This place has a great lunch special with thirteen different choices for $8.00. I had the Pad Woon Sen with chicken. This rice dish came with a small side salad and I thought the dish was very flavorful and just the right size. The restaurant space is very open and clean, with low lighting, and has many different types of seating options, which would make it good for large groups or families with children. Service was very attentive.
The food is amazing! The pad Thai is saucy and full of flavor. Amazing portions for everything! Their Thai tea is perfection. The service is top tier. They are happy to serve you and ensure a great experience.
My Husband and I came here from the bank and it was a good decision. Food was tasty, large portions, and it was all for a good price. I got the Tom yum house noodle with tofu and my husband got the orange chicken that came with a side of rice our check came out to be 21.02. Thank you and we will definitely be back again.
It’s safe to say that Fa-Sai Thai has new regulars. We ordered the pork larb, cashew nut, and green curry. Each one was so delicious and the service was really fast. Update: I’ve attached the menu for anyone wanting to place an order during these times. Support your local small restaurants (:
Best Thai food. We have been going there for 10+ years now.
A favorite place of ours when we are in the mood for Thai food. Their Pad Thai with chicken, chicken and shrimp fried rice and Thai coconut soup are my favorites and they’re delicious!!! They have a large selection of Thai food as well. The owners and service are always friendly, quick and attentive. The owners are so nice, it’s a pleasure to recommend this place. The restaurant is very casual, they serve generous portions, and reasonably priced, a very good value. Treat yourself to delicious Thai food at this restaurant!!!
Family went here for lunch and we each ordered from the lunch menu. I had the Pad Thai with tofu. It was very good, not greasy with the right amount of flavor. Everyone commented on how much they enjoyed their food also. The service was great and the price for our lunch was very reasonable.
Went here twice in the last couple of months. The second time was with my older sister and mom who are super good cook and very picky. And they both enjoyed the food. This a family owned business. The family that run the restaurant is very sweet and friendly. The food was really good, it reminded me of Thailand. The atmosphere is okay nothing special very basic but it’s clean. I would come back here again.
This place is my favorite. I love the food there, they prepare it just the way I order it, the portions are very good, and not to mention the flavor of each dish is unique. The owners are very nice people, especially the GIRL owner. the service is the best. I recommend them 100%.
So glad they're back!! Best Thai food and service in the city. Come here for the most delicious and warm meals!!
This place is AMAZING, the food is super good. First time trying this place and it won't be our last, even though we got there at the last hour of before closing, the staff was welcoming and happy to serve us. I wished I got their names but 7/5 stars. I would share pictures but the food was too good that it was gone before I knew it.
My favorite Thai place! Food is delicious, portion sizes are large, and prices are reasonable. Service is always on point. Some of my favorites are the Pad See Ew, Yellow Curry, Satay Beef, and Tom Yum Soup. My husband loves their Garlic & Pepper Beef. You can’t really go wrong with whatever you order. 100% recommend trying Fa-Sai Thai if you have not already!
I love this place. Their food is always good. I order the yellow cut all the time. It's my favorite. I've also ordered the pad wood Sen with beef also amazing. We've had the bbq pork ribs. Yes also really good. The owner are really nice. Great service, very friendly and fast at getting your food out. I come get a lot. I will take pictures next time. I have 2 toddlers with me so I try not to take my phone out otherwise it's covered in good from little fingers.
Very friendly staff. Good is delicious! Have been eating here for a long time! Had them cater for a family event too and their were very generous with the portion.
Pardon me for stating it this way, but, OMG!! I have to be careful about statements like this, but this is the best tasting curry I’ve ever had—and I fancy myself a Thai food (all Asian foods, frankly) aficionado. The red curry was just the right consistency, the flavor was incredible, and the rice on the side made this the perfect individual meal. I wish I’d taken better pictures prior to eating, but frankly, I wasn’t expecting this to taste as great as it did. Let the pictures speak for themselves… 😋
Food is good and authentic and the prices are great. They give you options on size for noodles/soups (S/M/L) and spice level on certain dishes. The medium is enough for two people. The food comes out quickly and the service is great. I recommend the coconut sticky rice with ice cream. An appetizer, four entrees and a dessert was under $90. They accept cash, Zelle, and card.
