Pretty good first time at Wing Stop it was a pretty good experience will definitely comeback! Got the Mango Habanero and Korean BQ Wings boneless w fries and drink tasted really good sweet and spicy is my thing!
I ordered online and I when I arrived there was 4 or maybe 5 people at the front but the guy asked me if he could help me, the girl closes to me didn't even acknowledge me but the service was good. Received my food and ran out the door. Sandwiches was good
Got to love some wingstop. If you Haven't tried them by now, then you Haven't experienced life. No one makes better wings then this place. I'm so addicted to those lemon pepper wings that they can just shoot the juice into my veins, lol. They have many flavors but the lemon is my go to. Stop on by, you won't be disappointed.
I see a lot of complaints on this place but my husband and I have been several times and have never had a problem. The people that wait on us are always nice. They get our order right every time and the food is always warm and tastes like it should. Not soggy or hard. Always seems fresh when we get it. I don't think I have had a bad experience with them at all. They don't take super longntonget the food out to you and we always do take out. My husband and I get the bone in wings lemon pepper and Louisiana rub. We even got cheesy fries and they were awesome.
Food great but customer service was surprisingly weak. Girl at register was more concerned with cleaning her fingernails with a push-pin while taking my order, barely making eye contact the entire time. When I left I said thanks to two people and they both ignored me. It was rather surprising.
I gave them a 2 star because wingstop typically is a good restaurant is just this location that gives the franchise a bad name. The fries were noticeably old and as well as the wings they were dry i even called them to make them extra wet. This has been an ongoing issue in this location
When you have kids working and running, your business, customer service is out the door. 🚪 Unfortunately, kids do not have the customer service skills that one should possess when they’re working the front I had asked for extra seasoning on my fries and I wanted my chicken to be well done. Neither was done. This was on my ticket and it was on my online order when I was ordering. They are not reading the tickets therefore they are not getting the orders, correct. On top of it when you bring it to the kids attention, they look at you like you’re crazy, don’t apologize nothing! When I brought it to her attention that my fries didn’t have any seasoning on it yet yeah they put seasoning on it after my fries were already cooked. Of course the chicken wasn’t well done like I had asked for when I was making my online order. Nahhhh —— The food is good but customer service is horrible And they don’t make your order right!!! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
horrible wingstop location i ordered my fries to be extra crispy and extra seasoning and they didn’t so either!! and when i went to pick up my food there was nobody attending the cash register when there where a group of dumb looking men standing around the kitchen talking nonsense and just looking, nobody helped me till a nice young lady came the register. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!! i hope this location gets shut down
Dear Wingstop Corporate Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the treatment my group and I received at one of your Wingstop locations. We had chosen this restaurant as a meeting spot to enjoy your food and conduct a brief, quiet card hand-out among our team. purchased food and were paying customers, and we made sure not to disturb other guests or block any area of the restaurant. However, the manager approached us in a hostile and unprofessional manner, immediately accusing us of “advertising” and threatening to call the police if we did not leave the premises. We attempted to explain that we were simply meeting and had bought food like any other customers, but the manager refused to listen or engage in a reasonable conversation. The tone was confrontational and dismissive from the start, which left everyone in our group feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. This experience was both embarrassing and upsetting, especially given that we were legitimate paying guests. We have always enjoyed Wingstop’s food and atmosphere, and this incident was far below the standard of service we’ve come to expect from your brand. I’m requesting that this matter be reviewed and addressed appropriately. It would mean a lot to receive confirmation that Wingstop values respectful treatment of all customers, regardless of why they are meeting—as long as they are following store policy and being courteous. Please feel free to contact me if additional details are needed. Thank you for your attention to this serious matter.
Service is super slow, never find your order they check 2/3 times before they do. The guy in front stands there and argues with customers instead of trying to help them. My order has been wrong twice, not waiting for a third. Buckingham location was a great location now it is terrible!
