We were visiting from Houston and needed a quick dinner. The service was amazing. Heidi and Tammy were so accommodating and intentional about our order. We will be retuing on our next visit.

The lady that waited on me is good. She looked like she was doing 90% of everything there.

I always love Stumpy's food it's so delicious. My favorite is catfish. fast. Fried to Grilled Shrimp Everything food is great. They also have a sweet snack. You can sit inside or out. Kids love it outside, throwing French fries over the rail into the water to see all the catfish and ducks comes up to eat them.

This Pizza Hut in Glen Rose is always very helpful and friendly. The staff is always busy and the pizzas are always hot and ready when we go to get them. They are 99.9 % of the time correct on what we order, but nobody is perfect.

Great staff and responsive. Online ordered a pizza for a camping trip and order was incorrect. Staff fixed it for free with replacement pizza. More food than we could eat. There were no other issues and pickup was quick.

The delivery was in a timely manner and the driver was very polite. The food was great and I will be ordering again before my trip is over.

Made a simple 2 pizza 1 topping each order and when we got there they only made half our order and looked at me confused even after I paid, had to show receipt just to get them to see I had a whole other pizza they hadn't even made yet. Pizza taste good just need more attention detailed people.

Order was supoosed to be ready at 6:15. I show up at 6:20 and they need another 20 minutes. It was just 2 pizzas. The pizza tasted great tho.

Pizza hut delivered to my house twice recently. My Husdand called in an order on Thursday November 3rd, a nice young man took the order, as the young man repeated the order and confirmed our address, in the background very rudely a guy says " WE AINT DELIVERING WAY OUT THERE, THATS OUT OF CITY LIMITS" & continued to mouth off. My Husband said" No, No its not we live in City limits y'all have been here twice, I'll take my business elsewhere and hung up!! That was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE. We didn't eat pizza for dinner either..

EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from here they get my order wrong. My husband has been back 3 times tonight just to get the right food. And I’ve been on hold for 10 min waiting for them to answer so I can ask for more ranch. They’re always friendly but the service as far as getting things right just sucks. We’re from Dallas and were visiting Glen Rose when we decided to stop by this Pizza Hut. We ordered the thin crust spicy marinara pizza with chicken, and honestly, it was really disappointing. There was no spice at all—despite it being called “spicy”—and the pizza felt like it didn’t even have a proper base. It just tasted flat and flavorless. On the plus side, the wings were actually really good. They were hot, crispy, and had great flavor. So we did enjoy those. Overall, the wings were the only highlight. The pizza didn’t meet expectations at all. Pretty underwhelming experience, especially from a brand we usually trust.

Called in our order. Got there, it was ready for pick up. The place looked really nice. The only problem, there was the guy standing around barking orders at everyone like they were doing something wrong. My wife caught his name tag, it was Alex or Alec, do NOT go in there when he is working, we kept hearing his yelling and rambling about how the employees were slow and not getting things done. When we went in the pizza was ready, the place looked great, the employees greeted us and everything went well, until... we heard that loud mouth enter the building and start in on some of the employees. Now, the place is not that big, the outer area where the customers wait was clean, the counter looked great, we had no idea why he was yelling or even being loud. My wife asked the girl behind the counter what was wrong, and the girl stated that the guy was the manager and that he was always trying to act as though the employees were doing something wrong. The girl told us that she was already looking for a new job and so were several of the other employees due to the fact that the manager did nothing except yell and bark orders. I understand what it is like to be the manager of something, I mean, I managed several soldiers in my time, but the way the guy acted was barbaric and out of line. Don't take my word for it, go into the place and experience him stand around collecting a paycheck while barking orders at ALREADY working employees!

Stood at the counter for 30 mins before someone even asked if I needed anything the lady was to busy arguing with a door dash lady and in the phone

The worst. Ordered delivery and the kid forgot my 2 litre of coke. He didn't come back for an hour and a half because he was waiting for another delivery... Tried pickup. They mixed both pizzas up and put tomato sauce on the bbq chicken pizza and bbq sauce on the pepperoni... Offered me a partial refund. I left the pizza and took the full refund There's a reason this place is under new management every couple months. Go to simple Simon's, or starve either option is better.

Ordered delivery and was fast to delivered. But as for driver he had my drink in a torn bag, didnt tell me total, and as i was about to grab my phone to verify and handed him the money, he left real fast didnt hand no change back. He took a 10$ tip not given to him usually hand them 5$.

