Had the Busy Bee (iced). It was good but needed much more honey flavor and less on the grit of the cinnamon. Would frequent if they had larger sizes.

Not only do they have an exceptional coffee and tea menu, but the house made pasteries (especially the pop tarts) make it all worth the trip! And just a bonus is the really cute and clean interior and decor with plenty of comfortable seating. The outdoor patio will be awesome when it’s warmer outside! OH and they have delicious infusions that you can add redbull to for the non coffee drinkers. Something for everyone! Plus a drive through. The list goes on…

UPDATE: read all the way to the bottom.I would like to try out this place. I have to pick up the boys for high school and would love to seat and wait for the kids to get out of school. Well looks like I will wait until Starbuck opens up to seat and wait for the kids. The only thing is Starbucks is not close by like this place is. Very sad!!! OK, I have to change my view. The turtle dove latte was sooo good and so was the freshly made croissant bacon breakfast sandwich! I personally wouldn’t have thought to put arugula in it, but it was honestly very tasty. The wait time wasn’t too bad considering everything was fresh! Be aware that it gets a little bit smoky in there if you’re dining in. Service was perfect. I’d definitely go back!

Atmosphere was calm and peaceful, owner was extremely nice and chatted with us. Food was delicious and I was pleasantly surprised when I decided to ask if they had gluten free bread and they did! Definitely recommend everyone to stop by and enjoy some fresh coffee and sandwiches.

Hands down, the BEST iced coffee EVER!!!! I literally drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to the Glen Rose Coffee Company almost daily! Homemade pop tarts, burritos and muffins are delicious!! I would give a million STARS if that was an option!! They’re also friendly and the shop is adorable!!

We stopped each morning we were in town and the ‘busy bee’ coffee made with organic honey was so good! They also had amazing pop tarts and scones. The service was also so great. Traveling through Glen Rose this week, we were so pleased to find this cute coffee company that looked so inviting as we drove past. It was for sure a boujee level tasting note experience that was enhanced with the charm of small town and kind customer service! Their Turtle Dove iced coffee was absolutely delicious and not over laden with sugar but an excellent mixture of flavors—we only wish we had ordered a larger cup. We will definitely be returning to enjoy another great coffee when in the area. The service was pleasant and the smiles brightened our day. Keep up the good work—you’ve nailed it.

We stopped in as a suggestion from the Fossil store down the road. We definitely will come back when we travel through again! We love coming to this coffee shop. I actually came twice today. The cappuccinos are tasty and the lattes are so good. We’ve had the pastries and enjoyed them. The owner is really nice and makes you feel welcomed. This is our go-to spot when we don’t feel like making espressos and drinks at home.

There is a lovely mural on the side of the building and what seems to be a new logo. Inside is very clean and modern. A nice, cool spot to chill and sip on coffees before or after you Glen Rose adventures. I was able to chat with the owner a little bit and the service was amazing! On top of that, our coffees were delicious and quenched our caffeine needs for the day. I'll definitely be back for more!

The tots with the egg and salsa, such a great combo! We have been to many coffee shops around the country, and this one is at the top of the list! This is hands down the best mocha I have ever had, no joke. For the blended latte, we always complain that it is a milkshake in a cup but this actually tasted like coffee but had a good balance of sweet. Whenever I visit family again; I will definitely come back!

This is the nicest little place! From the atmosphere to the staff and coffee/cinnamon roll, it was fantastic. We’re staying at Dinosaur Valley SP and came to Glen Rose Coffee Co after my husband saw their sign the evening before when passing through.

The frap was ok, not too sweet (however one of us did say we liked half sweet while the other preferred sweeter so maybe that was confusing) but the employees were very sweet and helpful with what to get. Next time we will have to check it out inside.

If you’re visiting Glen Rose and looking for a cozy coffee shop to get your coffee fix, give this place a try! The staff was really friendly and the menu has great signature drinks. They have lots of Monin syrups to choose from so if you’re someone who likes variety you may love this place! I usually prefer lattes and I have to say for a little small town coffee shop it hit the spot. Haven’t tried their drip, cortado, caps, etc., so can’t speak on that. But as far as lattes it’s a yes from me! (I’m pretty picky with my 5 stars which is why it’s not 5 ;) )

Coffee is okay. I tried their blueberry muffin with oat milk. It just tastes like coffee. Very little hint of blueberry.
