I walked in and out due to the stinch of a nasty unkept house. The counter tops appeared dirty. The floors were dirty at 11am. This establishment clearly does not take hygiene seriously.

We went through the drive thru on our way home. We didn’t check our food but when we started eating our tacos, there was something plastic in my taco. We pulled it out and it was a sour cream package. Because we live in Holly Lake Ranch we couldn’t drive back to complain and calling it in was ridiculous. We will never go back and we hope that this place will not do that again…but we also hope that they are more careful about fixing customers food so that this won’t happen again. The next time we won’t be so nice and will file a complaint with the health department.

I don’t recommend going to this Taco Bell. Around 10:25, I was using the restroom (which only has one stall) when two male employees walked in and started making obnoxious noises to harass me. When I walked out, I saw them in the back laughing and looking at me. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience.

Took forever to get my food, while serving multiple customers ahead of me. Waited half an hour to ask, “I had an order for..” and they said, “We’re working on it.” Horrible customer service.

Terrible, got the wrong order and I was the only one in drive thru. Refused to fix it. Refused a receipt didn't get napkins or sauces. Out of Baja blast, it's taco Bell but it's rough. Stay at home and do taco night rather then give these franchises money.

I do DoorDash and in the last week and a half I have had to wait 30 minutes for orders when I arrived at the store. I feel sorry for the manager and the employees because there are not enough workers there but something really needs to be done.

I walked in expecting good service, good food & instead walk out very disappointed. I had to place my own order. Taco bell failed to greet & take my order after acknowledging my presence making eye contact clearly seeing that my wife and I needed assistance . Thinking maybe they were a little busy so I placed my own order at their kiosk. After placing my order other customers walk in and Taco Bell couldn't wait to greet & take there order, which is ok thinking out of coincidence maybe they had a moment to take orders. What REALLY bothered me is, how in the world did they order & get there food before we did? It didn't stop there. I was trying to be patient waiting for our food think we should be next, when he finally called out a name which was nowhere near my name. Laughing thinking it's funny by calling out Bailey instead of David. There's a huge difference in name there. Thinking in my mind happy that we finally got our food but as we walk up the worker walks away forgetting our drinks. Now stand by the register again waiting to be helped, never returned. Another worker walk by accidentally and I asked him about the drinks that we had purchased but hadn't received. He asked us what sizes as he had to open a new package of cups. Happy that the nightmare was over, they also messed up our order. I WON'T EVER GO BACK.

I never complain and we eat here often. The manager did try to fix my order but it was so horrible that she wouldn't know without opening every item. My pizza and the other food had only beans, the burrito with no beans had only beans, the taco shells are soggy. We spent over $40.00 and waited about 50 minutes after it's all done and said. I would rather have my money back as we aren't even eating most of it. First time ever to rate low. Nice front help though.

I am beside myself on how these tacos look. Why bother even putting anything in them. Just a simple shell please would that be to hard? Then I try to call and no one picks up
