Delicious little spot. Got the tiger milk tea with boba and egg pudding. Boba was fresh, soft and chewy perfect. Egg pudding… delish enough said. Perfectly Balanced and not too sweet. Banh mi… couldn’t wait to get home. Got the combination banh mi and the bbq pork banh mi. The best part. Generous on that French butter!!!!! Yum. Breads fresh and flaky crispy. Flavor was all there for a Vietnamese sandwich. My go to everytime I’m driving into Houston.

This place is EPIC! Their Banh Mi is out of this world. I got the Grilled BBQ Pork and let me tell you..I wish I had an entire 9x13 on of that stuff..so delicious!! It was the perfect combination of savory and sweet. I ate it so fast I forgot to take a pic but I did order their Watermelon Green Tea. Honestly, when I got it, it was like a giant glass of sugar water..I tried to drink it but just couldn't..I went up to the counter and asked to purchase another one with less sugar and the owner offered to just remake it for me, for no charge! I was blown away, that's true customer service. The second one was perfect. Great flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. Thank you, Richard, for an excellent experience. I'll absolutely definitely be back and will recommend this to everyone I know! -David M.

Wait, the BBQ pulled pork Bang Mi here is INCREDIBLE. The meat was well roasted and tender and like the best banh mi it was PACKED with flavor. I usually judge a tapioca place by their iced coffee and the one here is 5/5. Not overpowering of coffee and not too sweet! Great spot!

The combination banh mi is my favorite here! The bread has a perfect softness to it unlike a lot of places where it feels like it’s cutting your mouth on the inside or just taste stale. Ingridients taste fresh and I’m never disappointed ordering from here.

I have been here three times in the last week, twice today. A couple of days ago, I had the lavender tea with milk and sea milk foam and my friend had an avocado smoothie with boba. It was absolutely delightful! While there, I noticed they had a vegan menu! So I came back today with my husband and we had the vegan bulgogi banh mi sandwich and spicy Thai basil fries, along with an iced jasmine tea with milk. My husband and I were floored at how crazy delicious the banh mi was! The textures were on point and worked SO WELL together and the flavors were so good! I didn’t know you could make fries memorable, but these were indeed so! Not shockingly at this point, my jasmine tea with milk was chef’s kiss. So yummy. And vegan as well. So….we came back tonight…with our whole family. We got more vegan bulgogi for the whole crew and we also ordered the soft and crispy spring roll. Delicious and delicious! Oh, and I got a peach lemonade, which was also very delicious!!! I am convinced they can do no wrong at this point. Sorry for the long post, but the food and the drinks at this restaurant are top notch!!!

The boba is perfectly brewed—not too sweet, with great flavor and chewy pearls. The Viet banh mi is just as impressive: fresh, crispy bread, generous fillings, and well-balanced flavors in every bite.

The grilled pork bahn mi's are delicious. The bread is the best around. They pick it up fresh daily from a bakery from what I understand. Their coconut lychee jelly smoothie is perfect. I recommend the pork egg rolls, they come with a little lettuce and fish sauce as traditionally served with Vietnamese cuisine. I don't recommend the pork spring rolls because there are a lot of noodles, not a lot of pork, and it isn't served with peanut sauce, rather a hoison sauce base which I personally don't prefer. Overall, I love this place and hope they stick around.

Excellent, high-quality food. All the dishes were very flavorful. The Boba tea‘s were delicious. Everything is always super clean and well-maintained. The employees always greet us with a smile and are very kind. Inside decoration is very modern and pleasing to be. Menu is pretty extensive. Keep up the good work.

I come here at least 3 times a week!!! Absolutely amazing everytime. My go to order is lavender black tea with lychee jelly. My cousin got the ChaWatermelon and it’s amazing!!!!!

Neat small restaurant with a few tables. Delicious Vietnamese and Korean fusion food. Great customer service and happy customers. Unfortunately, they ran out of rice. Will go back and try a rice bowl in future.

One of the best boba shops I’ve tried. Their Lychee Tea is really good, and their Kimchi Bulgogi fries are SO good. It’s definitely a must try. Also the ambiance is nice and the workers are friendly!

I am by no means an expert at banh mi sandwiches, but there bbq pulled pork is hands down the best banh mi sandwich I've ever had. And it's under $8 which I think is a steal

Hands down the best boba + bánh mí spot I've found in the area. The bánh mì here is straight fire. Then, there's the boba. The tapioca pearls are cooked flawlessly — chewy, not mushy, not hard in the center. Portion sizes are generous, prices are more than fair for the quality, and the staff is super friendly and fast. Place is clean, bright, and has that nice casual vibe — perfect for a quick lunch or grabbing drinks to go. If you're anywhere near here and love boba + bánh mì, do yourself a favor and go. This place is easily 5 stars and then some. Already planning my next visit.

Today, I sampled the bulgogi vermicelli, grilled pork spring roll, and taro milk tea, and all were delicious and fulfilling. The vermicelli bowl was filled with fresh, crisp vegetables and a generous portion of bulgogi. The sauce that came with it added a rich umami flavor, enhancing the entire dish. The grilled pork spring rolls were tender and stuffed with vermicelli and lettuce. Adding some cilantro or mint could elevate them further. The dipping sauce for the rolls is hoisin-based and, to my knowledge, contains no peanuts. This spot is a great choice for a light meal and refreshing beverages.

First time coming here! I got a tofu/mushroom vegetarian ban mi and 50% sugar taro milk tea 🧋 I enjoyed the crispiness of ban mi bread and the nice combination of tofu and mushroom! I liked the taro milk tea 🧋 here as well! Sweetness was perfect to me! Also, you can study and chill at this place so it’s a nice cozy place! One thing I recognized was that the water at the bathroom is really hot regardless of cold water I turned, so just be aware of it ;) Other than that I enjoyed the visit and a bit of chilling time! I ordered the Grilled Pork Thit Nuong banh mi($5.50), the Popcorn Chicken (spiciness=mild)($5.50), and an Artichoke Tea with basil seeds, herbal jelly, and lychee jelly ($5). The popcorn chicken was well cooked, and tender yet crispy on the outside. It was a bit on the salty side. I didn’t have the banh mi but I was told by my hubby it was salty as well. I liked my tea. I did ask for NO sugar for the sweetness level. I think the lychee jelly added that good hint of sweet already. Over all I’d come again.

The first time was fantastic, but the second time was quite different—more sugar and milk, overshadowing the tea flavor. The two servers were consistently sincere and helpful. It's a small, quiet, and cozy spot, perfect for spending time with a small group of friends for chat or study. The service is fast, and there's no wait line. I highly recommend trying the banh mi.

I had the grilled bbq pork, combo banh mi, and popcorn chicken. All were very tasty. I love the banh mi baguette bread as it was soft and not hard and flaky, which can cut the inside of your mouth if you are not careful! Both banh mi's were packed with a good amount of veggies and meat. The popcorn chicken was a bit salty and maybe too much MSG as my mouth felt dry afterward. However, the popcorn chicken was excellent with beers! I would go back and try their other sandwiches and the teas.
