Unaware employees when customers arrive for pickup orders. I had to get the attention of employees who were having a conversation in the back kitchen area. The pickup area was clean and there's a menu to review when ordering. I ordered the new golden fire wings. The wings were mild, not juicy or flavorful. I could select 2 bleu cheese dips when ordering 6 wings. I may try other items when I'm in the area.

Went in to have dinner with a friend and did not like it at all. Our server didn’t even greet us she just came and instantly asked for drinks no hi welcome in or anything. The wings were cold and tiny. Flavors were ok but nothing special. The server was attentive and did check a few times but when we finished ot took her a long time to get the check and boxes. I could see her playing around in the kitchen while we were just waiting. I do not recommend this place. Go to Buffalo bros in downtown instead

Fresh hot food and a satisfying meal-that is what I had expected when I entered the premises of Buffalo Wild Wings. Instead, what I got was disappointment served cold. Literally. Now, about the celery: it was limp, soggy, oozing juice as if it had crawled from some horror movie swamp set. It did not even look like food and was completely unfit for serving. Celery is one of those things that is most easy to get right-crisp, fresh, and presentable-but this? It belonged in the trash, not on a plate. And then there was the rest of my food. Cold. Not lukewarm. Cold. For that, there is just no excuse. Serving food hot is perhaps the most basic expectation in dining, and this location failed utterly. It made me speculate about how long my meal had been out before it finally arrived at my table. The only highs of this experience were the fried pickles, potato wedges, and even the waiter; he was very polite and attentive. But let's be real: good sides and good service can't make up for a meal that has been ruined by such blatant carelessness in the kitchen. This place needs to step it up. First, check the ingredients — rotten food has no place on any plate. Then, food should be fresh and served while hot. The above are not high expectations; they are bare minimum standards. I would definitely not recommend anyone to this restaurant until these improvements are made. If zero-star rating were an option, that would have been a sure shot from me.

I ordered a Door Dash order from here with Wild Burger. It got reassigned 6 times by Door Dashers. After finally getting in contact with a Door Dasher, they stated the restaurant is very slow and they hadn't even started my order yet, and they were not willing to wait any longer. This was over the course of an hour and some change. I ended up calling Buffalo Wild Wings to which the female said they didn't even have an order in my name. Straight trash restaurant.

I ordered from this place through Uber Eats during my lunch break and was extremely disappointed. The burger was way too salty, and the fries were just as bad. The amount of salt was overwhelming and honestly ran my blood pressure up. I was really upset because lunch is supposed to be something I enjoy and relax with, not something that leaves me frustrated. This was not a good experience at all, and I don’t feel the quality matched the price or expectations

Just had to walk out due to no service. There are an over abundance of servers and manager trainees but no one recognizes that the trainee bartender is im the weeds and doesn’t know how to ask for help. Please get to your new stores and bring our regulars, Leah and Jena, back.

We came out on a Saturday night to try to grab a bite to eat and maybe have a few drinks, we sat at the bar and was served by Leah. Service was terrible, she wasn’t attentive and seemed to be having a bad day. We ordered appetizers and they came out cold after taking 30min, we wanted to order entrees but it felt like we were being ignored and after sitting with empty drinks and cold appetizers we decided to cut our losses and asked her for the check, even getting her to pay us out took forever. I was eager to try this BWW out since I hadn’t seen one in this location before but I was extremely disappointed and will not be coming back.

Worst experience ever. My daughter and I walked over for dinner and decided to sit at the bar (tiny location, few seats). The bartender, Natalie, asked if I was ordering takeout. When I said no, she looked annoyed and told us she “wasn’t serving” us because my daughter is a minor — even though a boy about 10 was sitting alone eating at the bar. When I pointed it out, she said she didn’t take his order, and another server quietly moved him to cover it up. I asked for a manager, and Natalie said it “wouldn’t change her answer.” The manager brushed it off as a “misunderstanding” but the bad service continued — food was awful, my daughter’s drink was never refilled, and no one ever asked if I was a BWW Rewards member, so I lost my points. The entire interaction felt like racial profiling. Other guests weren’t treated this way. Staff here badly need retraining on both customer service and the law. I see why the stars are below 3 for this location

⭐ 1 star Very disappointed with the service. We waited a hour to be seated and the staff was completely unorganized. No one acknowledged us when we finally did sit down. The workers were rude and dismissive (except for the bartender). Another group waiting alongside us also ended up leaving. Poor communication and no sense of customer service. Definitely won’t be returning. Why hire people who hate their job?? Absolutely Ridiculous and Very Dirty.

⭐️ If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. We were told the wait would be 20 minutes but ended up waiting over an hour. While waiting in the lobby, we noticed several parties that arrived after us were seated before us. A bartender finally told us we could sit anywhere, so we did — but most tables were dirty. We eventually saw a server and asked if we could move to a larger table, and she said yes. Again, the table was dirty. We waited another 10–15 minutes with no greeting, and no service. Not a single employee acknowledged us. We eventually gave up and walked out. No one said a word. But as soon as we left, the server who should have taken our order suddenly appeared and started cleaning the table we were at. Honestly, if you hate your job, why work in customer service? This location clearly does not care about its customers. I will never be back. Save your money and go somewhere that actually wants your business.

