Very bad customer service very rude and unprofessional should be shut down because their customer service sucks. They don’t greet customers unless they look like them and you were standing there for over 15 minutes and still not have a order update or even know if it is there sad never will go there again
This Starbucks is at a prime location which ultimately makes it a busy spot. We placed a mobile order and walked in to grab our order. The business had good decor for the holiday season and well kept. I was not immediately greeted, but when I asked for my order they stopped what they were doing to help me out! Super friendly! I would come back to this location and would recommend this location to friends.
New policy’s concerning iced expressos… they cannot fill the cup… even with regular amount of ice. They leave it a little more then 1 in from top and want to charge an additional $1 for about 2oz of milk…. my drink order was simple iced triple with oat milk, vanilla bean and reg vanilla… this ran me about 5.50 to begin with…Honestly I feel like all the hassle for $1 extra was that’s a bit much. Especially after explaining that I had not ran into this prior.. mind you it’s not even 6am. Did not have to ring me all up again, could have let this go once. I have ordered this same thing at other locations and never came across this issue….
I really don’t know why Starbucks is so famous? I’m going there because my kids like it but if it was my choice I wouldn’t go there. I prefer making my coffee at home… anyway, I really don’t like the behavior of the cashiers they’re not nice , their prices are high and every time I wanna pay they ask for tip and if you pay no tips they act really unfriendly, another thing is they put too much ice cubes in their drinks so you pay for ice cubes?!
Needs improvement. While they do tend to get my order correct, I'm getting cups of coffee that are not full. Staff is nice but the place is usually pretty dirty. Update: if the order is actually correct, it tastes horrible. It's burnt. This is a constant issue. They are slow as molasses and there's always a line that's at least 20 cars deep. This is the worst location in all of West Houston.
Made a mobile order and received confirmation order ready to be picked up. Approached at the order window at drive through, waited a couple of minutes no one greeted and responded and I don’t see any car in front of me so I approached the pickup/payment window. Between order window and pickup window there is a sharp bend so I only see a car being served when I’m approaching the payment window. When it was my turn, I got told off by Noah, instead of apologizing for his slowness and me waiting there long time, and he told off me that it is company’s policy I need to wait at the Order window before I approach pick up window. But my order was ready! And no one was there to talk to me! Isn’t it normal for someone approach the pick up window? There are cars behind me, you expect me to do a u-turn? I have 2 items for my mobile order, he only gives me One item and I had to remind him he missed my second item! I think Starbucks cooperate people need to know this location staffs need to be trained properly. Terrible experience.
They say employees are a reflection of their leadership and if that’s true, nothing will change here. This store has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Okay, it was Halloween 👻 but I wasn’t scared, I was spooked! The energy from the team was completely off, and the interaction left a really bad impression. Starbucks usually stands for warmth, kindness, and connection, but this location missed that entirely. I won’t be returning. Hopefully, someone in leadership takes a closer look because this store does not represent the Starbucks experience.
Extremely Disappointing Experience at THIS location. The customer service this evening was unacceptable. No matter how odd a request may seem, no customer should ever be treated poorly. The attitude and lack of professionalism were shocking especially from Starbucks, a brand known for its commitment to excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. If I’m not mistaken, the same young man I previously emailed the manager about was working tonight, and unfortunately, nothing seems to have changed. The rest of the team’s behavior was equally off-putting. I was so uncomfortable that I chose not to have my drink made at all I simply didn’t trust the energy behind the counter. I had hoped my last visit was just an off day, but this experience confirmed that this particular location is the absolute worst I’ve encountered. It’s unfortunate, because many of us come to Starbucks expecting care and consistency. I won’t be returning to this store again—but I sincerely hope corporate takes this feedback seriously and looks into the management and training here. You’re welcome! Some people just don’t care—but customers definitely do.
i ordered 3 drinks and they only gave me 2 this isn’t the first time everytime i come to order in person they mess up. and they took forever to bring it out and they said “ we forgot to charge me it” when I clearly said 2 strawberry açai with my damn lemonade. I should’ve got it for free at this point.
Ordered from uber eats, was really excited since I just woke up but they did not give me a straw. I ordered a frappe so it isn’t like it would be as good to drink like a macchiato. I also don’t have straws at home.
I’m shocked to see all these BAD reviews! Had a bad experience today. Girl at the drive through couldn’t care less if she got my order right. When I told her it was wrong she ignored me. No flavor in my white chocolate mocha. Very disappointed with this location. Hey owner and managers fix your issues!!!
