Its always very busy here and for good reason. Our server "brie" was awesome and very helpful with every question we had. The food almost made me pass out because of how good it was. I started to question life in general when i tasted the ribs.

This place has become one of my staples. I eat here often. What keeps bringing me back is the food, the customer service and the atmosphere. The menu is loaded with a little something for everyone, including mixed drinks. They are def my go to place for salads. With that said, a place as good as this is always packed. So book ahead on the app. I hate when I forget because it’s an hour wait. They are busy everyday of the week, all day. So when I forget to book I run into one of the stores in the parking lot to shop a bit. while I wait. But I’m not mad because it’s my fault 😝😂🤣

My husband and I plus 2 of our friends visited Texas Roadhouse for my birthday dinner! It was awesome! We were greeted warmly, and they immediately took our name and how many were in our party. They called us about 5 minutes after waiting to take us to our seats! They gave us an opportunity to choose our steaks through the glass display window up front before escorting us to our table as well. The booths however were a little small for my liking. But I made it work. Once we ordered our meals we were given our cocktails and our food came just about 20 minutes after ordering it. Our steaks were cooked to perfection!!! The service was great!!! I can't express that enough!! I actually had a free appetizer coupon through online registration to Texas Roadhouse for my birthday. We choose the Fried Pickles. They were delicious 😋 It was so much food all four of us took home doggie bags! Lol.. I Ordered the 12oz Texas cut Steak. My husband ordered the 16oz Prime Rib Dinner. Very good service. All the servers are really nice . I had the strawberry margarita and my sister had peach ice tea they were both very good. Our friend had the legendary margarita. We had the rattlesnake bites to start which were just the right amount of spicy and they gave us dinner rolls with cinnamonbutter. We had the 6oz sirloin with a baked potato with butter and house salad. I had the 6 oz with grilled shrimp combo. The salads were real fresh and delicious. Steaks were cooked perfectly as ordered the shrimp were really delicious too.

But let me tell you, Monday evenings at Texas Road House are like finding a secret treasure chest. I was seated right away, no waiting around like a chump on those other days. You know the ones I'm talking about, where you'd be twiddling your thumbs for what feels like an eternity. Not on Monday, my friends. Monday is the golden ticket to steak paradise. So, I go all-in and order that ribeye, a true carnivore's dream, cooked to perfection. And to complete the seductive ensemble, I pair it up with some baked potatoes, fully loaded like a Hollywood star's entourage, and a Caesar salad, because we're keeping it classy. Now, let me talk about the waitress. Oh boy, she was like a drink-filling ninja, silently refilling my glass before I even had the chance to ask. Alexus was a wonderful server. There was a little wait and it was crowded and busy but we were seated quickly and food was surprisingly fast and everything was delicious. Alexus made us feel like we were the only ones there. Thank you for a delightful night.

It was date night for us newlyweds. My wife and I were in the mood for some chicken-fried-steak and I wanted some (moist) BBQ ribs. Actually, we didn't know 100% what we wanted until we got to this restaurant. My wife recommended this was a good place to satisfy both of our pickiness regarding food. The dinner we ordered was right on time and really tasty. The dinner rolls were off the chain, like no other I have ever tasted. Our drinks were never empty, our waitress was constantly there to keep them filled. You can tell this waitress was well trained and very friendly. This Texas Roadhouse is located walking distance from Home Depot, PetSmart, Burlington Clothing Store, HomeStore and across the street from the Hulen Mall. I am glad we came and we will be back.

OMG THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING. I’m so glad I came to this place. It is definitely worth the time and money. We got there as soon as it opened and their was already a line. Proof that this place is the bomb. When you walk into this restaurant you are greeted with Texas decor and country music. The decorations at this place are literally so cool. They have deer heads, lizards statues, road signs, license plates, neon signs, and posters. It really adds to the cowboy theme they got going on. Some of the employees even wear cowboy hats. The bathrooms are alright, but I’ve definitely seen better. The toilet was a bit faulty. And the soap dispensers didn’t work. But they had sanitizer outside the bathroom. The employees are so kind. They work so hard to make sure that your experience is top of the line. The waiter we had (I forgot her name, but she had nice eyebrows) was super nice. She answered all the questions we had and gave us no trouble. The manager even came to our table while we were eating, just to make sure we had a good time. They even helped us find the phone we lost (turns out it was in the car the whole time🤣). The food was phenomenal. We got the 1/2 slab of ribs, All-American Cheeseburger, and the portobello mushroom chicken. Everyone was more than satisfied with their meal. The sides that came with the meal perfectly complimented the main course. The ribs really did fall of the bone. It was all flavorful and delicious. The bread was the best part of the meal. I could eat 10000 pounds of their bread and never get tired. TLDR: delicious Texas themed restaurant with yummy food and kind staff. 5/5⭐️ would recommend

