We had clients from Japan with us. The restaurant was very busy. The service was attentive, the food was tasty as expected, and the atmosphere was, well, Texas. Our guests had filets and "big beers" and enjoyed all of it.

Graduation party... awesome service, great music, and obviously yummy 😋 food. We had cactus 🌵 blossom for the appetizer. I ordered the New York 12oz strip with 2 sides. And the Mr has the 6oz sirloin with 2 sides. Half of both plates had to be taking to go. We were sooo full. Happy belly happy heart ❤️

We were celebrating our 45th Wedding Anniversary, my daughter, grand-daughter & great-grandson joined us. We had a good time spending with each other. Our food was delicious & enjoyed every bite.

Went to pick up a to go order tonight and while I was waiting my car battery died. Tiffany and Tony as well as everyone else at the curbside pickup were amazing in helping me get my car jump started and were exceedingly understanding and patient even when I absent-mindedly turned the car back off and needed to have it jump started again. Thank y'all so much for everything from the great food to the extraordinary service!

My husband and I had dinner here tonight and as always the food was fantastic! The main reason I wanted to leave this review was because we had the most sweetest, caring and thoughtful server named Mindi. I wanted to tell the manager before we left but they were crazy busy. If you have a chance to have a wonderful dinner definitely ask for Mindi to be your waitress. Best steak I've had in years! Excellent service, excellent value, steak cooked exactly perfect. There's a deal that gets you a steak and 2 sides for 11.99 early in the afternoon, and they also gave me a free appetizer for next time. 10/10

This restaurant is easily my favorite. Those rolls,ribs and Rita’s are unparalleled! Really good customer service from the moment I walked in to leaving. There are so many specials that you can take advantage of during certain hours. I would definitely recommend going here only on an empty stomach,their portion size will fill you up!

I really like the staff at this location. Seemingly very community driven as well. I ate about 42 rolls and nobody batted an eye. Got a steak and double salad as the side. The salads are not a focus at a steak place, but its always fresh and crisp veg here. The honey mustard is awesome as well, not the weird kind.

We came in to celebrate our children's birthdays. It was an incredible experience! The food was fantastic, and the service was even better. Our server, Dyana was prompt to handle our requests with a smile. We had a party of eight and she was patient while taking our orders and helped us get everything just right. She kept the drinks full, and helped us with to-go boxes. This was our first time at this location and it was all we could have hoped for. There are two other Texas Roadhouse's perhaps a little closer, but the Garland site did not disappoint.

No wonder this TR is so successful, its people like the SM Kristen, who just happened to walk up on me unfortunately pulling a small hair off my steak. It’s not ideal, but I guess it’s happened so many times in my life it’s not a big deal, S happens. We were seated in a reasonable time, with one of their short high chairs for the 2 year old. Our server was friendly and efficient. Food was plated and cooked well. We ordered the herb grilled chicken, mini cheeseburgers, 2 steaks, an appetizer and assorted sides. Probably won’t get the mini cheeseburgers for my child again as she didn’t touch them. Their huge nuggets are a great alternative.

This location does stood up for its good reviews. We joined the waiting list and was seated within 10 minutes. Recommended to join the waiting list which saved 30 minutes of wait time. There were many times different servers went to check on our table. The bread with cinnamon butter is what made Texas Roadhouse stands out. We had ribeye and fillet. Strawberry margarita was good too. The bread arrived hot at our table is what make this restaurant special.

I arrived at 5pm and the restaurant was already packed. I was pleasantly surprised to be seated at a booth as a single dinner by the hostess who also left warm, soft, delicious rolls with cinnamon butter on the table. My friendly waitress appeared within seconds to take my drink order. I explained to her it was my 1st visit to a Texas Roadhouse so I would need some time to figure out what I wanted other than a diet coke ! A couple minutes later another lady appeared at my table as she heard it was my first visit and she offered me me a small sample of their house made chili which was extremely tasty. I finally decided on the filet, rib combo with fried mushrooms, Ceasar salad and baked potato. My salad came out almost immediately and it was nicely chilled with fresh crisp lettuce. The dressing could have used a little more zing (lemon, anchovy, garlic or stronger Parmigiano) but overall it was good and a nice size portion. In less than 10 minutes my main meal was delivered. The steak was perfectly cooked and the ribs were fall off the bone tender. The potato was also perfectly baked but disappointing was the salt rubbed outside, which prevented me from eating the skin. A second diet coke appeared on my table without me even asking my lovely server and the next thing I knew my bill was rung up all within me being there only 30 minutes. They have their system down like a well oiled machine but it just seemed a little rushed. I will definitely return but perhaps mid afternoon to avoid the dinner crowds. Amazing customer service

The ribeye was cooked perfectly and they even asked you to cut it open to see if its the way you like it. For the price, nothing beats Texas Roadhouse when it comes to steaks and value. They even provide unlimited fresh bread with some good yummy sweet butter. Highly recommended

Everything thing was delicious tonight! Steaks were cooked to perfection. We had a filet, NY strip and a bone-in ribeye. Ribeye best flavor but too much fat for me I love the filet! Update: another delicious meal with great service.

