P.F. Chang's - Glenbrook

PF Chang's is always a nice treat. Their dining room is large and open. The bar has nice seating as well. The service has been friendly and attentive. The past few times there hasn't been a wait but I would recommend getting reservations.

We were so pleased to be seated quickly and our waiter, Bruce, was fast, friendly and very efficient! We enjoyed the lettuce wraps as an appetizer. My husband had hot sour soup along with Kung Pao Shrimp. I had Crab Wontons and Beef & Broccoli. Bruce was attentive to our every need and quick to make the meal a great memory for weeks to come.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a staff member. We were brought to our table. Our server came by. We ordered our drinks. She kept making sure we had all the drinks we needed throughout our visit. Our Chang’s lettuce wraps appetizer was delicious. Our food came out piping hot. We order beef and broccoli and Chang’s chicken. Everything tasted delicious. Brittany, the manager visited our table and was very friendly. Great experience.

First timers and would definitely come back! 🌟 My husband and I celebrated his birthday here and were pleased with how wonderful the flavors of the food were. It was well plated, and the Chef’s Feast was a good value. William provided top notch service, and made us feel special without being overbearing. Great experience!

Great food and drinks. We walked in on a Sunday evening and got seated right away with no wait. Our waitress thought our food was taking too long so we got complimentary soup. Tried dumplings for the first time and I will now be getting them again. Sushi was the best we’ve had.

Another great family experience at PF Changs. Everything was great as usual and Hannah our hostess was exceptional. Our only complaint- no hot n sour soup!? We were so disappointed. Corporate needs to bring back this favorite to Fort Wayne.

First time at this PF Chang's and won't be my last...We had the Chicken Lettuce Wraps for appetizers. I had the Miso Glazed Salmon and my wife had the Sweet and Sour Chicken. For dessert I couldn't pass up the Great Wall of Chocolate! Excellent service by Harley-Jane, too!

The spicy chicken was delicious and Siah did an amazing job. I enjoyed my service here a lot!

We actually ordered Grubhub and my food came hot, delicious, packaged exceptionally and so thoughtfully put together. Everything I asked for was in the bag. Our eggrols were crispy and delicious. I am so thrilled I gave them a try tonight. Superb job!

Meals were excellent! Katie was a very pleasant server. Highly recommend Pepper Steak and Terriaki Chicken. Drinks from the bar were great ss well. Thanks!!!

This was the best experience we’ve had at this PF Chang’s! Our server Grace was phenomenal!!! She really cared about us and was on top of everything and wanted to be sure we were happy. Thank you Grace, Shannon and the team. You guys knocked it out of the park today! 🤗❤️

We came in on a Wednesday and were delightfully surprised by half priced bottles of wine. The food was so tasty. Our server, Christopher, was incredible. He kept us entertained the whole dinner and provided incredible service.

Jalinn and Brittany were amazing. They really helped give us a good experience while visiting tonight. Jalinn was very helpful in explaining the details of the menu, suggesting options for us, and had a very warm welcoming personality. Brittany was very attentive in asking us how our experience was and you could tell it wasn’t a passive question. They care about their customers! We will definitely be coming back!

Came in expecting a lengthy wait time as they seemed a bit more busy than normal that evening. Told about 30 minutes wait to be seated. About 15 minutes later was being taken to our seats. Placed drink orders and appetizers at the same time and to our surprise they not only came out without long wait but the drinks were cold and the apps were on point!! Placed our dinner orders at that time and every single item came out fresh like we were the only people in the place!! Amazing service, food, and atmosphere inside!! Even the staff seemed to be enjoying themselves! Everyone seemed happy and to genuinely care ! 10/10 WILL BE BACK!!!

Easily 5 out of 5 stars! I love PF Chang’s. The customer service is excellent. They messed up my food and my husbands (to go order) which I’ll say that never happens and I called to let them know and the guy SOOOOOO KIND and offered to fix it and I drove back and he apologized many times and I really appreciated how kind he was! Kindness goes so far! They were SWAMPED so possibly the reason for the mistake.

The food was delicious and came out very quickly. Jalinn, our server, was extremely kind and made the experience much better. The area was very clean and well organized. In the end, I was very impressed with the service, quality, and portions.