We have been there with two kids (6 and 9). The food ordered (pad Thai, Tom yum noodle, pad see ew and fried rice with chicken) were amazing! I have to say that even better that we experienced in Bangkok :) Restaurant crew very friendly:) totally recommend! Greetings from Poland
I’m happy that they are open again! I stopped by for lunch over the weekend, and the ambience was just as inviting as I remembered. The food is still savory, and the portion sizes are generous. The price range is reasonable as well. The staff is friendly, and the service is prompt. I also enjoyed the amazing Thai tea! However, I did notice they are no longer serving alcohol.
From the tantalizing Pad thai to the aromatic curries and the exquisite Fa Thai noodle dish, every bite was a burst of authentic Thai flavors. The mango sticky rice, with its perfect balance of sweetness and the Thai sausages, transported us back to the streets of Thailand. Having traveled to Thailand ourselves, we can attest to the premium quality and authenticity of the food prepared here. It's evident that the owner pours her heart and soul into each dish, ensuring they're made with love and using only the freshest ingredients. The staff's attentive and caring nature added to the vibrant vibe of the place, making it a must-visit destination for anyone craving authentic Thai cuisine. Highly recommended!
If you're looking for authentic Thai cuisine, Fa Sai Restaurant is a must-visit! The flavors are incredible, with standout dishes like the Thai sausage, which is perfectly seasoned and bursting with flavor. The Pad See Ew is a delicious blend of chewy noodles and fresh vegetables, while the Tom Yum offers that perfect balance of spicy and sour. Don’t miss the fried calamari—crispy and light, it's the ideal appetizer. And if you're a tea lover, their Thai tea and Thai green tea are fantastic; you can even customize the sweetness to your liking. What really sets Fa Sai apart is the warm atmosphere created by the owners. They are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home, enhancing the dining experience with their welcoming vibe. Supporting this small business not only means enjoying amazing food but also connecting with passionate people who truly care about their customers. Highly recommend giving Fa Sai a try!
Delicious homemade-style Thai food, great service, and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!
This is one of the best Thai I have ever had. I ordered Nam-Sod with Crispy Rice (medium spicy) and Pad Thai with Squid. The Crispy Rice was as good as the one served by the legendary Lotus of Siam, Las Vegas. The Pad Thai was excellent as well. The squid was fresh and I loved the sauce they use for the noodles. I will have to come back again and again. Update: we finally made it back after 2 years. We love the food just the same as last time. The lady was very friendly and helpful when we dined in.
Amazing food. Great service. As a person who has travelled to Thailand many times this food tasted so much like to local cuisine. The staff was very nice and was very complementary of our chopstick stills. One of the most affordable meals of our trip with each dish being $8. We hope to stop by very soon.
Great food and very reasonably priced. Spicy shrimp salad was done very well. Shrimp wasn't overcooked and rubbery as I've seen at numerous other restaurants. I don't live in the area but I will definitely find a way to come back.
