Quick service but ordering ahead at FRONT counter is a must. Chefs like salt so if you don't want or like lots of salt speak up before they make your meal. Taco Bowl was like 2 pounds of meat. It was excellent. The tacos are always fabulous as well. Easy in easy out. Street tacos.

Great food the best street tacos. All made from scratch. Great staff. They work hard Early in morning to chop up fresh.

Don’t be fooled by the gas station location. My first taco stop in Texas while I am visiting. Absolutely delicious. I had nachos and it was probably the best I have ever had. 100% recommend!

I've been ordering online for pickup just about every month since June 2024. The mailing list always sends me a coupon every 1-2 months. Even without the coupon it is a good price. I order 60 tacos and some sides for 20+ employees. The trompo and barbacoa tacos are good and juicy. We got carnitas one time, and it was dry. Not a big beans and rice fan, but people like them. They give you plenty of green and red sauce. We get a good portion of limes, chopped onion/cilantro, grilled whole pepper and onions. There a 50/50 chance that the green sauce will be spicier than the red, but it's very tasty. The total is always under $160. Never had any issues picking up the order--we will continue to go there.

I often order the 3 tacos plate with barbacoa and it never disappoints. My favorite mexican place in the whole area. Their verde sauce is absolutely amazing, especially with a fried burrito. Great prices too. Love it.

Ordered the 3 taco plate with fries and loved it all (also comes with fixingsthat you cant see in the photo). To be honest it was one of the best spots I ate at during my travels to the area, which was surprising. You order at the gas station cashier counter, which a nice patron told me since I couldn't see the sign. Then the gas station cashier rings you up and the order automatically goes to the taco shop seamlessly to work on the order. I NEVER eat at gas station food spots but gave this a chance for a quick dinner and was fully satisfied. My only suggestion for Gordos Tacos would be to work on the customer service skills (a smile or acknowlegement of some sort like a hello would suffice). But would definitely recommend this spot for lunch or dinner.

It was very unbalanced with the heaping amount of chicken inside the tortilla. The fries were on point and seasoned well. The sauces were good and the sour creme was like authentic crema. I thought it was just okay and may or may not return due to the $9.00+ price point on each item. It's not terrible, but there are better taquerias in the area.

The taco meats are always good but the flour tortillas are always hard, sometimes burnt. This is my second time out of 3 times. Maybe I’ll get corn tortillas next time and see how that goes.

Tacos were okay. Male employee/cook was rude. The lady, was was more helpful but there is a language barrier, unfortunately. There should be a sign by the taco counter telling people to order at the front of the store.

The food here isn’t that awful but pretty mid. Just got home with a wing plate and got sour cream to dip the wings in. Must be what they do in Mexico, idk.

Order rice and bean I got double rice. The rice had no flavor at on very plain. Taco was okay not enough onion and cilantro.

I would give the zero stars if I could. I ordered three taco plate. They only put enough meat in it for two of the tacos. They did not give me but a half a teaspoon of onions and cilantro, and I’m very small Serrano pepper the beans and rice were good as always, and the lime Was dry and did not have any juice in it. This location‘s food and service has gone downhill. I am very disappointed because their food used to be so amazing. I forgot to mention how dry and unseasoned the steak tacos were when they are normally full of flavor and so delicious.