Came for the lettuce wraps, stayed for Jalinn. Food was great, but our server absolutely made the afternoon. Attentive, funny, and somehow knew exactly when we needed refills. Give this man a raise.

As we celebrate our first wedding anniversary here, we experienced good service, great food and a cozy atmosphere. Plus the surprise of an anniversary dessert! It's yum! We are definitely coming back here! Awesome 👌

I came in with my friends and had Grace as my server. She was probably the best server I have had at any restaurant in a long time. I asked her questions about different menu items and she knew all the answers. I was very impressed she had so many menu items memorized. She’s like a walking PF Chang’s Menu!! I originally ordered the Apple spice refresher but then upgraded to the alcoholic version and was very surprised by how much I loved it! Another great suggestion from our waiter. She was so sweet and kind and made me feel comfortable asking questions. Anything we asked for in terms of refills, sauces, or extra napkins was delivered within 30 seconds of asking for it. I’ve been to places where it takes 30 mins to get water! We truly had a fantastic experience and a lot of it was thanks to Grace. Definitely will be back!! Give that girl a promotion!!!

I had a great experience at P.F. Chang’s thanks to the server, Jalinn. From the start, he was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Jalinn gave excellent menu recommendations that I ended up loving, and everything came out exactly as expected. He checked in at the perfect times, kept things running smoothly, and made me feel well taken care of without being rushed. It truly elevated the dining experience. I’ll definitely be back and I hope to have Jalinn again!

A little late on this review but me and my fiancé came to P.F. Chang’s for our anniversary celebration now getting a seat was complicated but so worth it, now we seen a lot of the servers working but the one that we had Jalinn, I would’ve paid him more for just the entertainment than the food service. We couldn’t have asked for a better Valentine’s Day night like the one he gave us, laughs and a story with some jokes to share with our friends and family. Amazing night that night, Jalinn thank you so much we were so lucky to have you!

We had an amazing time here. Our server Jalinn was attentive and funny. He really made the experience great. The food was delicious. Definitely an awesome date night experience.

P.F. Chang's probably has the tastiest and most savory food. I didn't eat all of my meal because we were saving room for the Great Wall of Chocolate. It was a huge slice of chocolate cake and the drizzled raspberry sauce was a perfect combination. Our waiter was by far the best and friendliest waiter we've ever had at any restaurant. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by their helpful and friendly host to the time we left we had a wonderful dinning experience.

Food was decent but our waitress, Katie, was the best waitress that I've had anywhere in quite a long time. Friendly, fast and courteous. She provided service that I would expect from Baker St or Cork, surprised that it was in the mall.

The server, Jalin, was absolutely amazing. As this was my first visit, he made me desire to return seven days a week. I am grateful for the high level of care that he provided to our family. I would like to thank him for going above and beyond to make our experience the best ever!!

I just wanted to give a shoutout to Jalinn who was our server tonight! He was phenomenal! I truly enjoyed my experience. He was so accommodating to our family and is very personable and funny but still professional! I’ll try requesting him in the future. Now, in full transparency, we’ve had some issues with food the last couple times dining here, BUT the manager, Brittany, is so nice and is a real sweetheart! She remade my food tonight and it was perfect! I had the orange chicken which I really enjoy (better than Panda Express I might add). And I love the butter cake! It’s really nice to know that if a mistake is made, Brittany is very caring and always makes things right to ensure guests have a positive experience and leave happy! As you can see, we keep coming back :) Thanks Jalinn and Brittany! You guys did great!

Came for dinner on a Friday and it was packed. We were still seated immediately. We were expecting a wait. Excellent customer service. Food is good. A bit on the salty side. The sea bass was well cooked. Pepper steak was tasty. Potstickers were delicious. Classic lettuce wraps did not disappoint.

