This Subway is just another Subway but it's the one nearest me. I hadn't been to Subway in a pretty long time so I was somewhat surprised that they still have the spicy Italian.

A nutritional meal for a reasonable price. My private cook has two jobs so I treated her to a take home dinner. Spousal maintenance is critical! The restaurant industry is being hammered by supply chain problems and they need buisness. Subway is nutritional, fast an delicious!

Sandwiches were good, pretzel was inedible, it was over baked, burned in places and too hard to bite into. Kind of disappointed.

The sandwich was okay, but I got a lecture from my sandwich artist because he felt like I came to early to pick up my online order. I hadn’t even complained about waiting (it was like 2 mins.), but he still felt the need to go on about how I should look at the pick up time when I order online.

i live near by and i drive to the subway in Los Al ,the owner is very tight on the portions they give and the kids are trained to do the same and try to charge extra for what should be normal portions given , and there slow... making food ,they have 2 people that hussle and the others dont move fast

Don't waste your time at this store they don't honor coupons plenty of stores nearby that do.

The 2 had an attitude towards me. They seemed to have a serious personal issue. Asked questions and had a comment towards me. Never ever had such a bad experience.

MOLDY BREAD! Carmen Richards, the manager, claimed it was just a large fuzzy green seed; are you kidding me? My husband ate part of the sandwich, got extremely ill, went to urgent care where they had to give him a shot in his buttocks. I posted a picture with my receipt. Owner of the store never got back to me and corporate refused to do anything except refer me back to the store owner, who refuses to contact me. NEVER COME HERE!

Order a meatball sandwich and was told I could only put 3 vegetables on my sandwich because this kind of sandwich is not supposed to have any veggies on it.

Lack of customer service issue. I ordered soup, foot long, two chips and a large drink that I planned to eat during my Overnight Caregiving shift. I learned that the employee working was the manager(that's what she told me) and when I asked for a plastic bag to place all my items into she placed the bag on the counter and did not bother to help bag the food items. She proceeded to tell me that I did not need a plastic bag. I told her yes I do because I cannot carry two brown Subway bags plus my Overnight luggages into work. As I am explaining this to her she states I dont care about you or you traveling Overnight. I asked for my receipt and she said no she would not give it and she crinkled the receipt and moved it to the side of the money box. I asked for her name and she said she did not need to tell me her name. I asked for a refund due to poor customer service and she gave me a Voided receipt. I am not clear if the refund took place because Subway staff member turned off the lights inside of Subway, pointed and exclaimed, "Get out!!!" She mentioned she did not care what I had to say and I needed to, "Get out of her store". I'm really concerned about her behavior and Customer Service. I did not leave Subway feeling like a valued customer. I let her know that and she said she did not care.

I regularly eat at Subway and I love the food it is very healthy. But at this location at the corner of valley view and lampson I ordered a 6-inch sub and was told by the lady that I cannot add additional items when on my sub . I'll never return to this location this is the worst subway I've ever been to they hire employees that are from other countries that do not understand that customer service is number one keeping employees like this is going to destroy your customer loyalty and reputation.Never again wow I'm estatic rite now

The manager of this specific Subway is EXTREMELY stingy I am client of this store and always see how she is not willing to give cups of water for our ice or water, her sandwiches are poor in vegetables and limits her employees, worse behavior!!!!!
