What a nice meal! We ordered online and picked it up. We ordered mixed fajita meals with 5 Strawberry Margheritas to go. The lobby was clean and quiet with minimal "While you wait" seating. My order took a total of 20 minutes from call to pick up. When served at home, the food was hot, fresh and tasty. The drinks mixed up perfectly! It's a little pricey if you need to feed more than 2-3 - but for a quick dine out meal at home, this is a good choice!
I been to several locations and this has to be the one with the best rice and black beans in town...just amazing!!!!
I have to give these guys a 4 stars. Grub hub charged me for a delivery. The order was canceled. 2 people went in to pick up my order. 1st person did pick up my order but I never recieved my order. Weird situation! Because of this the staff drove my order themselves to me. This happened a few weeks ago. This might be fast food but they're understanding and willing to go above and beyond.
I had a fajita steak taco bowl, it was pretty good. The guacamole was good. The service was good. I gave a low score on the atmosphere because it just felt plain inside, no decorations I guess. Ill go back though, just the drivethru. 😁 The food was pretty good.
I haven't eaten at TC for several years because I was disappointed with the elimination of favorite items and the portions got smaller. I returned based upon a recommendation from a co-worker and I am impressed that they seem to have made improvement. They haven't regained me as a loyal customer just yet but I am willing to test the waters.

ROSEMARRY!!!!!!!!!! The best freaking employee that Taco Cabana has ever had in their entire existence since 1978!!!! She always full of energy and gets us our food fresh and fast! My family and I only dine-in, if we know that Rosemary is going to serve us! If she's not working, we immediately leave and go somewhere else. The management seems off, and needs to be addressed by corporate! Finna call Undercover Boss!
This is my Fave Taco C location. The staff is courteous, quick, thorough, and very well managed. They always get my order right and they have amazing attitudes!! Might go there for lunch now!!

Second time visiting this location and the food was fresh and hot both times. My mother LOVED Taco Bell’s Mexican Pizza at first but due to them changing the ingredients of the shell a couple of years ago she wanted to try another restaurant who sells them. After her third bite of TC’s pizza immediately says “I’m never going back to Taco Bell again!” She’s a picky eater so this says a lot!😂 I love the taste of the tacos here. Even though it’s a fast food restaurant they do not have that processed taste to them. It’s more of a homemade taste. Will definitely be back soon!

I remember my first visit, going to this location. My folks took me, along with another classmate of mine. After receiving our food, I went to the drank station, made a tornado drink. I like how, it's still going strong. It's the consistency, which will always bring me back.
I just moved back to DFW after more than 8 years away. I saw a Taco Cabana started craving one of their delicious quesadillas. A little backstory: it's been a rough day. First thing I saw when I opened the door was margaritas on the overhead menu!!! Things sure have changed since I've been gone! The next thing I saw was Shay's happy smile as she greeted me. She was friendly, funny, professional, and patient while I placed my order. I'm not usually a drink during the day by myself kind of gal, but a cold margarita sure hits the spot right today!
I tried the tajin mango pie for the 1st time. It was the BEST pie I've ever had!!!!!! Outranking ALOT of competition!! It was golden which tells me the oil was clean & perfect in temperature which tells me it was freshly fried:) I will definitely be recommending it to my friends!

We stopped in the day after mother's day and was able to get the mother's day special which was 12 flautas, Nachos Supreme, and a margarita. The food was served hot and was good plus it definitely was a good deal for the price. The margaritas were good but could be better. Basically you get shaved ice, whatever flavor syrup you choose and then they give you a small bottle of tequila to mix yourself. It taste really good but having mix it yourself and between the syrup and the alcohol being added it melts a lot of the shaved ice. We tried the dragon fruit and also the orange creme sickle both are sweet but dragon fruit one was very good.

My family and I go to Taco Cabana every Sunday to eat there and it’s always the best because of the great service Rosemary provides! She is the best employee i’ve ever met in my life. She takes care of us every time and makes sure our food is perfect! If i could rate it 100 stars i would, solely based off of Rosemarys hospitality. The managers do not treat their employees like they should there. If this review was based on the managers, i would put 0 stars cough cough *** martin
We just stopped by for a quick breakfast, they told us it would be just a moment as they were cooking up a fresh batch of eggs (of course we didn't mind an extra minute or so delay). Our order we just right and piping hot went we got home. Yes we did the drive-thru for this order.