We love it here! The food, the atmosphere and most of all, the customer service. Victoria the manager was extremely helpful and gracious when I made a change to my order. Our server Gabby was very attentive and friendly. All of this even though it was a very busy Sunday afternoon. We will be back, we a found another place to look forward to for a great lunch or dinner date. Also, can’t recommend the waitlist enough; no wait upon arrival.

Our server, Leslie, was such a delight! Very kind and attentive. She has wonderful menu knowledge and even had a few suggestions for us as we were indecisive. Texas Roadhouse still provides the best stake and ribeye experience in Texas. One thing about this food chain is the consistency in quality and taste over time in different locations. What’s stopping you from giving them a try? Don’t forget to check their awesome barbecue ribs, so tender and fall-off from ribs experience. Lots of beautiful sides to choose from. Customer service is always great, I always recommend Texas Roadhouse.

My very first time coming here, we got there and it was a 1hr 40 min wait, which was very understandable late night weekend, I was so excited I didn’t even feel the wait time pass by 🥰 we got a very sweet server, and the dinner rolls with butter were so delicious I ended up eating almost 8 . First time visiting today for an early dinner, and I was very impressed with how organized the staff is. The place is very popular among the locals. This restaurant stays busy no matter what time u arrive, I highly recommend getting on the wait list if it's later in the evening and especially weekends. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. I absolutely had a great time dining in this establishment. The food was delicious. I had the herb crusted chicken with steam vegetables and steak fries. The chicken was so moist and perfectly cooked and seasoned, fries were perfect, and the vegetables as well. I will definitely return very soon to try other items on the menu! The rolls were nice and hot, and the butter was to die for. The mango margarita is also very good. Overall, it was a wonderful first-time experience for me, and I will definitely return to try other items on their menu. There's lots of booths and / or tables to choose from for seating. The restaurant does have a full bar in the middle, and u can also choose ur own steak near the front of the restaurant prior to being seated if u choose to. They play nothing but country music in this establishment, so do keep this in mind if it's not your jam. The music plays slightly on the louder side, so it can be hard to hear sometimes while having a conversation. Bar area has large screens where u can enjoy sports games during your dining experience. This place stays busy from opening to close.

A M A Z I N G! I celebrate here my birthday with my family, while we travel in Dallas,TX. My husband picked a few steakhouses, and we stopped our choice on this Texas Roadhouse. We were absolutely impressed! First: this is a very busy steakhouse, people come here and waiting while tables will be available. Parking lot was full. As a person who likes to plan everything as early as possible, I called this place when they opened and asked them for a table reservation. The girl, who answered me, told me that better for me to call one hour prior to our visit, and we should arrive sharp on time. So I did this. When we came, we waited maybe 5-7 min until our table was ready. The place is very authentic and clean. The staff is very friendly and nice. We ordered and got our food pretty fast, which makes us really happy. The sizes of portions are normal. The stakes were delicious!!! Salads, sides, cocktails, green beans....everything yummm! We really enjoyed this food! They also made special Texas congratulation for me with "YEEE HAWWW'! We ordered 3 stakes, 2 salads, 1 kid meal, 1 appetizer, and 2 cocktails for 3 adults and 4 children (11yo, 8 yo, 3yo, 1yo) and paid around $120. Thank you Texas Roadhouse! You made my birthday and become one of my favorite places to have a Texas stake! Definitely recommend this place!

I ordered to go for my best friend’s ( my dog) last meal. I had mentioned it over the phone while placing the order. The guy ( I don’t know his name) that brought my order out offered his condolences and was very kind. I truly appreciate the kindness, it goes a long way. The food was good, I did sneak a bite before offering it to my boy. Service was fast, correct, taste great and friendly.

Mia was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly professional. She made sure our drinks were always full, checked in at the perfect times, and had such a positive attitude the entire experience.

