Lovely small bakery where you can find variety of options for breakfast or brunch. My son often goes here for their macaron. They do sell Vietnamese noodles too. Come and try.
I need to say the food and drinks on point! The person that helped us was ready and kind at all times. I didn’t take pic of all the items we ate but I must say the baguette is one of the softest I’ve ever had! Number 1 in my book. We ended up getting a baguette with mixed greens and ham. A panini and the almond croissant! The croissant gets a WOW FACTOR!
I travel the world routinely, but this is my favorite place near home. They have amazing, Italian-quality cappuccino, great turkey panini, and french-quality baked goods. I often order a cappuccino, caprese panino, and an almond croissant. All three make for a very relaxed lunch. If you like traditional European quality coffee, come here. If you would rather sip on that American crap that's flavored with poison and is overly sweet, head next door. This cafe really does give quality European food and drinks. America is my favorite country (Italy no. 2 and Switzerland no. 3), but America, our home, needs more good quality caprese paninis like you get here. Seriously, I could eat here every week.
Baguette sandwiches that taste like Paris… Delicious and simple. I get the Jambon, ham and butter and I add lettuce and tomatoes. It’s perfection. Great pastries and delicious drinks, the yogurt iced blended with black sticky rice yum. Great coffee and breakfast.
We ordered baguette with ham and baguette with turkey (a healthier version), each costs $5.50. The baguette can be deceiving because it’s elongated but it is very skinny so the portion is quite small. The spacious coffee shop is divided into two sitting areas with one side serving lunch, pastries and smoothies while the other side serves strictly Vietnamese coffee. The interior is modern and clean. It is crowded for a weekday lunch. I guess the patrons really take their time to drink their coffee here.
I went there around lunch time, the place looks very clean, organized and beautiful. I tried the turkey panini with salad (the salad is just lettuce tho) it was good and the pastries are delicious. Will go back and try the coffee.
I found E Patisseria this AM and I will say, WOW! (as I did several times when I was there). I like everything about this new Cafe (6 months old). I met the gracious owner Elizabeth who shares with me that she is the designer also. The cafe is gorgeous, two artful rooms with plenty of seating to accommodate various sizes groups. They also have a nice patio in the back with additional seating at the front of the Cafe (which is Main St the old gentrified section of Garden Grove). The servers where very nice (I recommended a raise for both of them). They have an open kitchen (very clean and we'll organized). Plenty of Patisserie choices. E Patisserie also offers some interesting products and they have a bridal boutique to the back of the larger dining area. The Village area of Garden Grove is also very nice with plenty of shopping within a short walk from E Patisserie. You will enjoy your time in this feel good, feel very good Cafe de excellente!!! cmilton111 Google Guide 2.16.2018
i will drive to SF to get good kouguin amann but now I don't have to. This little hole in the wall pastry shop is the bomb!!! I ordered 4 to take home but I don't think there will be any left... Try it...you will wonder why you waited so long!!!
Excellent experience Being French, I was able to enjoy good French pastry as in my country ... Grow with taste butter and tasty puffs.. Warm welcome I became addicted 💯 To share maximum
I’m in love with their pastries, especially the durian mille crepe 10/10. Price is affordable. The store is nicely decorated 🥖🥐❤️
Cozy little cafe with great food and phenomenal service. I was brought by some friends for lunch and I was very impressed by everything. They have outside and inside seating but the outside has a pleasant feel to it. Nice little garden with comfortable spacious tables. Food wise, I got the smoked turkey panini along with the frogoto (I think that's the name of the drink) and a Vietnamese ices coffee. Everything was super delicious. The staff was just super helpful and welcoming. Honestly, that left me the best impression out of the whole experience because it is hard to find that these days. I just wish there were more restaurants like this one where you could thoroughly enjoy the full experience!

These pastries are absolutely FRESH AND DELICIOUS!! I’m not sure why they aren’t packed all the time. PHIN Smith is good and all but this place doesn’t get slough recognition. I had an amazing Dalgona coffee with the apple cheese croissant 🥐 soooo yumm! I’ve had the breakfast as well. You can tell they know what they are doing. Love this place!!
A gem in the heart of historic Garden Grove! The food is excellent and came out quickly. My girlfriend and I were especially surprised at the quality of the Baguette beef Stew (Bo Kho), it was definitely better than it had any right to be at a bakery. Highly recommend the Croissant Eggs Benedict as well, they put a cheese in it that synergizes perfectly with the whole thing. Prices at this place are great- you get solid portions without breaking the bank. Usually you can tell the "value" of a place by how their price their Cafe Su Da- here it's $4.50- quality food at great prices, you can't go wrong here!
A cute little bakery and cafe in downtown Garden Grove. I always get a tuna melt here, which comes with a flavorful salad.

I enjoy the pastries here and my kids love the dipping beef stew (Bo Kho). The owner is very nice too so give it a try and grab a croissant.

This patisserie is next to Phin Smith coffee house. There are many little things in this shop that are unique and also very tasty. I just ordered French Dip and it is almost perfect sandwich. Baguette is very crispy on the outside and soft inside. Dip can be a bit thicker soup but it was quite amazing. They also have pastries and macarons.
Great baked goods and pastries and the price is 👌 too. It's next to a bunch of cafe shops so I'm surprised it's not more popular. We try 2 macarons and 1 croissant and it's about $7. The macarons are slightly chewy but the flavor is average. The croissant has good crunchiness and the right of buttery taste. We will definitely come back to try other things.
I came for lunch one weekday with the intention of getting some cakes to try. Unfortunately they didn't have the ones I noticed in pictures and wanted to get. Whether the pictures are old or the cakes were sold out I have no idea. Instead I got a turkey and havarti baguette which was simple yet perfectly executed. It reminded me of sandwiches I ate in Paris! I also got a pain au chocolat, which I must admit I ate the next day for breakfast. It was delicious and I'm sure would have been even better if eaten the day of. Overall I enjoyed my experience and I'll be back to see if I can get the cakes I was after.

I didn't particularly enjoy the coffee and the croissant with eggs. But honestly the other stuff looked better and you may like it.
I would have given a good review though the crepes and takoyaki are frozen. But then our takoyaki came cold, and the octopus piece was FROZEN in the middle. The mango cheese crepe given was also not thawed out and hard as a brick, bent the fork. But flavor was good. The employee remade our takoyaki but it took over 10 minutes and I feel like it was a complete waste of our time.

They pride themselves on their food, but I never had a chance to try it before I canceled my orders. They charged me $18.00 for a breakfast plate with butter and jams, plus a cup of hot coffee. They even tipped me $2 into completely empty jars, which I thought would help them out. I asked for a piece of butter to put in my coffee, but the cashier said it couldn’t be done. They would charge me extra for it. I told them to cancel the order, but they refused. Finally, they gave me only $10.60 back. I took the $10 and threw the change into the tipped bowl and walked out. I’ll never return to such a low-class place!
Food is decent, slightly overpriced but for the area, its appropriate. Customer service is trash. I bought a cake slice and still couldnt use the restroom. The owner told us the restroom is "under repair". However 2 vietnamese customers came in after us and asked for the restaurant code in vietnamese and she gave them the code in vietnamese. My wife is vietnamese and understood this 3 minute exchange. Don't come here, take your money to another business that will appreciate their customers.