Ordered at 6:47pm. It's 8:34pm. Still no delivery. I called the restaurant and was told they can't get in touch with the delivery driver, but he'll deliver it as soon as he gets back (not even an apology). It's a good thing I like cold pizza. I placed the order online which mentioned 7.99 for large 2 topping When I called to.confirm a young girl gave me a total of $12.46 when I got there it was $19.40 smh plus no condiments Supposedly they ran out I got home opened the pizza and it's a mushroom and green peppers pizza What a rip-off!!! I was so disappointed with my pizza. I ordered pepperoni, mushroom & black olives on thin crust. This is my usual order. There was about a 1/2 inch of black olives covering the pizza. You couldn't see anything but olives. It was inedible. What a colossal waste of money for us PLUS we still needed something for dinner. All for someone's sense of humor or flat out ugliness. Yes, my husband should have checked the pizza when he picked up. But seriously who would think a reputable place would do such a rotten thing. 😡😡😡

I sat in their lobby longer than if I had the pizza delivered. When I asked why I was told "this isn't fast food" so if you got an hour to kill and want to waste it and your money you got a ringer here.

I will not return. O tried calling them for 30 minutes because I live 30 minutes away. No one answered the phone. I went inside when I got there to order. Nobody would come out to take my order. They did not acknowledge that I was even there I finally went to the opening that goes to the back in order to get there attention and that did not work either. I decided to just ask for service and they said they would be with me soon. After standing at the counter for 10 minutes I left.

I will never return here again. I made an order, was told it would be 30 to 45 minutes, arrive 40 minutes later and told that they didnt have the crust I ordered, that they hadn't even started it! Unbelievable! If I could give 0 stars I would.

If i could have i would have not given any stars. Usually i would give 5 stars because its always good but when they are 12 minutes late and my pizz is not even hot when they get here then when i call to tell them about my pizza they answer and then hangup. Very disappointed

This has got to be the nastiest pizza hut I have ever seen. Employees where either to busy out on the sidewalk or texting in the kitchen area to bother to sweep or even wipe the mess off the tables. Ordered two large stuffef crust pizzas. Was given a large ring of stuffed crust with a medium inner pizza so thin it could not hold the toppings. Literally, the pizza crust was as thin as the pepperonis on both pizzas. Pictures for peoof. Waste of $40. I'd like a refund.

On 3/24/2017, I ordered 2 medium pizzas at 7:03 tonight, I was told an hour, at 8:15, I called and spoke with a young lady and she said it had just left the store. At 8:45 I called back and spoke with the same young lady and she informed me that the pizza was with the driver and to give it 10 to 15 more minutes. I received a phone call from the front desk of the motel at 9 :00 pm. I was asked for the amount of the order and I told them that I had paid with my card. There was no print out of the receipt where I had paid on the phone. Now when I took the pizzas from her, the boxes had no warmth. In my opinion a 2 hour wait when told it would be an hour is unacceptable. No apology, no discount and cold pizza. Now mind you the pizza hut is about 5-7 minutes from the hotel. Very disappointed, will not be ordering from here again and I will be here for over 30 days.....

I thought they may be closed since the phone was still ringing, and ringing, and ringing. When we went inside, there was nobody at the register and the phone was still ringing, and ringing. Did I mention it was LOUD? It was really LOUD inside. I'm 74 and hard of hearing, it was still almost triggering my PTSD. As the counter guy took our order, we had to repeat our order, for all four of us multiple times because the phone was ringing, and ringing, and ringing. Did I mention it was LOUD? After we finished ordering, we sat down at the table and the counter guy went into the back. The phone was still ringing, and ringing, and ringing. I went up front thought I might be able to turn down the volume to a level below a WWII air raid siren, but decided that would take too long so I picked up the receiver and hung it up. I found out later that the owner, who I thought was a customer watched me do that. Blessed silence. We were there almost an hour and nobody called back. We ordered water with our pizza, but when it was delivered to our table, we were told that they were OUT OF WATER. The waitress told us that they would have some tomorrow! I told her we would wait here. No response. Had we known that when we ordered, we could have gone to a quick stop to get some, lucky for us we had some in our car. It's odd that the owner who came and went didn't offer to get any water for future customers who may not want to wait 24 hours for water. Oh yeah, bring your own fly swatter, there are lots of flies, same as last time. We forgot to bring ours and I'm sure they don't have any. I've also never been in any restaurant, in over 20 countries, with no trash cans. I know it's a minor detail, but odd. We also went to the Pie Peddlers, good experience, no flies, no loud phones, trash cans, same owners.