I was craving their Chicken Critter salad with extra egg and extra honey mustard that is MY FAVE. I love it so much that I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes to be seated. I also love their complimentary bread with their delicious butter. Our Server was so nice and very attentive, I hate I forgot her name. I most definitely will go back to this location for my Salad Craving. I did taste their Rib Eye Steak and that too was delicious. So if you're in the mood for a Good Steak. I'd stop by.

We tried this place one evening for dinner. We were greeted at the door and seated right away. They were very busy. Our server came and got our drink order. We also know what we wanted to order and proceeded to give him our order. I ordered the 12oz filet and my partner ordered the Ribeye. My filet was cooked to perfection as was my partners. Both the steaks were very tasty and tender. Our server was outstanding as well as the Manager who came by to make sure we were enjoying the food. We have been to many Texas Roadhouses all over the country but this is one of best run restaurants in the entire chain. The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms. The dishes were removed as we finished so no piled up dishes. We will return to this Texas Roadhouse again and again.

I did order a family pack meal and it was a little mess up, (not Briseyda fault), but I talked to the manager, Christina and she so caring and understanding! We travel further to go to this location over the Rockwall one because this location always nails the cook and always has great service. Our favorite server there is a gentleman by the name of Allen and I hope he's commended for it! He makes us feel right at home and is always attentive. The restaurant had a lively atmosphere and felt welcoming from the moment we walked in. - Very family friendly with good kids meal options - Wait staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond (thank you Rylie) - Prices are reasonable and the steaks are good for the price - They do not take reservations, but you can call ahead to join the wait list - We called about two and a half hours early and that helped a lot - Even on a Monday night it was packed when we arrived - The complimentary rolls are excellent and a great bonus Overall, it was an enjoyable experience with good food and great service, and I would definitely recommend planning ahead and giving it a try.

We haven't been to a Texas Roadhouse in quite a few years. Mostly because I was not impressed with them. My daughter convinced me to go to this Roadhouse. We were greeted kindly and went straight to the table. Warm rolls in hand and the server was ready to rock n roll. She was fantastic!!! One of our meals was the Porter House T-Bone and it came out perfectly medium. It melted in our mouths! We also had the beef tips and sirloin w/shrimp. All of it exceeded my expectations. I can honestly say... I'm back in the saddle again... LOL. Enjoy folks, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Texas Roadhouse for a special evening.

My niece turned 12 today. She picked Texas Roadhouse ribs. A little back story, her dad, my brother passed away 2 months ago today, this is her first birthday without him. Kristina, the service manager, went above and beyond to make sure she had a great experience. She checked in on us a few times, and was the kindest person ever. Our server, Tony, was just as good. This place opens at 4pm. The food is delicious. Love their complimentary rolls and butter. Love their blooming cactus onion. And the ribs and baked potato and steaks are so so good.

I celebrated my birthday here with my family. The food was delicious, but there was one thing I had an issue with was my 20oz steak wasn't cooked the way I asked. I asked for medium rare, so halfway through the steak it was super super bloody red, the manager gave me a discount. Appreciate what she did, I wasn't complaining but my waitress made sure I was taken care of.

Waited for over an hour to be seated which I expected another 35-40 mins to get out food which also I expected but all that wait for my steak to come out cold as if it had been sitting there for a while and dry was very disappointing! My coworker and I decided to have an early dinner at Texas Roadhouse (been years since I’ve last been). We placed ourselves on their waitlist, let them know when we arrived, and we were called within 15 mins for the table. It was very busy on a Thursday evening but our waitress was efficient (even while training). I ordered the smothered chicken (brown gravy) with a house salad and loaded baked potato. The chicken was hard to identify underneath the gravy but the meal within itself was good. Of course, the rolls with cinnamon butter hit the spot! Overall, it was a decent experience and I would return to Texas Roadhouse in the future to try out a few of their other dishes and drinks!

I love this place. Been going for years now. The service is typically good and the food is great. If it doesn't come out right, they fix it. My only complaint is the call-ahead seating. They'll say 20 minutes and when it's been 20 minutes they then add an additional 10-15 minutes or more. It kind of defeats the purpose of doing call-ahead seating. The food is worth the wait though.

We had a large party of about 17 and called a day ahead to book reservations. Seating for 15 was available at 7; however we were waiting for one smaller table for 50 minutes before we could be seated, so that was frustrating. After we sat down we were served immediately and the food came out fast. Because we had to wait so long I didn’t order a steak but enjoyed the boneless wings and Cesar salad. The rolls were delicious as always. I’m sharing pictures from the table but I didn’t try anything - but they seemed to enjoy their food.

