This was the first visit there. I’m new to Leander Texas. When the male carhop took my cars for a payment, he said it was declined. I double checked my bank account and money was there. I had the cash to give the guy but told him before he uses the cash to rescan...there must be something wrong with their cars machine. There was a couple in another car that overhead the carhop. As the carhop was leaving my car, another carhop came over to tell me that my meal was paid for. I was pleasantly surprised and overwhelmed with the kindness of strangers. It would have been a 3 stars but because of the kindness of Texas strangers doing something good for another person with no expectations, Bush’s Chicken gets a 5. 😊

On the evening of July 2,2015 we visited the Bush's Chicken in Georgetown. This is our favorite chicken place. Not only is the food excellent, the employee's are great. One employee in particular is exceptional, after inquiring we found out her name is Natasha. This young lady has taken our order numerous times and has exceptional customer service skills, she always greets the customers with a friendly smile and very courteous. Bush's is very fortunate to have this type of employee since it has become a rarity to find this behavior in most businesses. Sincerely Martha Rogers

Great place for me to go during my lunch break, very close to the Wash Tub where I have been working at for the last several months. Employees are very kind and helpful. The business is just over all a great reflection of the Christian faith. Food is good too ofcourse!

Bush's Chicken in Georgetown is THE BEST!!! I thought I knew what good chicken tasted like...and then I had Bush's baked chicken and OH MY WORD...sooo delicious!! I'm from Hawaii where huli huli chicken is king--and this baked chicken is right there with it. My experience with dining in was great. The staff was friendly and attentive and my food arrived hot and fresh. The side dishes were tasty--I'm pretty sure I could have eaten my weight in the rolls alone. Bush's is now on my must-stop list when driving through Georgetown. I'll definitely be back!!

My wife and I just came through drive thu around 1pm today Saturday White Silverado. Our server was awesome, sorry we did not get her name. She was polite and had a great smile. She made us feel glad to be there.Thank you again for the fantastic service.

Loved it. Service was excellent. Very clean. 1Dec23 update. Manager came out to table to give us item which counter staff thought was out of stock. She was super apologetic and did a great job supporting her staff member while still providing fantastic customer service. I've been loyal to this specific location for years and today's service shows why. This is a great Bush's location.

Sydney was my cashier. She is so awesome. She was very friendly and helpful with my inquiries about their special seasoning shakers for purchase. I could tell she loves her job. She is definitely a people person, which is a perfect characteristic for customer service. Sydney should definitely be the store manager, if she isn't already. I hope she is my server on my next trip there, with service like hers, I'm definitely going back.

So basically I go like every week and I shouldn’t lol but it’s hard when the service is so good! The Manager Kristina works so hard and always makes you feel welcome and it always feels like she’s going above and beyond to help you! Can’t ask for a better experience when you’re indulging in your favorite fast food. Thanks again

Walked in and was greeted immediately ordered right then food was on a plate in front of me in less than two minutes. Best tenders I have had in years. Will definitely be back here again soon.

The chicken was hot and crispy. I love their corn nuggets. The potatoes and gravy are definitely from a package. Rolls are really good. Ice tea is always fresh.

If it's southern fried chicken and tenders you are craving, Bush's Chicken is your calling. Serving fried chicken and tenders. The chicken is tasty, juicy, and hot to order. You can either dine in or drive up and order through car wait staff. Prices are comparable with most chain chicken restaurants. If you choose to "get and go," Bush's provides the full menu on the wall, adjacent to the drive up area. Be vidual, as they place new non menus item signs on the walls and on banners. Dine in is walk up counter ordering. The dining area is spacious and clean, providing both booth and table seating. Service, either drive up or dine in, is fast and friendly. Bush's provides individual fried chicken and tenders meals as well as complete family meals. Most individual meals come with fries, or you can order other sides from the menu. There are also child menu items. Sides include crinkle cut fries, mashed potatoes and gravy, mac and cheese, and okra amoungst other familiar side items. Drinks are fountain drinks (Coke and Dr. Pepper products) and Bush's famous sweet ice tea. I have to admit I really like the flavor of the chicken and tenders. My preference is the chicken. The pieces are good-sized, chrispy, and filling. While I don't ordinarily order the tenders, I have had them, and I have to say they are flavorful, nice individual size, and always served hot. In short, Bush's Chicken is worth checking out. My only gripe is minimal but significant. Bush's is popular, and you will no doubt find them serving numerous customers. The staff if fast and friendly, but you will find that they are occasionally forgetful. I have been a victim of this forgetfulness on a few visits. These are items you paid for. It's annoying to get home and find missing items from your order. The most debilitating thing is that you don't find this out until you get all the way home and start serving your hungry bunch. The staff is compelled by directive to check the order once it's filled and to repeat the order to the customer, but sometimes what they tell you is in the box or bag isn't always the case. Now, in Bush's defense, they will gladely remedy the deficiency, but who wants to drive all the way back to Bush's and then return to cold food? Just hang on to that receipt. Fix. Make a visual check and/or hands-on inspection of your order prior to leaving. Overall. I recommend Bush's Chicken for great tasting fried chicken and tenders. Good sized portions fast and friendly service at a decent price.

