Been passing by this place for over 5 years and I've always give through the drive-thru... Until today in 2021 🤣 Wow! I was taking away on how beyond relaxed it looked. The environment and the furniture are there to make you feel relaxed 😎 Anyway, the staff is always friendly and very accommodating. If it's your first time, feel free to ask what they recommend! Be sure to mention if you want a tea, coffee, every style drink or whatever else you wanna experiment with. You can literally tell them to mix a variety of syrups and they'll put it together 🤭🥤 Enjoy your visit. I know I always do. ⚠️ Be sure to download their app!

Fresno Refuse Trucks

It's a great coffee shop to visit for those who love coffee. You'd think these employees (mostly college students) would not make coffee that great. Think the opposite, they have very friendly staff and as for sanitation standards, it's clean inside the buissness. Big props to Dutch Bros on Shaw. Be prepared for a long line if your ordering through the drive thru, your better off going inside, much quicker too!

Dutch Bros in Fresno is awesome!!!! Compared to Sacramento/ Roseville/ Rocklin California location. A walk in lounge. Are you kidding me?????? The staff is super friendly, just like with the other locations. Nice change of scenery.

The inside is always really loud with music on a blown speaker (do I blame the workers though? Not really), floors are often sticky along with the counters. I frequent the drive thru more often but they dont have runners often and the lines can get really bad. I give a 4 because ultimately, it seems like the management isn't scheduling enough people for the late shift, leaving the 2 baristas scrambling. It's not the crews fault. I only come here when its past 11pm as other locations close and I need my caffeine fix.

I went in today to get my birthday drink and was not pleased to see that a large, hot coffee is the same size as a small blended drink. Kevin was super nice and respectful, but somehow my order was mixed up in the making of it size wise. I have a photo of my entire order which was a large hot coffee, a small blended rebel, a medium blended coffee, and a medium blended rebel. You can clearly see the comparison in size. Aside from feeling shorted on my birthday drink, the visit was great.

Loyal Dutch bro customer. Been to this location often. Location is great and service is always on point. I usually get a London fog but they have been out of earl grey for months which is totally fine because the Paris tea is a great alternative. Today however, not sure if they were in a rush or didn’t notice but they busted my tea bag. A pretty large rip and caused a lot of loose leafs to float around the drink. Used both from cap and straw and it was difficult to enjoy the drink. Upon further investigation. BOTh bags were punctured. . I was totally going to try to salvage the drink, but unable.

Counted 4-5 employees and all of them saw us walk in and completely ignored us for 10+ minutes, constantly saying “we’ll be right with you” and waited until there was a line of 6 people before taking our order. Once the girl finally got to us she had a negative attitude and was snarky whenever we began ordering. On top of that she rolled her eyes at us for requesting a sticker stopper for a hot chocolate. Dutch Bros has an image to upkeep and I’d say the employees on shift today definitely did do that ://

Lesson learned next time DON'T Order online, said it would be ready by 8:36, had to walk up to the counter, because everyone else's orders were prepared but mine, didn't receive the order until 8:53, seriously?extremely disappointed with their service, I normally enjoy dutch more than starbucks. Next time im up here ill try them instead or another location.

My drink literally is white and taste like all half and half meanwhile I paid for extra shots and ask for it half sweet. I been going to Dutch bros since before it was even in California. Hands down the worst coffee I’ve ever had!!! Where is the coffee in the cup?