Love Texas Roadhouse. Steaks always cooked to perfectly. Had a party of five. Normally, I have wonderful service, attentive staff, that checks on us. This time, our waitress took our drink and food orders and didn't return. She was speaking to another table the entire time we were there. My husband got up and refilled our drinks. We had dinner here tonight, Tuesday, around 8p. I forgot to add us to the waitlist, but with a party of two we were able to get a table right away, even though they were very busy and there were several larger parties waiting. There was no bread ready, so we were seated and the bread then showed up almost immediately, with an extra cinnamon butter, warm and delicious as always. We skipped the appetizers and went ahead and ordered our food. We both had the 20 oz bone-in ribeye medium rare. I normally would just order the 12oz ribeye medium rare but it’s been over cooked the last 5 times we’ve been there. This time, I ordered what my partner ordered and it actually came out as ordered!! I just couldn’t finish it because it was so much bigger. I had the cesar salad and he had the house salad with Italian dressing. I love their cesar salad, it’s perfectly balanced with the dressing and croutons and cheese. He had his steak smothered with mushrooms and onions and a side on green beans, I had a side of sweet potato loaded with the toppings on the side. All the food was good tonight. Our server didn’t really seem interested in us, which is the main reason for the 4. It was like we could’ve been there if not, I get people have bad days but if you’re barely gonna interact with us at least try to smile and use complete sentences 🤷🏻‍♀️ I also really miss the dea fault everyone gets peanuts. Overall, a tasty dinner!

I recently visited the Texas Roadhouse in the DFW area. I live in North Texas, specifically in the Princeton, McKinney, Allen, and Plano area. Although I have lived in Texas for over 40 years, I had never been to Texas Roadhouse before. I decided to visit with my kids, and I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing treatment and hospitality we received. The atmosphere was energetic, and our waiter was awesome. The manager even came by and brought us samples of the chili, and she was amazing. She mentioned that she is a former Texan who moved back to Dallas from Houston and prefers Dallas. I love my new home, by the way. As I mentioned before, the experience was amazing, and I was told that the food is made with fresh ingredients and that they have their own butcher. I ordered a ribeye, and my kids got various dishes. Although the atmosphere and service were great, I have to say that the food was subpar. I plan to give them another try, maybe at a different location. I did attempt to visit the Texas Roadhouse in Garland, but it was extremely busy and we had to wait for an hour and 30 minutes, so we couldn't give it a second chance. I love the atmosphere, staff, and the feeling of being a Texan, and I'll keep you guys posted on my experiences at other establishments.

August 2024 We visited this location often and we enjoyed the early bird special. The highlight of their offerings are the fresh bun and the house salad. We love the award winning ribs as well. As a restaurant owner myself I recommend their salad. Even though the ingredients are simple but the crispness of the lettuce and the cold temp lettuce is part of the reason. I believe the cheddar cheese is also freshly grated as part of the reason for a great salad. My rating as 5 is very satisfy. Taste 4/5 the sauce of my grilled chicken is on the salty side. Temp 4/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Speed of service 5/5. Attentiveness 5/5. Will I recommend? Yes. Will I return ? Most likely.

This place has a great venue and usually you get excellent service. You are warmly greeted as you enter and thanked when you leave. In between that the wait staff is very friendly outgoing and trained exceptionally well. This visit was no different. They have a very friendly APP I encourage you to use to join the wait list. I am a big fan of the steak filet medallions over rice with mushrooms. The potato skin appetizers I got for the first time and was a little disappointed as they were to crispy for my liking but other than that it was another great experience.

Always want to eat in one of their steakhouses . This time chose this by place , it's closer to our home. It's best to go on line and put your name down for way to list as always there is a waitlist ! Then just text them when you arrive. Of course this place was packed . Host greeted us and ordered the best rolls in town and led us to our seat.Our waitress was very attentive, anticipated our needs always . We ordered the biggest size of prime rib 24 oz., filet and salmon , all tasted delicious . Side orders are more than enough. We had a to go bao. For the prime rib! Also there was a pack of peanut in the bucket to start with . Indeed my husband got his prime rib.