5/5 Stars! This place has never once disappointed me. The food is of exceptional and very consistent quality. The entire menu is full of delights although you'll probably settle on a few favorites just because it's too hard to pass them up any time you come here. Service is 10/10, they always have people working at their best and they know how to treat their customers. The dine-in atmosphere is laid back, although at peak hours there's usually some wait. Still, it's worth every minute and every dollar you spend. The takeout section is, however, where this place really excels. With a whole outdoor space dedicated to placing and picking up orders, they've figured this one out and it's even busier than the dine-in from the looks of how many bags they have waiting. The wait is very brief too by busy restaurant standards; 30 minutes after placing an order I had a full bag of 3 meals ready to go, and this was with them preparing so many other orders on top of mine. You give them your phone number and then they send you a text when your order is ready. 30 minutes is plenty of time to check out some of the nearby stores such as Home Goods, Five Below, PetSmart, Burlington, etc., take your pick! You'll probably make it to at least three of them depending on how much time you'd like to spend window shopping or actually buying something. The price is the only reason to not eat here every day; at $15-$30 per meal you're definitely getting your money's worth, but unless you're working at a doctor's office or a law firm, spending that kind of money goes quick. A family of 4 can easily blow $75-$100 here depending on what everyone gets, but it's the best $100 you can spend on food. I'd definitely recommend coming here at least once a month, more often if you can, but it's at least worth a monthly visit, just to be adventurous and try something new on the menu, although good luck passing up your favorite meal once you've found it!

Our server, Jade, was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and truly made us feel taken care of throughout the entire meal. She anticipated our needs and checked in at all the right times without being overbearing. Paul, the manager, made a point to visit tables and ensure everyone was doing well while waiting for their food, which really showed how much the team cares about customer experience. Bailey also stepped in to support by bringing our food out promptly as soon as it was ready, showing great teamwork on the floor. The service and food were both top tier. This HULEN LOCATION was so clean and very accommodating. From the wait time of about 15 minutes things were done with care and respect. It's very disable friendly which was a plus for me. I'm a wheelchair bound person. The wait person was LENDI. I was truly happy with her suggestions and constant attention to details. Our food (we were a party of 3 including one child) was really good and cooked to perfection the hot rolls and cinnamon butter chefs kiss. The price point per meal was fair. Not outrageously overpriced very family friendly. The sweet tea and lemonade mix was on point thanks to our server she understood the mix assignment. We visited on Halloween 👻🎃👾 and yes there was a candy bucket at the entrance and each server participated in wearing a theme costume without being overly scary or distasteful. I would highly recommend you get to the HULEN LOCATION. You won't be disappointed in my opinion. Very courteous and friendly.

Best steak place in the world. I ordered the bone in the ribeye top with mushrooms and onions, it was cooked to perfection. Not even top steaks can compare to Texas Roadhouse as far as my taste buds can taste. All my sides in which I have tried all of them throughout my many visits throughout my time on earth. Surprisingly! There was no wait time! It was very busy but tge staff was friendly. We had to be fitted all the way in the back. The drinks were good but had to add a extra shot to it. The steak was delicious, the ribs tasted boil and didn't really taste like anything, even with the BBQ sauce on it. The seasoned rice was so good and fluffy. The onion blossom was the real star though.

I have eaten here several times via delivery, but I never had any issues with my food. This was my first time dinning in. The beef tips I ordered was warm not hot at all. Actually my entire meal was warm. The dinner rolls were hot and good, the margarita was good and my waitress was on point. The food was good, however it just wasn't hot at all. I will still go back, I'm just going have to make sure my food is hot.

