We found this amazing place with friendly service and amazing food. Our group of six had brunch here on a Monday around 10 am. The place was busy with lots of locals, evidence of its popularity, but we were able to get a large booth right away. The extensive menu has lots of the traditional breakfast and brunch items, all prepared in a unique and flavorful way. The portions are large, and every one of us had an amazing meal. The service was exceptional, very attentive and checking in on us frequently, but not overbearing. My selection of eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes and two enormous pancakes were wonderful, and the side of bacon was excellent. The coffee was just right, fresh and hot, and refilled frequently. The staff made us feel like part of the family.

Birdie’s Breakfast Club – Prosper, TX I found myself with an unexpected free hour after a client postponed our meeting, and I’m so glad I spent it at Birdie’s Breakfast Club off 380 in Prosper. What a charming little spot! The space is warm and welcoming with pleasant, thoughtfully designed decor that makes you want to linger. One of my favorite touches was the bird installation—cool flying ducks fixed to the wall that added a whimsical and artistic vibe to the space. The service was great—my server was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the food came out surprisingly fast. I ordered breakfast and was instantly tempted by the fresh, fluffy biscuits. They were delicious—warm, buttery, and clearly made from scratch. I only let myself have one, but it took some serious restraint! Birdie’s made that unexpected hour feel like a gift. I’ll definitely be back, and next time, I might not stop at just one biscuit.

I highly recommend Birdies Breakfast Club if you’re looking for a place with friendly staff, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. I ordered the Pig & Fig Omelet and it was the perfect mix of sweet and savory! I also tried the vanilla lavender latte, and it was just as incredible! Can’t wait to go back again soon!

Had a lovely experience at Birdie’s Breakfast Club! I ordered the Salmon Benedict with a side of hash browns, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were fresh and well-balanced. The service was exceptionally warm— everyone had a smile on their face, which made the visit even more pleasant. Food was served quickly, without much delay. The ambience was clean, fresh, and inviting—perfect for a relaxed breakfast outing. Will definitely be coming back!

This is one of the few breakfast restaurants we get up early for and drive 30 minutes to eat at. It's a brightly lit place with a friendly atmosphere. It is almost always crowded which tells you how good the food is. I, absolutely, love the St. Andrew's omelet. The spinach and pesto sauce pairs perfectly with the feta cheese in the omelet. Maybe one day I'll try something else on the menu.😄

10/10 hands down! My husband and I tried this restaurant today for the first time. I must say that it blew my mind how amazing it was. The food was absolutely amazing. I got the Soprano Scramble. I did get the pesto on the side because of stomach issues. But I was able to try the pesto and it was so good but I am glad I didn’t get it on top of my scramble because it would have been too overpowering. The scramble came with either toast or pancakes and of course I had to go with the pancakes! Those pancakes literally melted in my mouth. You honestly don’t even need syrup! My husband got the Southern Benedict which is basically biscuits and gravy along with sausage. He raved about how amazing it was and he honestly hated to put his fork down. The service was phenomenal. The server was extremely attentive and had a really good attitude. The environment was very clean and laid back. I can tell it’s a great employer. I hate I didn’t get the servers name but he was awesome! He has a tattoo sleeve! The restaurant-has a golf theme going on so all of the golf fanatics may love this place. I would highly recommend this place if you’re ever in the area. The wait time for a table or food was so quick!

I’ve been here a couple of times already and Birdies doesn’t disappoint! Food comes in pretty big portions. Especially the pancakes! If you don’t have a big appetite, be ready to take leftovers home. Food comes out fresh, and quick. We ordered the pumpkin spiced latte because it’s in season, the blueberry cobbler pancakes, the biscuits and gravy, and a skillet. Everything tastes good and fresh. The servers and staff are great, very attentive and friendly. This is a great spot for family, small, and large groups, dates/couples for brunch. Birdies gives off modern farmhouse vibes for those who are interested in interior and exterior explanations. Definitely will be back with my fam and friends. Till then, let’s eat!

