First time visit and the experience went well. There are lot of options to choose from. The food didn't take long to be prepared and it came out hot. The restaurant appeared clean. The customer service was average. The shakes were really good not too thick or thin. The burgers were really good too. I had a turkey mushroom trufle burger and it was really juicy. The smash fries are good too and have good flavor.

Great for cheat days as it’s oily, aromatic and hearty. Very good use of spices in all of the items. Burger was fluffy and moist, Brussels sprouts well seasoned and charred perfectly and fried were crispy. I ordered take out and didn’t eat there but I agree with other reviewers that there is room for improvement in the cleanliness area. As you approach the entrance you see what appears to be grease stains on the floor. The doors had bunch of fingerprints and windows seem to have a layer of oil.

This was our first time at Smash Burger and the food was delicious. We had always wanted to try this place and now that this new location is open we made a point of going-so glad we did! The burger was really good and an amazing fresh bun. Cute little flag tops each of the burgers 😁

I got a single smash Colorado burger. It tasted good at first, but the more I ate it, the more I realized it was extremely oily and salty. I tossed about 1/4 of the burger away near the end, because I couldn't tolerate it anymore.

I feel bad for leaving three stars, but the place is far from clean. The food was great and I have attached photos, but the further away from the front door you get, the worse the cleanliness becomes. There is even a weird smell in the place, very noticeable to the extent that we ate outside on their patio, which ironically was very clean. I like the smashburger Chain and the food was up to standard, but the place definitely needs to at least clean the build up around door handles and chairs. Sad to see this as it makes you not enjoy your meal. For $24 per person, might as well go a sit down place like Gloria's.

We decided to try Smashburger after hearing so much buzz about it, but unfortunately, our experience didn’t meet expectations. The veggie burger was falling apart and the bun was a bit stale. The flavor didn’t quite hit the mark for us, and the shakes weren’t as enjoyable as we hoped. My husband didn’t finish his burger, and overall, the meal left us disappointed. Perhaps other locations or menu items are better, but based on this visit, we likely won’t be returning and cannot recommend it at this time

My first time trying smashburger and probably my last …I spent $4 for 12 French Fries and my hamburger bun was soggy. I asked the worker to make sure I had sufficient fries and he confirmed yes. I got in the car and open my burger, my bun was soggy already and it hadn’t been a minute. Food not bad but not worth what I paid. I also tipped like I always do everywhere I go.

Smashburger is normally good and its pretty hard to mess up a hamburger IMO. However my burger came with no lettuce, no tomatoes. Even though I was starving and had been craving a burger for a week, it still didn't taste good.

Got a double classic smash. Doesn't look like they smashed it might as well just call it a double cheeseburger not crispy at all like it should be. This was the worse smash burger I have been to.

I went to this place when it was opened, it was clean, reasonably priced and great service, now the place is a grease pit, the floor is all covered with grease, tables are dirty and the overwhelmed staff are not having a good day. The patties were too small and too thin, so I paid almost $11 without that for something that should've been $5 less, the first two photos are from 2019.

I drove over an hour from Plano specifically for a promotion I signed up for at this very store. Before I could even show my phone, the front counter employee— was already shaking her head. She clearly had no interest in even trying to enter the order. Instead, she flatly claimed “we don’t participate,” despite the fact that I was able to redeem the coupon in the Smashburger app for this exact location. When I asked if a manager could kindly override it, she immediately dismissed me: “No, a manager isn’t here and he’d say the same thing.” I explained I’d just driven an hour, and she responded with, “That’s too bad,” wearing the most dead, uncaring expression I’ve ever seen in customer service. She acted like my request was personally inconveniencing her — as if typing in an order would ruin her day. And here’s the kicker: by the end of the interaction, after it became clear I was still getting my deal, she started to say “Have a good day,” then cut herself off and muttered “Have a—” before walking away. How does my coupon affect her in any way? It doesn’t — unless she simply had a personal problem with me. If this is how Smashburger operates — refusing to honor their own promotions, hiring staff who bring personal grudges to work, and showing zero care for a loyal customer’s time — then they’ve lost me for good. Smashburger used to be one of my favorite places, but clearly, customer service is dead here. And what do you know , she was just lying . It worked online like a charm. This location should loose the ability to carry the Smashburger name . They are clearly just ruining the good name of Smashburger .. you can tell by these reviews of raw burgers and expired milk .