If you are looking for great food and even better service, this is the spot! The Standout Service The absolute highlight of our visit was the drive-thru staff. The young people working here are incredibly friendly and helpful. A huge shout-out to Shon, who assisted us with a genuine smile the entire time. Since we weren't familiar with the menu, his patience was much appreciated—he truly went above and beyond to help us figure out exactly what we wanted! The Menu & Specials It is so rare to find a place that still serves chicken livers and gizzards, but Bush’s has them! The menu leans toward that wonderful, old-school Southern style. Some other highlights include: Wednesday Special: Great deals on bone-in chicken wings. Senior Discounts: They offer nice discount plates for seniors. The Rolls: Their yeast dinner rolls are light, fluffy, and delicious. Flavor Profile: Perfect for those who prefer savory over spicy, as most items aren't very heat-heavy. The Famous Tea You can't mention Bush’s without talking about their famous tea. We love that you can buy it by the gallon. Their sweet tea is amazingly delicious (definitely a treat for those who love sugar!), but their unsweet tea is just as high-quality and refreshing. Highly recommend this location for the hospitality alone!

I was here at 10:20, before opening for this store. (Cedar Park is 10am) The lady saw I was in the drive thru and came out to tell me they open shortly. Then she came out again and took my order. I had my 6 gallons of tea and on my way by 10:30!!! Thanks, that is great service.

Just recently at 38yo I tasted Bush's Fried Chicken and loved it! Don't know why it took so long to try them out. The lady who took our order was so nice! She even gave us a sweet tea for having to wait! She also made sure our order of 20 tenders was completely fresh. I wish I could remember your name but you were so nice and you are the reason we will come back! I also wanted to add...I really like how a person comes out to your vehicle to take your order! It's so much more personable than just talking to a speaker!

Stopped at this Bush's to see if it's the same as the one I regular (Brodie Lane) and it was a pleasant experience. A little disappointed they don't offer pepper poppers here, but the chicken was hot and crispy.

Always pretty good. A few of my tenders were dry and chewy on my last visit, but it's usually excellent. If they have peach tea, try it!

The family enjoys both the chicken tenders and the chicken pieces. The drive-thru service is always timely and the servers are courteous and friendly. A favorite!

Absolutely love the buffalo fries and wish Georgetown wasn't the only location that offered them. Our family enjoys eating here on Tuesdays!!! It's tender Tuesday so 16 tenders and rolls for under $20 bucks!!! Sweet tea was extra sweet this time but it was still delicious 😋. I would highly recommend it.

Their chicken is actually consistently good and their okra way better than most but the service is pretty spotty at the drive through. Tonight I pulled in, one lane was empty so went to the first slot. It was at least 10 minutes, probably 15 before sometime came over to take my order.

Hadn't been here in a while and might not go back to this one. Ordered and pulled past the window like a sign said but then the manager rushed out and told us to move forward more but very rudely like we knew we were supposed to do what he ordered, saying that the line was around the building, when there was literally only 2 cars behind us. Food wise, I usually get Bush's because the chicken is less oily than other places. But this time they were small shriveled and dry. A few only breading....

Service was friendly but slow... food wasn't as hot as I would have liked by the time we got it.... food wasn't bad but I don't know that I'd drive out of my way again just for chicken that's slightly over priced compared to other chicken restaurants.

