I like coming to this Del Taco. My orders are always correct and the food tastes pretty good for what it is. I have been here probably 50 times and I have no complaints.

Del Taco really gives the Bell a run for their money with fresh ingredients, tasty and affordable dishes plus an endless supply of fantastic beverages. The value menu really gives you a bang for your buck with filling tacos, burritos, etc. You can literally get anything you crave at a crazy low price and therefore I definitely recommend giving this underrated chain a try!

I always love Del Taco! Their combo burritos are so delicious and they offer them two for $5. If you need something quick fast and good, this is the place to go. They have the most delicious Cherry Coke as well. You can also get an iced coffee or an iced tea for just a dollar.

MICHAEL is the MAN to order from. Let me tell you; I have been a customer here for over 15 years. That is NOT an exaggeration! I have consistently asked Michael for extra green sauce on every single occasion and not once has he forgotten my green sauce! That is really important to me, and shows his professionalism and quality work. Muchael is friendly, fast, efficient, kind, and great at his job.. Thank you for the excellent years of service! I've been going to Del Taco for about forty years and on this particular night I was oblivious that it was their Grand Opening day . The decor was great, really classy for a fast food place. I ordered the the two turkey hard shell combo. When I unwrapped my taco I saw that they gave me the soft flour tortilla tacos. The manager overheard me telling my Son of the error and She quickly went and brought me the ones I wanted and let me keep the other two. I left there happy, and the hard shell turkey tacos were delicious.

It's Del Taco! Nice, easy location, fast service and good food. They had zero ice when I went which was a downside but everything else is fine.

Del Taco is good stuff for the price, but this one is a hit or miss on the staff. Some days they're super polite and quick, but I've been in on multiple occassions when the restraunt was slow enough that there was no excuse for employees taking as long as they did and being frustrated about getting another order.

The drive tru was fast even tough it was a line. And the guy in the drive true was polite and very sweet. Even tough he got our order wrong it was ok because he had a great smile .

I love this Del Taco. The staff are always friendly & the food is good as expected. There are always coupons, deals & specials at this place. At this moment, the Glendale Del Taco is the only place you can get any size soda for a dollar. You cannot go wrong here. Can get very busy around lunch time. But, very quick service here.

So I just experienced 2 really good hard shell grilled chicken tacos. I wish I could remember the woman's name who took my order. She was really nice and helpful and she has an awesome spirit. I will probably come back tomorrow because thise tacos taste like More, as in, I could definitely eat 2 more.

This is a del taco. If you are hungry, you're in luck because del taco serves food. Is it good? No, but is it good enough? In the opinion of this reviewer, yes.

Del Taco, it's fast Mexican style food that's not Taco Bell. Trying to compare the two gets my head all messed up. On the one hand, I like that Del Taco uses real cheese instead of processed cheese food but on the other hand I prefer Taco Bells sauces. To further complicate matters, Del Taco serves crinkle fries and Burgers while Taco Bell serves a piece of sausage with half a biscuit wrapped around it. I probably need to think more about this...

It's almost walkable to the old super disgusting location and will be just as bad in a few months. They should have built it up in Altadena instead where people aren't ghetto rats. Whoever decided to build a few blocks away from the last one is dumb!

This place drive thru has a 24hr open schedule. But yesterday I went it was closed, the workers were outside smoking and said "something happened" so they had to close. I think they were just lazy and since no one reports them , they closed early.

The flavor of the steak was fairly bland and it almost seemed crumbly. Otherwise - the food was hot and everything else on my burrito was fresh. Tortilla excellent for FF IMO. I'd recommend the chicken or ground beef though as your meat.

I went through the drive-thru and was going to try their new tostada chicken Waka moly. And I ordered small french fries. The lady at the order was friendly and I got more done fairly quickly. I got back home the tostada was good oh, it was about six inches in diameter. There were no french fries in my bag. Three stars instead of four.