Placed order on line at 4:50 to be picked up at 9:50 when I got there order was not ready Katlyn said it would be 20 minutes to be ready I received my order 10:45 and she was rude and had no traning or customer service on how to talk to customers in general I can imagine her talking to people the way she was with me I will never go back to wingstop there honor on online orders is not trust worthy planned a boxing watch fight with family to watch Crawford and Canelo fight just made it on time to watch and eat I spent $150.00 on food
The black lady with the red hair is extremely rude!! Do not come here!! Then she’s just on her phone!! My mom ordered lemon pepper and mango habanero and they gave her Louisiana rub and we informed the lady three times that her order wasn’t right and this lady was extremely rude to us for no reason
We ordered 2 combos 10 piece to go we got to our room opened the bag the hole bag they put the food in had grease we open the styrofoam container both were full of grease wing were saturated with greases we did not even eat them they looked disgusting strongly advised not stopping here to eat it to go very poor performance I will never come back here again and strongly recommend that nobody else does either keep going don’t wast your money here u will be throwing away your food I guarantee that !!!!
I sent my wife to get my delivery we had placed beforehand because we know holidays are busy. Not only do we respect the hard work and service, food service places put in but this restaurant in particular was just… I mean I saw them shut the door on my wife’s face as she waited outside in the cold rain to get the food. They weren’t letting anybody in at 8:00Pm which is when I had my pickup ready. They close at 10. I placed my order at 6:35Pm. On that note it’s fine but the man that received us at the door was rudely speaking to my wife in an annoyed manor while rolling his eyes. Apart from the disrespect the food was cold and just tossed in the bag. There was only 2 bags left waiting. They closed early with the half ahh food. Crazy.
The cashier had an attitude as soon as I began ordering. She tried to correct my husband and myself about the meal we ALWAYS order at any Wingstop we go to. She got an attitude because we told her that the menu that we're looking at in store only shows it has the (meal for 2 that comes with a 15pc wings. She asked me if I wanted the 12 or the 15 piece combo I told her I had no idea there was a 12 piece I always get the 15 piece anyway she said "well it shows it here in my system it doesn't have to be on the menu but that's what they have and my husband showed her thee in store menu and told her this is all that's listed and she didn't even know their own menu. She seemed irritated that we corrected her right back due to the little knowledge of her knowing the menu that thee customers can see not what they have in their system because us being a customer we wouldn't know what's in their system. So that was that... Then I continue to order my lemon hot and lemon pepper wings with specific instructions that I would like my lemon hot wing "wet and w/ extra lemon pepper seasoning, and my lemon pepper wings with extra seasoning. I will post the photos of my disappointing order that I didn't even eat due to it not being what I ordered and so my friend ate it and it made her so sick I will never order food from this location. Little by little Wingstop is getting cut out of. Mine and my family's got to for wings I've tried so many of them and have had negative experiences at MOST.
Don't expect anyone to greet you for curbside pick-up. We waited 10 minutes before going inside instead. Were told it would be 10 more minutes to wait. 10 more and no food. STILL had to go back in and wait... only to be told 'we will bring it out' and THEN find out the food was sitting out the whole time. So 30 minutes wasted for cold food and poor customer service. Yay. *And the order was wrong. Car beside us waited 20 minutes and nobody ever checked on them. Bet they loved spending their money on quality service too. There is one perk... you can buy balloon shapes outside their door to cheer you up.
I’ve ordered from this wingstop plenty of times before. Today I Ordered extra crispy wings with an extra side of dipping sauce(which I paid for and didn’t get). Wings were not extra crispy at all. They were very chewy as if they were sitting in cold grease for a while. Called and asked to get my order remade. Was told no because the cook said they cooked the chicken an extra 5 minutes. Obviously that’s a lie and if so the grease was not hot to begin with or too much chicken was added causing the grease to cool. I DONT EAT CHEWY CHICKEN and am not eating this PERIOD. Was then told if I brought the uneaten chicken back they’d remake my order and hung up in my face. I’ll come get my wings but this will definitely be my last time ever going to this location and I will tell everyone about my experience at this location.
