Opinions de Bronco Billy's Pizza Palace Fremont
I love Bronco Billy's. Been coming here since I was a kid. Whether it was eating a slice during the Nile's Christmas parade or stopping in after a long day, this place never fails to disappoint. The slices are huge! About the size of my forearm. Usually I get a take home box and save it for later or the next day. The burgers are also really good. When I came in with my boyfriend the other day, the hostess was patient and friendly. All the girls who were on that evening were awesome and always ready to help. The food is delicious, the staff is always friendly, and the location and atmosphere never fail to disappoint.
Love the atmosphere here! The historical movie posters and the "old school" cabin feel make it such a cool spot to grab a bite. The Stage Coach (pesto and chicken) is a personal favorite if you want something a little different from the standard red sauce. It’s got that local, homegrown charm you just don’t get at the big chains. Always a hit with the kids, too.
It's not fancy because then it wouldn't be Bronco Billy's. The service is personal, efficient, and thoughtful. The food is excellent (both taste and quality). The portions are big and fairly priced. In 25 years of living in Fremont, I'd never been but I will go back.
Some of the best pizza anywhere. We live an hour away and we drive to this. Pub style atmosphere. Friendly staff. May have to wait due to limited seating.
Takeout dinner. Ordered over phone. Large tumbleweed pizza with added Jalapeños and substitute red sauce with ranch. This was amazing and totally worth ordering again. The staff was very helpful in guiding us and confirming allergen information. Offered egg free ranch as an option in place of red sauce. Garlic bread - sub standard and would avoid.
On my way home from visiting Dad at the cemetery. Came in for a pizza slice. Learned they were customizable with choice of toppings, so I ordered my favorite; mushroom and olives. “slice” is an understatement; it's larger than most personal pizzas at other places, and almost made me regret ordering the wings, almost. A dozen and I could split the sauces. Dove into the food before I could take pictures. Place had a family vibe. Two families (parents and kids) when I walked in. Despite being Xmas Eve pretty busy for 3pm. Nice place, in Niles just off of Mission Blvd. Good to know it's there.
Best pizza spot in town. They always cook it perfectly and will even run it through one more time if I want it more crispy. Great flavor in the bread and sauce. The certainly cook it to perfection, and will fix it if they need to without hesitstion. They also have great service with a smile despite how busy they may get, always eager to correct any issue or delay they may encounter. I am a local and regular, love this place.
Bronco Billy's Pizza Palace at Niles in Fremont This pizza place takes you back into the history. Great pizzas large portions. Awesome service and friendly owners. Niles is a beautiful historic neighborhood in Fremont The strip has lots of small antique shops and restaurants. Highlights of Niles is Charlie Chaplin, Essanay Silent Film Festival and Museum, Annual Antique Fair, and the Niles Canyon Railway.
Quick and Simple is the Best way to say it hit all 5 stars! Great pizza, great Cheeseburger and curly fries! The staff was friendly and I enjoyed my 1st time visit here. Overall the photo's don't lie! Hands-down would travel multiple cities to eat here again. I will recommend to others, to enjoy this super cute pizza diner!
Staple for 3 decades!! Slices still good!! Great service!! My only critique is that they don't stay open late enough on weekends!!! Pizza is the best weekend late night choice!!!

While visiting the downtown Niles shops, we decided to stop into BB's for a pizza lunch. BB's was also recommended by of a family member who is a fan.\n\nThis place is set up pretty well. It has a …
Food is really good. Servide is good. ambience is good according to the Niles historical context. I love the pizza and Garlic cheese bread here.
Best pizza in Fremont. Some of the best gluten free crust I've had. The 'slice' is massive and reasonably priced. GF is slightly more, only available in size medium, and worth the extra money imo…

