super dry and overcooked noodles. Definitely wasnt worth the $80!!! Would be better off going to Dennys
Ordered a burger. Asked for no tomato and cooked to medium. Recieved an extremely soggy burger with tomato and the patty almost seemed partially raw inside the center. The waiter was polite although he could use a bit more training. I already had low expectations going in because the last time I ate here several years ago it was also sub par. Don't think ill be coming back anytime soon.
Dear Ownership, if I were to tell you that one of your wait staff was rude to us, would you be able to know immediately who that wait person was? We waited 15 minute to get our table. We then waited another 15 minutes for any of the wait staff to acknowledge us. We waited another 10 minutes to place our order. The restaurant felt chaotic. My guess is, the wait person took it out on us. The food was great, by the way.
Service was absolutely terrible... never got my water, no silverware at the table, food never came out, attitudes from every one.

We arrived here at 1:30 on a weekday and asked for patio seating. They said they didn't have anything at the moment but we said we'd be willing to wait. We saw lots of people leaving and lots of em…

Service was incredibly slow and the place was empty on a Thursday @ 7:00. The waitress was inattentive and the food edible but mediore. Plus the burger came with items we asked to have omitted.

After waiting 5 minutes to be seated, the host told us to take any seat in the near-empty dining room and he would be back with menus. While waiting for him to bring menus, we were passed by severa…

Very disappointing experience @ North Coast. Forewarning to parents: Not kid friendly. I’ve been here 5-6 times and this was a very different experience. It was three quarters empty at lunchtime on a Saturday, following Skunk Train. Our kids - ages 3, 4, and 5 started playing next to the table beside us after they finished eating, and the adults were attempting to enjoy their beers and food. There were very few patrons and the kids were not disturbing anyone. The wait staff told us the kids could not play and needed to return to the table. Very odd for a brewery. Food-wise the food was not good. The nachos were soaked in sour cream and quickly became soggy. I got food poisoning from the black bean burger. The beers were mediocre. Lastly, because we had a party of 6+ they baked in a 20% tip. No option to reduce even in light of very unfriendly service and poor food quality. I’m not sure if this place has changed management or ownership, but sadly, we would never go back.