It was my first time and my wife and I order two ribeye's steaks diners. The service was great and the Manger was nice, we ordered two well done steaks and they gave us medium rare steaks I didn't wanted to cuase any problems so we stayed with our steaks. Also the cheesecake was frozen so it wasn't pleasant.

The food here is consistently good. I felt a bit rushed (dinner was delivered almost immediately after the salad was dropped off), but this was not awful. I know they want to turn tables. Drinks are weak and too sweet, but i don't go here for drinks... have a beer! It was relatively early so there was no real wait. But mostly times there is a wait. The steak was atrocious. I expected much better being in Fort Worth Texas. The Texas Roadhouse in my hometown in South Carolina smokes this one. I wouldn't eat there again even though the wait staff was excellent. They need to get better steaks and train staff how to cook said steaks.

So we like TXRH, but not the wait to get in so much. So I decided for the first time to order our meals to go. Well what a crock that turned out to be. I followed the instructions on the text they sent me which was, “Thanks for ordering at TXRH Ft Worth South(Hulen). Once here, stay in your car and text the word "HERE" after you park. Text STOP to opt out TXRH”. Well I parked in pickup order spot 5 and texted ‘HERE’, here, & Here. Nobody ever came out. I had to go in to get our food. I wouldn’t recommend ordering to go, unless of course you intend to go inside, because they won’t respond at all to your text, nor come outside, or pick up the phone. The food wasn’t hot, they had it prepared and ready to go 15 minutes prior to the time I chose for pickup which isn’t bad, however let me know if the order will come out sooner than expected.

It's tough to rate this. I ordered the porterhouse and I have to say I have never had a steak that bland. I wish I was joking but I'm not. The appetizers were good (potato skins, and a fried onion ~ like outback steakhouse). As for service, when we got there I told them we had a party of 9. They asked us if we wanted a two tables or one (table could sit 8 adults). I said one table as we had 3 small kids. They seated us two tables instead, and each table was going to have a different server. We had to protest that and finally got one server. That server did an excellent job. I don't quite understand the allure of this place but they were packed, inside and out. They seem like an equivalent of an Applebee's or Red Robin but a roadhouse, a Texas roadhouse. I did like that I could buy a beer at the walk up window outside while we waited to be seated. It was different but I don't know if I'd go back when I visit Texas again.

It was packed and loud and the food was not so good. The waitress was great. My ceaser salad was pathetic. But my daughters burger was pretty good. We still had a great time because I finally had all 3 of my kids back together after 15 long years.

02/18/23-7:40pm Store #347 Ft.Worth I had ordered the 20oz Bone in Rib-eye,cooked"MEDIUM". What I got the first time,was Medium Rare/Rare. Showed it to the Bar manager named Paul and he even asserted that it was more Rare. Sent the Steak back to the Kitchen,to get it cooked more to towards "MEDIUM"..As I ordered and Requested when I ordered my Steak. They brought it back,barely cooked still.Which still had pieces Medium/Rare, which was even verified Again with a Different manager named,Savanah.Which she even seen the steak was still Rare on pieces of the Steak and offered to Cook it Longer AGAIN..Which I Declined because of the Wait and lost my appetite during the whole waiting Process. That's why I rated 3 Stars because of the Service was Decent and professional. The Steak is what hurt the Overall Rating. The pictures I posted are from what I got Back,the second time of them cooking it Again..The Manager Did Compensate the Steak and took the Steak off my Ticket.

Went on Dec. 30th at 6:30. Waitlist and getting seated was smooth and fast. Server was handed our order for fried pickles when she took out drink order. After 12 or 15 minutes we ended up canceling the fried pickle order as tables around seated after us received fried pickles and other appetizers while our server only made a comment once about "they should have been out". The service was decent. It was the cleanliness that was the issue. We arrived at 4:15 right when the restaurant opened. We were seated at a table which had a window sill. This is where my issue comes from. As you can see from the pictures (which aren’t as clear as I’d wish), there were several dead flies and built up dust on the window sill. It was obvious it had not been cleaned in some time. There was also a dead fly on our table. I understand some things are uncontrollable, but it appeared as if minimal effort was put into cleaning the entire area for a while. I don’t eat at the restaurant often but this visit will probably be my last at this particular location.