Young man had excellent speedy service but he was clearly doing more then he was being paid to be doing while the managers and other higher ranks were working at 25% his pace. He should get the managers paycheck for the hours he was working.

Food is generally fine for what you pay for. In other words, you know what you get when you eat Mexican fast food. I will say that prices have increased noticably on some things. The double del is not worth five dollars IMO.

Del Taco provided an okay dining experience; however, the atmosphere at the location felt somewhat depressing. Additionally, service was on the slower side.

I've been going to this location since I was a kid, and it's hit or miss depending on employees at the time. Inside is usually clean. They do close early, usually around 11 am. Recently, I had a really bad experience where the food had barely any ingredients in it, and it wasn't a small order. I spend a decent amount of money at Del Taco. I go there a few times a week, but lately, I've been avoiding this spot, which is a block away to go to one further away that actually serves the food right. They must have new employees or something. I'll give it a shot again after a couple of weeks.

I was the only customer there. Nobody in the drive thru. I was in the dining area. Ordered fries and a chicken taco. Took 15 minutes to get my order. The fries were cooked already before I even ordered. If you think 15 minutes wasn't that long, sit and wait for that amount of time with no other customers.

Food ok, service a disaster. Five people behind counter, had to wait for one of tgem to finish his business on his cell phone for him to take my order. Not going back

Went here late one night, as it was the only thing open at the time. Service was extremely slow and the food was less than what I expected. Fries were soggy and bland and the taco meat tasted like it had zero seasoning on it.

Went twice and both times I spent 15+ minutes waiting in the drive thru. Food was dry/overcooked and they messed up my order.

I was kind of shocked I've been to a lot of Del Tacos like this one on Glenoaks was not good the fries were burnt no flavor of any salt chicken ranch rollers we're nasty the flavor of the Ranchos more mayonnaise like I can taste the freezer burn from either Tortilla or the ranch

we walked to this del taco hoping to get some food. not noticing that it was 2 minutes past nine we attempted to walk inside. upon finding that the door was locked, a woman comes outside to say “can’t you tell that we’re closed?!” while adding a scoff & eye roll. we laughed it off as it was a very unnecessary interaction. maybe next time!

The reason I am writing is not about food quality altough sometimes its not fresh but I don't have other choice; so If I got another choice I woild pass this stores. Reception and non happy verbal conversation is my inconvenience today that it shows workers are not satisfied with their job or salary, but did I asked them to work for deltacos? Today your employee didn't say any greetings or even she didn't wanted to confirm my order and talk! moreover she didn't tell me how much will be my total. never mind better for me; next time I will go for a healthier food.

I liked going there at first for the food and WIFI . Service was good and food was good . Im new in town from AZ . I would go inside order food and or a drink and use the WIFI To look for work, Craigslist, and promote my photography and check my emails . I am a business man starting from the bottom in a new state . I would admitting use the wifi around 1 hour to 2 hours sometimes around 2 3 times a week No one ever said ther was a time limit to using the wifi and I was never over occupying any seats the place had plenty of seats left . So one day I go in to do my work and somebody that works there changed the WIFI connection to " Get your own wifi " I felt it was very rude and childish . And felt very unwelcome . So needless to say that place can kiss my but and I will be taking my business to Starbucks where they dont mind my business or hastle me about my working time on the wifi . Whoever changed the connection to that rude setting needs to get a life

Normally dont come tobthis location, went to thisbonr because i has business nearby. Had a coupon for a free drink with purchase of an epic burrito. Order the steak and potato version in the drive thru. When i ate my burrito, it wasn't the steak and potato but the cali steak and guac burrito. I don't order that burrito because it has pico de gallo. I hate cilantro and don't like raw onions. And add ibsult to injury the burrito wad small, definitely not epic sized

On 12/21/21 @ 5:45pm Cashier demanded vaccine card to dine in, I canceled my order. Spoke to manager next day and it's NOT REQUIRED. Seems employees are making company decisions on there own.