Normally I would give this place five stars for their great service and excellent food. Today must be "nobody gives a damn Monday", terrible service and tiny chicken strips. I go out of my way to come here for lunch but I'm thinking there's no point in that anymore.

We have always loved Bush's Chicken! My family and I were so excited when we saw the "Lobby Open" sign in the window; the staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, we were really disappointed with the quality of the food. Chicken was hot but not fried long enough, the fries and okra were lukewarm and old tasting. REALLY hoping they step their game up and make a strong come back! Georgetown has a lot of restaurants offering fried chicken but Bush's was always one of our favorites....

No amount of customer service can make up for a lack of technology. You guys are still flipping through pads of paper and having issues with your pen not working. Seriously takes about 10 minutes to get through that drive-through. Then you give the food before taking payment, honor system style. Different employees visiting the same vehicles asking if they've been helped. It's pure chaos. Yes everyone is smiling and delightful but times have changed. This is what drive thrus were like in the 60's. Food is fine. Chicken really is that gray color in the pictures. That's fine. But I swear I asked for no ice in the drink. Large soda can't hold a more than a can because the amount of ice. But no way to verify my order without interpretation of someone else's handwriting on a small pad in their apron. You need to join modern civilization.

The chicken tenders were dry, not juicy and not very tender. I've never had fried chicken this dry before! Thank goodness they have good cream gravy to dip them!

Very hit or miss. Chicken is either nearly undercooked or overcooked. IKEA is great every time, mac and cheese is typical restaurant style. Rolls are sweet and fluffy. I recommend bringing seasoning as there clearly isn't any on the chicken.

Ordered 10 piece meal, got 9 pieces. Okra was a little soft, not crispy. I was surprised the mashed potatoes did not have gravy. Chicken was just ok.

The service was great the atmosphere had an old vibe. The food was ehhh lol. I tried this because my coworker RAVED about the place! But being a BLACK woman I take pride in my fried chicken. The skin was fried on the outside and slimy on the inside 😬 the fries ain’t have a lick of salt! The food wasn’t terrible, it was edible but could use a revamp.

The positives...the staff was friendly and went out of his way to "customize" my order for me. I ordered chicken livers and chicken strips with sweet tea. The livers were pretty decent, I'd get them again in a pinch. The rolls that come with are great. The chicken strips were less than amazing. I'm not a fan of the breading on them which is a very pale color, they didn't have much flavor and some were kind of dry and chewy. The gravy that came with again lacked flavor. I was looking forward to the sweet tea but it was syrupy sweet, much sweeter than I like. All in all it wasn't horrible, just not great.

My first observation was only a few cars getting chicken on a Saturday night. The staff was very friendly and quick to take my order. It was the food that I rate low. The chicken strips were warm, dry and stringy. The gravy had little taste and was luke warm. The okra was very good but not hot and the roll was fresh. My thoughts as a retired employee in public health is when a food is not moving very fast and the food temperature is low, this is a perfect breeding ground for bacteria. When I see a lot of cars in line getting food, my first thought is, "Good. The food is moving and will be fresh". BTW, this was my first time eating Bush's Fried Chicken.

Maybe this is normal nowadays, but my Father and I were charged $1.40 for WATER. Food was fine, no issues. Employees could be more friendly.

Bushes has the best fried chicken around. However, this location doesn't meet the standard of the others that I've been to. They didn't have salt, pepper, honey, ketchup, or anything else on the tables. They also didn't have a roll of paper towels on the table. Finally they don't offer a tossed salad as a side only coleslaw.

So I decided to order through DoorDash my order was very small so my estimate time was pretty short. I get a notification telling me my foods are ready. I go up there and I’m being told that I’m have to wait despite being notified that it was finished and then that’s what I realize they haven’t even started my order as I see them making it.

FOOD IS GOOD IF YOU CAN GET IT. WAS IN LINE AT THE DRIVE THRU WITH 3/4 CARS IN FRONT OF ME. DIDN'T MOVE FOR 10 MIN. LEFT AND WENT UP THE ROAD AND GOT SOME FOOD. WHEN I CAME BACK BY THERE WERE STILL SOME OF THE SAME CARS IN LINE. THIS IS TERRIBLE. HAS BEEN THIS WAY THE LAST 3 OR 4 TIMES I HAVE BEEN THERE. NO MORE.

