Subway is my fast food of choice. The quality of food really depends on the restaurant you go to. This one is very good. The vegetables tasted fresh and the service was very friendly, they are decently efficient, I got my food and was out of there in 10 minutes. Subway is a great place to stop and eat when you're on your way somewhere. I went to this location when I was on my way to the dam. I would recommend this.

I've ordered here before. Everything is good, however Subway has priced me out. 15 dollars for a foot long subway is way too much for me. Inflation has really hurt this place supposedly.
Perfect build quality to my sandwich, correct and fresh (seemingly) ingredients, and they were quick, only problem is they toasted my girlfriends sub even though she asked they not toast it, and then my sub (Rotisserie style chicken), was cold despite being toasted. The toasting needs to be fixed and they need to be more responsive to the exact order. For clarification, we ordered in store, not online. There was 4 very nice ladies working, but their kindness didn’t translate to effective work
The price with a coupon is still good. But they have been told to cut down on how toppings you can add to your sandwich what is sad. Long gone the days of having a mountain of pickles
I wish I could upload a photo of how POORLY this sandwich was constructed (but I cannot on a work computer) BARELY any chicken (BBQ honey mustard chicken) there were hardly any toppings, asked for extra pickles (nope) and there WAS NO SAUCE of any kind !! I was looking forward to having this for lunch because I haven't had Subway in 2 years and now I know why. VERY DISAPPOINTED
First time I have gone in Subways in a while. The staff were very friendly and service was pretty quick. Wasn't happy they don't have kids meals anymore, the lettuce was slightly brown and wilted and the churro was cold

There was only 1 person working. I waited 10 minutes to order. When i ordered i asked for a 6in & she made me a foot long. While I was ordering my food a few people that were waiting left. The drink station was a mess & sticky. There were dirty tables. She wasn't even nice. This will be the last time I come to this Subway.
EVERY TIME I go into the store and Teresa is working she gives me a problem. No matter what it is. Her attitude is always nasty, she’s very rude about how I want MY sandwich. Yes, I understand policies and rules change, but the way she goes about them with me seems different than everyone else she helped after me. I will be reporting this.
This was the meal. This was $40. The sub at the bottom of the picture was a double meat, meaball and pepperoni sub that was supposed to be a footlong. They screwed that up and i had to go back. The 6" tuna was bigger then a 6" double meat "Boss" sub. The wife showed me here footlong philly steak. It had almost no meat on it. $40 for bread sandwiches... Never again.
Don't ask for salt and pepper at all, otherwise it'll just be salt that you taste. Waste of money.

Got the smallest "6 inch" sub I've ever seen
Not good 2nd visit since they moved there. Both times were out of bread veggies was low didnt have the meat for the sandwich I wanted thawed. I am done spending my money at this subway

I was very unhappy with this visit. The employees was not properly trained and had no idea what they were doing. The manager should be ashamed for the lack of training for these kids.

Let's see, cold food not cooked and they don't wear masks while preparing sandwiches, last I knew we we're still in a pandemic.. unreal.. Never again !! Shame Shame 👎👎 The store on the south side was allot better, but they closed it for good..🤯