Texas Roadhouse for the win! I popped in for a bite and a beverage; it was busy this evening! When we first arrived, there were few open seats (at the bar) as they were quite busy, but we were happy to wait our turn. We typically sit at the bar, and the service is good. However, when Jennifer is there, the service is (especially) great! We listened as Customer after Customer sat at the bar, and Jennifer remembered what they had previously requested for a beverage and asked, "Is ______ what you would like?" How nice is that (such a lost art!). She also places salt on top of the napkin, which IYKYK keeps the ice-cold frosty glass from sticking to the napkin (also a lost art!)!! We very much enjoyed the food, ice-cold beer, and general conversation with Customers at the bar as well as Jennifer. This should be delivered at all Roadhouse locations ... and she represents the brand well! The restaurant was buzzing with the sound of happy customers and running like a well-oiled machine. It's the kind of atmosphere that makes you excited to visit again. See y'all soon!

I recently went to Texas Roadhouse for the first time. After all the hype, I was excited to try it. Our waitress was over the top awesome! The atmosphere was excellent! The food waa kinda disappointing. The steak was cooked well but had zero flavor, and the mushrooms I ordered on my steak were burnt. We spent 97$ including tip. I feel like for that much money the food could be better.

The noise level is absolutely out of control at this place. We went here on Sunday, Oct. 12 during the evening and I could not hear a conversation across our own table. This restaurant needs serious sound baffling or carpeting. The food quality was ok and our server did a good job all things considered.

First Impressions are everything! Although we have eaten at this location many times. This day was very different. As we received text notification that we would be notified when the table was ready. So we gladly waited. As it approaches 45 min wait, I go up to see if we are close to be seated. Olivia asks for the name. She scrolls through the list as says. Oh 10 more minutes. Ok. So we wait 10 minutes. My husband goes to check with Olivia. To our surprise she says she is not able to find his name... I ask how does that happen? As she blanks stares "IDK" . I go bc When I asked you. You told me 10 min. Again with the "idk". Help me make it make sense. So we get a text. But his name is no longer on the list? If we received a text wouldn't someone have entered the data. You cannot search his name. What about by number. Nothing could be explained. No apologies. Suddenly we were able to be seated... Our dining experience was amazing with Christian. We received prompt service. The food came out as requested and fast.

Starter combo wasn’t the best, salad was fine, country fried steak was tough but still chewable and mashed potatoes were fine. Environment is great for game day & adults not kids or babies since it gets extremely loud and every table is booked, over seated and too close. Waitress set the mood for my table with a wont ask, can’t do attitude. Overall 3 stars restaurant unless you are at the bar enjoying the game. Location was clean.

We came here on July 15th and it was a very bad experience. We've been coming to this location for several years and have preferred it over the McKinney location, but today nearly everything was bad. I had the pulled pork sandwich, see pics, and it is usually good, but today it was horrible. Every bite was way overcooked, burnt and dried up. Chewing it was like chewing plastic strips or toothpicks. I added some extra BBQ sauce to try and help, but it did no good. The roll/bun had a few hard areas like it was either old stale bread or they over microwaved it to try and make it better. Another dish at our table was a 10 oz ribeeye. We asked for it to be cooked medium but half was well done while the other have was more medium-well. Another dish at our table was the beef tips with rice. The beef was overcooked and rice is now Mexican style rice and tasted gross. This place is usually a 4 or 5 star, today it was a 1 star.

Customer experience? I'm pretty happy with the food. Service most of time. But what is the solution when a patron shows the manager the unwanted visitor? Simply apology. That's it. Be sure to not expect anything but an apology. I was thinking maybe the intent of some kind of offer.

Food was salty ,but server assigned to our table was super nice…as well as every of their staff..kudos to that.

The service was great. The issue was my daughter ordered a burger and it came out burnt they immediately saw the issue called it a hockey puck recooked it and it came out just about the same and they still charged us. This burger definitely shouldn't have been on the ticket the burger in the picture is the 2nd one cooked.

Service is good. Atmosphere is ok. Food not that great. Combo grilled chicken with the ribs were both overcooked and dry. The kebab meat was not that flavorful and dry.

Waiter was great ! The steak was on the burnt side , I could taste it . My sweet potato was great and my corn was good. The dinner rolls are always delicious. I know Texas Roadhouse is better then this, hopefully they were just having a busy / bad day . I’m a fan , so I’ll be back .