I love Starbucks so much. But this location is the worst I’ve ever been to. You walk in, and nobody even greets you. I usually order online for pick up inside the store. Today I came in at a time my order was supposed to be ready, watched a barista make my hot coffee and set it in the coffeemaker. It was just sitting there after it was done brewing until I asked how much longer for my order. Got ignored. Then she finally put a lid on it, some coffee spilled, but she still handed me a cup soaked in spilled coffee. I asked for a new cup. Got an eye roll until she saw how bad the cup was. Then she just grabbed my coffee and started pouring it in the new cup, handed it to me without saying a word. The store was pretty much empty with 4 baristas, so they weren’t even busy. And it’s this nasty attitude from them every single time combined with messing up orders. I’ll take my money to the LaCenterra location, where customers are treated with respect.
I just went through the drive-through to pay seven dollars for my coffee only to be shoved a tip request in my face no good morning nothing then on top of that. I got handed my drink and it’s pouring out of the side and I asked for a napkin and she just shoves it at me and doesn’t say anything. What horrible service I will never ever ever go back disrespectful and also embarrassing to the Starbucks brand! Do better especially for expensive coffee
Service is good but it is too hot inside. Does the air conditioner work? I'm too old to be sitting in a hot building. I don't know how their employees can do it. My wife would faint if she had to do that. Everything is great but with air conditioning like this in Texas? Forget it.
Oh Starbucks. Do better. You are always out of ingredients to make drinks. Tried to order 3 different drinks. Each time you say you’re out of the stuff to make it. So you offered a couple ideas. I picked one. You then reply that you’re out of that too. What? So today I call because you’re a 10 minute drive. I ask if you have the ingredients to make a specific drink. You reply “yes?!” (rudely, like duh). I arrive and order the drink. And guess what? You were out.
I usually enjoy Starbucks, but today’s experience was disappointing. I ordered a drink with extra caramel as I always do typically, they drizzle it inside the cup and on top. This time, I didn’t see any extra caramel, and when I asked about it, the barista told me I needed to “specify” if I wanted it in the cup. That’s the first time I’ve ever heard that, and I’ve never had to clarify it before at any other location. To make things worse, she handed me only two out of three drinks, slammed the window shut, and walked away without a word. I stayed there waiting, and when she came back, she asked, “Yes, what do you need?” with clear attitude. I told her I was missing a drink she checked, realized the mistake, and handed it to me without an apology, still with the same attitude. Everyone has off days, but it doesn’t excuse rude service or making customers feel like they’re a bother. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience for others.
I called this Starbucks to ask a simple question, “Do you have any new drinks?” The person on the phone literally said, “Check the website.” So I clarified, “I’m asking you though.” And instead of giving me an answer like a normal human being, they HUNG UP IN MY FACE. Y’all, what happened to customer service?? I wasn’t being rude, I just wanted to know what was new before wasting my time driving there. If I wanted to read off a website, I wouldn’t have called. The attitude? Unnecessary. The hang-up? Unprofessional. Won’t be coming back. Plenty of other coffee shops that know how to treat people like people. ✌🏽
Update after 2 years of trying this place: In addition to all issues addressed below, this location has no internet connection. Every time I come here I have to use my cellular data. When I asked when the internet is back, the response was we had this issue for weeks, but no resolution! It is the worst place of you like to do some quality work! I won’t come here anymore, expect for getting some quick drinks and go. —— It is a new Starbucks, but not a good place to work or study! I come here very often, just because it is the closest one to my place. However, every time I experience some issues. Once it was too crowded that I didn't find any seat. Another time, a staff started cleaning and dusting so hard that I hardly could breath. And today, all of a sudden a staff showed up, moved up the cabinet and started scrubbing the floor with harsh chemicals, something like a heavy bleach! I am sensitive to chemicals and cannot stand the smell of chemicals! I don't know why the staff here don't wait until the end of the day for clean-up. It is 7:00 pm now and they are open 3 more hours at least! Oh NOOOO.... she started again... now cleaning inside the cabinets with chemicals! My eyes are burning. I am starting to have headache! Another cons is the staff at the cashier don't pay any attention to people who are standing to place an order. I had to wait a long time until someone bother with my order. I am NOT coming to this Starbucks any more. Enough is enough!