Service was kind and quick. Food was warm, fresh and tasty. This is such a great group of employees, I wish they would update the building for them to draw in more business.
Best breakfast in town absolutely beat Rosa's by a landslide you heard it here from the Texan until next time stay safe

Taco Cabana on Camp Bowie (AKA "Cabana") is my company's go-to place for their Breakfast Tacos for our office and clients! And the good folks that work there are so nice! I wish I could have more time to talk with them! (But they're always too busy!)
Super friendly workers. Always has spots on their TVs. You can always go on game day. I am allergic to multiple things . On of the back line workers stopped to make sure what I wanted would not hurt me. He spent about 10 minutes reading every ingredient to keep me safe.
I stopped by Taco Cabana recently and the food was absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and really satisfying. The recipes and taste remind me of what Taco Cabana was originally founded on, and I’d happily come back again. That said, I did notice a few areas for improvement. The bathrooms could use an update, and the outdoor floors could benefit from a good degreasing. Also, as a cook myself, I picked up on a slight char in the food — usually a sign that the grill could use a thorough clean with all-natural cleaners. With just a little extra attention here, the food would hit true perfection. On a side note, I’m also a contractor. If Taco Cabana ever needs assistance with bathroom updates, remodeling, or even kitchen maintenance, I’d be glad to help. Overall, fantastic food and friendly atmosphere — just a few improvements away from being five stars all the way.

Type of visit: Drive Thru Date & Time: 10:15ish pm Aug 11, 2023 Time from order to completion: 11 minutes (approx) Order & quality; 2 Steak Fajita Tacos: These were for my dog, but they were hot, just cooked fresh with plenty of meat. Smelled awesome, too 2 Eggs and Steak Burritos (& I requested cheese & salsa Roja) I enjoyed the burritos flavor, appearance and aroma. The issue was the salsa, I requested salsa Roja at the speaker. When, I was being handed my order, I asked if there was salsa Roja in the bag. The drive thru person told no, there salsa Verde because it was all they had. However, it was said with like a sassy matter of fact way. This is not a deal breaker, but if he was a little more personal and apologetic, my would of had a better experience. Customer Service: In my opinion, the drive-through service was slow. Especially when there appeared to be, no inside counter traffic. I could be wrong as other employees were making other orders and no one was behind me in the drive thru. No suggestive sell attempt. Me being Petty: I appreciate a ,"Thank You for stopping by!".Accompanied with a smile 😃 Especially when everything has gotten more expensive and a decision to eat out comes with serious thought. Drive through. You need to carefully enunciate your order and make sure they heard you right. There seems to be a lot of cost pressure, so the ingredients are on the low end of "just enough." But it's well prepared and quick. Clean and friendly.
Employee was defensive, all I asked was if they were busy. Very strange. Had say he was a hard working person. They seemed short handed. My burrito was so big, I couldn't pick it up. Any other time it would be great. Bu5 I ordered a burrito, so I could eat and drive. So I couldn't and didn't. I had it for dinner and it was so so. Usually their food is good reheated, not this time.
I was craving a breakfast burrito and happened to be on the Taco Cabana side of town so I pulled in. The menu offered a breakfast taco and a breakfast burrito. I ordered the steak, egg and cheese burrito. I was expecting a "normal-sized" burrito (similar to McDonald's) so when they handed me the bag, the weight of it took me by surprise. This was no "normal-sized" burrito. It was huge! Packed with deliciously cooked eggs and tasty steak, I couldn't even eat half of this monster. Although drive-thru was slow, the service was pleasant. Next time, I'll get the taco. Lesson learned.
Rosemary is the gentle cashier at the drive-thru. She’s the reason we return despite the food quality. Like other reviewers, this place is hit or miss regarding food presentation and quality. When it’s good, it’s good; when it’s bad, it’s awful! I hope management can become consistent because the nearest other location is 9 miles away. Camp Bowie deserves better.
Drive through margaritas but you must buy food too. I prefer the nachos but we weren't hungry this time so we got taquitos. They tasted like frozen ones but the margaritas are good and cheap. We got strawberry-mango, watermelon, and mango.
We had the super nachos and it was more than we could eat. The pitcher of strawberry margaritas was pretty darn good too. And Happy got to go on the patio with us too.
