Gorgeous beach views, great service, and good food. Angelito, Ashley, and Juwan have taken great care of me and my party while we’ve been at this hotel. We originally planned to head out for breakfast each morning, but Rivas has such great service and quality breakfast and coffee that we ended up eating “in” at the hotel each morning. The staff are kind, and very “everything is possible” in mindset. We appreciate their work, and we appreciate their speed of service. We would not be frequenting Rivas if they weren’t there providing VIP service. Hot tip - ask for mimosas “to go” ahead of a pool walk. You deserve it.

Great experience at their Thanksgiving holiday dinner! The food was fresh, menu creative, and we enjoyed a patio view of the ocean that was stunning. Highly recommended! Staff was excellent.

Our waitress was very sweet and the food was fantastic! We had mimosas, fruit, and crab omelet.

I found the service as well as the food excellent. We ate there a few times and never had a bad experience.

I think the thing to remember is it is not only buffet for breakfast. Staff was very nice. Food was good.

Food and drinks are very exquisite. Went for a surprise dinner and atmosphere and vibes were good. Expensive taste with different selections. Server was great with our needs and wants. Chicken entree very delicious. Succotash was spicy but very flavorful and delicious. The oysters were amazing and I don’t even eat oysters! Thanks for a warm experience and surprise for my friend. Also the go go cups for the drinks!

There is outside ocean front seating, but I did not go out due to wind. We will visit it again on our next trip!

I've eaten at a lot of conference Hotel buffets. The food was very fresh, tasty and worth the exorbitant price. That's something I don't say quite often. The hotel may not have been prepared for the size of conference that was present in their hotel. On the first day, they did not have seating for the amount of guests that we're looking to eat there. Many conference guess we're unable to eat. There were no places within a reasonable walking distance. I mention this to the manager, Alan, and he more than made up for the inconvenience. Alan was extremely accommodating. They provided a great service and made lunch possible on the second day of the conference. Annie is a server here. But you wouldn't know that by her high quality customer service. She carries herself as if she is a manager or assistant manager. I was floored by her professionalism, friendliness and she, with Alan, made our stay extremely pleasurable. I highly recommend this place. When you eat there, make sure to contact Alan or Annie and your stay will be exponentially improved.

We enjoyed Christmas dinner at Riva. Service was excellent; our waitress was delightful. A limited menu due to covid. Food was had cooled slightly when it came out but it was delicious. Lovely restaurant and resort.

The breakfasts are excellent here, and other than recently on Sundays there is no wait for a table. You will never experience things like burned eggs here, like I have in other neighborhood places. The food is consistently good.

The hotel, Marriott Harbor Beach Resort and spa, that Riva is located in is gorgeous. The food here is standard American breakfast fare. Enjoyable.

What you'd expect of a Marriott Bonvoy restaurant. Decent food, friendly staff. One of the better options if you're staying in nearby hotels/resorts.

Lastly, the eggs Benedict had Canadian bacon that was extremely undercooked and eggs that were still Barely cooked as well. The things that save this place were the service, sausages, and a very good glass of fresh squeezed orange juice. However, the rest of the food really needs to step it up for the price as next time I stay here the Starbucks in the hotel will be my go to.

My breakfast didn't come out the way the picture, shows, and the menu described, no itemized bill, not sure what I paid for, but it sure was expensive for 2 breakfasts with 2 bloody Mary's, not, able to choose the type of vodka used, and it took a long time to recieve anything, but nice location

We are a resident of Fort Lauderdale, and a patron of 3030 resteraunt which we love, we have traveled from Aruba, Hawaii, st marks, Jamaica,Mexico,and many more places through our time share. We decided to go to breakfast with family members to the Riva, from the moment we approached Riva the hostess said there was a 15 minute wait which was no problem it was about 11am, we. Seated and waited 15 minutes before I could contact a waitress and when I did we had to wait another 5 minutes for her to return, no explanation of breakfast or lunch menu very poor training especially when the staff is talking in mostly Spanish to one another, we ordered and the food was a major disappointment, greasy potatoes and eggs that were mediocre, not a true representation of the Marriott we know and love. Upon leaving I gave the valet cashier a $50 dollar bill and she didn’t say a word just took the next to patrons waiting to pay, I had to remind her of my change and she said oh ok and left her post to ask 2 other valets for change for a $50 when she finally got it she gave me the change and said ok now I need my $10 dollars.... so I said can I ask you why is it $10 dollars to valet with parking validation? And she replied I need my money sir. Extremely un professional and rude.... I payed and asked for the manajor he was apologetic and said he would talk to her.. no satisfaction what so ever very disappointing.. I felt emabarassed and belittled by a none caring staff... VERY BIG disappointment will not be returning to RIVA or valet when I do go to 3030... get your act together...
