Ordered 4 Sundaes which were not filled, barely had any ice cream. I complained about it and was told that’s how they make them. Will not be returning.

Told lady 4 coffees 1 special and other 3 as the same she messed up the order. Greet customer better.

I am a dasher and I went in for an order I was waiting 10-15 min and there was an other online order waiting behind me. The cashier attended to her first and didn’t even ask my order name. They continued another 5 mins and continued to ignore all the people in the front, I get paid by the order not by the hour, they need more sense of urgency

Do not do business here. The general treats employees like crap. I watched her yell at an employee for nothing. She's a terrible manager. No one deserves to be yelled at in front of customers. I walked out and will never go back so long as she's there.

The first time we ordered, the nuggets seem not cooked enough, missing fries, wrong burger. We did not complain because it was brand new, we gave it some time. The second order again, missing fries, wrong burger, the shakes were good and the nuggets were cooked. I was so excited to have a McDonald’s close to us, we treat our family at once a week, we would love this place to be our place, work with your people. Thank you.

Lady was so rude, slammed window in face didnt even care to listen. She had glasses and a red shirt. politely its your job and we politely asked for it she didn't even care to listen to the full sentence.

Did a mobile order, none of the sauces were in there. Employee had an odd attitude. I ordered a medium mango smoothie and it was not filled to the right size. I had to go back to work I didn’t have time to have them remake it, the worker behind the counter looks at the drink knowing it is not up to standard.

Well ain’t that somethin’! I reckon I rolled up to McDonald’s just wantin’ to treat myself to a simple lil’ meal—you know, nuggets and a cheeseburger with all the fixin’s. What I got though? Bless their hearts, they must’ve been feelin’ real creative in that kitchen today. First off, them nuggets? I ordered a full count and got a “diet” version apparently. Maybe they thought I was watchin’ my heart health. Appreciate y’all lookin’ out, but if I paid for 6, I’d like to chew on more than 4, thank ya kindly. Now, let’s talk about that burger. I was promised cheese and lettuce, but what I got was a sad lil’ meat puck sittin’ in bread, just lookin’ lost and confused. No cheese, no lettuce—just meat and air. I guess we’re doin’ minimalist cuisine now, huh? Real avant-garde. So hats off to y’all at this location. You’ve redefined the art of “surprise dining.” Next time I want mystery with my meal, I’ll be sure to come back.

The lady at the second window with glasses and curly hair was very rude. We asked to get a chocolate milk after our order was placed, and it was assumed we weren’t going to pay. She had an other employee come the window to tell us we had to pay for it. When handing us our items. Do not say one word to us avoided eye contact in a very rude demeanor. For absolutely no reason. Horrible Customer service.

Failed!!!! Service is super slow and for as long as they take, they still burn the food. Maybe some one from Chick-fil-A, which is across the street, should give them a few pointers or two.

So today I went to get my usual breakfast large coffee and steak bagel like every other day. The shift manager Mario Sanchez the lady wearing a red shirt was behind the cash register. She gave me the coffee with the lid open. The coffee fell from my hand due to lid not being properly closed. I burned my leg and my hand. I went back to her shivering in pain asking her for a paper towel since this was her mistake. She easily turned her head and started pouring a small coffee for another man behind me!!!! I told her I just burned my hand can u please give me a towel? She stated “ well not my fault i gave you the coffee you dropped it “ this is the manager in charge. I asked her for the general manager or the owner phone number. She just printed a random receipt saying just call the number on the receipt. I was walking out confirming her name and the same lady quoted: I have 2 different last name. Make sure you say both of them...” she was laughing when I was walking out... if the owners or management really care about their customers they hire and train right people. I am 32 years old and this is my first ever review for a business. Never going back to this store and make sure they lose customers as well. I spread the word!