Food wasn't really hot through the drive-thru, and I live 2 minutes from the store and ate it right away. However, the young African American woman at the window (with the jewel) made my visit. She was super accommodating and polite. I had just gotten out of jury duty, so I needed her smile and empathy and it felt genuine. This place has changed alot doesn't get as busy as before, and the prices like every where else are ridiculous! I got the the 3 street tacos. I much rather had spent my money on the items to make my own and I would of probably made like 10. I dont mind paying for something that's made fast and if it's delicious. But these tiny tacos were small, meat and tortillas very plain and they dont even give you salsa. They could of added a roasted jalapeno at least.
Although the red sauce was watery, the food was good. The front of the house and the restrooms need a deep cleaning. The floors, tables, and chairs were sticky. We also really felt unwelcome. The cashier (black hair with red dye) never smiled, blocked any chit-chat, and felt as we were a bother to her. While there is room for improvement, we'd go again...just wish it was cleaner and customer service was better.
It's ok coming from California the flavors are very bland and it's not true Mexican food. It's not terrible tasting. My cashier was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu just the service was slow and the lobby needed attention. I could see me going back and giving it a second chance ... later.
I placed a simple order for breakfast tacos. It took almost 10 minutes for my order to arrive. This was after I had to drive several miles (since the location near my house just closed) and having to make a number of maneuvers to get into the parking lot (their delivery truck was blocking one entrance and the only way in was through the drive-thru). The food was adequate. I can't say the people were all that friendly.
Felt like we were in a restaurant in an outlet mall that is closing for good.food was bland and I guess they don't even sell tea anymore because all they had was fountain drinks.
I grew up eating at this location but the past couple years I’ve been let down. The food itself is relatively good but there is little to no organization. Once when we ate in the restaurant we waited almost 30 minutes for our food and saw other people walk out and demand their money back because it was taking so long. That time we didn’t complain because there was clearly not enough staff so we blew it off and let it slide, they were clearly struggling to keep up. The past few times we’ve done drive through and the order has always been wrong or missing something. The workers seem disorganized and I feel like management is part of the problem. There’s no one leading or order set so it’s chaotic. I’m disappointed and maybe other locations are better, I’ll have to try those out and hope this place gets it together soon.

Ordered LG. Steak Quesadilla it comes in a box, with Guacamole and sour cream on the side. It taste ok. Just okay to me, and I definitely don't think it's worth $9.49. I Ordered a LG and in the pictures you can see that the slices are the size of the palm of my hand. I was still hungry after I ate it, and I actually had to eat something else to satisfy my hunger. I wished I had known that it was not as big as the pictures make it out to be, because I would have ordered some additional side items. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this particular Restaurant 😕. The customer service is very good. Also I wanted to mention that there were two items that I tried ordering first and they didn't have either one of those anymore, but they are Unfortunately still be shown on the menu. That's why I ultimately decided on the Quesadilla when I really wanted the "Cabana Sampler"!!! So I will not be returning, lesson learned 🤨
I tried the ground beef cheese enchiladas a couple of days ago at the Georgetown location, and they were actually really good—enough that I decided to stop by the Camp Bowie location near my house today and order the same thing. Unfortunately, it didn’t hold up. I swapped the beans for double rice since I didn’t love the beans last time, but today’s rice was super mushy and overcooked. The enchiladas were a letdown—tough, chewy tortillas that I couldn’t even cut through. They seemed like different tortillas entirely (maybe corn instead of flour?), and the cheese sauce had a gritty, powdery texture that didn’t taste fresh at all. I’m hoping Georgetown wasn’t just a fluke, but this visit definitely missed the mark by comparison. Oh, don't let me forget that I got no fork, but I did get three spoons.
We drove 45 minutes to get here and was somewhat disappointed, the food was very underwhelming. Quality of experience has declined since pre-pandemic. They brought back a disappointingly paired down salsa bar. Tortilla chips were rancid, I asked for other chips, that were also rancid/stale. Not a great value anymore. People were friendly and accommodating. Will not return to this location.

I’ve been going to this location sir several years. This is the first time I’ve experienced bad food. I went through the drive-thru to order. I had the flauntas plate. All 3 of my flauntas tasted very old and were not crunchy at all. The rice was just as horrible! My husband had the steak tacos. He said his was decent.