Their way of taking drive through orders is the worst. You can only see the menu when you are 2 cars in...No pricing on the menu. That is appalling. After waiting a long time for the first four cars to move up to get our order placed. They got it wrong.

Called ahead. Was told 25 min. Got there to pickup. Hadn't even started it due to the sudden rush of customers. Sat around another good 30 min at least waiting for them to prepare it. The attitudes were all terrible, I've gone to this location since they built it but I never got any utensils either in my order. I ordered mashed potatoes. Guess I use my hands? Disappointed. This order cost more than $50.

Update May 2021: Love the chicken but I am downgrading my stars to 3 because of the older gentleman that regularly comes out in to the drive through lane yelling at his employees. He also yells at the customers too ...just not cool dude!! I am thinking he is a manager ..always nicely dressed but never nice, hospitable, or cordial. The first trip I saw it I thought he might be having a bad day. ..the next time I thought "man, he should really stop doing that". Yesterday's experience was the third time and I feel that is worthy of letting others know ahead of their visit in case they encounter him. Update April 2021: Tuesday tenders is now $14.99 and the amount o f chicken they serve had decreased. I've noticed a few times the tenders weren't even cooked through. BUT... My kids love this place! This is their junk food retreat each week. Next week I'm going to ask for my tenders to be cooked an extra couple of minutes to get them crispy and thoroughly cooked. Rolls are usually amazingly light fluffy buttery melt in your mouth. This week they were small and dense... Check out pic. We still love this place just hoping they get back to upping their game! Older review: Great Tuesday deal of 16 tenders for $13.99 (add 2 fam sides for $7 more). It is good, tasty, solid chicken, although they skimp on sides sometimes!

Ordered a 15 piece mixed meal. There was only 3 wings 8 drumsticks 3 thighs. For 32.99 I would expect a a few breasts for that kind of money.employees being able to count would be nice also.

I usually get a good meal here. Not today. The fries were cold which they replaced. However the chicken strips and gravy were not hot. All I all a disappointment today. The tea was good.

My family and I love Bush’s and have been eating at their locations for over 17 years. This is the worst location. The employee turnover is high and the culture set by the manager is the problem. When he starts yelling at the employees and talking trash to you about other customers you will understand. We have been visiting this location, as it is closest, for over 10 years and rarely I have I seen the same employees twice. Yet, the male version of Karen is the only mainstay. It is a poorly run business in a great location but we often drive 20 minutes, instead of 3, just to get a pleasant experience. I have been avoiding writing this review for a long time in support of my town but I have had enough of the Manager. This guy may even own the place but it’s only matter of time before the culture he has put in place backfires.

Friendly however this location doesn't give a person enough gravy. So me thinking I don't need the roll just give me a little extra gravy. Simple right? Not at all! They are willing to trade a roll for your gravy, but not the gravy for your roll. So the only solution is they have to charge me $ 0.98 for another cup of gravy, and cause me to like this place because they don't include enough gravy for the #1 4pcs. Such a small request to keep my business. Guess I'll start going to the Golden Chick more often. Update.... order a 4 piece you get a 3.25 piece.

This place is the worst. I work in GT and I have always come here to get my lunch or dinner, but for the last three trips, I have been given unsatisfactory meals. First, it was the okra (half a** done), the drink ( tea instead of coke), and chicken (something for a kid to eat on). I will NOT waste my money here with this business anymore, and my co-workers feel the same way. You guys have too many young kids in the afternoon and they play around too much for me. Oh yeah, you guys gave my co-worker half-cooked a** gizzards.

The chicken was as bland as the name implies. To the brother working the fryers in back, know it's not your recipe and my soul cries for you as the spirits of your ancestors must. Those tenders were nothing but a BBQ sauce delivery system. Thankfully they have Sweet Baby Ray's to put some color on that chicken. It was so white it thought Doritos are Mexican food.

Not a good experience. The chicken was soggy, the cheese in the poppers was cold, the Dr. Pepper tasted like it was cobbled together with other sodas (never tasted anything like that). I can understand one part being subpar but not my entire meal. I love the Bushs in Cedar Park, great food and service every time but this was a huge letdown. I won't be coming back to this location.