Placing our order through the website was the only simple or timely thing involved with our order. My order was ready at the correct time and the receipt was marked as such. Once I got home and began unpacking the food is when the problem started. We received a completely different set of food compared to what the receipt read. I then called the store to try and rectify the situation and was informed by the associate that I could either get a remake of my order, or she could grab a manager to initiate a refund. Opting for the former, I drove back to the restaurant and waited patiently. Ultimately, I had to ask if there was a status on the remake I’d called about 40 minutes prior. It was at this point, a manager appeared and talked through the situation, which is where I learned that a manager would have also had to have been the one to initiate a remake of the incorrectly delivered food. She then asked “well, would you like a refund or for your food to be remade?” Apparently, refund was not an answer she wanted to hear, and when I asked if it were possible to receive a coupon of some sort, she looked at me like I was crazy. Long story short: we’re waiting to see if the refund gets processed, and I returned home with expired coupons for my troubles… and someone else’s cold food.

I would literally give a zero for service if I could. I will absolutely never be back to this location given the service I received. I paid for my order online and I wind up coming almost 30 minutes after the pick up time due to being stuck in traffic when I arrive there is absolutely no one at the takeout desk for over five minutes. I’m literally looking in the kitchen and made eye contact with the representative three times. She can clearly see I’m waiting, but she continues to talk to her coworker so I just sit there. My food is sitting on the back counter. I can clearly see my name on the receipt. I looked at her again. She continue to look at me and keep talking to her coworker and not come to help me at all. I grabbed my food and then the next second here she is running over to where I am. I have my receipt out and I’m showing her. I’ve already paid for this. She asked me again. Did you even pay for this? How rude I just told you I paid for it and showed you the receipt. Then I tell her of course I paid for it and show her the receipt again I’m telling her then I need my drink. She’s like oh what type of drink did you get? I told her lemonade she walks and takes my food out of my hand puts it back on the counter and then goes back there to get the drink All in the midst of this another very nice representative comes up to me and asked if I needed help, I said while I’m waiting on her to get my drink, but my food is right there so she goes over and make sure I have my sauce and then she takes the drink from the other girl The whole encounter is completely disrespectful and rude. I am a paying Customer. There’s no reason to treat me as if I’m coming to steal something and if you were doing your job, you would’ve been at the counter so I wouldn’t even been able to grab my food. And lastly, don’t take anything out of my hand that I’ve already showed you is mine just go get the drink. Do your job. I felt racially profiled and I was really pissed off about this type of service. I highly suggest you go to any other location other than this one since they treat their paying customers this way, very distasteful and very disgraceful!! I am a black woman, and she also was a black woman which makes this even worse. You’re ridiculous. Learn some customer service.!

You gotta be kidding me with this sauce coverage. Whoever is working on 3/16/25 in the takeout line is doing a terrible job. First time this store has turned boneless wings out this bad.

I ordered 10 traditional wings in Asian Zing and a lot of the wings had feathers on them. I asked the server if I could get a new batch and was told that it would most likely also have the same issue. I ended up saying to just take them off the ticket and I just sat there as my partner ate their wings(with no feathers mind you). After about 10 minutes the server returned and asked if I wanted them remade and that she felt bad, I declined. Another 5 minutes passed and she came back again and asked if I was sure. I was sure, my partner was already halfway done eating by the time she asked the first time and I was not about to wait for them to be done only to start eating after my partner finished their meal. I am absolutely shocked at the nerve to say that re-firing the dish would most likely yield the same result. I will not be returning to this location.

Horrible experience . Nicole was nice majority of the time but it took her 5-10minutes to greet us and bring WATER … then it took forever for chips and queso with chili and when she finally brought out the APPETIZER she brought my friends food and we were both pissed and she was annoyed with US because we asked why an appetizer so small didn’t come out BEFORE the food and she made soooo many excuses and said we’re the only people in the restaurant eating so the cooks are soooo fast tonight but if that’s the case then the app should’ve still come out way earlier . But of course she was too busy screaming at the tv watching Taylor shifts boyfriend play football . And then finally brings my food out and I asked for 2 flavors on my boneless wings and when she said I can’t I said ok well I’ll do all 6 in hon bbq and bring mango on the side cause I wanted THREE with mango and she said she’ll toss them for me so I said ok and she tossed ALL SIX with the sauces TOGETHER -_- I was so annoyed then she never brought the silverware or napkins or ketchup . I had to ask for all this stuff . My friend still tipped her well luckily (I wouldn’t have) and his wings were over sauced and cold by the time he finished the appetizer and started on her meal. Her other excuse was “I’m a big back so I like all my food at once”
