What a cute shop! We were visiting Dinosaur World and looking for a dessert place while in town. The shop is so cute but the pies are delicious! We tried the Coconut Cream, Peanut Butter Cup & Banana Pudding and all three were great! Friendly service and reasonable prices!

We came all the way from San Antonio to visit this hidden gem and I mean when I say, this pie is absolutely life changing! The absolute BEST crust I’ve had in my 35 years of life! Between the sweetness being just right & the owner was the friendliest guy& so warm & welcoming! Will def be back again no matter how far the trip is 😊

My friend and I purchased pies on the weekend as first time customers. The blueberry, pecan and buttermilk pies were very tasty and perfectly baked. We will return! The shop is quaint and fun to visit in the town square in Glen Rose! Give it a try!

The “I'm your Huckleberry” Nickster

I have to say they have the best Pecan pie I have ever tasted. In fact I won't even get ice cream on it next time because I don't believe putting something on top of it, it's just not justice. I tasted my friends Cherry pie and Carries is better for me. Great place though. The young lady who helped me was very courteous and I would go in just for the smell of the place.

Stopped in for some pie while exploring Glen Rose. Service was good, pie was tasty!

First of all this place is awesome for gluten free people, but you HAVE to call ahead!!! Luckily I remember to call ahead. I got 3 mini gf pies. Coconut cream was phenomenal!! My husband got a banana cream pie (not gf) and he is still talking about it. It is real custard banana pudding in a pie and he said it was the best pie he's ever had. The sweetest lady, told me that she got to work early to make sure to leach and clean everything to make my gluten free pies safe. She kept them in a separate area and didn't even put my husbands pies in the same bag. 100% get your gluten free pies here.. But don't forget to call ahead!!

This place was AMAZING! From the small town feel of the storefront, before you even walk in the door, to the huge selection of homemade pies. It was absolutely perfect and we will definitely be returning!

Glen Rose is a beautiful place with the rivers, hospitality, and good food. Pie Peddlers has charm, good service, and the pie (strawberry rhubarb) was every bit as food as we expected.

The pies are soo good! The place is beautiful and the service is amazing!

Really loved this place, sitting and looking out of the big pane glass window, overlooking the street. Watching people enjoying the grounds of the old Glen Rose courthouse. The pies were awesome and had so many different kinds, it was difficult to decide. Plus, they had Dublin hand crafted sodas, many flavors. The two lovely young women, Piper and Camry were an awesome duo, very full of life and extremely courteous. It was so fun chatting with those 2...They represent Pie Peddlers very well.. This will become a favorite spot for me, Everytime I'm in town to visit my daughter...Thanks

This is a cute little pie shop. I like that they offer pie by the slice as well as a variety of mini pies.

Honestly I don't think the pies are that good... They don't taste homemade at all and the peach pie I brought home to my husband was awful... I've been here a few times with friends... Just not impressed at all 😕 do not waste your money or time

Came to the Pie Peddler after seeing it on the Daytripper YouTube channel. Upon entering, we were initially told that each piece of pie was $5. Then, when we paid, each piece went up a dollar for some unknown reason. The young lady behind the counter was not sure why, and just stated that’s what the computer told her to charge. I asked for a two dollar refund and she explained she was not able to do that. She called the owner, and he too seemed confused as to why we wanted the refund. He stated he had changed the price the day before but had failed to tell his employee and change the handwritten sign posted for customers. We ultimately were refunded the difference. However, when we received our food we were completely underwhelmed at what we got for our money. The pieces were tiny and completely lack luster in appearance and taste. We will not be back.

Worst $22 chocolate pie ever. The pie filling is less than a half inch thick and the meringue too thick. The chocolate flavor was poor and slightly gritty. My 10&12 yr olds threw it away.