My first time here actually. Currently sitting at the georgetown location after waiting to order around 5 mins for me and 10 mins the person thay was with me. Chicken is hot. There is a 3 or 4 year old running around in the kitchen area and in the managers room. The child belongs to someone who works back there, I heard maybe a grandchild. Priorities are in the wrong place. Also there is dead flies just chilling on the windows.

First off I got to say their prices are extremely high.They don’t even have the price on the menu? Why? so they can charge it whenever they feel like it? We spent over $40 dollars to feed our family 5 adults x2 and 3 small kids. Secondly the food was bland and the potions were small. Lastly they over cooked the rolls badly and put the at the bottom of the box of heavy chicken.Would you do that if it was for your family. I highly doubt it. They would be in a separate box as they should be.

This location never has enough chicken on Friday evening no matter how early or late. They tell you it will be ready and when it comes out they tell you it all went out to other orders. We really like their chicken but not after the third same experience.VERY POOR MANAGEMENT...VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not likely to go back.

Chewy and undercooked chicken tenders. Watered down Mac and cheese. Do not recommend eating at this location. I love Bush's chicken but this experience really made me sad. We are at a bit of a time crunch getting back home and won't be able to do anything about this waste of time and money. Hope this helps.

Over the years your tenders have gone from a good value to " not worth another visit". I picked up a 20 piece family pack Friday evening and when I got home to feed some unexpected company, over half of the tenders were no larger than a fifty cent piece. YOU should be ashamed. If your that hard up for profit maybe you should reconsider customer satisfaction before it's to late. I won't be coming back. have eaten in the Bush's in Salado, Round Rock and Lampasas and have never seen tenders that small. Disappointed!!!

Compared to other bushes, this one is garbage. Super watered down gravy and limp fries. How can you get gravy wrong every single time? You always have to ask twice for serendipity. I keep giving this place a chance and I'm always disappointed. Will not return.

I love tea from Bush’s but I rarely come here to get any. Every time I have come here and ordered a SWEET tea, I get almost home and it’s un sweet. It’s too far to drive to swap out a .69 cent drink.

I’ve been to different locations and ordered the kids two piece meals. Until today I have gotten full size strips. This location’s strips were so small they could hide under the roll.

Stale bread, French fries were still hard in the middle, they forgot to give me gravy and gave me mashed potatoes instead…only thing they didn’t screw up was the Mac and cheese…but then again my 9 year old can manage that. Absolute worst Bush’s Chicken location in America.

Retrain this store. This location needs a corporate review. They are clearly not following the company standards for the recipe. I have eaten at many locations across the state over my many years and this has got to be the most bland chicken I've ever had. Are y'all out of seasoning? This isn't the Bush's I grew up with, this isn't the company standard. Someone needs retraining. Just moved to this area. Please let me know when your cooks are up to snuff. I was excited to have this location so close but will not return until this restaurant is up to company standards.

This one was my favorite. I just moved to the Georgetown area and I thought I'd check it out. Well first of all, the lady at the drive up was kinda rude, secondly, I ordered my food and it took 15 minutes to get it, she said it was freshly cooked(keep in mind I was on my way to work in Austin) when I reached in my bag, it was cold. I reached on mu bag when I got to the driveway to turn out of the parking lot of the facility. I couldn't turn around because I would jave been late for work, lastly, I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION, I'LL STICK TO WHAT I KNOW....THE Round ROCK LOCATION!!!

Drove to Bushes at 6pm on Sunday and then again 5 on Monday. Both days, they were out of baked chicken!!!! How does a chicken place run out of chicken? It’s not right before closing time. The first time I was charged and NOW I have to wait for a refund!!!!!! What’s wrong with this picture?? Sydney, the server was so sweet and had to listen to me complain. If you’re offering baked chicken, better to have extra at closing than run out before dinner time!!!!!Time for the franchise owner needs to offer some training. And this might seem like a Nobel idea, how about checking to see when you’re getting low, so you don’t RUN OUT!!!!!