I had to go ahead and write about my experience after this past visit. We used to frequent this location once per month, and over the past 6 months this place has gone way down hill. Service aspect in this place is so “automatic”, to the point that problems happen so often no one notices anymore as they are normalized. Management is on total cruise control and servers are left to themselves to figure everything out without guideance. This past experience, a large party was was celebrating which is to be expected in a busy Resturant, however the kids were screaming to the decibel levels similar to a crow screaming in your ear as it was obviously annoying other patrons, servers were discussing the problem in the corner and avoiding going back to the table, and we watched other diners leave early due to the constant screaming and screeching. Chuck E. Cheese is next door to this location and has nothing on what was taking place with this part of the party. We never saw a manager on the floor and everyone seemed to ignore the issue, but hated what was happening all at the same time. We asked to speak to a manager, one was never sent by. The experience previous to this, our server was smoking weed outside (my son ran into him in the parking lot) and he forgot to put our order in for over an hour. We were offered an app card for the “inconvenience”. You can’t make this stuff up. Someone please find some leadership in this building, or don’t for all I care. However, I know somewhere the ghost of Kent Taylor is shedding a tear for his once beloved Resturant concept.

Our food came out wrong for half of our table. On one dish the onions were visibly green and not cooked at all, and one of our steaks was half fat and not meat. 2/3 steaks came out overcooked. Our waitress was absolutely fantastic and the managers were amazing and resolved the issue quickly, but it shouldn’t have been an issue at all.

We have been here many times. Have always had good service. Went to roadhouse Dec 26th 3pm. Got seated in the bar. That wasn't the problem. But our server wasn't friendly at all. When ordering we asked for extra ranch, extra crackers for the chili. He didn't bring any extras. When asking for A1 he said our house sauce is the same. I had to argue with him about it. So this was probably my first time having a bad experience. Maybe he needs a little more training.

I guess it was a busy Saturday. We didn’t get refills. We didn’t get fresh bread. Send my steak back multiple times due to steak being undercooked as I prefer well done food. Order loaded potatoes didn’t get that instead I got a cup of cheese and bacon bites. Waitress acted like she didn’t want to service us. I’m highly disappointed.

We just came here and it was the worst experience I’ve had at Texas Roadhouse. I always come to this one but this time I was not a fan. The hostess were both rude. This was a farewell from the Family for My Grandson who is in the Navy, I am so disappointed the Food , Service, and Atmosphere was Terrible, Chili's could have done a better job. Ordered a bone in ribeye to go at this location, and it was an extremely poor cut - full of gristle, fat and the steak was really tough. I ordered it medium, so that told me all i needed to know about the quality of the steak. Everything else was pretty average, except the rolls. Which is sad. Tried giving TRH another go but this will be the last time. Over and out. Response to TRH owner - If you actually paid attention to what I said in my review, the order was TO GO. So I couldn't bring it to any managers attention because I was at home when I ate it. Do better.

Completely disappointed with Texas Roadhouse this time. First off, part of our order was missing, secondly the food we did receive was over cooked. The music was so loud we couldn't even hold a conversation. Overall, it was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. I will NEVER go back

Last night my husband and I ate at the Garland location. We just had a baby last Thursday and it was our first time eating out since and was our little celebration dinner. Our server was busy and taking a little time to come back and I needed A1 sauce. As I’m sitting there waiting for her to come back I see a girl walking around and talking to the bus boys so I decided to get her attention and ask if she could get me some A1 please. This girl looked at me and said “ I’m not a server” and then walked away. Not let tell your server , or just go and get it which would have taken 2 mins. I honestly couldn’t believe it. I spoke to the manager on duty and she said she would speak with her after hours but didn’t really seem to much like she cared but maybe she did. I am a manager at another restaurant and would honestly fire someone if they ever did that. It is horrible customer server!! I guess walking around and talking to the bus boys was more important to her!! I have never asked to speak to a manager before so you know this upset me!!! Someone needs to teach this girl customer service!

Tried to explain to manger a poor experience. She was too busy to help. Didn’t know how else to make the issue know. Long story short, Was there for a birthday dinner and to have the birthday girl go through the roadhouse birthday celebration. Asked the hostess, the second one who sat us, and the waitress for the birthday special requests. we left even after the last request fell of deaf ears. Love this place. Possible new management. Disappointed. We waited almost 2 hours.

Service was great, by Lisette. Food was not. We ordered a bone in ribeye and 1/3 was nothing but fat and the steak wasn’t even an inch thick. Returned and went for porterhouse. Cook rushed it and it was under cooked (asked for medium)and so much gristle that you couldn’t chew or cut through some of it. The manager did ask us to cut through. We were hungry and accepted the undercooked steak. Atmosphere was fine except they have people hoarding round the tables at the bar waiting for a seat. We had to ask our server if she could have the guys move as they were not even a foot from our table basically unwanted guests that were standing right at our table. Not a good experience. The server, Lisette was great. Nothing was her fault!