They said they don't even offer the cream sauce for the chicken enchilada, even though it's literally in the online description. Also, the employees smile at ya and disappear when counter is approached. The food here isn't good enough to be not offering what the menu says it should have.
The employees were kind but my food, the chicken fajita cabana bowl was very disappointing. Cost about $10 for a small portion of chicken refried beans and rice, lettuce tomatoes and a tiny bit of sour cream, doesn’t even include guacamole. Just a really sad looking little meal.
this taco cabana has gone downhill went through the drive-through waited. I don’t know how long in the drive-through still couldn’t get my food said that someone deleted my order. Sit outside for almost 20 minutes so my drinks were melted by the time I got home.
I went to Taco Cabana for my birthday for my free tacos. The cashier was unprofessional, rude and brusque. I wanted to add cheese, lettuce and tomatoes to my order and she rudely told me that it couldn't be done on free tacos. I told her twice that I would pay for the extras. I also told her that I wanted to add a small rice. She told me brusquely "I didn't hear anything you just said!" All the while she was entering the order into the register and not paying attention to what I was saying. She told the staff member who was fulfilling the order to add cheese to the tacos and I had to correct her to also add the lettuce and tomatoes. She rang up the sell, handed me the change and that's when I had to inform her that I wanted a small rice (LOVE THEIR RICE!) as well in which she responded in a flustered tone "I guess take it out of your change?" I have never encountered any staff members at this location over the years that have had such an attitude problem. I don't think she is suitable for a customer service position and needs to adjust her interactions with Taco Cabana's customers. As for the food, the steak tacos were way too salty and I was given only a tiny bit of lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. The rice however was good as always. P.S. I did reach out to Taco Cabana's Customer Service, so not just venting on here. Just disappointed. 😕
Drive thru cashier couldn't even greet me as I pulled up. She took my debit card and examined it front and back before sticking it into the machine. She left the card in the machine to step off the line. My food sat there a tad moment as she was somewhere m.i.a. She later returned handed me my food and looked at me without a thank you or bye. I had to ask her to give me back my debit card as she stared at me wordless. She gave me the card back and I drove off thinking that was very unpleasant and unprofessional. On the receipt it didn't have a number to call or a survey to take so I wasn't able to express my visit to corporate. The food was decent, however, it was just handed to me odd and basically that is all my rant is about.

Took 30 minutes!!! Yes 30 minutes to get our order. The meat was dry and greasy and tacos were cold. My husband got sick from his quesadilla. It was so nasty he didn't eat it. Regardless we were polite to the server. 3 people behind us left due to the amount of time it took for them to prepare orders. Used to have good service. What happened?
Ordered curbside thru the app. Said it would be ready @ 8:25. Got there plenty early & called like the sign said. It rings and rings and no one answers. Call back and it rings and rings again but someone finally answers & said order would be right out. Sit there until 8:50. Call back again to make sure they haven’t forgotten about me. Girl answers and shortly says to give her a minute and hangs up on me but a guy does bring my order right out. Half the order is missing, no utensils or napkins and what I did get is cold. I hadn’t eaten all day and was looking forward to my flautas but it just got all over me that I have to go back to get what I paid for. Honestly, I just told them I wanted my money back and to please give me the receipt back so I could have all the info for when I did the survey. I drove off and looked at the receipt and it was not mine. Figures. I ordered $10 worth of food. Not just sour cream. No one even tries to do a good job anymore and customer service is absolutely dead.
staff is friendly, but boy are they unorganized. i ordered online and I got a text saying my order was ready. came to the front to ask for my order to find out it wasn’t made. Lady quickly made half of my order and called it done lol because she was rushing through looking and making the order. I overheard from another worker that my order was already made and they just made it twice. The lack of organization and professionalism is astronomical, there is no leadership present and no one taking orders at the front so there other customers peeved with the service too. What a shame.
I really like this location-- the food and service. The problem is with Uber Eats orders. My order has been incorrect every time yet I am not given the opportunity within the app to register the complaint (other restaurants provide this option). I called customer service, got a recording saying all reps were busy and to leave my number and message, and no one got back with me. Obviously, the company does not care about service.

So we are sitting outside and the manager locks the doors so we cant get in ,it starts raining. An employee wipes off a table but wipes all the food to the floor. There are several more tables to be done ,she doesn't do them. The trash cans need emptied. Where the salt is kept in a container it is full of loose salt. The place went from bad to worse. We go to discount tire next door and come here to wait. I'll go to a different discount tire next time. One star was the lowest I could choose, this place didn't deserve that. Had to go to discount tire location again ,how do you forget the beef on a beef nacho? It's been months and this place is still rotten.