Disgusting, rotten chicken tenders today. A huge order of them. We are some and then realized they were bad. We took them back and spoke to the General Manager, who said “they had gone bad because they were out of rotation from the bad weather.” No apology, no extra refund, no trying to make it better. What a joke of a way to handle customers you knowingly served bad chicken to! Four of our group were children! He showed no shock, no empathy, no care in the world and then only refunded us for the chicken portion, nothing else. And this was the General Manager. Wow! Our families will not be back and if I were the person reading this, I’d think twice about being a customer here.

Got the saddest looking 6 pc tender meal I've ever seen from this location. They were all scrawny and dry with all the batter flaked off. I called hoping to get a new meal, but they didn't answer until about 20 minutes before closing time. They then told me that they "wouldn't want to give me more bad tenders" and that they were about to close so I should just come back some other time "when the quality of chicken is better". And I tipped the guy too sadly. I'd have rather wasted 10 bucks at golden chick🤦‍♂️

THIS PLACE HAS NO PRICES ON THEIR MENU!!! Paid $38 for a 10 piece with 4 rolls and 2 small sides! And whem you ask them for prices, they act like they don't know! there is better chicken for cheaper prices!

It was good a year or so ago. Now it’s overpriced WITHOUT prices. I asked then how much the kids meal is, she literally said “I have no idea” didn’t even offer to find out. I got it because I was in a hurry to feed my kid. I got 2 tenders and frys, it wasn’t even warm, it was all soggy and cold and was almost $7

I wish this was a good review because I love Bushs, but I'm tired of driving an extra 15 minutes extra to go to another Bushs chicken to pick up food. Something is wrong with the way the food tastes at this location. I have eaten Bushs Chicken in multiple cities across Texas and this locations chicken tastes odd. The only way I can describe it, is that the food has a burnt or old oil taste to it. Please fix whatevers wrong so I can go back to this location as it's closer to my home.

Don't know what happened I change it 4 stars thinking I got better but I was wrong. I usually give places another chance but I think of all the chances for the store it's gone it's sad because I really do like bush's. Guess I have to drive to Round Rock to get good chicken

Never go to this place around 5:00 pm. I ordered 20 pieces and got exactly twenty pieces, most of which were 1/3 the normal size and extremely overcooked. Also, never go through the drive-through because you are going on faith that what you are getting is what you ordered and freshly cooked.

Tonight’s meal was not up to par. $30 for semi cold chicken and the batter tasted as if there was some sort of chemical on it. It gave the batter a minty taste. The green beans had no flavor whatsoever. The roll was hard and cold. I did however enjoy the corn nuggets. This was not a good experience.

Put prices on your outdoor menu and I will change the review. Is it so hard?

If you don’t like your job don’t be there I ordered 4 tender and mashed potatoes no silverware was in the bag tenders were small and cold I paid $14for bad service tenders were salty they look like they’ve been sitting for a while the only good part was my mashed potatoes they were great

Time to lower this to one star. Every time I go through the drive through my order takes 15+ minutes after placing it whether I'm ordering tenders or chicken. Today 20 minutes after the receipt time stamp I walk in to ask and get a "oh sorry let me get that for you"... why can't they bring it when it comes up?

There was no chicken no Mac and cheese tenders only I'm not from here but have been living here since March this has to be the worst and that's saying something

No prices on the outside boards. The prices on the web are way out of date and now are crazy high. My wing was $4.00 and actually had nothing but crust on it. The crust was so hard you had to microwave to soften enough to eat. The manager argued with me about the prices. I would save yourself some anxiety and try a different chicken place!

This used to be our go to fried chicken place....no more tho. The place changed hands and this place went into the toilet. All prices greatly increased, yet, food quality is extremely poor and quantity is much less. They now get the smallest chickens they can find. The food looks and tasted like it's been sitting under the lights for hours....meat is dry like leather. The last 5 orders from here have never been completely correct, either. Always missing a food item. Oh, and the management could care less. We are done ...we have given them more than enough chances.