Our drink order and appetizer were order within minutes of us being seated. Our waitress came by multiple times, telling us she was going to check on our fried pickles. We had already received our food by the time our appetizer came. We were not offered any options to take it off our ticket and cancel the order. During the meal we asked for more rolls, refills, etc., but it would take several times to request them before we got them. Texas Roadhouse is my mother's favorite place for a steak, so it was unusual to have terrible service.

Order medium rare steak. It was brought out more than rare. Sent back, came back, still under cooked. Asked for to go because at this point it’s been 30 minutes and everyone else was done eating. Left with only a baked potato eaten. Normally wouldn’t be an issue server was amazing but the manager handling the issue was a jerk. Disappointed to say the least in a waste of money for a meal.

They close at 11. We're here now and we ordered at 10:10 pm. Ordered the bone in Ribeye smothered with onions and mushrooms. Also added the kicker of ribs and a house margarita. Food came out without the mushrooms and the onions. We were told at 10:28 pm. Sorry they closed those items out so you can't have them. So you can pay the $60+ dollars for the food, but we'll take the $2.99 off for you.

SUPER disappointed with our last visit! We have been regular diners since the Hulen location opened; however, after our experience on Monday, September 29, 2025 we probably will not return. The restaurant was not busy. There were 5 hostesses up front talking when we arrived. Waitress was VERY distracted talking to the other waitstaff. We ordered 2 of the 12 oz prime rib. One was medium rare, broccoli and baked sweet potato. The other order was 12 oz medium, fresh vegetables and mash potatoes. Both prime ribs arrived VERY well-done and dry as a bone. We sent them back. We received 2 orders of the fresh vegetables and not the broccoli order. The mash potatoes were cold; we sent them back. When the prime ribs returned, the manger brought them to our tables and was rude and did not wait to see if the order was corrected. Potatoes returned warmer but not hot. Very disappointing because this was once my favorite restaurant and location. Yes, we are taking our steak appetite somewhere else!

This review reflects only my experience today. I usually have good service, but today service was very slow. I literally had to get up to get more rolls because my waiter was nowhere to be found. When I finally saw her I made sure I asked for an extra cup of water, I didn't think she would be back to give me a refill. Hopefully service gets better at this location.

We decided to head out to, this Texas Roadhouse, location today. Didn’t take too long to get seated. Ordered drinks, which came out pretty quick. Wife and I ordered the same type plate, sirloin and shrimp with baked potato. We always order our steaks medium well. Thin pink strip in the steak. Baked potatoes were ordered with different toppings. My baked potato was wrong. Don’t care for sour cream. It was supposed to be bacon and butter. Then my wife, happened to notice some food still on her fork just as she started into her potato. Whatever it was is now somewhere in the potato. We waited for our waitress or anyone to help fix the issues. By the time we voiced what the issues were and the waitress left, we started first with the shrimp. It wasn’t even warm and neither was the steak. But we weren’t going to wait again and decided to make the best of it. Well, the steaks were NOT medium well. There was more than a strip of pink. More like medium rare. We gave up. Just ate what we could. Paid and left. I think they are too busy and just rush everything without checking for accuracy and quality. Done.

I was disappointed by my recent visit to this location, especially since the one in Mansfield is always excellent. Despite being seated quickly on a slow Friday afternoon, the experience went downhill from there. We had a frustrating start when, after specifically requesting a booth, the host tried to seat us at a half booth/half table. We had to go all the way back to the host stand to get a new seat. The food and service were also subpar. Our server was slow, and when our food finally arrived, my shrimp was cold. My daughter’s loaded macaroni and cheese was served plain without any toppings, and the server didn’t seem to know how to fix the mistake. The macaroni and cheese itself tasted like it came from a box. The dining experience was further soured by a man at a nearby table who was having a loud conversation on speakerphone. It was surprising that several staff members walked right past him and did not intervene despite the obvious discomfort of the other diners in the area who were all looking at him. Overall, the meal and service and atmosphere did not justify the $100 bill for three people. This location needs to improve its staff training and food quality.