We got two pizza medium size vegetarian pizza and they were good. It is a lowkey place to hang, limited drink options. Pizza was good, base was advertised to be homemade. It was thick and seemed fresh!! Liked it. Probably not the best place for veg options but has good better than average veg pizza We especially loved the habanero mango dip.
3.75 Stars. Not the best, not the worst. It's a cool little spot to have pizza and hang out with family and friends. We got pizza and wings. The pizza was more on the doughy side, which made it more filling. Decent cheese pull, crust could be a bit crunchier in my opinion. Wings were good, bit spicier for my liking but take that with a grain of salt because I dont like spice. Cool atmosphere, lots of old timey knick snacks which seems to be the theme of the town. Definitely worth a try for the price and quality
It’s been years since I had Bronco Billy’s. The last time I dine is from a different location that’s near the high school I go to, but unfortunately, they closed it. So I had to go to the one at Niles since it’s closer to where I live. The place is like a bar since it’s small and that 50% of the space includes furniture that relates to what the bar has. They have nice portraits that they displayed. Also, I didn’t get a chance to dine here because I went during the weekend and it was full when I arrived. So I went on a Friday and it was rarely any people here. The pizza slices are between $9-15 I believe depending on how toppings that you added, but they’re very big. Honestly, idk why they’re called slices when they look like a whole pie except that the shape is different. A slice doesn’t normally look like that, but that’s fine. The pizzas are really good though, but there’s slightly more bread that I tasted than their toppings. Also, the pizza crusts are crunchy and kind of hard. However, it’s still a good place to eat pizza. I recommend that you come here during the weekday and for weekends, it’s really tough since many people come here at that time. Otherwise, you’re better off taking it to go.
This is a Niles staple. The pizza is great and has a good price point for what you get. I would rank it higher on service and atmosphere but the staff needs to be more mindful of customers. The space is small and so when they are mopping or cleaning we were smelling the cleaner as we were still eating. On a positive note, the pizza was loaded and great.
After some antique shopping had to stop for some food and were able to quickly get a table at Bronco Billy's. Service is decent and long wait for food but that's what comes with wanting fresh food. The food spoke for itself, delicious and filling. We opted for Garlic Bread w/Cheese & Chuck Wagon Delight - more than enough for 2 and we were excited for leftovers. Good standard pizza shop

Good pizza at decent prices. Sometimes the pizza comes out a bit burnt, so I make it a point to remind them not to overcook it. Other than that, I really enjoy their pizzas.
Excellent pizza with lots of cheese!! Service is friendly.ambiance is casual. We always enjoy our pizza from this place!
I ordered onsite and waited for my order at the bar. 3 separate employees asked me if I had been helped, when I said I had been and am waiting they asked if I wanted a water or tea while I waited. …
A friend we were visiting suggested this place, and I'm glad he did. When you walk in, it feels more like a saloon or a cafe with the long counter and western motif, but this is definitely a pizza pl…
Walking into Bronco Billy's is like a flashback. It's a 50's diner merging with a pizza parlor. Add in throwing everything you can find up on the walls. The staff has great customer service.

How do I begin... I was sent to Chilly Willy's by some co-workers to pick up food for our monthly meeting. I'm the new boss at a warehouse space in Fremont and new to the area. They gave me the order and the address and I phoned it in. The older latin lady that took my order was kind and patient and took my CC info over the phone for my afternoon pickup. When I arrived the spot was nice and clean and the neighborhood was cute. However, all the old women behind the counter assured me that the business was called bucking broncos not chilly willys. My coworkers had obviously tried to prank me as the new guy. Anyways, the food was on time and smelled great. When I got back to work and delivered the food, the team told me that I had ordered wrong. I was supposed to ask for the crust well-done. The crust was indeed very soft and undercooked. I felt so embarrassed. In the future if I go back to Bronco Pizza I will ask for the crust more done! But please be kind to the old ladies that work behind the bar there, they are very kind, and offered me extra red krispy pepper flakes!
The place and the service are great. The pizza was small, but it's actually quite large and could easily feed two people. The meat topping was a little undercooked; they should pay more attention…

Another disappointing annual visit. Might be the last time we go here for “pizza” Doughy, uneven toppings or lack thereof, excessive crust. Can you find the one piece of basil on our “Margherita” pizza?
I’ve always loved this pizza place and have had great experiences in the past. However, my recent order was really disappointing. The pizza was extremely thick, almost like they used a large dough for a medium-sized pizza, making it overly bready. The toppings were unevenly spread, with some slices overloaded and others almost bare. The cheese was excessive, and there was barely any sauce, making the pizza feel imbalanced. It honestly felt like a different team made it. We had guests over and ended up having to order from another place. When you’ve spent around $85, you definitely expect much better quality.