It was simply the worst food I have ever had I've tried Del Taco before and I like it but this particular location in Burbank is lethal they make nothing that's good and no matter who works here they don't try you leave with your to-go order you think the food is as you ordered it for instance I like green sauce said it was there I said I'd pay extra guy said it was there and he was nice it wasn't and on one thing I asked for extra cheese I said I pay for it I think it's a quesadilla I had didn't then it had nothing in it no green sauce I ask for and barely any cheese. Even go through the thing it was it was horrible

Literally the most disgraceful service I have ever seen. He told me they were out of fries and I saw a full tray of them sitting behind him... Then it took 15 minutes to make a quesadilla while they made other people's food after me. The side item I also ordered sat there for so long it was cold when I got it. This is the worst place I have ever been and del tacos normally are.

Horrible service. Drive Thur takes forever. They have gotten my order wrong more than once. The last two times I have gone there (most recent being yesterday) they don't have shakes. Costumer service could definitely improve at this location!

Essentially abandoned at the window with no idea where our food was. In 100 degree heat. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm not even upset with the employees who were working, but with management and Del Taco for failing to staff their stores properly.

It was my First visit here and the staff were extremely rude and disrespectful. I ordered vegetarian food and confirmed it 4 times but I was still served meat in my order and the next day when I went to the store, the lady at the desk was rude and not apologetic. It was a really Bad 1st experience and probably LAST at this location.

I am so upset rn!!! I was in the drive thru and I am pregnant and I can’t eat meat without getting sick. I ordered and repeated my order probably 15 times to the lady saying one combo with NO MEAT! I was very kind and patient with her to make sure she understood. When she handed it to me she even said “okay one with no meat”. . . I don’t know if they think it’s funny but I get home and my burrito is a CHICKEN burrito!!! Learn English, at least enough to get someone’s food order correct! I’m learning a foreign language and get that it’s not easy but what if someone has an allergy or a strict diet! This isn’t fair and now no one will answer the phone at the restaurant. Terrible!

Apparently it's only available in the garbage app. How would I know that as it didn't state that anywhere in the email. People please dont go to this del taco. I used to work at this location. The manager really mean. She also try to acuse me for stealing money. The oíl from the fryer really nasty and they dont chance the oil. Dont waste your money at this place. And the manager name is consuelo. And she also try to Fire me. But i end up quiting because of her. She treats her employes really bad and she steals money from this place. And theres also two other managers that they also steal money. They have cameras, but they dont check. And the resturant is really dirty and theres rats in the trash can outside of the resturant. And the bathrooms are really dirty. Theres also mold on the soda machnies. They dont clean the kitchen. The shake machine is fill with mold. Oh yeah i forgot, the manager name who also accuse me of stealing the money is garbiela. And she also set me off from stealing. And the other manager name who Takes 5 or 10 dollars all the time is estrella. Dont waste your money at this resturant or go somewhere else to eat, or go to another del taco.

The drive thru is a mess, 30 min wait for 1 car in front of me. This isn’t a one time thing either I live nearby and its always like this. Food was cold as soon as i got it. They advertise closing at 2 but you will be lucky if they are open past 11pm. Inside is closed past 5pm.

I ordered one combination nothing else and the place wasn't even that crowded, I think there was one or two cars in line for drive through and another customer in line inside behind me. Yet they put the wrong item in my bag and probably gave my item to someone else. What a waste of my time and money.

I'm here at 11:30pm and their closed, got here at 10:45 yesterday and same closed. Hours are posted for drive thru til 12am and on here 2am. Drive thru is blocked with cones and doors are locked. Not sure what's going on here but someone is caring. Don't waste your time, consider this location closed.

Went through drive thru, very first time at Del Taco, only here on vacation. Asked for a $9 Ameri-Mex box, but I instead got a #9 Combo Meal, so I got charged a buck more for 1/3 of the food. Also, they forgot the straws. So, be thorough in your order and verify everything you want is there. Otherwise, at least the burrito was good and the fries were fresh. Just totally not what I ordered. Great first experience!