[ A friend and I visited Texas Roadhouse on Friday, Dec. 29th in hopes of grabbing a couple of drinks and a quick bite before continuing to our destination.  I have been visiting this location for the past 5 years, and the service has always been great until this afternoon.  As I walked into the restaurant, I noticed that the wait was considerably long as it usually is. I asked the host what the wait looked like? And she said it was an hour and 15 minutes. I then proceeded to the bar as I do a lot of the times when the wait is long and noticed a couple of seats available at the bar top. I then proceeded to sit down while my friend walked in behind me, and the bartender stated that the bar top had a wait also. I then asked her, "When did this happen?" I also explained to her that I have been coming to Texas Roadhouse for the past 5 years and have never encountered a wait for the bar top? This whole idea of a wait to sit at a bar top is absurd it defeats the whole purpose of walking up to the bar top and sitting down immediately? It isn't like I had a party of eight trying to occupy most of the bar top? After being informed of having to get on the waitlist to be seated at the bar top, I then explained  to my friend that we would not be dining at Texas Roadhouse tonight and would have to make alternate plans. Not only was this an inconvenience to our plans, it was a very disappointing experience, to say the least. In the future, if and when I do decide to go back to Texas Roadhouse, I guess I will have to call ahead and ask if there is a wait for the bar top? And if there is a wait for the bar top, I will definitely not be making this dining establishment and option for my visit. For this reason, I am updating Texas Roadhouse's rating on Google this evening. Not only was I dissatisfied with the service, but I was also  very disappointed with Texas roadhouses' updated seating policies.

Ordered to go tonight. 1 ribeye and 1 New York strip, got 2 ribeyes but we can live with that. My son refused to eat his Andy’s steak though and once I looked at the bottom of it I realized why.

I ordered the biggest bone in, Rib Eye stake you sell, is always a big juicy steak that I can hardly eat. We both got the same, you gave us a small bone in steak that tasted awful, I wasn't feeling well and didn't say anything. My family was here for vacation, I took them to the new West Lake Texas Roadhouse location, that bone in Rib Eyes was the real deal, big and juicy. I will never go to your location again, you ripped me off, so sad. My family was here a few weeks ago, I took them to the new Road House in Westlake, we were given the normal, the real deal, juicy Rib Eye Stake. I have been to many Texas Roadhouse, this is the only time that I have been ripped off, the only time, terrible.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this location, which seems to be under new and ineffective management. We were given a set of dirty utensils that had clearly not been washed. When I couldn't find our server, I asked the server at the bar for a clean set on Sunday, 9/28/25, around 5:45 PM. Her response was a dismissive "OK" with a rude expression. She never brought a replacement or offered an apology. What concerned me most was that this server appeared to be ignoring our table—the only diverse group in her area—while attending to others. Our actual server, who was not Caucasian , had to come from another section to help us. This treatment felt discriminatory. I would advise non-Caucasian patrons to avoid this location until management addresses this serious issue.

I've always liked this place until I learned that they use pork bacon grease in their white gravy. I do NOT consume any pork products and was very disappointed to learn this. I know others that are deathly allergic to all things pork, so this is truly awful. They need to make it with grass-fed butter. It's much healthier and much more tasty. So unless they change this, we will not be back to this place.

It was 3 o’clock in the afternoon on Saturday 11/1. My husband and I went in to have lunch, his food was average but my food was horrible. He picked out the 28oz bone in ribeye medium rare and I picked out the 26 oz bone in ribeye medium well. My steak was burnt I’m not talking about a little charred but burnt. The macaroni was hard because the noodles weren’t fully cooked. This is the worse food experience I’ve had. If you can’t get good cooked food on a Saturday that’s bad. I did not send the food back because I would have felt bad about sending back such an expensive steak but I’ll never eat here an again. The cook has to have known the steak was burned but still sent it out anyway.

First trip, they completely messed up my order and then tried to overcharge me. I had to get the manager involved. (The manager made it right). Second trip, i couldn’t even get seated. I checked in, waited 20 minutes, and then went to see what’s going on. They acted like we never checked in, so they said we would be added to the end of the waitlist. So we just walked out.

