The burgers are just amazing and full filling.. The milkshake is also great. The chicken nuggets and the potatoe wedges are also good. It's a great place to go and have a fast bite.

For a fast food restaurant Chick-fil-A is all stars!!! The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean and spacious this restaurant is. There was at least two employees out on the floor wiping down tables, I was immediately greeted by the person behind the counter and asked if I've ever been in before. I asked what the most popular sandwich was? she said number 2 the spicy chicken sandwich, alright let's give it a try. The meal cost just over $8, comes with a small, what appears to be fresh cut french fries wedges, (see photos)a spicy chicken sandwich with tomato lettuce, cheese, they're special Chick Fil-A sauce and a drink of your choice. The Fries: cooked to perfection and whatever oil they are using is awesome they were light and Airy my only complaint would be that they are under salted butt you can always add salt so no big deal. 4 stars The spicy chicken sandwich: the spice for me was just perfect just enough to get the back of my throat warm. ( it's not hot enough for the die-hard (heat) people but for people who don't like heat I would recommend giving it a try ) it also lacked the taste of salt and was kind of bland however when I added the Chick Fil-A sauce.... wow!!! what a wonderful tasting sandwich. ( the sauce they give you over the counter is fantastic) 4.5 stars. The inside was nice and quiet the employees were tentative and looked to be hard working overall I would give my experience (for a fast food restaurant) 5-stars. Oh yeah and they have an indoor Kid Safe playground, that will keep the inside of the restaurant quiet even when the children are screaming C:

I got the new Honey Pepper Pimento Sandwich. I asked for it to be spicy chicken instead of the regular one. Overall it’s an ok sandwich kinda small in my opinion. I’m glade I got the spicy chicken because those three small jalapeños that they give you don’t add much spice to this really sweet sandwich. The honey and the pimento cheese really mellows down the spice and goes well with the spicy chicken. Overall not a bad sandwich and they are really quick at getting your food out.

Food is always good at CF. However they are building a drive thru and the parking is converted into a temporary drive by and parking slots are few and lot of traffic log jams. Also the service has become super slow due to it. Best to go inside if you can park. Too much congestion.

Twice now when placing a to-go order I’ve been charged for an item to then find out that it was not packed. Both times I’ve left the restaurant already. Not planning to order delivery from this location. And of course checking all the items at the drive through will not improve the experience.

I placed my order 25 minutes ahead of time through the app . When I arrived at the drive-thru, I gave my name and the employee repeated it back to me, confirming it was ready. However, when I pulled up to the window, I was told they didn’t “ see my name “ and was asked to leave the drive through into the parking lot ? This was very frustrating and didn’t make sense, there was no line at the time. The purpose of ordering ahead is to save time? Why would I need to go park after waiting so long. I waited another 10 minutes in the lot. Not sure if they handed out order to someone else but at least be honest instead of acting clueless !

I like Chick-fil-A. I do. But tonight, I met a stubborn young man at the drive through who ignored me, took on other cars to move into another lane, took their orders along with another girl Kelsey and then he came over to me. I told him I did not like what he did. He lied and said he had motioned me to go to another lane, which he didn't and which I couldn't anyway cause I was already in the lane and not willing to jump a curb. All I wanted was for him to acknowledge and say I'm sorry. He refused. Then he proceeded to lie to Kelsey and moved to another different lane. So I told poor Kelsey that I wasn't going to move until he apologized. She said she cannot make him apologize. I felt bad for the poor people behind me, so I swallowed and moved through the drive through without ordering. The one at the counter then asked me for my name. I told him I didn't order cause the young man back there was being stubborn. The guy basically flicked me off. What the heck is wrong with this Chick-fil-A?!?!? I will never ever visit this particular spot. A heathen Pagan filled with rage would have treated me better.

I usually enjoy our meals at Chik-fil-a and our kid was very excited about going yesterday. I want to share my unprofessional experience we had with this location. I took a Chik-fil-a specialty cup which had a QR code to return to the store. I didn’t know not all locations participate, so I just showed the staff (two South Asian middle age ladies working there, one with a mask another without), and told them that we are retuning this cup. This was supposed to be a great lesson for my preschooler to show that businesses care about recycling, and we would get a chance to enter some promo activities. I sincerely couldn’t care less but for my 5yo it was quite exciting. Be prepared to read this, as I’m typing out and thinking it over night, something definitely felt off: The two ladies looked at my cup, and told me: we don’t accept return cups, but if you want “water” I could fill it for you. Wow. I was actually shocked to which I was slow to respond. I said it was fine then proceeded with ordering food. When I came back my husband heard of this encounter and make a comment: did they assume you were begging? That was when it clicked. This location was so disrespectful to customers that I would actually not want to return again. I was super disappointed not only about the way I was talked to but also how they failed to see how exciting it was for a kid to understand that more businesses actually care about recycling for the greater benefit of our earth. Again, this was just one encounter from two employees from this particular location. We will continue to support Chik-fil-a and ther business but not here anymore. I also do hope the store manager gets to read this and train their employees with more compassion and personal care to customers.

Sat in the drive thru as the outside attendant talked with her coworker after saying “one moment”. They were complaining about something work related. They switched and the woman did not say a single word to us. After 5 minutes she finally started talking taking our order. It was rude and extremely awkward.

Today, around 7:00pm I ordered 3 meals which each came with fries and drinks. Once I arrived at the window they only handed me 1 bag and my 3 drinks. I assumed everything with in the bag so I drove off not even 1 light away. Once I check the bag I was missing 1 fries, so I decided to go back because I did pay for every meal. Once I arrived at the window I let a Mexican worker know, hey I was missing a fries and I noticed when I just left the drive thru it hasn’t been a minute since I left. He handed the bag over to this white guy he had a mustache and was wearing a blue shirt. He made a comment saying “I know I put all the fries in there I would never miss anything” and proceeded to side eye me and kind of say I took a fry out the bag and came back just to get a free one. There was also a white girl there who was very unprofessional who just shook her head at me and was giving me the side eye too. Overall the white girl snd boy was super unprofessional and I really hope that this chick fil a location really reconsider who they hire. This location is very unprofessional and if this is the type of employees that chick fil a hire, this I really sad. I wanted to tell them to review footage or refund me my money because assuming I stole fries and came back for one is very crazy. I wish I got their names but I won’t be coming back. I will be going to the Auto Mall way chick fil a, as they are more kind and have great customer service.