Visited on Saturday morning around 11 and had about a 20 minute wait to be seated. Service during the entire visit was SUPERB ... from the hostess at the door to the waitress ... super friendly and helpful. I had the Maple Counter Omelet with grits and pancakes. Food temp and taste were perfect and the pancakes were fluffy. The other person in my party had the Red Rock Omelet with hasbrowns and pancakes. Prices were reasonable as well. Definitely worth a repeat visit!

I found Birdie’s while I was driving home one day and it seemed like they had just opened. When I found out that they served brunch, I had to take the wife and give it a try. Being a new establishment, everything had that “new car smell” vibe and the interior was well decorated and modern. It took us a couple of minutes to get seated since there was a wait due to brunch time traffic. They had quite a selection of dishes and drinks on their menu as it took us a minute to be able to hone in on what we wanted. I decided on the shrimp and grits while my wife got the 3 egg plate with bacon and pancakes. I also ordered their strawberry mimosa which was fantastic. I really should’ve gotten another one. Or two. The service was great and our waitress was very attentive despite how busy it was. Pricing was reasonable for what was provided. The shrimp and grits were not the best that I’ve but it certainly wasn’t the worst. Overall, we’d come back for brunch considering how close it is to home.

The food here is fantastic — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. I especially loved how well-balanced the dishes were; you can tell a lot of thought went into the menu. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed breakfast. The only hiccup was the timing from the waitstaff when it came to the check — it felt a bit rushed, as if we were being gently nudged out before we were ready. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it did stand out compared to how good everything else was. Overall, I’d definitely come back for the food and the vibe, just hoping next time they let the morning linger a little longer.

Party of two for brunch. Restaurant is beautifully designed, clean & welcoming. Service was great. Coffee, bacon & pancakes were delicious. Bacon cooked perfectly, pancakes were fluffy & didn’t need syrup. Mediterranean toast was disappointing with a too thin spread of ricotta , drizzle of pesto & sun dried tomatoes too chewy to enjoy the concept was delicious but execution was meh. Sriracha, honey chicken & waffles fell a bit flat as well. Chicken would have been better had the chicken been tossed in the sauce rather than it piled on top of the chicken, waffle was ok but pancakes were preferred.

I couldn’t decide between 3 or 4 stars but ultimately the food was just okay and on my 1-5 scale that falls in the 3 category. My friend and I ordered two of the seasonal lattes: one s’mores and one tiramisu. We both agreed that while they were delicious, they lacked the flavoring. The s’mores had a very small hint of marshmallow but if you would have asked me what flavor mine was I wouldn’t be able to guess unless I saw the lady finger that came with the latte; it really tasted like a regular latte. My friend enjoyed her French toast and I ordered the blueberry cobbler pancakes which were tasty but I felt it could improve. The crumble on top is delicious, the mascarpone was just a scoop on top of my 3 stack and I wish the scoop was bigger or perhaps it came on the side so you could spread it evenly on the other pancakes. Because the blueberry syrup, mascarpone, and crumble was only on the top pancake I felt my bites were dry especially given the crumble is crunchy. I still enjoyed it but it wasn’t as great as I expected. We both received a side of hashbrowns and I think they were under seasoned. Minimal salt and a few flecks of black pepper. Our waitress was great and the inside is aesthetically pleasing. I’m willing to try again one day!

I have been here many times but in the last few months this restaurant has gone downhill. The food and drinks were really good but the quality is not where it used to be. I've had to return my matcha thinking it was an off day but the last few times I was here both the food and drinks never came out right. Here's my matcha today and from a few months back.

The food is actually pretty good, but be prepared to wait if your party is larger than four. They only have a few booths for groups of five or more and don’t proactively combine tables, so you’re stuck waiting for a larger booth to open up. When we were finally about to be seated, there was confusion about which table was ours. When my wife asked for clarification, the hostess responded with noticeable attitude. We understand it’s a busy job dealing with customers all day, but the response was certainly unnecessary.
