Lea was amazing and so sweet. We enjoyed our visit very much. She was. Very cautious about my food allergy and made sure we were well taken care of. She is the picture of what great customer service is.
On 9-5-2023, I dinned in this Subway for lunch today and everyone was super professional and made my whole dining experience a very pleasant one overall. I highly recommend you go and visit Nicole and her staff, if you happen to be Garland at Northwest Hwy, area. The location was clean, professionally managed and dinning there was a very pleasant experience, I think everyone expects when you eat in any Subway. The thing that most impressed me was even though it was busy management took time to acknowledge every customer coming in the door.
I am a Veggie Delight lady, as I don't eat meat I didn't cook. Not a Vegan. The veggies were "DELIGHTFULLY" CUT, appeasing to the eye, fresh and what I needed in a low blood sugar episode. If you are craving Subway on this side of town, give them a try. Best $6.19 I've spent at any Subway in years. Thanks to the ladies there this morning 07.22.24.
They offer what they advertise, and I had great service from a really sweet woman who greets everyone who comes in the door. It definitely made me smile and feel important. She was also extremely helpful and polite letting me know that I didn't have to wait through the whole line to ask for a drink. Very lovely people doing their jobs well, especially her bright self.
I’ve been coming to this Subway every week for more than 3y and the Manager Nicole is absolutely great. She definitely knows how to keep customers. She’s very professional. The rest of the staff is very good too.
Iverson is such a sweet young gentleman. I asked for my sandwich extra toasted but my mistake on that. He made it over for me.

The service was okay however they need to wash their hands after handling credit cards and money. They shouldn't just grab gloves and put them on whatever's on the outside of the hands is now on the gloves. I do not like nasty restaurants or poor customer service. I think people need to be mindful that they are being watched.

Used Subway's Ap for the first time for lunch. No.1 the BOGO50 code did not work for this restaurant. No. 2, I order the turkey bacon guacamole sandwich, only removed the green peppers. Picked up a sandwich without guacamole (which is the main reason I ordered this sandwich) and no dressing. Very disappointing experience.

I don’t like my food for today they did it not make it good there’s mayo all over the bread and I cannot even hold it when she’s parking the food put it on the floor without using bag she put the bread on the floor and then Larry and she put the turkey on the floor too

They added lettuce to my WARM meatball sandwich. Who wants warm lettuce? They didn’t give me my American cheese nor my Parmesan I asked for. The sandwich is a big mess. Not coming back to this location, and I wish I could take back my tip. Absolutely disgusting. My husband picked up, and had to wait an extra 40 minutes because they had a “queue of backed up sandwiches” even though it said the orders were ready to be picked up (we did two separate orders). His bread also looked undercooked. Pictures are of my sandwich, husband’s recipe and my receipt where I did NOT order lettuce

First I had to make the lady take the fly out of my Sandwhich . Thank god I was watching it being made every second . None of the food is covered ! Angelica or Angelina is always rude , I’m usually having a good day and don’t let petty stuff like this get to me but she’s constantly rude to other customers and my self personally . So I have ordered take out two times now from this subway and both times the staff has messed up the order. I paid for more meat, cheese, and avocodo and got neither. When I walked in both times the staff was just sitting around talking to one another with multiple unfinished sandwiches on the table, it seem to me at least that they simply either can't read an order properly or ignore what is on the order and doesn't care if the customer is sitting there waiting while they talk about random things and not their job. Never order from the app at this location unless you want less than what you paid for, always go in and order to make sure they get it right.
Awful employees and awful sanitary conditions. A woman served my sandwich and she wasn't even wearing gloves. I had to accept that sandwich for that time, but I wouldn't go again in these unsanitary subway location.
We went in for dinner on Sunday evening about 6:30pm. Not busy at all. There were 2 customers and 2 workers. One of the ladies behind the counter bluntly stated:” ummmm… ma’am, we are really busy and you’re gonna have to wait” we didn’t even get greeted. She was very rude. I stated-“ so what you’re saying is you would like for us to leave?” She said- “if you want”. The tables were dirty and just felt very unwelcoming. So disappointed that Subway poor service. I just wouldn’t come back to this one.
Very bad staff, I will give them 0 stars if I could. The old lady working there is rude, they treat you like if they are giving your food for free.
I called and spoke to The store manager Nicole. Nicole was super rude on the phone and hung up on me as I was still speaking. They charged me online and she said she had not received order. She told me not her problem and that I had to call the app? This place needs a better store manager with CUSTOMER SERVICE. I never raised my voice or get rude and this Nicole lady was quick to hang up.

Just went in and an Hispanic lady (they refuse to give me her name) was super rude and was so mean to the new guy (white guy that just started) I wanted to substitute the tomatoes and get cucumber but she said NO! Even if I was able to pay extra, she just said NO and there was a bad smell like if something is rotten, definitely not going there again.

Today their customer service sucked. The MANAGER was extremely rude. I told them when I got my food that they ran out of sweet tea a little over half of my large cup. 30 mins later when I was done eating nothing had been done. I asked the manager were they going to make more or give me a refund since I didn't get my large drink worth, she said you can take some other tea and add sugar to it. At that point I said oh now I want a full refund and I won't be coming back. She replied good don't come back. I will be finding her manager and having a work about her.