Great family operation at this restaurant. Very authentic Thai food. I grew up in Southeast Asia, and their food taste exactly like the flavorful bbq chickens & sausages I usually got in Bangkok. Pad thai, Pad See Ew, Crab Fried Rice and Sausage are my go-to dishes. But please try all cause they have so many options. Oh and you will find your love when you get the Mango Sticky Rice. And did I mention their portion is generous, and price is AFFORDABLE starting at $8-$9 for appetizers like chicken wings? Now you know all
Review is on take out ONLY. I’ll start off by saying… JUST DO IT! Just go ahead and try this place, you will not be disappointed! We decided to come in person to place our to-go order since we couldn’t get through via phone. Turns out they were quite busy with phone orders this particular evening. As soon as entered, we were happily greeted and our order was taken. I do want to mention that I was surprised to see that they only take Cash, Venmo, or Zelle - no credit card. Luckily we had cash so no problem but just found it a bit odd. Total wait time from ordering to pick up: 12 min - not bad at all. We ordered the following: 1. Fresh Rolls with Tofu- came with 3 large rolls -A refreshing Appetizer with definitely a sizable portion. Personally, I absolutely loved the special peanut sauce which was a fusion flavor between peanut, soy sauce and maybe Teriyaki sauce? Not a 100% sure what’s in it, but it brought a whole new taste experience for someone who enjoys rolls! 2. Pad Woon Sen with Crispy Pork -Another fantastic dish! The flavor profile is very different from other Thai restaurants but in our opinion, whatever spices the chief is using, brought this dish to a whole new level! The best way to describe it is that it had a complex savory flavor without it being salty. The vegetable combination with the noodles definitely added to the overall profile. The only thing that wasn’t really for us was how crispy the pork was - it was probably a 8/10 on the crispy scale. While it wasn’t for us, we could definitely see why some would love it. 3. Orange Chicken with white rice - OMG, this was the absolute best orange chicken I have ever had! 1st, it was lightly breaded and each piece had a decent amount of real chicken - not like other places that are 90% batter 10% chicken - that alone gets two thumps up! Now 2nd, the flavor was not the out of a jar flavor you’d expect from some restaurants. In this case, you can tell it is made in house. The orange sauce, of course has an orange flavor but it also has a delicious buttery finish to it. The white rice was nothing different but in all honesty, it wouldn’t even matter if I had rice or not, the orange chicken just steals the show! This place has now become one of our favorites! I absolutely recommend it and will be back soon. Other notes: 1. As of 1/7/22 - While they are open to dine-in, the restaurant is currently limited to half the dinning seating and is spacing out patrons. Just a note for anyone wanting to come in during busy hours. 2. Leftovers still tasted fantastic after reheating it the next day.
I never write google reviews but I had to for this......SO GOOD. I ordered take out and got the pad woon sen( glass noodles) with chicken and an order of the chicken fried rice, both so fresh and delicious–great potion size, and was ready quickly. Friendly staff and clean restaurant. I've eaten a lot of Thai food between over her and Miami and I can tell you this place definitely earns its stars–defiantly coming back here whenever I'm in OC!!!!

This is my go-to Thai spot and it never disappoints. The appetizers are hands-down some of the best I’ve had, and the Pad Thai and Pad See Ew are always perfectly cooked and full of flavor. On top of the amazing food, the owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes every visit even better. Highly recommend!
This place is amazing! Delicious food with options for everyone. I’m vegan and they can make veg versions of basically anything that taste flavorful and delicious. The owner was so friendly and helpful and the employee was as well. The prices are also reasonable, with $9 daily specials. I’ve been twice this week so far!
This was my favorite spot for almost a decade when I lived in Anaheim. I’m now an hour away but I tried it again today and it does not disappoint. The portions are huge, the prices are very reasonable and the best tasting Thai food I have ever tried. It is still my favorite Thai place. They hooked me up with my take-out. Crab fried rice is A+, Tofu Tom yum soup is A-, Beef pad woonsen is A+ and the Satay chicken gets an A-. Wish I lived closer.
My go to Thai restaurant! The owner is so kind as well! I love their spicy pad see ew and crab Rangoon. The sticky rice and roti is super delicious too!
The best Thai food in Orange County! Their authentic food is so good that we have followed them from their first location in Anaheim some 15 years ago. Nicki and her husband are amazing cooks and people! The Pad Ki Mow and Pad Thai are so good, and the Masamun Curry with coconut is incredible. Finish it all up with a dessert of Sticky Rice with Mango or Coconut ice cream. They have a Wide variety of dishes that are made with fresh ingredients and spices. Highly recommended.

The service was on point. The food tasted alright to me. I can't complain. Pretty good lunch special deal.
I ordered the Crab Fried Rice, the Pad Thai Shrimp, Coconut Shrimp, and the Thai BBQ sampler which included chicken breast and leg, chicken satay and beef satay. Also ordered thai iced teas which always hits the spot. Hearty portions. Quaint and quiet.
