If I could give this place 10 stars I absolutely would! The customer service is SUPURB (thanks Sydney) I had an overall WONDERFUL first time in. My family was greeted, our server Sydney was super patient and great with us. The food was AMAZING. My family and I had a wonderful time.. my husband can’t wait until we can go again!
Always and great experience. Great food and friendly staff. Go to Tex-Mex spot near my place. Recommended
Definitely suggest coming here! Food was great service was EXCELLENT! Adrian gave great suggestions on what foods to eat and was overall great! Check out there tres leches cake ! It was delicious!
My family and I absolutely love this place! The food is incredible. I have never had a bad tasting dish! The servers are great! Jeffrey Puckett is such an outstanding server here! He goes above and beyond what is needed! When you go, ask for Jeffrey!
At first I was going to leave a negative comment, we order door dash fajitas and queso/guacamole didn't come with chips or tortillas. When I spoke to the manager he was apologetic and immediately wanted to fix it and even personally deliver it! Thats true customer service! We love the food and team, so for them to go above and beyond is truly amazing!
I absolutely love Lupes! The host and waitress were very kind and upbeat and the guacamole is the best I've had in a while. Definitely coming back and would recommend to friends and family, my absolute favorite part about this place is the friendliness and overall layout of the restaurant and being able to see the natural light of the sun without sitting outside.
I’ve eaten a ton of Mexican food and their beef fajitas were insanely good. We ordered the chicken fajitas. The manager stopped by and asked if we’d ever tried the beef fajitas they are famous for? We told her this was our first time eating there. So she brought each of us a tiny beef fajita. Our minds were blown. The service that Ainsley gave us was perfect! Our food was brought out in less than 10 minutes. Outstanding first visit. We are 2 1/2 hours away but will definitely come back again.
This was our first time here. The chips and salsa was delicious that bean dip. They give you with them. Wow, amazing My wife got the salmon roasted on a plank, and I got the rolled taco dinner. It was very fresh, very delicious. The jalapeno tartar sauce for the salmon delicious. My wife got a shot of patron in a water and I got a sweet tea to drink. The sweet tea was very fresh and sweet and my wife liked the chilled patron shot with lime. The only thing that I didn't like about my floutize was the plate was floating in grease, but at least they were made fresh. It is a little pricey if you ask me, but what West, but what restaurant is not nowadays? At least the service was good. And the food was fresh and delicious. It's worth it.we spent $60 four our food. And tipped 25%. So almsot $100 for 2 meals and a patron shot. My wife loved it.We will definitely be coming back
Ainsley was a great, attentive server who made sure our drinks stayed full and our food was made right! The cheese dip with added ground beef was my favorite! Known for their fajitas and I can see the fresh, flavorful reason why! The manager came by our table with a sample of their well-known fajitas, which swayed us to ordering them! Laid back vibe, family friendly, and great food!
I absolutely love Lupe Tortilla! This has become one of my go-to spots, and every visit is consistently amazing. I always order the chicken fajitas — they’re cooked perfectly every time, super juicy, and full of flavor. We always get the flour tortillas, and they’re incredibly soft, warm, and fresh. One of my favorite parts is the way the fajitas come out on a hot skillet with different hot peppers… it adds so much flavor and just makes the whole experience feel special. Their chips, salsa, and queso are also top-tier. The chips are always crisp, the salsa has the perfect kick, and the queso is something I could honestly eat by itself. It’s hard not to fill up before the actual meal comes! On top of all that, I really love their vibe. The atmosphere is fun, warm, and welcoming — it just feels good to be there, whether you’re with family, friends, or even grabbing a casual dinner. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants around. Highly recommend!
We come to Lupe’s often and the food is never a disappointment. We always come for the fajitas but now we will also come for the awesome, one of a kind service. Starr was absolutely amazing. Not only was she extremely kind and informative about the menu, but she took great care of my family and I! We will be telling our friends and family to ask for her next time they go, as will we! The fajitas were very tender and flavorful, as well as the enchiladas. Always a great experience.
Adrian was my waiter, and did an outstanding job. Christy was the Assistant Manager on duty and had the restaurant running flawlessly. I usually order the fajitas, but I wanted something different. They both recommended the Beef Burrito, with queso on top. It definitely exceeded my expectations! This restaurant is a must try!
We have eaten at Lupe Tortilla twice in the last 24 hours. We feel this going to be our go-to sit-in Maxican restaurant. The atmosphere is festive and inviting. The bar sits in the middle of the restaurant and is separated from the two dining area. The outside patio is covered and inviting. The music piped in makes me think of rural Mexico where things are slow and easy but full of life! A group of sat for dinner. The hostess staff is welcoming and upbeat. Very imlortant. Our group of 6 was served by waitress, Erika. She is superb! The food servings were generous and flavorful. Our ordered fish, chicken and steak. All of which were fantastic! This morning, decided to try breakfast. Anai was our waitress who is very delightful. Great breakfast with the Mexican flair. I had the Tres Puecoquitos omelette while my wife had the chorizo and egg taco plate. One taco came home with us. Last thing, the salsa for the chips is the best around. They also have a pinto bean that is fantastic. We have residents of North Fort Worth since 2007. Lupe Tortilla is a welcome addition to our dining out go-to list.
best quick service .the beer was nice & cold .the hot sauce will wake you up woo! the beans are creamy & taste great .the food came quick & even though we didnt wait this food is worth a wait its sooo good the corn torrtillas on those tacos were perfect the meat was tender & spiced just right & the avocatos were perfect a great night

