Today, I visited and Ms. Emma provided exceptional service. I asked for some feta cheese and she generously gave me almost a whole spoonful. Definitely deserves employee of the year.
I stopped in here after work just for a bowl before my daughter’s ballet recital. I was greeted by a girl named Emma who was very happy and welcoming, and she out together an amazing bowl! 10/10 would come again.
My experience today at this location was excellent. The staff were especially friendly and helpful. The food, as always at Rachels, was delicious and I was excited to see the new (to me) combo meals on their menu. I love Rachel's! I am excited that they have expanded all over the county, so now I am never far from one!
You can't go wrong with Rachel's. This location is super clean, food is very fresh,and staff is very friendly. The setup is similar to chipotle, where you can purchase their recommended entrees or you can build your own.
I just went to Rachel’s in the cross point plaza for dinner recently. I was greeted by a lovely staff (Emma and Zach). Not only were they friendly but they also were very efficient. The restaurant was very clean and the food was also great! 10/10 job from the Thursday night shift! Will definitely be recommending Rachel’s to my family and friends.

Plus a whole bunch of other stuff. The food was fresh as could be. All real food, nothing frozen or processed. Tasted great. Restaurant was clean and bathrooms were clean. First time. Food was great. Had the brown rice bowl with steak. Dinning room was clean. Bathroom was clean. The employee was very nice and helpful with a great attitude. Very pleasant experience. Can't wait for the one on the corner of my street to open.

Didn't even know this was open! I've heard great things about the other locations so I was excited to try the location in CrossPoint. Wow! I got a chicken rice bowl with just about every topping they carry. They were nice enough to give me a few sauces on the side so I could try them without potentially ruining my bowl if I didn't like it. The bowl came with a piece of warm pita bread which went great with the sauces. Prices on par with Chipotle or Panera, but you get SO MUCH MORE! Vegetarian and keto friendly. Definitely will be back to this welcome addition to CrossPoint!
Unfortunately, with the recent change in hours and earlier closing time, I’m no longer able to stop by when I normally would. It’s disappointing since I truly like the food, but the new schedule has made it difficult to continue visiting as often as I used to.
The food is ok, just ok. I feel like they are over priced. My husband and I went for lunch, I had a rice bowl with veggies and cheese. My husband had a wrap with chicken we got a bottle of Sprite to split and grabbed a baklava to split as well. The total came to $35.00. I would have rather went to Zoes or Olympia and had better food for the same price. I also went into the restroom to wash my hands and it was really gross. The whole experience was not that good.

Horribly over priced… I got a chicken bowl a drink and pita chips it came out to like 22.65 for a normal meal. It’s like a bad joke. Nothing special about the food either. It’s my first time there I will not be returning. Also would be nice if they told u that hummus was extra. I got charged for the bowl and a combo charge and a $2 hummus charge and the a $3.75 for the pita chips. Which doesn’t even come with a dip. Ordering Uber Eats would have been cheaper
Great food! If they are ever open. So tired of coming here to enjoy a great salad, only to find the place closed early. If you can't staff your place, you lose business either way. So maybe invest in your staff.

On most Saturday’s, we generally decide in the late afternoon to get takeout from somewhere. This past Saturday, my wife decided early in the day on Rachel’s, as she was really in the mood for it. I arrived at the CrossPoint location at 5:30 pm and the store was locked up and the all lights off. The sign on the door stated a 6:00 pm closing time, so you can just imagine my disapointment.

Staff's priorities are not customer based. Waited on my dash order for more than 30 mins. While the 2 gentleman where busy flirting and having social time. No known management
Placed an online order at 2:21pm and got an email that the order would be ready by 2:45, 15 minutes before closing time. Got to the store at 2:45 and it’s completely closed. Also, like others mentioned, I’m not sure why the sign at the door says it closes at 6 when it actually closes at 3.
The food was disgusting. Couldn’t even close my wrap cause pita was that dry.. meat was dry. It was our first and last time. My children could make better food… I feel sick after eating it. The only good thing was fries… barf.. 30$ down drain. You should be ashamed to stay open! Or say fresh food! I rather eat at McDonald’s and call it fresh!
So frustrating not my first issue at this Getzville location- forgotten dressing, brown lettuce, moldy american cheese to name a couple things that have happened. Unfortunately we had been waiting for couple years for Niagara Falls Boulevard /East Robinson location to open near Delta Sonic because it is closer to us but after reading that Rachel’s is being sued for non payment I don’t think that will be happening any time soon. Final straw, 3/12 we ordered a Greek Pita Wrap and Dominic was just confused to say the least when I asked since we were not eating right away and to keep it fresh - for the wrap on the side and the toppings in the bowl. He made regular salad bowls but then charged us for the pita which normally comes with the salad bowl. I went back in and told them about the issue after looking at my receipt. We can’t do anything and he offered to have his manager call me but he is on vacation. I said when will he be back a week and a half. The other female employee said I was just texting with Brandon the Director of Operations and I will have him call you. She took my cell number and I did not received a call as she promised. Then I go on Rachel’s website and says in Q&A issues at locations please contact our customer service using this submit a request form; when you click on it, it takes you to Zendesk and it says oops this Help Desk no longer exists. A day or two after I called and spoke with Danny an Executive Chef and told him about what had happened. He apologized profusely and said he would speak to Brandon and have my whole purchase refunded. Then to find out it was not fully refunded as Danny had assured me it would be. Called again on 3/27 Jerry General Manager at the Getzville location and he says I’ll text Brandon. Still not fully refunded. Just terrible that there is no accountability and they just do not care apparently!
Worst $35 I have ever spent on food. Somehow the chicken I ordered, which was soaking in grease and oil, was so dry I couldnt finish my dinner. My "wrap" was so poorly made it had to be held together with 3 foil wrappers. It was dosed in garlic sauce and very little of the protein or other toppings I asked for. Instead of shredded lettuce, the person put the salad mix which was all massive chunks of lettuce in my wrap, causing my pita shell to break apart. Not to mention the girl making my wrap constantly was playing with her hair while still wearing the gloves she was preparing food with. Never had such a bad experience. Will not be going back.
On 5/20/22 we ordered at 7pm and they did not have Rachel's rice and when we ordered white and brown rice, they just cancelled our order which is a pain because then they charge you any ways and then you have to wait for credit back. We think they cancel orders at the one in Getzville evenings because they don't want to have to make food and or they are always out of ingredients. They probably do good lunch rush but nothing at night and thus this! Don't order at night I guess?

The cashier overcharged me by $15 dollars and then refused to refund money back. Told me I had to come back the next day. A manager was supposedly going to call me and nobody called. Also the girl making food cleaned the grill, then with the same gloves proceeded to adjust her clothes then make our food. She then crushed the falafel down with her dirty gloves. Needless to say that salad was not eaten.
