Decided to try this place with my daughter before she got braces, ordered Shrimp Tempura & we both got a Tiger Roll. I also got a Thai Tea. Everything was delicious and she really enjoyed it. It’s going to be her last soda for a long time so she was trying to savor every bite & our time together. Cashier was super friendly and bathroom was clean. Thank you, we will definitely be back.

Random stop to grab lunch...pleasantly surprised. The gal at front was super sweet. I wanted a chicken plate but hate when the chicken rubber-like and fake gross tasting. My chicken single plate with steamed white rice was SO good. It's a basic meal, which I love. It was under $20. The portion is two meals (for me). I'll come back here for sure.

This might just be the best hibachi spot in Fresno! 🔥 It was my first time trying it, and it definitely won’t be my last. The food was incredibly flavorful, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Plus, the prices are super reasonable for the quality you get. Highly recommend if you’re craving delicious hibachi without breaking the bank!

As a long-standing customer, I have been supporting this establishment since its early days in a trailer. Now, they have transitioned into a restaurant, and the quality of their food remains outstanding and reasonably priced. The staff is exceptionally welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere during every visit. In my opinion, their culinary offerings surpass those of any fast-food establishment. For those who appreciate spicy flavors, I strongly recommend sampling their atomic sauce. The serving sizes are generous, with one plate providing ample food for an individual. Notably, the quality of their cuisine has continued to improve since my initial visit when they operated from the trailer. Furthermore, their Thai tea smoothie is a delicious beverage. Overall, considering the price, this restaurant offers impressive value.

The food here was amazing! Very family friendly dining experience and the staff is great. The spicy mayo sauce is by far one of, if not the best sauce, I've ever had the chance to experience with my fried rice. The fried rice and the meat(s) by themselves were already phenomenal, but the spicy mayo sauce definitely elevated the experience to a whole different level. Highly recommend to anyone who is in the Fresno area. Much love from a visitor from the East Coast (NC) and I will definitely be back when visiting friends and family.

The atmosphere here is very good. Food is fresh. Staff very friendly. Dining area very clean. Plenty of parking. The sauces are amazing here, try them all!!! The kitchen is open and next to the dining area. You can watch and hear your food being cooked to your request. If you get steak or new York steak, they will ask how you like your meat cooked. It's very good and cooked to order. Fresh is best and you get that here. The bacon fried rice is very delicious, you can taste the smokey flavor. You can opt for steamed rice if you want. Plenty of seats in the dining area. Comfy seating arrangements. Doesn't feel like your being packed in and tables have adequate spacing. Your food comes already in a bag in case you want to take it home to-go. Very convenient. We also tried the side shrimp tempura and side of veggies. Both very delicious. The tempura does not taste like oil, huge for me. You can taste the batter and shrimp, which is the goal. Very good 👍.. the veggies are grilled and a mix of cucumber, onions and mushrooms. Very good grilled veggies, recommend. My sister got a sushi roll and presentation and taste was perfect she said. Overall 5 of 5 stars. Recommend and I would definitely go back. I can see why it's a local favorite!!

Great lunch spot . My go to is the single plate with the New York steak and rice. The NY steak is so tender and flavorful. Tea’s are really good too. I always get a peach tea.

Reasonable price with great portions. Food was fresh out of the kitchen and very flavorful! The sushi was also delicious as well as the boba drinks. Will definitely recommend and come back for the food quality and price! Service was also great.

I heard about this place through an article, and quickly found that their location was practically in my own back yard! Prices were super reasonable for what I got. I ordered the New York and Shrimp, and a drink. Totaling at 20.50, that's probably the cheapest Hibachi-style steak you can get in Fresno! I ordered take out, and didn't wait very long to get it on a fairly busy Saturday early evening. While I waited I got to sit in the very clean dining area and watch the friendly staff work with customers and hand out orders. Everything is very well maintained, cleanliness is clearly a priority here. When I got my food I drove home, and pulled out the foam container packed with bacon fried rice, steak, and 6 pieces of shrimp, along with a small plastic cup of the titular spicy mayo. I tried a bite of everything without any of the sauce, the shrimp was really good, snappy and not overcooked. The rice was very rich in bacon flavor, loaded with egg, carrots, peas, and edamame. The steak was what I was most excited for. It was slightly more done than I'd have liked, but still soft and not cooked to the point of being rubber in my mouth. It was fairly well seasoned, but I have a love of over-seasoned food so I tossed just a pinch of coarse sea salt on top and it was perfect! Dipping everything in the spicy mayo was fantastic. The sauce was creamy, not too hot, and just a bit sweet. I would totally go here again and I can't wait to try the other menu options!!!