The new subway melt is awful! By the time I got home you could not eat the bread. I ate the meat and cheese. Will never order this again. It looks so good on the commercials. Looks are deceiving.
Terrible experience here... We ordered two steak chop salads and the left the meat off both of them. We ordered the salads to go and didn't realize it until we were 30 minutes away!!
Your online ordering is too difficult to even use. Doesn't allow you to choose all options. Should be easier, you won't be getting my business with 30 minute lines and an online ordering that's a waste of time. Jersey Mike's is so much better
When you wait in a two person line for 30 minutes just to be served a sloppy meal, it leaves you very disappointed. The building looks nice, however that is the only positive review. 30 minutes for a sub.. Every experience at this location is poor, time and time again. It’s no wonder Jimmy Johns is putting Subway out of business!
Food cold not what I ordered, bacon not done. Pretzel so hard you could use it as a hammer. My BLT had no mayo and hardly anything on it besides the undone bacon
Ordered online, assumed the order was correct. I should have checked the bag before I left so that’s my fault. I got home and of course half my order was wrong. Called the store to inform them, they said I could come back informed them I would not. Took down my name & number yet hear a peep!
After going to this subway multiple times they are always 30 minutes behind on mobile orders because no one is paying attention to them. Be prepared to wait longer if you mobile order. You are better off going in and joining the line.
Refused service to a nurse in scrubs due to her wearing clean scrubs in to the business to place order. U have lost my business n my family's business forever. Pray your worker doesn't get sick n require someone in scrubs to help. Shame on you
Was in there last yr & had a sign that said only 2 people allowed inside & I waited outside for 20 mins for someone to leave they were just in there chatting! I get in there they tell me only 1 sub per person! They couldn't of put that on the sign on door! I shouted real loud thats ridiculous I'm going to Jimmy Johns & have not been in there since! I would drive to roanoke before I'd ever get a sub at this location thats how much I hate there rude employees!
I went to subway tonight for them to not change gloves between orders, put the sandwich meat on the counter before they put it on my sandwich and I watched them do the same to the person ordering before me and didnt wash the counter in-between sandwich meats touching the bare table. Completely gross and they should be ashamed. Also acted confused on everything ordered and veggies looked pitiful.
Huntington sub way doesn’t the specials the TV shows that Subway® has available but not in in Huntington. Right now they have a special shown you buy a sub 12 inch and you get the second sub for a dollar not in Huntington and if you want mayonnaise on your vegetables, they won’t do it. They say no you can’t have it that way only on the bread. Huntington is not the place to go. If you want to get any of the specials, it isn’t just Subway any of their restaurants here don’t do what is advertised on TV. They have their own rules.
Got subway just now . And absolute most rude worker . I started out being overly nice : and in return got talked to rude . They made my one sub completely bare and crap . Rude and childish behavior, last time here was terrible too , my mistake coming back.
I was very unsatisfied with my experience at the location in Huntington In. As soon as they saw me walk in they pulled out 6 papers to make a door dash order. On top of that they refused to make my sandwich the way I wanted it!
Horrible customer service I ordered 2 footloose and they made the wrong sub I noticed when I got home and was told that I had to bring the sub back in right now if I wanted it fixed. I told her I was at work and cant leave and asked. For a manager she told me she was a manager and that this are the rules. I asked if I coukd bring it back in tomorrow to have it replaced she said it has to be now before she leaves. I told her Im contacting their corporate office. As a Buddhist I dont eat beef and they put it on my Subway club which comes with ham turkey and bacon not roast beef.
I ordered a cold cut combo not toasted lettuce tomatoes pickles banana peppers and mayonnaise. They toasted the sandwich didn't put any mayonnaise whatsoever on it there was no pickles in just a few banana peppers. I didn't realize they messed it up that bad until me and my date had gotten to the spot we were going to eat. I could barely eat the thing that was so dry. I ended up throwing half of it away.
Every Time, I tried to call which has been every day for the last week. They do not answer their phone on Jefferson Street in Huntington at all. I’ve called multiple times throughout the day for the last six days still cannot get them to answer the phone. How are you supposed to call and check on your call about an issue if nobody’s answering the phones
Mostly younger adults in there. Was talking amongst themselves. No manager there to supervise them. When I arrived home my 6in turkey sub only had half the meat on it that was suppose to be there. I called and talked to Carter and he said I would have to call in the morning when a manager would be there. So I waited to the next day and called and talked to the manager. She said nothing they could really but to give me the missing meat. It’s like are you kidding me. What’s that gonna for me to my sub last night???
Terrible experience every single time. Always just a group of people standing around talking. We were waiting in line and 4 workers were standing around talking and ignoring our existence. Don't waste your time or money.
My husband and I went in to get subs around 7:00 thinking it was a good time that wasn’t busy. We walk in and there is no one in front of us. We waited 10 minutes for them to complete online orders and not once did they stop to help the customers (us) that came in the store. I get that DoorDash is big business for them, but as a type one diabetic who needed to eat due to low blood sugar, you can’t ignore your customers who are waiting in the store. When we walked out to leave without ordering because we couldn’t wait any longer, the teenage kid who was behind the counter made a snarky remark. Save yourself some time and go to Hardee’s next door.
One of the people in out party had hair in his sandwich. When we told the lady behind the counter she said sorry about that. We can give you 1/2 of a 1/2 sandwich. So we asked you are gonna I've him a 3 inch sandwich after he took 1 bite and found hair in his sandwich. She said yes. So we paid for a full sandwich and he will just get a 3inch because you guys put hair in his sub. One of the other guys behind the counter gave us a sandwich and said dontbworry about it. It our fault.
Not very good. They take on too much work at once and rush your Order. And just slap your food together. Meat was not even on the sides of the sandwich was at the bottom. In very messy. Has been a pretty consistent problem every time I've went there and last 2 to 3 years.
This is supposed to be a protein bowl, I ordered ranch and onions on the side thru the app, delivered by “subway” door dash. The food showed up way earlier than estimated time fram and is SWIMMING in ranch and I assume Caesar because it tasted awful. Filled with onions and WHOLE strips of bacon in the bowl. I called and requested a manager, I was informed there wasn’t even one there?! No management on shifts???? No wonder they don’t do their jobs. The employee I spoke with was understanding and nice but unfortunately could not do ANYTHING for me at the time. They could not redeliver my meal. I could not leave hints the reason I didn’t pick it up to begin with. Now I have paid $9 for a meal I will have to wait to enjoy another time. Not impressed with the lack of management.
