First time ever trying This type of food I want to say it is really good. Everything‘s made fresh and the customer service was excellent. The chicken kebab is delicious The saffron rice is excellent. They have very good portions I would like to invite people to try different types of food. Don’t settle for what there’s always in here. Try something new you might get surprised like me. I am surprised, but pleased Will definitely come back with my family

The service was phenomenal. The freshly made falafel wrap was over the top! I asked wrap to be cut in thirds ( it was that large) I was planning to take some home!! The Falafel wrap never made it home. It was so scrumptious, l couldn’t stop eating it! I highly recommend this place!! Thanks T.O.A.😋

Picked up a lamb bowl for $13.99 and was surprised. This is my go to at the food court. Highly underrated as there was no line here on a busy Saturday. Took a bowl to go and since I work close by, I'll be by for lunch whenever I can. The hummus was crazy good as well. Dont sleep on it.

We ordered the mixed kebabs (one beef, one lamb, and one kafta). The meats were flavorful, juicy, and tender! The tabouleh and garlic spread complemented the meats deliciously! (Yes I made myself small wraps with the pita pieces with all of the elements haha!) The price was decent. And the woman at the register gave excellent service.

5/5 for sure. Best Mediterranean cuisine I’ve had in awhile. Chicken shawarma is my favorite thing to order there. Its delicious every single time. The owner always goes over and beyond for the customers. One of his managers wouldn’t let me sub my side for falafel and he stepped in a granted my request. You don’t see many people accommodating their customers like that nowadays. I highly recommend this place. Its the same experience every single time.

We are always up to trying new things... in fact, most of my reviews are just that. The visit to TOA was no different. My son and are were hungry after a busy afternoon of shopping at the mall. Not a big fan of the other eateries there so when we saw a new -(--to us) vendor we approached. The fact that we read "Mediterrean" made it more attractive. A new person at the register is understandable... a bored looking couple standing by the wall should have been a red flag to keep walking! We ordered and it was pricey! $43 --plus a tip, which I wish I had not paid- for the amount of food was outrageous!!! The wait did not help. It took over 20 minutes to get our food. And when we finally did, it was lacking. My son's chicken kabob had a few pieces of chicken, alot of bland rice and some greens- for $17.00. My fatoush salad had a lot of over baked pita chips, a non-descript tasteless dressing and very few tomatoes and cucumbers.. for $9.50. We also ordered a side of falafel which was over fried and too dry. The attendant said it takes longer because it us made to order but for the mediocre food we received, it does not seem much time and thought goes into the preparation of their over priced menú items. I recognize the name from a food truck I have seen in our Tower District... and I wonder if it is as bad or worse. I don't think I want to find out.

If you want unseasoned meat and an expensive lunch or dinner then this place is for you. If not avoid it and get some Mexican at burrito loco. Way better. Service was eh, she seemed bored and didn’t ask or say anything. Fake reviews… do not believe. Nasty and expensive. No ice for your sodas either which is weird

No stars for you at all You did nothing to help the cook to try to solve my issue on my refund today. You told me I could not get a refund and I hadn't even gotten my food yet. When the cook was trying to help me you refused to help him, help me. It seemed you wanted him to stop helping me (your actions showed that) To the manager give your cook the credit he deserves because he deserves alot! Customers are always allowed to change their minds! Before, during, after they get the food! Refunds are always a option rather the manager is there or not! The cook knew this but the cashier did not! I'm hoping the manager knows it 🤔🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Food was cold. I wasn’t expecting gourmet food, but was not looking to get cold food (that wasn’t a salad). Took food back to cashier requesting a refund, cashier said she did not have the permissions to do so. I asked for a manager and was told there was none. Asked her to call a manager and was told they don’t have their number. But that she could try to message them. So does she have the number or not??? This was horrible service, food and just overall a bad experience. I do not recommend this place. If I could give them a zero I would. I just want my money back. I’ve reached out to this place via FB messenger and have yet to hear back from them.

I made a To-go order and I was basically guilt tripped into paying for food I didn’t even order??? This was one of my first times coming here and I should’ve known to stay away when this was the only restaurant during holiday season at the mall with NO LINE. I decided to give them a chance and placed my order. When it was time to pay the girl handed me more food then i ordered and I was KIND ENOUGH TO LET THEM KNOW. Instead of just taking the food out or something the girl turned back to the boss who was already staring at us and practically begged me to pay for it. I actually felt bad but when I realized that it was probably a way to get me to pay more I was outraged. I ordered chicken showerma plate with come with some fries and hummus. Nor sure why hummus, chicken showerma goes with Garlic Sauce only. So they expected me to dip the fries or the showerma wrap in the hummus. Also, all that was for over $20, them when I ask for garlic sauce, they charged me for it $0.75. Anyway, I ate and left, after few hours my stomach start rumbling and cramping and I got sick. Not so happy with this. I paid a lot of money just to get sick 😫 🤢.