My parter ordered well done and it was perfect. The only complaint is that the tempura was soggy. I like my tempura crispy and fluffy so I probably won't eat the tempura again. I will be back for a steak bowl though for sure though. Very convenient dinner and good portions for the price.

Tried this place for the first time, and it was okay. The chicken was dry and the rice had too much pepper, the tempura was good and the staff were friendly though. It was probably a dinner rush, but it was very loud and overwhelming inside, and with such small space. Didn't know there was a sushi menu, so may try that next time.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a long time and finally made it over here. I went in and ordered a chicken plate and a shrimp and chicken plate with bacon fried rice. I waited in the lobby for 10-15min before my food was ready. Got home opened up the bag. Both my meals, 2 sauces, and 2 flimsy sporks. It would’ve been nice if there were napkins and a heavier duty eating utensil. I first opened each container. The chicken plate was full of chicken and rice. The shrimp and chicken container looked like half the shrimp was eaten because it didn’t fill up the side of the container. The shrimp was well over cooked. It was very rubbery and didn’t have much flavor. The spicy mayo and teriyaki sauce was delicious, though. The chicken was average tasting. The bacon fried rice was very good. Overall, it was okay. The portions and flavors I have mixed emotions about. I probably won’t choose to come back here but if someone wanted to go there, I’d be okay with trying it again.

Food is Delicious! However, only provides 1 small container for Teppan Sauce. Not enough. If you want another small container it cost $.56. Just these small things irk me and it is a turn-off!

Worst tempura I've ever had. I understand there will be some residual oil considering they are a fried item. But i was not expecting a pool of oil. Tempura was soggy and not crispy at all.

Extremely disappointed. They're food is great, but following their decision to not allow you to remove the bacon from their rice, I can unable to continue to be a customer. It just seemed like such an odd decision to make when so many people have restrictions on pork.

As a pescatarian who doesn't eat meat, I've always appreciated that they were willing to accommodate my dietary needs by preparing my fried rice without bacon. Unfortunately, that has changed. Recently, they've stopped accommodating customers who request their fried rice without bacon. This is disappointing not only for people like me who avoid meat, but also for those who cannot eat bacon for religious reasons. It feels like an unnecessary limitation that excludes a portion of their loyal customer base. I've always loved this place and recommended it often, but this new policy has genuinely impacted my ability to continue supporting the business. I hope they reconsider and bring back the option to order fried rice without bacon, it would mean a lot to many of us who have been loyal from the begin

It was my first visit to the Spicy Mayo restaurant and unfortunately it was a overall bad experience. I ordered the chicken & shrimp combo and the spicy tuna roll and a Caterpillar roll. I will start with the combo meal. The chicken was dry and cut into tiny pieces which was dry and tasteless unless you dipped it into the sauce they provided. the shrimp was no better. It was overcooked and rubbery, as for the bacon fried rice It lacked any flavor and as for bacon fried rice it was minimal to say the least. On the somewhat positive side. The sushi rolls tasted great the only problem was the sushi chef needs training with rolling the sushi. They were not rolled tight so when I pick a piece up it fell apart. If you are thinking of visiting this restaurant think twice. First time visit for me and last visit. All the 5 star ratings I believe are purchased or fake because the food is nowhere near a 5 start rating.

Walked into the restaurant to place my order. I was told that I cannot order the food the way that I want that I have to order it the way that they serve it. I am black woman. I believe that this was a race thing I was told by the Asian girl at the front with the red clips in her hair that if I was if she was me that she would take her business elsewhere and that’s exactly what I’m doing. I can’t believe the service I experienced today. This is not the 1920s where we are still living in a time where you can’t get what you want when you pay your own money for it I’m completely confused as I’ve been to this location several times before will never come back