Came for the first time on Tuesday. We were greeted and served very quickly! The food was hot and super fresh and our server was attentive and friendly. I had the pepper steak and my boyfriend and I split a Dragon Roll (im not a fan of sushi, but I’d eat this again!!!). I wish I could give 5 stars, I really do.. but our total came to $70 for 2 people. At an Asian Fusion Restaurant??? How dare they charge $20+ for some really good Panda Express… 😭

Jalinn was our server and he was really great. I was having a bad day but his attitude made it better. He probably made the food taste better with his presence too. 10/10 will come again just for Jalinn, give him a raise.

We had lunch here on 9/21/25 . The service has improved from our last visit a few months ago. Our server Jalinn was very polite and upbeat. He made sure we had plenty to drink and kept us informed as to when our order should arrive. Our only issues were my wife asked for there to be no onions in her meal but there was and she picked them out. I had asked for extra chicken in mine and I did not see extra. One can only assume that if one request was not adhered to the other was not either. I did not bring this to anyone’s attention nor was I going to post my honest thoughts but it seemed as though our server really wanted us to. Once again the service was good the food overall was good. Just the special requests made not adhered to.

Service was great, attentive. The dinner special portions were a bit spare and I would prefer the soup be hot, add opposed to warm. I really appreciated that the manager accommodated and let me have an item that was not included in the specials.

Not impressed with the food. I had the honey chicken and it really didn't have any flavor to it. Very disappointed in that. The lettuce wraps was definitely the star of the dinner as well as the pear mojito.

Neither my sister or I have ever tried this place so I decided to take her here for her birthday. Everything looked amazing when they brought it out...the taste was not as amazing. (For some of it.) Crab Rangoon had actual crab meat in them, they were a favorite for both of us. Egg rolls, they were ok. Looked better than tasted and the sauce was strange that came with them. Egg drop soup...a big nope for me. It tasted like chicken noodles soup. Lettuce wrapped chicken, we both liked these. I liked the sauce served with them but I thought there were too many diced water chestnuts, which must be a cheap filler. Because the chicken was scarce. I wouldn't waste money on upgrading to fried rice like we did, it was pretty plain. We both ordered Honey Shrimp which was good. If you are asked if you're celebrating anything and would like a cake/ treat, ask if there is a charge because we said yes not knowing they would charge as for it, because we did not ask for it. (Ours was comped because there was a mistake in the charges on our bill.) I ordered Honey chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, and Orange Chicken for my family to go. I ordered these before I even tasted our food which was a god thing because I probably would not have ordered anything to go if I would have tried my own food first. All of these entrees were good, according to my husband and children.

This place is really hit or miss. Some things are really good on the menu, some things are really underwhelming. The Pad Thai looks great, but there was not really any sauce that they tossed the noodles in and it was kind of tasteless. The chicken lettuce wrap appetizer is pretty good though.

I have enjoyed P.F Chang’s for years when I used to live in Florida. I used to buy the tempura green beans from the freezer aisle and instantly was hooked cause they were so good! Last week I was craving the green beans and planned to go this week. I decided to go out for dinner tonight with my husband and sons. Such a bummer because the food was just alright. We did the feast where it’s 20 dollars a person and it really is a good deal. But the food quality fell short. Part of me wishes I did the happy hour cause it would’ve been a lot cheaper. My husband and I both ordered the egg drop soup and it was just alright. It really needed more seasoning. It was so bland! Next our tempura green beans came and then so did our entrees, the Chang’s spicy chicken and beef lo mein. I was disappointed I didn’t get to enjoy my appetizer cause the entrees came so soon. I was a bit overwhelmed cause I was also finishing up my soup. Anyways the green beans were not great. They were all clumped together and I had to break the tempura apart so I could dip them in the sauce. They also were overly greasy. I’d have to say the freezer ones were better than the ones we had from the actual restaurant. The Chang’s chicken was delicious though and I have no complaints there. But my husband ordered the beef lo mein and when I went to try it, it was soo salty. I couldn’t eat it. Overall this location was alright. It’s a bummer cause it’s the only one close to us and it wasn’t even busy but now I can see why. I might as well go to Panda Express cause at least their food is always pretty good and it’s a lot cheaper.