We have loved Lupe Tortilla for a very long time and finally got to go to this location after moving from the Houston/Sugar Land area. The food quality is like those we have loved in the past. However for three people it was over $100 with only water as our drinks. I remember when we could eat there for $50-60 for three. But this is true for all restaurants. It’s why more and more people are electing to eat at home. But today our food was delicious and we enjoyed it.
We have eaten here a few times, the food is fresh and pretty good. We love the salsa, queso, and fresh flour tortillas. Service is hit and miss, we have had excellent service but also not so good service. Really wish they would rework the area right inside the front door, it is always super crowded and hard to tell who is trying to get on the wait list versus who is just waiting.
Our waitress was super friendly but it took a while for our orders to get placed and for our food to come out. I would have preferred warm tortilla chips but their salsa was pretty good. We tried their queso with ground beef (queso was bland and arrived room temperature) Beef tacos al carbon (The beef was spectacular very flavorful and tender. I did not care for the rice and beans. Flavorless and very dry) Barbacoa tacos (Just okay. Wouldn’t order again) Hatch Chili Barbacoa (I think we are used to authentic barbacoa because the hatch chili didn’t really pair well) Overall, this place was a bit pricey and food was just okay. If we do go back, it would be for their tacos al carbon or beef fajitas.
We went to brunch at 11:30 on a Sunday with the family. The waiter took our drink order promptly and returned with chips, salsa and their beans to snack on. The drinks took what seemed like quite some time to come out and then we ordered. The waiter did his best and we were appreciative but the number of tables he serviced was too many in our opinion and we waited for about 20 minutes for our food and the drink refills were also few and far in between being checked on. I wouldn’t say they were overly busy as several tables were open but again the time between wait for ketchup, drinks, check, etc were not great to be honest. We aren’t fussing but I am saying they needed more servers to help at this location.
I was very impressed by the manager bringing us a sample of their popular dish upon hearing that it was our first time visiting. The service was phenomenal. My food was decent, and my friend said the fajitas were good. I did not care for the salsa so that was slightly disappointing. The refried beans could have used a little more flavor as well. I'll definitely return. My friend thought they were a little pricey...

Food was way overpriced for what youre getting...I ordered the lobster tacos and the lobster was so over cooked and tough it was almost inedible. After being seated it took forever to get our first drinks then once the food came we had to wave the waitress down just to get refills after waiting with empty glasses for probably 20 minutes, then never saw her again and had to flag her down again for the ticket. (And they weren't even super busy on this day either, so a little hard to understand why you couldn't get any service)
Alright, foodies, buckle up for a wild ride at Lupe Tortilla Factory! This place is serving up some next-level Tex-Mex vibes that’ll have your taste buds doing a happy dance. Let’s start with that guacamole—served fresh in a volcanic rock bowl, it’s a creamy, avocado-packed dream with just the right kick, nestled on a bed of crisp lettuce and topped with a cheesy explosion. The warning sign? Purely for the heat of the dish, not your safety—though you might need a siesta after this flavor bomb! Then, there’s the fajitas—sizzling off the skillet with juicy chicken and beef, paired with grilled peppers and onions that scream "fiesta." The tortillas? Handmade and warm, practically begging to be loaded up with all the fixings. Sides like fluffy rice and smoky beans round out the plate, making it a feast that’s as Instagram-worthy as it is delicious. The ambiance is a cool blend of rustic charm and lively energy, perfect for a chill hangout or a bold night out. Prices are fair for the quality, and the portions? Generous enough to share—or not, no judgment here. Lupe Tortilla Factory is a must-hit spot for anyone craving authentic, bold flavors with a side of swagger. ¡Olé!

I remember why I didn’t come back to this restaurant there for a long while, it was because the cost of their food items on the menu is too high! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone for you can find other Mexican restaurants more affordable than this one! I ordered the the Quesadillas and guacamole dip. Now 1st off, the rice and beans, that came with the meal, felt really dry when I ate some of it( they need to moisten and flavor the rice and beans more, but not overcook them either) so couldn’t finish eating them, but the quesadillas were on point. 2nd, the temperature of the restaurant was slightly chilly but could of been just me for I get cold easily. 3rd, upon arrival that night, approaching the hostess stand, I had to catch the hostess’s attention because they were on the cell phones, both employees, plain as day not doing their job properly which is welcoming and greeting us, the customers, when we enter the restaurant, and last, a total cost of $30 dollars for a one person dine in , as you can see in the picture above, is just ridiculous to me. I left a very disappointing second visit and my last visit; will dine at their competitor down the road, Uncle Julio’s, instead from now on!!!!!!!