We waited almost two hours after the "girl" Evelyn at the front say the wait was 45 minutes since it was a party of 10. After and hour and a half we asked how much longer and she said our table was almost ready and we were next. They sat down another party of 11 and a party of 16 before us. We asked again and Evelyn got an attitude because we asked again. Then they walked us to our table and it was two separate tables. So all that wait for two separate tables. We asked to add another table at the end and again that girl got an attitude and rolled her eyes and sent someone else to do it. When finally order and when we got our food it was cold. Almost 3 hours there and it was an overall a bad experience. But our server was really good

To Go order- After 2 fails, I decided to give them one more chance, my bad and shame on me. If you robbed me twice, it's a pretty good chance that you'll do it again. My steak was over cooked, my shrimp was over cooked, my sweet potato only had marshmallows (it was dry) and yall actually thought it was a good idea to serve patrons green beans with burnt bacon. When you get home, ready to eat and unbag your meal and are very, very disappointed. Who wants to drive back. I paid you for a decent meal, and I received a horrible, inedible meal. Thanks for robbing me again. I'm done with this location.

I have company coming to visit from out of town next week and wanted info on happy hour and early dining at the South Hulen location. Checked the website first but it said since it’s a franchise, it’s best to call the location. I called but never got a human. When I finally got to the part where the recording told me to hold for the next available associate, I was disconnected while on hold. Really wanted to go here. So disappointed…

From the moment we sat down, our waiter had an obvious attitude and was not welcoming at all. He took our order and that was the extent of his service. He never once checked back to ask if we needed refills, more rolls, or anything else. After we received our check, we stayed about 30 minutes finishing our margaritas and talking. When the manager came over and asked if everything was good, we asked if we could order another drink. Instead of accommodating us, both the waiter and manager acted visibly annoyed that we wanted to spend more money. We were made to feel rushed out and like we were an inconvenience simply for wanting additional service. That is completely unacceptable. If guests are paying customers, they should not be treated with attitude for ordering more.

I’ve never had issues at a Texas Roadhouse before, but this location unfortunately took the title for the most problems in one visit. What was supposed to be a celebration dinner quickly turned into a disappointing experience. We started with drinks - we ordered old fashioneds, and while they arrived fine, our server didn’t know which whiskeys were available. I ordered a mixed drink and received it with no alcohol in it at all. We had a party of four, and we were given rolls right away which was great. However, everything went downhill when it came to the food. My husband ordered the filet medallions medium rare with potatoes, mushrooms, and onions. The first plate came out with the wrong cut of meat, no vegetables, and the steak was practically blue. They took it back and brought a new one - again blue, again without the vegetables. The third time the steak was finally cooked correctly, but still no vegetables. When the manager came by, she was incredibly rude. My husband mentioned the steak was still blue and she responded, “So? It’s fine,” sighed, took the plate, and walked away. Not exactly the treatment you expect from management. Meanwhile, we were over 1.5 hours into our visit with no refills and no additional rolls. Our server didn’t return until after the food finally arrived. I ordered steak tips medium rare - they came out well done, and the meat was not edible, so I ended up just eating the vegetables and rice. After we finished eating, we waited another 30 minutes for our server to return so we could get our check. He eventually came back and comped one old fashioned, which felt like a small gesture considering the number of issues and remakes. In total, we spent over $100 and still paid for meals that were repeatedly sent back and never served correctly. Very disappointing. I’m glad H-E-B sells the rolls now - no reason for us to return to this location.

DO NOT ORDER TO GO! Sitting in my car with a sick grandchild who all she wanted to eat was Texas Roadhouse. Obviously couldn't dine in and have been met with nothing but rudeness from staff. So far the wait has been 1 hr and counting. No way to find out how much longer it will take!!

I would give this place a zero if I could. We LOVE Texas Roadhouse, but this one is the worst I have ever been to! The service was awful, the staff was rude, except for the firl that sat us. As soon as we sat down, the small plate that was on our table had food on it. You can't tell me they didn't see the dirty plate when they put it on the table?!?!?! The food was bad. It tok along time for anyone to even come to our table once we were seated. When the waitress FUNALLY came to our table, she was not friendly at all. This Roadhouse did not live up to their name! We Will NEVER come back and I don't recommend this Roadhouse at all!!!! Save your money!!! Not worth it!!!!