I'm giving this place a 1-star review because of a very specific issue: If you order delivery from this location, you're guaranteed to get the WORST chicken they've got. Over the course of 6 months I've tested this theory out multiple times. I'll order in person at the drive through and will get hot, fresh, flavourful tender rolls; (for the most part) however, every single time I've ordered delivery I've been given cold, tiny, hard, old, disgusting tenders in my tender rolls. I used to work at a Bush's and I know that the chicken has to be dumped after a certain amount of time, this establishment is not doing that and is, instead, trying to offload it into delivery customers to make a couple extra bucks. This is unethical, disgusting, and is harmful to the customers. I plan on sharing this information everywhere.

I love Bush's Chicken. I hate leaving such a low score for this Franchise but this is the worst run Bush's Chicken. I was even warned not to go to this one by my friends. They have no hot sauce or their special seasoning. The fry's were cold the buns were stale. Bush's management needs to have better quality control of their stores or they'll ruin this terrific and amazing franchise.

Let me start by saying we love fried chicken. And we really like the Bush's brand. The Bush's in Cedar Park was always excellent. But now we live in Georgetown and visited the Williams Dr. location today. I would give the service a 5, friendly and accurate order. The store cleanliness gets a 2, dirty bathroom and a half dozen flies flying around our table. The chicken gets a 1... maybe a 0 since we could not even finish it. Not sure if it sat out too long after cooking, was spoiled before cooking or just fried in really old oil... but it was not good and we could not even eat it all. The only saving grace was the pieces were large... but that isn't really a plus if it tastes bad. A very disappointing 1 star overall.

I don't care how good this chicken is if I even ever get it if, it takes this long it cannot possibly be worth it. 25 minutes and counting in a drive through and they keep your card the whole time? Edit: and now they are telling me they accidentally gave my credit card to another customer. Edit: spoke to the manager about the lost card while still in the drive through and her response was "what do you want me to do about it" after refusing to even step away from what she was doing to address the lost/stolen credit card. She then refused to give her name. Extremely rude and unprofessional manager, employee who lost the card was following a terrible policy of keeping the card until the food was gone but no excuse for such a terrible manager to work anywhere.

Everytime we go here it’s 30 minute wait and then when you do think you’re next they aren’t paying attention and ask the brand new person in line and get their order. This has happened multiple times. So tired of Georgetown bush’s not being able to get it together, no one else has this issue.

So I go to my usual bushes in Hutto like 3-4x a week for the happy hour. But I just got a new job in Georgetown and came to the Bushes in Georgetown for lunch. I ordered 1 large sweet tea, and 1 tender roll. I went through driver thru and no prices were on the menu. Someone came out and gave me a menu with prices and she was nice. But when I tasted me order, TERRIBLE!!!!!!! The bread was burnt on the tender roll, the smallest tender I had ever seen with all breading and barely any chicken in it. Chicken was dry, over cooked and tasted old. The sweet tea tasted very old like they made it days ago. All in all, will never come back to this one. I go to bushes all the time and have great experiences but not this one. Also the restaurant looked run down and dirty

Customer service, responsiveness and time per order is seriously lacking. Not even the quality of the food can make up for it. And while I am not colored, there seems to be a questionable treated to the black customers and dashers.

Came to grab dinner in the drive thru around 7:15 on a Sunday night. There were four cars total and in the ten minutes we spent waiting, three separate employees walked in and out of the store to talk and laugh with friends in the two cars in front. Not one of them came to take our order or the order of the car next to us. After giving it a bit of time, we (as well as the car to our right) drove off to find dinner elsewhere due to the non existent customer service.

I usually come here a lot but for a while now they have just been greedy with the food the tenders have gotten so small and the amount of fries you get is not even a handful I’m disappointed.

I’d eat here more but it’s been years #1 cause the food is always barley cooked like they couldn’t fry it longer… or #2 the big reason I don’t go back is I don’t wanna guess the price of every item. How greedy do you have to be y’all decide to raise the prices so often you don’t even wanna put a price up. Trust me the chicken yall serve isn’t “bush’s chicken” you’d expect and should come with ‘market pricing’ like it’s lobster. This location needs a top to bottom overhaul, like a manager or owner who cares about the product they serve and the customer service that comes with the premium they are expecting people to pay. 4 years ago a 4pc combo was 8.$$. I’m worried to know what it id today.

Every time I go my chicken is cold and dry!!!!! Every freaking time!!!! I wouldn't feed my Dog this! None less someone paying money for it! Cause bush's is not cheap! Period!