A hidden gem in my neighborhood! It's a great casual Thai restaurant that satisfy your cravings for a decent price. Roti Curry: Get!!!! It was one of their specials on the board outside. Couldn't see it on their menu tho but it's 8 bucks. Very creamy savory and just so yummy on a warm buttery roti Pad thai: Get! For 12 bucks it's a pretty large portion and is tasty. I found myself adding the chili oil and pickled jalapeños for a fun kick tho Boat noods: Get Also a pretty large dish it was comforting and hearty. Their credit card machine was down or something so it was cash only at the time. A minor inconvenience but still an annoying one. Food: 8/10 Service: 6/10 Atmosphere: 6/10 Value: 7/10

My lunch was so disappointing. The cooking skills were lacking (practically raw big chunks of broccoli; stale, dry, cold tofu pieces; overcooked, rubbery rice noodles; a salad dripping with mayonnaise). The visual appeal of how the food was plated was also lacking. The porcelain plate was chipped (hello, bacteria!). There was no attention to detail, and no quality control. Despite these other very positive reviews, the place was empty on a weekday during the lunch hour, so it's apparently not very popular.
I ordered Hawaiian fried rices, Pad Thai, beef satay, and Tom soup with coconut milk. The soup taste nothing like TomYum only coconut milk taste. The Pad noodles was not good at all. I was very disappointed and they only accepted cash or Zelle without extra services charges. Credit card -add % fee regardless of the amount you pay. Adding meats also extra $. Won’t go back.
Food lacks essential Thai flavors. Portions are big but it's missing those great Thai flavors. Thai rice tasted like it had ketchup, pad see ew was bland. Soup was full of coconut cream and that's all you could taste. Fix the basics and you'll have great tasting thai food.
I bought 1 portion of Pad Thai and 1 portion of Hawaiian fried rice. The staff then told me it was $34.8. I gave $40 in cash, and they gave me back $5.6. When I requested a receipt, I found out that each portion costs $16 plus tax. I don't understand where the extra $2.8 came from. You can see it on the receipt. When I got home, I realized that the restaurant had overcharged me. Although it's a small amount, it can add up for many customers. I want to warn others to be cautious when going to this restaurant.
I just left this restaurant. They denied me access to use their restroom citing I am not their customer and that I was their only to pick up food. Who does that to delivery service folks? For the record I am a nurse and i know all about infection control and contamination. I explained to them i do this on the side and i will properly wash my hands and sanitize it bfr picking up the food. They rejected my request. I'm in awe cos this is the first time someone has done that to a grown adult. If this is how you treat people who help your business, i doubt how you treat people with dignity if they have no business in your premise. That begs the question, if you're so concerned about people using the bathroom, do you not use the bathroom too? When you do, i believe you wash your hands right? Which is the right thing to do for cleanliness and hygiene. So what difference does it make of me doing same? That's terrible! Do better! I don't do this 1 star review, but this is my first. "Treat people with dignity and respect."
I’ve been coming to this restaurant for a while, but unfortunately my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. My family and I went on Friday evening at 6:30pm. We ordered an appetizer and two entrees. After waiting an hour, the only thing we received were cream cheese wontons, which arrived cold. Meanwhile, tables that were seated after us were already eating their entrees. Since it was getting close to 8pm and we had somewhere we needed to be, we decided it would be best to leave. We went to the front to let the owner know we were leaving and that we were happy to pay for the wontons and our drink. The owner became very upset and began yelling at us, saying that when you come to a restaurant you need to wait and telling us we were not welcome back. He continued raising his voice, told us to never come back, and even followed us to the door repeating it while we were leaving. At no point were we disrespectful. We simply waited an hour for food, received a cold appetizer, and tried to pay and leave. I understand restaurants can get busy, but there is absolutely no excuse for a business owner to yell at customers, embarrass them publicly, and create such an uncomfortable environment for a family with a small child. Because of how this situation was handled, I am now looking into taking further action regarding this incident, such as filing a small claim. I hope the owner reflects on how customers are treated moving forward, because no one should have to experience this.