We have only been here 1 other time, a very long time ago. Brought our daughter last night to hopefully give her a good nice meal. The wait was long but we didn’t mind. After we got sat we ordered an appetizer because we had just worked a bunch of hours without eating so we needed something while we waited. It was about 30 mins later we were told they were “out” of the thing we ordered. Okay. Strange. No big deal. Our food comes out. Now, this is the part that really upset me personally. We heard from the hostess that the wait was so long because the kitchen was backed up from a rush they just had. So tell me why my food came out and the meat was so tough that I couldn’t even eat it. I passed it off to my poor husband to eat and I stole his food. And my daughter’s chicken was so overcooked she couldn’t eat it either. Maybe they were so backed up because the cooks are back their double cooking their meat? Spent $90 for 3 people, for me to have to leave and get my husband and daughter more food elsewhere.

So this used to be one of my fav spots! The Lo Mein and the veggie spring rolls used to hit the spot. But now quality of food has gone down so bad! Even the veggie spring rolls seemed like frozen once! Also the Lo mein were not that great! Apart from food , our waitress has racist issues! She was so so bad ! She looked down at us as we were people of Color! Girl! It’s a Chinese restaurant so that’s also a cusine with people non American! Please P F Chang’s change the waitresses ! Trust me she was side eyeing , rolling her eyes! Girl we paid for it! Worst service ever! Would never ever go back! Thanks for such an unpleasant experience !

Arrived at 8pm. Did not get waited on for almost 20 minutes while the server was talking to the table right next to us. Only other table there which should have been our first clue. Hot and sour soup was good, but that was all. Kung Pau chicken was small pieces of chicken that were way overcooked to the point of being chewy. Lettuce wraps were not even close to being prepared correctly and looked very pale and/or undercooked. Was told that they were out if the sauce that they serve with lettuce wraps (and cook it in), and said sweet and sour was the only alternative. Manager found correct sauce and served it cold. Chicken had a gummy texture and was so awful I threw up after leaving the restaurant. Will not go back. After the last visit also got sick because of seafood allergy that I told them about when ordering. Do better P.F. Chang's (P F must stand for pathetic food)

I had a reservation for 6:30 PM on Valentine’s Day and still waited 25 minutes just to be seated. While waiting, the lobby was so overcrowded that I could barely move, constantly being pushed and squeezed by other guests who were also waiting. After finally being seated, it took another 15 minutes before anyone came to our table to even take drink orders. During that time, multiple tables around us were complaining, asking for refunds, or leaving entirely due to the lack of service. One table next to us said they had been there for over three hours and still had not received their food. When we placed our order, our waitress actually recommended that we leave and go somewhere else because the food would take at least an hour. I was willing to wait, given the holiday, but after waiting over two hours, we still never received our meals. The only items we were given were a salad and a bowl of soup. Throughout the night, the waitress repeatedly told us she didn’t know the status of our food and that it was completely fine if we decided to leave. When I finally asked for a direct answer, I was told, “If you want to leave, you don’t have to pay for the food on the table. I would just leave if I were you.” We watched multiple other guests leave after long waits and poor service. Instead of resolving the situation, the staff offered things like free non-alcoholic drinks and encouraged us to leave. I ended up wasting my entire Valentine’s Day at this restaurant. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. It’s unacceptable that a restaurant would operate this way on one of the busiest dining holidays of the year without being properly prepared. I strongly recommend choosing any other restaurant. This place was completely disorganized, unprepared, and more focused on getting people to leave than actually serving them. Extremely disappointed.

I went to P.F. Chang’s last night for my birthday and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience from start to finish. When we first sat down, I asked our waitress for a high chair for my son. She said she’d be right back with one, but when she returned she just asked for our drink order and left us still holding him. After waiting, I ended up walking around the restaurant myself to find a high chair. My son and I both ordered the orange chicken, and since getting home last night we’ve both been extremely sick — vomiting for the past 20 hours. We strongly suspect it was food poisoning, which made what was supposed to be a special birthday dinner even worse. To top it off, my husband asked the server if they did anything for birthdays and she said they offer a dessert. But when it came time for the check, she asked if we wanted to order desserts — even though she knew we were there celebrating. Nothing was ever brought out or acknowledged. Overall, the service and experience were very disappointing, and now my son and I being sick afterward just made it that much worse.
