The staff at this location were friendly and worked fast to serve you. The food was constantly coming out hot and fresh. The dining area was a bit full so you can tell it was a busy lunch rush. once the people cleared out the staff reacted quickly and cleaned the lobby up from the mess that was made.

I love this place! They treat you with so much kindness. Nancy is the best, and everyone else is very friendly too. I highly recommend it.❤️
I've never had a problem going in and ordering my food. They even give great portion size as well. They attend to me very fast and with a smile. The girls that are always working there have always been really sweet to me. There is a new manager that works there. She is so sweet and always smiling. It always takes a second to turn around a store. Since she has been there ive notice the food product go up. But the times that I normally go is during lunch and everything is always fresh and the lobby is always clean.

Solid 4 stars. Usually there is a wait on a popular item… I get it, everything is fresh, but there is always a wait on super greens lol. OR on occasion, your favorite entree is just not available. The AI ordering is GREAT. Take it a step further and let me pay at the window with a machine.

Very often they forget to give you utensils And this plate should be called kun Pao chile not chicken!!!!!
First time at this location. It looks either new or at least the parking lot is new but my food seemed old. Came shortly after lunch. Meat was a little dried out as was the rice. The broccoli was yellow. Very sad.
Meh. Typical annoying staff who rush you for no reason. Literally rushing me and audibly sighing when I wasn't ordering fast enough despite no one being behind me in line. Everything was almost tasteless. Seriously, I couldn't believe it lacked any flavor. Plus awkward huge broccoli pieces that no one could eat easily especially because they were so much rough stalk, poorly cut, and half raw. I had a coupon for but one get one FREE and even at half off, I was disappointed. I haven't been to a PE in several years but I was just so tired and got the coupon in mail. I regret giving this place my money. Sad that this new location, built up from the ground, is such a waste of land.

I never write reviews online, because I have worked in food service before and for the most part I find myself very forgiving when it comes to others who have been in the same position as me. However, I really couldn't deny what happened today and it really pushed my buttons. The food I ordered for myself and my grandparents was fine, but my real situation occurred with the employees at this location. I ordered using the app for the first time today, and I accidentally made a mistake on the app order after I placed it. Therefore, I decided to call when I was on the way there, since I don't live far from the location and called to see if anything can be done or solved. However, the lady who answered the phone couldn't have made me more anxious. I was trying to explain the situation, but she kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain the entire time and was assuming what I was trying to do the entire time when I was simply trying to figure out how to solve it. The whole phone call made me feel overwhelmed when I really wasn't trying do much besides find other options. It just ended with they couldn't fix anything once it was placed on the app, and whatnot, which is fine, but it could've been explained better overall. Whoever was on the phone wasn't courteous or understanding at all. I don't know what is overall going on at this location, but things need to be changed. I don't plan on coming to this location again and I can only hope it changes for the better.

Horrible panda express food . I have never gotten anything like this at any other panda . Ordered the chow mein and teriyaki chicken and I got 4 pieces of chicken but the problem was the full to the brim with cabbage chow mein that filled my bowl , maybe 6 or 7 noodles and the rest was cabbage !!! Get the chef some glasses !!
Horrible service, they messed up my drive thru order for a kids cub meal by adding white rice instead of chow mein. So I had to get down and they gave me a small box of chow mein, I get home and dump the box this is what I get. WHERE ARE YHE NOODLES!!!!! Plus the lady at the window was very rude.
I go in there to pick up my online order. The Mexican lady was Very disrespectful and rude. I only pulled up to the side of the curb not in a fire lane just to go grab my order. She wanted to argue say I was in the fire lane. I took a picture and showed her. She says she don’t care and to go ahead and leave and not to ever come back I was polite and professional unfortunately, the company I decide to spend money with could not provide the same. I would never go to this location and spend my money there again. Avoid this location like the plague
We waited for this place to be completed and now we hate that it's here. Where do I start? The lobby is closed at or in our case tonight, before 7:30, the customer service is nonexistent, and the food is subpar. The fried rice still has patches of white showing. I wanted to try something new and asked to sample an entree, but couldn't. There's no sampling, there. Not sure if this is company wide or with just that location. Not only did I not try something new, I didn't even order what I would have because of the employee "helping" us. S**. She acted as if the simplest ask was impossible. I was waiting on fresh rice when she rang me up, but I was so disgusted by how glib she was the whole time, I canceled my order. My kids had their drinks so I didn't cancel the kids meals though I was tempted to. If you're thinking about going here, think about going somewhere else.

Hard to give a good review when you can’t even put in an order because they are using AI now no employees to take your order then when you have a problem with it, it goes to a call center and they have to patch you through to the location you’re at Just add to a long list of places I will never go again.
I'm a bodybuilder so I meticulously weigh my food after purchasing to make sure I have the right calories/macros and because of this I can prove that several times their portions are less then advertised and definitely lower then other Panda Express locations in DFW. We're talking about 5-6 ounces less then the amount advertised on their website, and 6-8 ounces less then other locations. This didn't used to be the case but it has been getting gradually worse every few weeks. I'm about to start driving double the distance to go to a better location during my lunch break.
What were they thinking using AI for the drive thru? It doesn’t work well, we had to repeat the order several times. This mind you, is to cut labor costs, while still increasing the price while decreasing portions! Get rid of the AI
This location gives the franchise a bad reputation. The rice was gummy and clumped together . The walnut shrimp had absolutely No walnuts. The wait for the food was over 15 minutes! I ended up throwing the entire plate into the trash.
Waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes. Probably would have been served in a sit down restaurant sooner. Never will come back.
Don't go thru the drive thru unless you have 20-30 mins to kill. And that was with only 3 cars in front of me. And a robot takes your order at the speaker, so idk what the hold up is. When I finally got to the window I drove off cause I didn't feel like waiting 15 more minutes for my tiny order. Not giving this location my money. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
Ai ordering has to be the dumbest thing they could have possibly ever added to the ordering process, cant even get 2 words out without it interrupting you and then it doesn't even get the order correct and yo7 end up having to request a person anyways
Panda Express Corporation needs to pull this franchise immediately, poor food, poor customer service, closing the dining room at sundown, because they are scared after dark. Most of the orders you get thru the drive thru are scraps, and no flavor. If you question the staff they just look at you as you are in the wrong. Do away with that stupid speaker system, and talk directly to your customers.On to go and delivery orders, give all the condiments with out asking, and when something is not to the customers satisfaction offer free food, or refund, not a free cheap drink. Corporate needs to be more involved in the franchise.

This is by far the worst Panda Express I have ever been too. Dry food at this establishment is an understatement. I do not know who is the owner, but there needs to be some serious changes. It’s like they have dry food on display like this is what we are charging an arm and a leg for, makes no sense.

Ive been buying food from here for a while now and never had a bad experience until today. When I arrived to the restaurant I was told I still had to wait in line to receive my order that had already been paid and was sitting at the counter ready for me to just pick up. I had to wait behind 8 people to get their food before I got mine. Food was still warm but wasnt as hot as usual since I waited almost 15 minutes to receive it. I will never order online again because it will be a complete waste of time if I still had to wait in line.