I have been going to this location for years but hadn’t been in a while. My wife and I went here about a week ago. The customer service was good but the restaurant smelled horrible. This should have been my indicator to leave. We both ordered the new single stack pizzas. Ten minutes after eating , my stomach started hurting something awful. I stayed in the restroom at least 30 minutes. The next morning, the same thing with my wife. It was definitely food poisoning. Never again.
I used to love Taco Cabana in the 90s when you could build your own taco, burrito etc. Boy, how things have changed! Place was empty aside from the weed dealer guy literally selling weed from his car in the parking lot, after he came inside and ordered NOTHING(Go figure). Place was dirty, and I concur with another reviewer above that the salsa bar was nasty too. My wife and I received our orders very quickly, though we were informed without any options that she received an extra taco because the flauta machine was "Bleh...", whatever that means, but wait-here goes: we had just started eating and A SPIDER FELL INTO MY WIFE'S COMBO PLATE!!!!!! I've NEVER, EVER seen anything like this, and I've eaten at some pretty raw restaurants in New Orleans lol, but they were clean, just old and rustic. I brought the plate to the young cook and he was nice(so was I, I could have been a jerk) but very casual, explaining about crickets, as if all this was NORMAL! The kicker was there was no real apology per se, nor was there a refund offered and no real shame or remorse. I WILL be contacting the health inspector as well as the regional manager for Taco Cabana. If this is any indication of how corporate chains are being run today, is frankly an indication of the lack of pride, hygiene and decency that we are lacking in our society today. Btw, my burrito was cold on the inside, but I was hungry. This restaurant is pathetic and this is beyond unacceptable.
Ordered three street tacos. Cashier was nice. It took 15 minutes to get my tacos. Employees were too worried about delivery orders. People that ordered after me got their food before me. Cook was kinda rude. I took it to go since I've been there so long. The meat was horrible, through the tacos in the trash. Worst street tacos I've ever had. Won't be back.
we ordered some breakfast tacos and they gave most of them to us with cheese. We’re fine with the bean and cheese having cheese because that’s obvious but that wasn’t okay because I didn’t ask for the cheese on the other ones, and I have people in the household who are lactose intolerant. It wasn’t even every taco 2 didn’t have cheese the other 13 did. Looks to me like they thought adding cheese would make up for the burnt bacon, and the potato and egg having no potato and the chorizo and egg barely having anything. I tried calling but ofcourse they didn’t answer. Super disappointed by how much food has basically gone to waste now because they added cheese to something they don’t advertise with cheese on their menu, and they don’t answer their phone so I can go in and get a replacement instead of wasting time but instead it’s time, food and money wasted.
Employee was asleep on the restroom floor. He went back to work in the kitchen after my husband woke him up by making noise. Dining room was very slippery.
Absolutely nasty place. One of the cooks decided no handwashing was necessary after visiting the restroom, and the cashier was not all there… wandered off rambling.
Made an online order the order took more the 15 mins to be ready I called the number to let them now I was outside to pick up an order no one answered the phone so I drove to the drive way window the lady that was at the drive way window was very rude she said you need to get off I told her that’s why I did a curbside pick up order she said they where very busy they only had 4 cars ahead of me and two cars parked out front then I told her just cancel my order she said you do it I asked for the manager she told me to call the store and find out for my self . She was very rude to me this morning. I did let her now I always come to this taco cabana location and have never had an issue with the service here she laughed at me and said oh well . I didn’t get her name but I’m hoping to speak to the manager as I did go through the drive through after update no manager is in the place at the time when I asked for the girls name they told me they didn’t know who it was and that she was gone so how did they know she was gone if they didn’t know who it was . Very disappointed with the service .
This used to be a wonderful Cabana in Ft.Worth, however, they are ridiculously slow. It continues on being this way for a year now. They are always out of things such as bowls.
I’ve been going to this location for many years. I’ve always been happy with the service and food. The staff has always been very friendly, fast & accurate with my order. Recently however there’s a new girl who works the drive through that is none of the above. She’s rude, slow & always gets my order wrong. She never says thank you or apologizes when makes a mistake with my order or when charging me wrong. She just opens the window , shoves the food at me & slams it shut…HARD! She does this because she’s mad I made her correct the order. It’s getting to the point that I don’t want to go to this location anymore & risk the chance that she’s working that day. It’s that bad! I’m not normally a complaining person but enough is enough. Something needs to be done about her before you lose even more customers.
