First time in New Orleans, but I’m a boba fanatic, and I can honestly say I’d drive all the way back for two days just for this boba. The pearls were fresh, and my drink was delicious with the perfect ratio of sugar! They also have a very nice atmosphere/indoor decoration and a game machine that you can use for free. They have a large menu with a bunch of unique drinks I don’t see in any other boba shops, I got to try something new for once and it was refreshing. They also have food if you’re in the mood. Overall a great experience. I wish you guys had a location in Albuquerque. ^^

The pretty tea lady was very helpful and kind. The tea was delicious and enjoyable, while the coffee was just right. The original waffles were soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. You must try them! 👍👍

Absolutely amazing! The drinks are phenomenal. So far, my girlfriend and I tried the strawberry yogurt, creme brûlée brown sugar milk tea and Earl grey milk tea (you can tell we’re big fans of Gong Cha 🤣) all the flavor, the smell and the after taste of tea just lingers there through every sip. Their tea quality is truly the best! I also love the atmosphere there. Bright, chill, and cozy even with the thunderstorm outside. They have self-order kiosks, so that’s a huge plus for introverts, or people who need some time to decide what they want. Their cute little orange cat might as well be the best thing they could deliver to customers 🥺 never fails to cheer me up every time I come in. Also, the first time I saw the arcade game, it just brought back so many childhood memories that I treasure. What a lovely place! Everybody should give it a try. Oh, I promise this is the last thing, I almost forgot to mention how great their customer service is. They’re super friendly and helpful. Come support them whenever you’re in the area. No kitty :( The bubble waffle was unexpectedly good; it had a very fun texture of crispiness with a soft center. The milk tea I ordered with three toppings, but they all lacked flavor. Somehow the waffle with nothing on it was more flavorful. The woman was extremely hard working as she was the only one working to prepare every order.

So i don’t know who was working today but this lady that worked here seemed to me older/middle aged and she was being so weird with my order. I asked to sub the pearls for star jelly and she said they aren’t the same price but they are…and she said the drink comes like that and you can’t change it…the drinks are not premade and you can’t change it how you like especially if I did not want the pearls and I have in other locations changed it to something else and I had to pay more money for a drink I normally get with the topping substitution…took the joy out of my drink.
