Wingstop

Jasmine was the main cashier and she has amazing customer service. Her smile is so inviting and I like when you ask a question the worker actually knows the menu of the place they work at instead of saying ummm and asking someone else. She new her stuff and it wasn't just with me it was with others that came in. Anything extra requested she got it right away she was fast, efficient and genuine. Not to mention my food was great and yhe extra add on stuff I ordered was done right.

Great food here. I ordered for delivery and the food was still pretty fresh when I got it. The wings didn't taste stale like I thought it would. Usually, I would go pick it up, but I was busy with work today.

Delicious food and friendly service! The staff was swamped, though with a lot of orders. At least it shows you everything is made to order. Louisiana Rub was ass-spanking good! The fries aren't the best, but they complement the wings, well. This Wingstop is also rocking the Coke machine with all those flavors... the Freestyle, I think? It's nice.

Once thought it was weird to have wings for lunch but Wingstop really changed that perspective for me. The wings are good but some of the flavors are better than others. I personally enjoy the mango habanero and spicy Korean. However, the fries 🍟 are inconsistent because sometimes they come out slightly burnt and other times they come out fine.

Great place to find good wings with some good sides. Everything you expect to find in a wingstop. The only downsides in this place is the seating is awkwardly placed in the location. About 6 tables are right next to the restrooms. And make sure you check your sauces before opening, they tend to bring you the wrong sauce often.

I placed my mobile order through the Wingstop app and chose as soon as possible for the pickup time. I went with the 10 piece traditional wings with 5 lemon pepper and 5 original Hot. It said my order will be done in 15 or 20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later and my food was ready for pickup. I found parking alright since I came before lunch and the interaction I had with the worker was great. The lemon pepper was great but I felt they overcooked the original hot because it was more on the dryer and hard texture side. Overall I like the wings that I ordered, I didn't ask for ranch since they charge for it now.

They have a good variety of flavors to choose from. Their ranch is like "crack" sauce accompanied with their skin on fries can be your excuse to check it out. One major drawback is the design flaw that this chain has. The ordering area is too cramped and small. There's lack of seating in or outside while waiting for your order. I feel the prices are pretty high for quantity you get. But no more expensive than their competition.

Ordered through Door Dash hoping to be in and out quickly. Brought it home and Im missing part of my order. It’s not a big part but it was still part of what I ordered. I guess they’ll only get it right if you actually order there than through a service. Food was nice and hot, 3 stars for that.

The food was okay, the wait was a bit long just sitting there, also pretty weird eating something that got on your hands like crazy, and ended up giving this brown cheap paper. Can you guys afford just basic napkins at 99c store or something? Love the garlic wing, and the food was hot and good, just need more employees, more tables, and faster cooking. Plus there's only one fountain, so there's almost always a line.

Good was good but service wasn't good at all had to wait for the wrong order first then had to wait for the order to be corrected double the time. They make it up with 10 wings. Yeah I don't think so it toke them an hour and 20 min for a 15 wings order really.

When I went the first time the employees were nice, had high energy, and helped me with the menu. The second time the woman who 'helped' me was rude and did not have customer service skills. The food is good. The wait is a bit long, however when the food is made semi-fresh that is to be expected.

Everything is good other than calling to place orders. If you ever want to call to place orders, ask to speak to a real person because the AI call responders take a long time after every question and they might tell you its closed when its really not.

First time, cashier was very patient to help me choose. When arrived home, fries were extremely limp, soft and not warm (1star), veggies 4carrot and 3 celery sticks(4stars), 6piece wings bone in, did not meet my expectations, overcooked, dry and some were bit burnt.

Ordered take out Meal for 2, it said 15 wings but when we opened and counted at home, only 14 wings. The employee was totally incomprehensible, neither me or husband understood what he was saying, and we didn't even have complex orders. Flavor is indeed "fast food" type. Meh.

Small piece at $2.5 each for these dry chicken tenders is quite expensive.

I will give this location for 1 start of bad customer service for night shift. You order, you paid but can’t pick up your foods because you don’t have DoorDash app on your phone .

This location was great until I received an order that wasn't cooked fully and was RAW. Employees need to be retrained before someone gets sick from eating raw chicken such as a small child that wouldn't know the difference. Will not be eating at this location anymore. Food safety is clearly not being followed by employees.

The food was good, but the entire time we were there they were playing music over the loud speakers that had nothing but bad words. I was there with my 9 and 12 year old. I had to go to the counter and ask them if they really had to play that kind of music. So they said they had to ask the manager. They eventually turned down the volume. But the manager never came out and said anything. I cant believe that wingstop encourages this type of music. And that they really don't care about creating this type of environment.

Worst customer service. We ordered 4 meals and got 3 fries and we had to wait 20 mins for our last one. Just because some lady said she forgot. And we had been standing there waiting for a while. They have lack of communication and when we finally got the fries, they had no seasoning. Never coming back again.

I saw a employee cleaning the soda machine. She took out the flavor containers and when she took out the containers they looked like dirty tar, my view when i was expecting a nice cold drink (yuck). So i left with no drink shaking my damn head in dissapointment and didnt get the drink that i paid for. Went home to eat the wings i ordered for my family and I and when we were done we all got sick and got diarrhoea. My experience on this.

Waited over 30 minutes for 23 wings. Saw many order after me and get theirs before mine. Not coming back, I'll just go to another location Edit: They lost my ticket order. I was told ~18 minute wait. I was patient for an additional 10+ minutes seeing how busy it was. They hadn't even started making them til I asked where was my order. I wasn't offered any compensation for having to wait even more. I'm not coming back and I'll spread the word

I came in yesterday the service Was ok but man my wings that came out the were Cold and dry and the wait time for 20 minutes is crazy amout for 10 pice bone in wings , I have been here in the past but im not sure whats going on and me as a cook chef no food should be serve cold and dry, the cooks are sending the orders and not focusing on quality. Like how i say if you want a good reviews wingstop at least do better

On Oct 1st I ordered delivery at 11:15 PM with a scheduled delivery time of 12:03. At 11:57 I received a text that my order was canceled with no other information. I noticed my card was charged (pending) so I gave it a few days to drop off, but it cleared. Wrote a yelp review and corporate reached out and offered the typical BS, but all I want is my money back. I called the store manager and he explained there was a power outage and the situation was beyond their control trip and they have already processed my refund. Okay fine. I can accept that as an answer, but as of the 16th of October I still haven’t received my refund, nobody has reached out to solve the problem, and now I’m pissed. So, this store cancels my order 45 minutes after I ordered it, right as they were closing, and failed to refund my money in spite of them assuring me they did so. Not cool. They still owe me $32.12 for an order I never received.

The workers forgot the fries and so I got home to eat my food then I saw it was missing so I called them to let them know and told me I could come back to get my fries and they did nothing to compensate me. My mother had to drive us all the way back after we got home and she works hard and I could see that she was tired and I was too. The service today felt terrible today I hope they don’t mess up my order again.