Don’t eat here. They cannot follow simple directions. What’s so hard about getting food with no cheese? It’s baffling. Not once in the last 5 times I’ve been there is my order correct. No cheese! Freaking simple! Don’t give these folk your money. Better tacos anywhere else!
Well, never coming here again. Stopped by while I waited for my tires to be rotated next door as discount tire. I waited 40+ minutes for 2 tacos. Lady was nice but terrible service.
I went through the drive thru. The woman who helped me immediately started telling me how horrible the managers were. And they kept changing managers. Food was awful
Ordered online for the convenience. Did not get tacos in time. No one answered The phone to let them know that I had arrived with my order. I had to get myself out a car as well as my toddler to go inside for them to start making my order. I do not recommend ordering anything from the store.
My name is Chris King. Me and my family visited your restaurant on 03/13/21 at 8:00pm. We placed our order and took our seat it took our order 35 minutes. Your employees didn't have any sense of urgency. They we more worried about chit chatting. I watched cars in your drive thur come and go at a faster pace then the service in your store. That is unacceptable. PERIOD! We will not be visting this location any more. We will tell family not to visit this location any more. We will also contact company headquarters about the issues at this location. Chris King
Awful terrible service. I put an online order at 9:45 AM to pick up at 10:30. I waited for 25 minutes before they even got my order filled my advice do not put an online order with them just go through the drive-through because they serve them way faster than they do their online orders.
Had bad experience last time we ate here ! Thought we would give them another try... well, let just say it was 10 x worse than the first review. The food took forever to come out, and we told them the food was cold . And they gave attitude about. The potatoes were salty. Their excuse was for our food being ice cold was they were waiting on the potatoes. We'll the potatoes were warm and to salty. And then we were told excuses by the unprofessional excuse for the manager. He started arguing and throwing his hands around and arguing about giving us our refund about his name is Martin A .. so besides the food being cold and the employee and others just standing around and there was food all over the floor... honestly, the health department need to do a pop in inspection on them . Tried contacting corporate but it has been unsuccessful
Do not come to this place. Worst service. I bought food for someone and the manager threatened him to call the police on him. I spend 24 dollars so he can eat and have a reason to be there. If you want to do a good deed, this is not the right place to do it. When I ask for the corporation phone number she got very angry and called her superior but she just said a partial part of the story to her superior. I hope the owner checks the cameras. I'm still thinking about making this story go viral on tik tok. I require a verbal apology or I will make sure to make this go viral even if I have to spend part of my wealth to do so.
There was an employee making food without gloves, she kept wiping her mouth and then added shredded cheese to beans on a plate,. I informed the cashier that I wanted a refund or to not allow that lady ( think her name was Rosemary) (white female) to make my food. The cashier notified the manager ( Hispanic male) and all he said to Rosemary was “She doesn’t want you to make her food because you don’t have on gloves” in a joking matter as if this is the norm at this facility. The cashier was very helpful and professional to the situation put on gloves and made my food. I will not be eating at this location and I will be calling code because this is unsanitary and against policy working in the food industry.
If you had an option for No Stars, that would be my selection. I went through your drive through today and ordered 2 chicken taco’s with chicken & cheese which was over $11.00 for my meal & they literally only put a tablespoon of chicken & a tablespoon of cheese in the shell. I even took a picture I was so disappointed. I have gotten Jack in the box taco’s with more meat in them than these had. I was still hungry after eating 2 and I normally can’t finish the 2nd taco at Jack in the box when I get French fries. Do Better!
Ordered a flauta plate, got fajitas instead of what I asked for. My refried beans and rice had absolutely no seasoning. Won’t be going back.👎👎👎
Placed an online order, 2 entrees were incorrect (missing ingredients listed on the ticket) and they swapped my kids drinks for something other than what was ordered without asking. When my husband called they said they had no way to contacts us to ask us if it was okay to swap, yet when you place an order it asks for a phone number. The employee that handed my husband our order could have also said something then instead of us making it all the way home & our kids telling us then their drinks are wrong. The kicker was when my husband called to inform them of the mess up the guy on the phone knew I exactly what order it was and KNEW THEY MESSED IT UP.
Food was horrible hardley no meat or cheese on tostado. Ate inside and friend had nachos sucked real bad will never eat there again wha happened to this place so sad
Just left there i ordered 2 #1's with 2 Pepsi's got to the windows she handed me 2 tacos and walked away. So I sat there she came back looked at me like what do you want so I told her what I ordered she left came back told me sorry and could keep the 2 tacos she already gave me and I said I had to pay for it she acted a little surprised and by the way $25 is what it cost gave me change and walked off. I got no drinks and looked in the bag I got 2 chips one thing of cheese and two tacos and what I ordered it is 2 tacos and chips and drink i bought 2 orders. So the ones she told me to keep are what I was supposed to get anyway. So I left i check my receipt it's correct but I don't know if they just got some really good weed or what but that shouldn't have been difficult. Especially for almost $30 dollars just really disappointing.
I can see why Pollo Tropical is closing stores after seeing what TC has turned into. We went to a couple of Taco Cabanas to try and find one that was so run down and ratty looking. This one seemed to be in a nice area of town. It was just as bad as the ones in the "hood". We used to always stop at a Taco Cabana when we visit Texas, we'll pass next time!
Update: I went back to give them another chance, thinking maybe they just had a bad day. It was worse than first time. It was filthy with salsa all over the salsa bar and doesnt look sanitary. Drink area sticky and messy. Tables need to be wiped down, this place is filthy. They gave me burnt flautas. They remade and gave me nasty beans and rice and that’s usually my fav. I didn’t get guacamole, had to ask for it. I will never eat here again and I understand now why so many have gone outta business. Pretty sad when they were not busy at all. We were the only 2 in there. I’ll start eating at Rosa’s where they are nice and friendly and never get bad food and place is clean. This place has gone down hill. Everyone on break when I got there and nobody to take my order. Then they gave my order to someone else and shoved a bag in my hands but it wasn’t my order. This place is a mess. Smells like marijuana outside their back door and little in lobby. So that’s why they are all on break and can’t get anything right today. Smh
There no reason that I sat in the drive through for almost 15 mins before I drove off this morning. The lady working that was working the drive through window was also working the front as well and preparing the food while everyone watched and did not provide any assistance. She needs help , hire more ppl to work the am shift. She can not do it all by herself . I don’t not blame the lady for the wait I blame the company as whole.
So I ordered his DoorDash and my crunch was so soggy and the sour cream was curdled So I called it the store to tell them. I have to speak to the manager on duty. I get some young kid some young boy on the phone who literally starts screaming at me wouldn't let me talk saying I'm the manager I made the food it wasn't that bad. So your little so-called manager just lost a customer for you. I dined on August 27th at 10 pm. Your manager on duties a joke You might want to reevaluate that.
Husband just came from there and got 2 cabana bowls. He asked one of them with no tomatoes and they both had tomatoes and no lettuce. Just meat and cheese! Will not be back every time they mess the orders up and there is no excuse for that. Gives this place an F. $16.00 for 2 meat and cheese cabana bowls what a joke. 🤬😡
I placed my order online. It was ready when I got there. There was a couple in line and the area where my order should have been was empty. I could see my order but there was no one at the registers to help. Finally after about 4 minutes a man comes to wait on the couple. They were obviously not in any hurry, the register didn't have enough change so they had to go get change then the woman wanted to place a separate order all while I'm waiting. Than a lady employee comes from the back and locks the door. After the lady places her order the man at the cash register leaves the register to go lock the other door. Finally I get to tell him that I had an online order, he begins explaining to the couple behind me that just walked in that they are closing because he had been there since 4 in the morning and he only had 3 employees because no one showed up, but he would take their order. Finally Finally I get to tell him I had an online order, he points to the order( the only order for online and wasn't in the online order area) he's looking at me like I'm supposed to know that was my order than asks me it's one item right?? At this point I just say yes and leave. Thank goodness it was the right stuff. What should have taken all of about maybe 5 minutes took at least 15. I'm sorry your employees didn't show up but if you would put the online orders in the pickup area I could have picked it up and never had to wait It's been a while since I had been here, drove thru ordered family fajitas mixed chicken and beef with chips and salsa and a Xtra dozen tortillas this is what you get for a family order. That's not gonna feed my family.
